"کیا لے لیا عرفان بھائی؟" کہنے لگے .."کچھ نہیں حنیف بھائی! وہ چکن پیٹس تھے..اور جلیبیاں تھیں بیگم اور بچوں کے لئے" میں نے ہنستے ہوئے کہا..."کیوں..آج کیا بھابھی نے کھانا نہیں پکایا" کہنے لگے.."نہیں نہیں حنیف بھائی! یہ بات نہیں ہے...دراصل آج دفتر میں شام کے وقت کچھ بھوک لگی تھی تو ساتھیوں نے چکن پیٹس اور جلیبیاں منگوائیں ...میں نے وہاں کھائے تھے تو سوچا بیچاری گھر میں جو بیٹھی ہے وہ کہاں کھانے جائے گی..اس کے لئے بھی لے لوں... یہ تو مناسب نہ ہوا نہ کہ میں خود تو آفس میں جس چیز کا دل چاہے وہ کھالوں..اور بیوی بچوں سے کہوں کہ وہ جو گھر میں پکے صرف وہی کھائیں..." میں حیرت سے ان کا منہ تکنے لگا ..کیوں کہ میں نے آج تک اس انداز سے نہ سوچا تھا.. میں نے کہا..."اس میں حرج ہی کیا ہے عرفان بھائی! آپ اگر دفتر میں کچھ کھاتے ہیں تو... بھئی بھابھی اور بچوں کو گھر میں جس چیز کا دل ہوگا کھاتے ہوں گے" وہ کہنے لگے.."نہیں نہیں حنیف بھائی! وہ بیچاری تو اتنی سی چیز بھی ہوتی ہے میرے لئے الگ رکھتی ہے...یہاں تک کہ اڑوس پڑوس سے بھی اگر کسی کے گھر سے کوئی چیز آتی ہے تو اس میں سے پہلے میرا حصّہ رکھتی ہے..بعد میں بچوں کو دیتی ہے...اب یہ تو خود غرضی ہوئی نہ کہ میں وہاں دوستوں میں گل چھڑے اڑاؤں..." میں نے حیرت سے کہا.."گل چھڑے اڑاؤں.... یہ چکن پیٹس... یہ جلیبیاں... یہ گل چھڑے اڑآنا ہے عرفان بھائی؟ اتنی معمولی سی چیزیں.." وہ کہنے لگے..." کچھ بھی ہے حنیف بھائی! مجھے تو ڈر لگتا ہے کہ آخرت میں کہیں میری اسی بات پر پکڑ نہ ہو کہ کسی کی بہن بیٹی بیاہ کے لائے تھے...خود دوستوں میں مزے کر رہے تھے اور وہ بیچاری گھر میں بیٹھی دال کھارہی تھی..." میں حیرت سے انہیں دیکھتا رہا..اور وہ بولے جارہے تھے.."دیکھئے...ہم جو کسی کی بہن بیٹی بیاہ کے لاتے ہیں نا...وہ بھی ہماری طرح انسان ہوتی ہے..اسے بھی بھوک لگتی ہے...اس کی بھی خواہشات ہوتی ہیں...اس کا بھی دل کرتا ہے طرح طرح کی چیزیں کھانے کا.....پہنے اوڑھنے کا...گھومنے پھرنے کا...اسے گھر میں پرندوں کی طرح بند کردینا...اور دو وقت کی روٹی دے کے اترانا ...کہ بڑا تیر مارا...یہ انسانیت نہیں...یہ خود غرضی ہے...اور پھر ہم جیسا دوسرے کی بہن اور بیٹی کے ساتھ کرتے ہیں...وہی ہماری بہن اور بیٹی کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے" ان کے آخری جملے نے مجھے ہلا کے رکھ دیا...میں نے تو آج تک اس انداز سے سوچا ہی نہیں تھا.. میں نے کہا..."آفرین ہے عرفان بھائی! آپ نے مجھے سوچنے کا ایک نیا زاویہ دیا..." میں واپس پلٹا تو وہ بولے .."آپ کہاں جارہے ہیں؟" میں نے کہا" آئسکریم لینے..........وہ آج دوپہر میں آفس میں آئسکریم کھائی تھی". Da spricht Allah: „O Muhammad, geh und hole alle diejenigen aus der Hölle heraus, die bezeugten, dass es keinen Gott gibt außer Allah, und in ihrem Herzen ist Glauben vom Gewicht eines Gerstenkörnchens." Dann hole ich sie aus der Hölle, dann kehre ich zurück, und ich bin beschämt, doch ich flehe: „O Herr, o Herr…." Da spricht Allah: „O Muhammad, geh und hole diejenigen aus dem Feuer heraus, die bezeugten, dass es keinen Gott gibt außer Allah, und in ihrem Herzen ist Glauben vom Gewicht eines Weizenkörnchens Dann bringe ich sie heraus und flehe: „O Herr, o Allah…" Da spricht Er: „O Muhammad, hole aus dem Feuer heraus, wer bezeugte, dass es keinen Gott gibt außer Allah, und in ihrem Herzen ist Gutes vom Gewicht eines Stäubchens." Da bringe ich sie aus dem Feuer heraus, bis niemand mehr von meiner Ummah übrig bleibt. Dann werde ich gefragt: „Bist du zufrieden, Muhammad?" Da antworte ich: „Ich bin zufrieden, o Herr, ich bin zufrieden."
