November „ʿĀshūrāʾ" Dienstag 4. November | der Tag nach „ʿĀshūrāʾ" Der Prophet sallallahu aleihi wa sallam sagte: "Was das Fasten am Tag von Ashura angeht, hoffe ich darauf, dass Allah einem damit die Sünden des vergangenen Jahres vergibt." (Muslim) Der Prophet (ALLAHs Friede und Segen auf ihm) kam nach Medina und sah die Juden am Tag von Aschura fasten. Er fragte: "Warum tut ihr das?" Sie antworteten: "Dies ist ein guter Tag, es ist der Tag, an dem ALLAH die Kinder Israels vor ihren Feinden rettete, deshalb fastete Musa an diesem Tag." Er sagte: "Wir haben mehr Anrecht auf Musa als ihr," so fastete er an diesem Tag und wies die Muslime an, an diesem Tag zu fasten. (Überliefert von Buchari Nr. 1865) "Als Allahs Gesandter, Allahs Frieden und Heil seien auf ihm, den Tag Aschura fastete und (den Muslimen) auftrug, an ihm zu fasten, sagten sie: "Gesandter Allahs, dies ist ein Tag, den die Juden und die Christen ehren". Darauf sagte Allahs Gesandter (ALLAhs Segen und Frieden mit ihm): "Falls wir das kommende Jahr inscha Allah noch erleben sollten, fasten wir den neunten Tag (dazu)." Und bevor dann das nächste Jahr kam, verstarb Allahs Gesandter, Allahs Segen und Heil seien auf ihm." (Muslim) Shaikh Salih bin Uthaimeen rahimahullah sagte: Das Fasten von Ashoora hat 4 Stufen Die erste: ● Man fastet den 9ten, 10ten und 11ten Tag. Dies ist die höchste Stufe. Da Imam Ahmed in seinem Musnad berichtete: "Fastet einen Tag davor und einen Tag danach, seid anders als die Juden." Desweitern erlangt man den Vorzug, drei Tage im Monat zu fasten. (Dies erwähnte Shaikh ul Islam Ibn Al Qaym in Zad al Maad) Die zweite Stufe: ● den 9ten und 10ten Tag zu fasten Dies da der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sagte: "Falls ich nächstes Jahr noch am Leben wäre, würde ich den 9ten fasten." (Muslim) Dies nachdem ihm gesagt wurde: Die Juden fasteten den 10ten Tag und er liebte es, den Juden zu widersprechen. Ja sogar allen Ungläubigen. Die dritte Stufe: ● Den 10ten und 11ten Die vierte Stufe: ● den 10ten alleine ■■ Von den Gelehrten welche sagten, 》》 es ist erlaubt andere wiederum sagten, 》》 es ist verpönt ○ Diejenigen die sagten es sei erlaubt, beziehen sich auf den generellen Hadeeth als der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم über das Fasten von Ashoora gefragt wurde. So erwiderte er صلى الله عليه وسلم: "Ich erwarte, dass Allah das vorherige Jahr vergibt." (Muslim) Hier wurde der 9te nicht erwähnt. ○ Diejenigen die es als verpönt halten sagten: Der Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم sagte: "Seit anders als die Juden, fastet einen Tag davor oder einen danach." (Ahmed) >> Dies bedeutet das es Pflicht ist einen Tag dazu zu fasten, um im Widerspruch (mit den Juden) zu sein. Oder das mindeste was man sagen kann ist, dass es verpönt ist, den Tag alleine zu fasten. □□ Die Ansicht, dass es verpönt ist, nur einen Tag zu fasten ist stark. In diesem Video seht ihr, wie teilweise Guantánamo aussieht (man sieht nicht alles, nur kleine Ausschnitte) und wie die Häftlinge in Guantánamo das Gebet verrichten und den Gebetsruf ausrufen. Das sind originale Aufnahmen von Journalisten, die dort vor Ort waren in Guantánamo. Leider herrschen dort sehr strenge Regeln auch für die Journalisten. Zum Beispiel durften sie sich nicht bemerkbar machen für die Gefangenen, mussten leise sein und nicht reden. Sie durften die Häftlinge nicht fotografieren oder ihr Gesicht filmen. Man sieht im Video auch, wie oft das geschnitten wurde. Das kommt daher, weil die Gefängniswärter alles bis zum Detail im Video kontrolliert haben. Man hört kein Gespräch im Video und keine Stimmen (außer als letztes als das Gebet verrichtet wurde). In dem Ausschnitt, indem ihr den Gebetrsruf hört, befanden sich die Gefangenen im Hungerstreik. Man beachte beim Gebet, wie dünn die Gefangenen durch ihre regelmäßigen Hungerstreiks geworden sind...
