Wenn man die Toilette betritt, geht man mit dem "linken" Fuß rein und man sagt: "bismillâh, allâhumma 'inni 'a~ûdhu bika minal chubthi wal-khabâ-'ith" [Sahih Al Bukharyy] (O Allah, ich nehme Zuflucht bei Dir vor den Chubuth und den Chaba'ith) Wenn man die Toilette verlässt, geht man mit dem "rechten" Fuß raus und man sagt: "ghufrânak(a)" [Abu Dawud] (Ich bitte Dich (Allâh) um Vergebung) Anas sagte: „Wenn der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, zu seiner Notdurft austrat, sagte er: „O Allah, ich nehme Zuflucht bei Dir vor den Chubuth und den Chaba'ith." (Chubuth ist die Mehrzahl von Chabith männlicher Schaitan) und Chaba'th ist die Mehrzahl von Chabitha weiblicher Schaitan). Manche Gelehrten verstehen unter dem Wortlaut dieses Hadith, dass es sich hier um die Zufluchtnahme bei Allah vor jedem übel in jeder Form handelt) [Sahih Al-Bucharyy Nr. 142] Man sollte die Gebetswaschung mit den Worten "Bismillah" (Im Namen Allahs) beginnen! Die Geschlechtsteile darf nicht mit der rechten Hand berühren, sondern nur mit der linken Hand! Wer insha Allah an diesem Tag fastet, dem werden Allah die Sünden vom diesen & letzten Jahres verziehen... SUBHANALLAH !! Der neunte Tag von Arafat ist am Freitag der 03.10.2014!!! Inshallah verfolgen wir den Weg des Prophten Mohammad sws und Fasten an dem Tag!!! La ilaha illa Allah ... wie heilig doch dieser Tag ist !? ... Voller Belohnung & Vergebung !! Wie Barmherzig und Gnädig unser Rabb ist..ALHAMDULLILAH !! Was macht man eigentlich an 'Arafat und was ist es eigentlich? Und seine Vorzüge & was steckt dahinter? Preis sei Allah, dem Einen, und Friede und Heil auf dem, nach dem es keinen Propheten mehr geben wird. Die ersten zehn Tage des islamischen Monats Dhu l-Hiddscha sind voller Segen für diejenigen sind, die sich aufrichtig darum bemühen, Allah näher zu kommen. In diesen Tagen liegt auch der Tag von Arafat, es ist der neunte Dhu l-Hiddscha. Arafat ist ein kleiner Berg in der Nähe von Mekka, den Berg umgibt eine weitflächige Ebene. Die Pilger, die sich auf der Hadsch befinden, verbringen dort den Tag und flehen ihren Schöpfer um Vergebung an. Allah gab diesem Tag und diesem Ort einen außergewöhnlichen Stellenwert, den jeder Muslim kennen sollte. Im Folgenden werden nur einige der Vorzüge des Tages von Arafat dargelegt, der nicht nur für die Pilgernden, sondern auch für die übrigen Muslime voller Segen sein kann. Der Prophet (s) sagte: „Das Fasten am Tag von Arafat – ich hoffe ja darauf, dass Allah (damit die Sünden des) vorausgegangenen Jahres vergibt und (die Sünden) des nachfolgenden Jahres" (Tirmidhi). Das Fasten am Tag von Arafat ist mustahabb (empfohlen) für denjenigen, der nicht pilgert. Der Pilgernde soll nicht an diesem Tag fasten, da der Prophet (s) diesen Tag auf der Pilgerfahrt nicht fastete (Buchari, Muslim). Der Tag, an dem Allah mit der Nachkommenschaft Adams (s) das Abkommen schloss. Ibn Abbas (r) überlieferte sinngemäß: „Allahs Gesandter, Allah segne ihn und schenke ihm Heil, sagte: ,Allah schloss das Abkommen mit der Nachkommenschaft Adams in Na'man', d.h. Arafat: Er brachte ... jegliche Nachkommenschaft hervor und breitete sie vor Sich aus ... und sagte: ,Bin Ich nicht euer Herr?' Sie sagten: ,Ja doch, wir bezeugen es!', - dass ihr nicht am Tag der Auferstehung sagt: ,Wir waren ja diesem gegenüber achtlos'. Oder ihr sagt: ,Unsere Väter haben vorher Mitgötter gegeben, und wir waren die Nachkommen, nach ihnen, also vernichtest Du uns wegen dem, was die Taugenichtse getan haben?' (7:172-173)" (Ahmad). Dies war ein gewaltiger Tag und ein gewaltiges Abkommen. Der Tag von Arafat ist der Tag der Vergebung der Sünden, der Errettung aus dem Höllenfeuer und des Stolzes Allahs auf diejenigen, die sich dort befinden. Abu Huraira berichtete, dass Allahs Gesandter (s) sagte: „Allah, der Mächtige und Erhabene, drückt gegenüber den Engeln Seinen Stolz auf die Menschen von Arafat aus und sagt: ,Schaut auf Meine Knechte (wie sie) ungekämmt und voller Staub (zu Mir gekommen sind)" (Ahmad). Brüder und Schwestern wollte euch daran erinnern, damit ihr Inshallah nicht eine große Belohnung vor eurem Tod verpasst!!! Warum werden unsichtbare und sichtbare Mauern gebaut um die Menschen von der EU fernzuhalten? Wieso darf ein Syrer, Iraker oder Menschen aus dem afrikanischen Kontinent nicht in Europa leben? Kann das jemand rational begründen? Wie kann die EU es auch nur wagen von Menschenrechtsverletzungen zu sprechen? Ist nicht die westliche Welt das System, was am meisten diese Menschenrechte mit Füßen getreten und anschließend nochmal mit Atombomben zerbombt hat? Wer hat denn die letzten beiden Weltkriege geführt und ist dabei den neuen auf die nächste Stufe zu katapultieren? Das sind ernst zunehmende Fragen! Und wir sollten endlich anfangen vor unserer eigenen Tür zu kehren und nicht zulassen, dass Menschen wo anders ermordet werden, damit andere vertrieben werden, um Ende vor unseren unmenschlich kontrollierten Grenzen zu sterben! Und das absurde an der ganzen Geschichte ist, dass es zusätzlich dann Menschen gibt, die es auch noch wagen die Einwanderung zu kritisieren, die die eigene Politik verursacht hat! We praise Him, we seek His help and we seek forgiveness from Him. And we seek refuge in Allaah from the evils within our own souls and our evil actions. Whomsoever Allaah guide, then none can misguide him; and whomsoever Allaah leaves to stray, then none can guide him aright. Indeed it is Allaah who sent His Messenger Muhammad sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam with the Guidance and the Religion of Truth, and he conveyed this Message, fulfilled his trust, fought Jihaad as it should be fought, and he did not die except that he left his Ummah (nation) upon a clear path, its night is like its day, and no one deviates from it except that he is destroyed. And may Allaah extol and send blessings of peace upon His Messenger Muhammad, and upon his Family, his Companions, and those who follow them in goodness. Then to proceed: So on this night, Sunday the 27th of Rabee'ul-Awwal 1417H – which corresponds to the 10th of August 1996CE – I am pleased to have this opportunity to say a few words to you. I hope that Allaah would bless them and that He would also bless our brothers in England; who have traveled from various places in order to here these few words on the telephone, for which they will receive – with the help of Allaah – that promise which has been mentioned by the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam when he said: "Whosoever treads a path to seek knowledge, then Allaah would make easy for him a path to Paradise."1 So I ask from my brothers to accept these wasaayah (legacies and sincere advices) which I hope would be of benefit to them:- THE FIRST LEGACY So I advise you to have the taqwaa of Allaah – the Mighty and Majestic – both in private and public. And taqwaa means that a person should stand firm upon the obedience of Allaah, doing what Allaah ordered him to do, and abandoning what He prohibited him from, starting with establishing the Salaah (Prayer) in their fixed and stated times, and in congregation, for those who are obliged to do so. Along with the five daily Prayers, you should also pray the rawaatib (stressed and recommended Prayers) which are connected to the five daily Prayers – and they are four rak'ahs before the Dhuhr Prayer and two after it. Two rak'ahs after the Maghrib Prayer. Two rak'ahs after the 'Ishaa Prayer. And two rak'ahs before the Fajr Prayer. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam said: "There is no Muslim who Prays twelve optional rak'ahs from the non-obligatory Prayer every day, except that Allaah will build for him a house in Paradise."2 Likewise, you should pay the Zakaah; which is an obligatory amount taken from your wealth and given to the poor and the needy. Allaah – the Most High – said to his Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam: "Take charity from their wealth in order to purify them and to sanctify them by it." [Soorah a-Tawbah 9:103]. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam said to Mu'aadh ibn Jabal, when he was sending him to Yemen: "And inform them that Allaah has obligated upon them to give charity from their wealth, to be taken from the rich and given to the poor."3 Likewise, one should fast in the month of Ramadaan, because Allaah has prescribed it for this Ummah, and one should make the Hajj (Pilgramage) and the 'Umrah (Lesser Pilgramage) for whosoever has the ability to do so. These are the pillars of Islaam, after the first pillar which is the Shahaadatain (the two testimonies); to testify that none has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, and to testify that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allaah. THE SECOND LEGACY I advise my brothers that they should unify their ranks, and that they should be like a single body seeking to establish the Religion of Allaah, as Allaah – the Most High – said: "Allaah has prescribed for you the same Religion which He prescribed to Noah, and that which We revealed to the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam, and that which We prescribed to Ibraaheem, Moses and Jesus 'alayhimus-salaam, saying: That you should establish the Religion by doing that which you were commanded with, and that you should not make any divisions in it." [Soorah ash-Shooraa 42:13]. Thus it becomes very clear that what is required from us – as it was required from the Prophets who were foremost in resolve – is to establish the Religion and not to make any divisions therein. So our Lord – the Mighty and Majestic – ordered us to establish the Religion and not to make any divisions in it. O my brothers! Unite your ranks, and do not differ, since Allaah – the Most High – said: "And do not dispute with each other, unless you loose courage and your power departs, but be patient. For indeed Allaah is with those who are patient." [Soorah al-Anfaal 8:46]. Do not label each other as being deviant, nor label each other as being sinners. If you see in any of your brothers that which is objectionable, then go to them and debate with them about this, until your word is unified, and thus cause the Ummah to remain united. None of you should try to slander his brother, since this will cause a great deal of enmity and hatred. Likewise, none of you should declare his Muslim brother to be a disbeliever, innovator or a sinner – since this is not from the nature of a Muslim. THE THIRD LEGACY I also advise you – O brothers – to do those actions which will be the cause of love and affection to develop between you. Many people do not truly understand the Religion of Islaam. Indeed many people think that the Religion of Islaam includes certain bad traits – even though Islaam in reality objects to them – because some Muslims portray a false image of Islaam. Rather, the Religion of Islaam is a Religion of truthfulness, righteousness and justice. It is a Religion which calls for reconciling people. It is also a Religion which wages war against all bad actions and characteristics; such as lying, cheating, deception and transgressing upon others. Allaah – the Most High – said: "Indeed Allaah enjoins upon you justice, kindness and the giving of good to relatives and near ones, and He prohibits you from all shameful and evil deeds, oppression and transgression. He admonishes you, in order that you may take heed and be reminded. And fulfil the Covenant of Allaah when you have made it, and do not break your oaths after you have confirmed them, and indeed you have appointed Allaah as your Guarantor. Indeed Allaah knows all what you do." [Soorah an-Nahl 16:90-91]. O my brothers, da'wah (calling to Islaam) is to be done by your actions, as you are commanded to do it with your speech However, da'wah through actions will be more effective than da'wah which is merely done with speech. So I say again, that those who practice Islaam in a wrong manner, they will create a false understanding of Islaam in people's view. Allaah – the Most High – has said about those who invite to what is correct, but do not practice themselves: "O you who believe! Why do you say that which you do not do. It is most hateful to Allaah that you say that which you do not do." [Soorah as-Saff 61:2-3]. THE FOURTH LEGACY I advise you all to safeguard your time and to occupy yourselves in that which is beneficial. You should know that time is more precious than wealth, as Allaah – the Most Blessed, the Most High – said: "Until when death comes to him, he says: O my Lord! Give me respite so that I may then do righteous actions." [Soorah al-Baqarah 2:333]. Time is such that when it departs it does not return, whereas wealth, when it departs, then it is possible to replace it. So time is of the utmost importance. This is why I advise you to safeguard your time, and to occupy yourselves in that which benefits. Keep away from qeela wa qaal (gossiping) – that so and so said such and such about this and that person – because the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam said in an authentic narration: "Indeed Allaah hates qeela wa qaal (gossip mongering), asking too many questions, and wasting one's wealth."4 Unfortunately, many of the youths – after returning to the correct path, and uniting their hearts and unifying their word – have become disunited and fragmented into many factions, and this is due to the whisperings of Shaytaan amongst them and the disuniting of their word. So I advise the brothers to utilise your time in beneficial matters, and to keep away from qeela wa qaal. Indeed, time is like a sword; either you strike it, or it will strike you! THE FIFTH LEGACY Call to Allaah with mildness, forebearance, and intending to rectify matters – not with harshness, nor intending to cause divisions. This is because Allaah – the Most Perfect – said to His Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam: "Call mankind to the way prescribed by your Lord, with wisdom, and admonish them with the examples and warnings that Allaah has provided in His Book, and argue with them in a way that is better." [Soorah an-Nahl 16:125]. "By the mercy of Allaah you behaved with gentleness towards them. Had you been severe or harsh-hearted they would have left you and departed. So pass over their faults, and ask Allaah to forgive them, and consult them in the affairs." [Soorah Aali-'Imraan 3:159]. Thus, it is obligatory for the Believer to follow the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam in this, and to be mild and forebearing in calling to Allaah – the Most Blessed, the Most High – since it is authentically established from the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa aalihi wa sallam that he said: "Indeed Allaah is gentle and loves gentleness, and He gives due to gentleness that which He does not give due to harshness."5 THE SIXTH LEGACY Striving hard in acquiring knowledge, since that is the reason why you have left your cities and homes, and have left your family and friends. So it is upon you all to strive hard in gaining knowledge, and to study deeply – not merely to take an exam, rather it is for the knowledge itself. So strive hard in seeking knowledge. Finally, I ask Allaah that He enables us to utilise our time in a beneficial way, according to what Allaah – the Most Blessed, the Most High – has made us responsible for. 1. Hizb ut Tahrir, which carries intellectual and political works in order to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Khilafah State, has been banned in Turkey, and its Shabab have been persecuted because of these actions. During the sixties of the last century, members of Hizb ut Tahrir were sentenced to six months imprisonment; this has increased by 15 fold to become 7.5 years later on in 2000. Hizb ut Tahrir is a global political party, where its activity extends through almost all Muslim lands in more than 50 countries. It works for the establishment of the righteous Khilafah State that will govern all Muslims by the Rulings (Ahkam) revealed by Allah سبحانه وتعالى, as well as it will bring the Islamic Ummah once again under the command of a single leader as it had been over the past eras for 13 centuries, and will carry the message of Islam, a light and guidance, to the entire world. Hizb ut Tahrir does not adopt the method of a superior movement on the Ummah; it is a part of it, working within the Ummah and with it, in order to gain its support and leadership. Moreover it confines its work on political and intellectual actions and does not embrace armed actions whatsoever. Everyone in the world, friend and foe, knows of this firm foundation followed by Hizb ut Tahrir, which continues its activities for more than 60 years. Also, there is no doubt that whoever declared Hizb ut Tahrir a terrorist group and that its members are terrorists or whoever lay down rules based on that, is aware of this. They also testify before others the lies of these allegations that they delivered under duress, force and fabrication. Furthermore, these trials are considered more political than legal. While Turkey considers the change it made since 1960 until the present day a progress towards greater democracy and greater freedom for it, however towards Hizb ut Tahrir it was a reverse process. In addition, there are contradictions between the verdicts issued by martial law courts and the state security after the coups in 1960 and 1980, and the verdicts issued in the years in which the democratic governments and civil courts ruled. And in spite of the numerous amendments and formats emanating from the constitutions and laws of the coup and many judicial reforms that have been released, and the laws compatible with the European Union, the injustice and infringement of rights that are applied in the trials of Hizb ut Tahrir is on the rise. And while the sentences against the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir used to be about 3 years in early 2000, the sentences has increased to more than a double with the many proceedings that infringe the rights and the allegations that are unfounded despite the change of the definition of terrorism. Also, despite the absence of any article in the existing laws that considers sentencing Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir, hundreds of people have been sentenced to thousands of years. Thus, more than 500 people have been sentenced to a total of 1828 years imprisonment. One of the reasons why these verdicts are high is as came in the prosecution: "Even that it was shown that there was no act of violence in any of Hizb ut Tahrir's rallies or in its goal until today, there is violent in its goal internally already. Thus, it is a must to stop this violence to prevent the demolition of the democratic system that derives its legitimacy from the people. Therefore Hizb ut Tahrir has been regarded a terrorist party". As for the Attorney General to the Court of Appeals: "It has been determined that the goal is an armed struggle after the establishment of the Khilafah State to bring the Christian states through Jihad under the Khilafah State, which has been established". Thus Hizb ut Tahrir was declared a terrorist party, and its Shabab were sentenced in a tragic way which is not at all compatible with the rights. As well as other people and Islamist groups in Turkey were exposed to similar proceedings. It is clear that there is no difference between ancient and modern Turkey if the subject is Islam and Muslims. Thus, continued infringement of the rights of Muslims and their oppression throughout the history of the republic is no difference between the secular mentality - the old Kemalist and the concept of conspiracy (the charge against the Army) - the parallel state (the charge against Gulen's movement) which is common these days. Laws, reforms, updates and democratic packages have long had a negative impact on Muslims. It should be remembered that the threats and policies of the great powers towards our country has an important role in this. However, the birth of a new great power such as the Khilafah State on Muslim lands, Allah willing, foreshadowing the end of the current regimes and overturns the geopolitical calculations and balances and disrupts the path of colonialism in front of the dominant global system. In this regard, we address our call to the new government headed by Ahmed Davutoglu, which was formed after the election of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic, and to all judges and prosecutors who are on the threshold of electing the Supreme Council of Judges and Prosecutors. To this country and its people in general, and all civil society organizations and media outlets in which we see their sensitivity toward Islam and the Muslim Ummah in particular. And finally to our brothers in Turkey who are an integral part of the Islamic Ummah, and we ask them all to say "STOP" to this injustice. O the new Government! Justice cannot be achieved except by implementing Islam in life as Omar (ra) said, "Justice is the basis of governance". But to inflict severe punishments against the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir because of the thought the party holds and the political acts that it undertakes; a party that seeks to achieve its aim without carrying out any acts of violence and has never adopted it. Then, this is an obvious injustice and infringement of rights. It is upon your government, which it launched carrying the slogan "New Turkey", to put an end to this immediately, or at least to return rights to their owners. Is it not on your government to show the same strong and resolute stance against infringement on the rights of Islam and Muslims, as is the case in its attitude toward the coup plans prepared against it and toward the parallel state? And if you are thinking of the Day the Reckoning, is it not more likely that you stand up for this position as rulers who are responsible for millions of people? O Courts and Judges! Judge justly as Allah Almighty said, وَلاَ يَجْرِمَنَّكُمْ شَنَآنُ قَوْمٍ عَلَى أَلاَّ تَعْدِلُواْ اعْدِلُواْ "And do not let the hatred of a people prevent you from being just. Be just: that is nearer to righteousness." (Al-Ma'ida: 8) because every decision you take, you will be questioned of it before Allah سبحانه وتعالى and would be a disaster on you and will be on your necks in the Day of Resurrection. Despite what was indicated in the police and intelligence reports that were obtained by your courts, that Hizb ut Tahrir in its current form does not embrace violence and therefore cannot be rated a terrorist organization based on the present laws. And despite the fact that you are aware of the systematic deliberations about Hizb ut Tahrir, prepared by experts in law, also despite your attention to the pleadings of the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir before you, which are full of facts, so is it justice that you sentence innocent people because of your exposure to several proposals and political pressures without paying attention to your conscience? Is not that you should not bow in front of what is imposed upon you, and stand on the acquittal decisions that you issued? O Civil Society Organizations and Media Outlets! You know that "'Whoever remains silent from the truth is a mute devil (Shaytan)". Shouldn't your reaction be most severe in the face of this infringement of rights, due to the position you hold and under the mission you are working on? Shouldn't you act according to the principle that you carry of standing at the same stance for everyone, without distinction of a religion, language, color, doctrine or principle? Shouldn't you speak up more than anyone else over the infringement of rights while hundreds of people are being tried for thousands of years on flimsy reasons, imperious comments and unfounded allegations, and their families, children and their loved ones become the victims of this? O Sincere Muslims! You know that the satisfaction of injustice is injustice too. And that Hizb ut Tahrir is one of you and with you. Your sons, your brothers and your relatives are working with it. You are the closest to witness that it is not a terrorist party and its Shabab are not terrorists. Is not it time for you to consider your attitudes and your testimonies against the sincere Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir as they are exposed to the harshest punishments and treated without mercy? Hizb ut Tahrir Wilayah Turkey will as of 18th September 2014, Allah willing, organize a campaign under the title "Say STOP to Judicial Persecution against Hizb ut Tahrir" that aims to put an end to the unjust rulings that are taken against the Shabab of Hizb ut Tahrir in particular and all Muslim thinkers in general and to the infringement of the rights. It will be organized within the scope of this campaign, press conferences, visits, activities of the social media, and other activities in order to increase public awareness and not to stand silent in the face of this injustice. We do not expect justice in the regime, but rather the contrary, justice is the result of implementing the rules of Islam. As well as justice cannot be established anywhere in the world as long as the system of Islam is not applied fully and comprehensively in all areas of life. Therefore, what we hope for from the current regime is to abandon the unjust infringement on the rights and the illegal actions. This is a common right for all people, wherever they are. Hizb ut Tahrir has been subjected to all kinds of injustice, infringement of rights and illegal procedures in many countries of the world for 60 years since its inception to the present day. It has tasted all kinds of suffering from political repression to torture, arrests to murder and martyrdom. However, it has never and will never deviate from the foundations it laid, its method, and its goal since its inception. Nor any force, tyrant or dictator in the world was able and will not be able to frighten Hizb ut Tahrir and deviate it away from its path, Allah willing, until it is enabled to establish the righteous Khilafah state on the method of the Prophethood, which is the promise of Allah and the glad tiding of His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم, in the near future with the help of Allah the Powerful, the Exalted in Might.
