| "Blogtrottr" <busybee@blogtrottr.com>: May 28 11:58AM Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand Understand IslaMs Facebook-Pinnwand کیا داڑھی کے بال مونڈنے کے بعد انہیں پھینکنے سے گناہ ہوتا ہے؟ میں ان لوگوں کی ب... http://www.facebook.com/understandislaam/photos/a.407494322642663.92801.407131089345653/921229257935831/?type=1 May 28th 2015, 11:16 کیا داڑھی کے بال مونڈنے کے بعد انہیں پھینکنے سے گناہ ہوتا ہے؟ میں ان لوگوں کی بات پر عمل کرتا ہوں جو داڑھی مونڈنے کے قائل ہیں، لیکن میرا سوال یہ ہے کہ کیا داڑھی کے بالوں کو پھینک دینا جائز ہے؟ یا انہیں دفن کرنا لازمی ہے؟ اور اگر حجام نے میری داڑھی کے بال میرے علم کے بغیر پھینک دئیے تو کیا مجھ پر کوئی گناہ ہوگا؟. الحمد للہ: اول: داڑھی مونڈنا جائز نہیں ہے؛ کیونکہ اس میں نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے حکم کی مخالفت ہے، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے داڑھی کو معاف کرنے کا حکم دیا ہے، ویسے بھی داڑھی مونڈوانا مشرکین ، اہل کتاب اور مجوسیوں کیساتھ مشابہت تو ہے ہی، اس کے ساتھ یہ بھی ہے کہ داڑھی مونڈوانے سے خواتین کی مشابہت بھی لازم آتی ہے۔ متعدد علمائے کرام نے اہل علم کا اس بات پر اتفاق نقل کیا ہے کہ داڑھی مونڈوانا حرام ہے، چنانچہ ابن حزم رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں: "سب اہل علم کا اس بات پر اتفاق ہے کہ داڑھی مونڈوانا جائز نہیں ہے" انتہی "مراتب الإجماع " (ص 157) سائل کا یہ کہنا کہ: " میں ان لوگوں کی بات پر عمل کرتا ہوں جو داڑھی مونڈنے کے قائل ہیں " تو آپ کو بخوبی جان لینا چاہیے کہ تمام مسلمانوں پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بات پر عمل کرنا واجب ہے۔ دوم: کسی حجام کیلئے بھی داڑھی مونڈنا جائز نہیں ہے، کیونکہ اس طرح سے معصیتِ الہی اور معصیت رسول کیلئے تعاون کی راہ نکلتی ہے، چنانچہ داڑھی مونڈنے کی اجرت لینا بھی حرام ہے، دائمی فتوی کمیٹی کے علمائے کرام کا کہنا ہے کہ: "داڑھی مونڈنا حرام ہے، اور کسی حجام کو داڑھی نہیں مونڈنی چاہیے؛ کیونکہ اس میں گناہ کے کاموں میں تعاون ہے، اور اللہ تعالی نے گناہ کے کاموں میں تعاون کرنا حرام قرار دیا اور فرمایا: {وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ} گناہ اور زیادتی کے کاموں میں باہمی تعاون مت کرو۔[المائدة : 2] لہذا مَردوں کے سر کے بال کاٹنے کیلئے حجامت کا پیشہ اختیار کرنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں ہے" انتہی " فتاوى اللجنة الدائمة " (14 /462) سوم: بالوں اور ناخنوں کو کاٹنے کےبعد انہیں دفن کرنا لازمی نہیں ہے، لیکن اگر کوئی دفن کرتا ہے تو یہ افضل اور بہتر ہے۔ You are receiving this email because you subscribed to this feed at https://blogtrottr.com If you no longer wish to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe here: https://blogtrottr.com/unsubscribe/gt/nWF8Wm |
