Amiin. Ich möchte mit euch heute ein Rezept teilen, dass man vor dem Ramadhan zubereiten kann, einfrieren kann und dann ganz einfach wenn man nicht viel kraft hat zu kochen, kochen kann. Man kann es natürlich auch außerhalb des Ramadhan kochen oder innerhalb frisch zubereiten. Ich möchte gesagt haben, dass es aufwändig sein kann und Geduld beansprucht es sich aber wirklich lohnt. Die Zutaten für den Teig: 2 Eier 3 mal 150 ml Gläser Mehl Wasser Salz Milch Erstmal sagen wir Bismillah, dann müsst ihr die zwei Eier mit etwas Wasser aufschlagen. Tut dies mit der Hand und nicht mit einem Mixer. Dann gebt ihr nach und nach das Mehl hinzu und das Wasser genauso. Tut so viel Wasser rein bis es ein fester Teig wird. Er darf nicht weich sein oder kleben. Bevor ihr jedoch das Wasser reingebt tut einen schuß Milch rein und so viel Salz wie ihr drinne haben möchtet. Es kann sein, dass ihr viel mehr Mehl braucht aber das ist das mindeste an Mehl. Man kann es variieren. Nachdem der Teig gut durch geknetet wurde, sollte er etwas ruhen so um die 20 min. Die Zutaten für die Füllung: Hackfleisch Salz, Pfeffer, Knochblauch, Paprika Gewürz (ihr könnt hier die Gewürze benutzen die ihr möchtet) Etwas Tomatenmark (fester) Man kann auch die Füllung ganz anders machen z.B. vegetarisch mit Gemüse oder etwas ganz anderem. Es ist jedem selber überlassen. Jetzt braucht ihr ein Nudelholz. Am besten ist ein langer dünner. Ihr rollt den Teig ganz groß aus. Er sollte dünn sein, aber nicht zu dünn. Wenn ihr ihn ausgerollt habt solltet ihr Quadrate rausschneiden. Am besten geht es, wenn ihr erstmal von oben bis unten also Waagerecht mit einem Messer striche zieht und dann einmal Senkrecht. Sie sollten nicht sehr groß sein sondern etwas klein. Jetzt nehmt ihr ein Quadrat und tut etwas von der Füllung rein, nur ganz wenig und dann nehmt ihr nach und nach die ecken zusammen und faltet es zu einem Stern. Also jede Ecke wird einmal reingeklapt und dann zusammen gedrückt. Wem dies nicht verständlich ist, der kann sich dazu ein Video in YT anschauen. Dies tut ihr dann mit allen Quadraten. Es braucht natürlich etwas Zeit. Wenn ihr dies mit allen getan habt solltet ihr Warmes Wasser in einem Topf aufkochen so als würde man Nudeln kochen. Wenn das Wasser etwas aufgekocht ist, kommen die Mantis rein. Sie sollten um die 7 Minuten gekocht werden. Es kann auch mehr oder weniger dauern. Dann siebt man sie ab (vor dem ausschütten vom warmen Wasser Bismillah sagen). Dann macht ihr eine Tomaten soße mit Tomantenmark, Butter oder Öl. Würzt es etwas und dann kommen die Mantis rein. Rührt es gut um und fertig sind die Mantis. Zum Schluss kommt etwas Joghurt drauf, ihr könnt etwas Knoblauch rein tun und Alhamdulilah. Wenn man möchte kann man viele Mantis machen und sie in kleinen Tüten einfrieren. Das ist wirklich sehr praktisch und im Ramadhan nützlich. Beim falten von den Mantis kann man Dhikr machen (Allaah gedenken) oder sich einen Vortrag ansehen um keine Zeit zu verschwenden.
