Ich: Es gibt bei uns einen bekannten Prediger in einer deutschen Stadt und es gibt ein Video-Ausschnitt im Internet in dem er Duʿā' gegen den Militärputsch in Ägypten und seine Unterstützer macht und dann sagt er im Duʿā' „O Allah, vereine die Ägypter für ihr Land, für Mursi und für ihre Regierung und ihre Demokratie". Anschließend sagten einige Brüder, dass dies Unglaube sei der aus der Religion herausführt (also sein Duʿā' für Demokratie) - liegen sie mit ihrer Meinung richtig? Sie haben den Mann deshalb zum Kāfir erklärt. Abgesehen von bestimmten Personen, aber ist dieser Takfir aufgrund seiner Worte im Duʿā' richtig? Shaykh ʿAbd Al Ākhir Ḥammād Al Ghunaymī: Alles Lob gebührt Allah, sodann: Ohne Zweifel ist das demokratische System in seiner bekannte Form in den Ländern des Westens ein System, welches dem Islām widerspricht. Denn die Demokratie bedeutet, dass die Menschen das Recht haben sich mit dem zu beherrschen womit sie wollen. Und wer daran glaubt, dass die Menschen das Recht hätten sich mit dem zu beherrschen womit sie wollen, selbst wenn es der Sharīʿah widerspricht, so wird dieser damit ungläubig. Aber ich bin nicht der Meinung, dass der Prediger in seinen erwähnten Worten ein Duʿā' für die Demokratie nach dem zuvor aufgezeigten Verständnis gemacht hat, sondern das Offenkundige ist, dass er mit dem erwähnten Duʿā' meinte, dass Allah den Ägyptern den zurückgeben soll, den sie als Präsidenten ausgewählt haben, denn sie haben ihn mit demokratischen Mitteln und zwar mit dem Wählen ausgewählt. Und es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen dem Glauben an die Demokratie als System als ganzes - dies ist wie bereits erwähnt nicht erlaubt und widerspricht dem Islam - und zwischen dem Ziehen von Nutzen aus den demokratischen Mitteln wie dem Wählen, denn dies gehört zu den Dingen die den Ijtihād (Urteilsfindung der Gelehrten) akzeptieren. Wie es auch immer sein mag, die Pflicht ist es den Bruder zu beraten, dass er von diesen problematischen Worten Abstand nehmen soll. Und Allah weiß es am besten. Da sagte der Prophet: O Mu`az Ibn Dschabal! Ich antwortete: Da bin ich, o Gesandter Allahs, ich stehe zu deiner gefälligen Verfügung! Der Prophet ritt eine Weile weiter, dann sagte er: O Mu`az Ibn Dschabal! Ich antwortete: Da bin ich, o Gesandter Allahs, ich stehe zu deiner gefälligen Verfügung!
