The incident happened in 2007 when she was only 19yrs old and he tried to force his way on to her. Raihana defended her honor by hitting him with a rock on his head which caused his death. Antwort: Die Nichtmuslime werden in Angelegenheiten bezogen auf Nahrungsmittel und Kleidung gemäß ihrem Glauben und im Rahmen dessen, was die Scharia-Regeln erlauben. Der obengenannte Punkt zeichnet sich durch zwei Einschränkungen aus: Die erste Einschränkung: "gemäß ihrem Glauben", es ist ihnen also erlaubt Kleidung entsprechend ihrer Religion zu tragen; und die Kleidung entsprechend ihrer Religionen ist die Kleidung ihrer religiösen Männer und Frauen, d.h. die Kleidung der Priester und Mönche etc... und die Kleidung der Nonnen. Dies ist die Kleidung, die von ihrem Glauben festgelegt ist, also ist es ihren Männern und Frauen erlaubt diese Kleidung zu tragen. Dies ist die erste Einschränkung. Die zweite Einschränkung: "im Rahmen dessen, was die Scharia-Regeln erlauben", dies sind die Regeln, die das öffentliche Leben regeln, was alle Bürger, Muslime wie auch Nichtmuslime, Männer wie Frauen, beinhaltet. • Die Ausnahme gilt für die Kleidung gemäß ihrem Glauben. • Was Kleidung betrifft, die nicht Teil ihres Glaubens ist, so werden die Schariah-Regeln in Bezug auf das öffentliche Leben auf sie angewendet. Dies gilt für beide, Männer wie Frauen. Es gibt keine Ausnahme für Nichtmuslime, außer im Bereich der Kleidung, die dem Glauben entspringt, wie oben bereits erwähnt. Außer diesem sind Frauen dazu verpflichtet ihre privaten Bereiche (Awrah) zu bedecken und dürfen sich nicht im Zustand der Entblössung ihrer Schönheit sein (Tabarruj), und müssen den Jilbab und Khimar tragen. Da das Tragen von Hosen als Tabarruj gilt, ist es für eine Frau nicht erlaubt diese im öffentlichen Leben zu tragen, selbst wenn sie bedeckend (Saatir) sind. Was die historischen Fakten betrifft: Während der Ära des Kalifats haben Frauen, Muslime als auch Nichtmuslime, den Jilbab, ein weites Übergewand über ihre (Haus-)kleidung, getragen, und ihren Kopf bedeckt. Es gab einige Dörfer, in denen muslimische und nichtmuslimische Frauen zusammenlebten und nicht durch ihre Kleidung voneinander unterschieden werden konnten. Selbst nach der Abschaffung des Kalifats blieb der Effekt zu einem bestimmten Ausmaß vorhanden. Wenn du also die Älteren im Alter von über 70 oder 80 Jahre fragst, würden sie dir über ihre Feststellungen in einigen der palästinensischen Dörfern erzählen und wie sie christlische und muslimische Frauen gesehen haben, die die selbe Kleidung trugen. Nach fast 1,5 Jahren müssen wir resigniert feststellen, dass sich seither wenig geändert hat. Wo Reizwörter wie "Israel", "Flüchtlinge", "Antisemitismus" oder "Nazis" fallen, sind die Kartoffeln nicht weit, da helfen auch keine Ban-Wellen und Moderatoren-Extraschichten. Fast täglich tauchen neue Facebook-Hassseiten auf, wenn beispielsweise irgendwo in einem deutschen Provinznest ein paar Flüchtlinge unterkommen sollen, in Rüsselsheim zwei gefährliche Hunde aus dem Verkehr gezogen werden oder in Hoyerswerda ein Glas Sauerkraut umfällt. Die tägliche Flut von Hass zu katalogisieren kostet enorm viel Zeit und die haben wir leider nicht, da wir im Vergleich zu Putins Trollarmee nicht dafür bezahlt werden. Versteht uns nicht falsch.
