میں اس کی لمبائی اتنی ہوتی ہے کہ دلہن کے علاوہ کئی عورتیں اور بچے اس کو اٹھا کر چلتے ہیں۔دلہن اس کو پہن کر دولہا اور دیگر لوگوں کے سامنے حاضر ہوتی ہےجہاں دولہا اس کو تحائف وغیرہ پیش کرتا ہے۔دلہن سے دولہا ہم کلام ہوتا ہے۔بعض دفعہ دیگر لوگ اس گفتگو میں شامل ہو کر دولہا اور دلہن کو اخلاق سوز مذاق کرتے ہیںیہ عمل شریعت کے بالکل خلاف ہے۔مسلمان بھائیو!یاد رکھو یہ کفار کی عادت ہے۔اسلام کے ساتھ اس کا کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے۔ یہ فضول خرچی ہے۔یہ تکبر اور ریاکاری کے زمرے میں آتا ہے جبکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے ارشاد فرمایا:(ترجمہ(''اور کھاؤ اور پیو، فضول خرچی نہ کرو۔ بیشک وہ فضول خرچ لوگوں کو پسند نہیں کرتا''۔(الاعراف30)۔2۔ دولہا اور دلہن کے لئے اسٹیج کا اہتمام:بعض علاقوں میں تکمیل نکاح کے بعد ایک اسٹیج بنایا جاتا ہےجس کے اوپر دولہا اور دلہن بھری محفل میں رونق افروز ہوتے ہیں۔اس کے متعلق سعودی عرب کے مفتی ابن باز رحمہ اللہ فرماتے ہیں:شادی بیاہ میں شریعت کی خلاف ورزیوں میں سے ایک یہ بھی ہے کہدولہا اور دلہن کو نمایاں مقام پر بٹھایا جاتا ہے۔بعض دفعہ دولہا کے رشتہ دار مرد بھی وہاں موجود ہوتے ہیں جن کے سامنے دلہن کا بے حجاب ہونااور دیگر عورتوں کا نازیبا لباس میں پھرنا کھلی بے غیرتی ہے۔کوئی بھی ذی شعور اور صاحب غیرت اس چیز کے خطرات سے بے خبر نہیں ہے۔یہ عمل پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی تعلیمات کے خلاف ہےجس سے بچنا ہر مسلمان مرد و عورت کے لئے ضروری ہے۔3۔ عورتوں کا خوشبو لگا کر پھرنا:شادی بیاہوں پر عورتوں کا خوشبو لگا کر پھرنا اور غیر محرم مردوں کے پاس سے گزرنا بھی باعث گناہ ہےکیونکہیہ تو ناممکن ہے کہ عورتوں کا گزر ان تقریبات میں غیر مردوں کے پاس سے نہ ہو۔پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم ارشاد فرماتے ہیں:''جو عورت خوشبو لگا کر مردوں کے پاس سے گزرے اس حال میں کہ یہ خوشبو مردوں تک پہنچ رہی ہو تو وہ (عورت) زانیہ ہے''۔4۔ عورتوں اور مردوں کا اختلاط:شادی کے موقع پر عورتوں اور مردوں کا اکٹھا ہونا بھی پیارے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی تعلیمات کے بالکل خلاف ہےکیونکہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے فرمان کا ترجمہ کچھ اس طرح ہے:''اپنے آپ کو عورتوں کے پاس جانے سے روکو'' ایک آدمی نے سوال کیا کہ دیور کے بارے میں آپ کا کیا خیال ہے؟آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا ''دیور تو موت ہے''۔ابن عثیمین فرماتے ہیں: اے مسلمان بھائیو!ذرا اس بات کا تصور کرو کہجب زیب و زینت کیساتھ، زرق برق لباس پہن کر، مکمل آرائش و جمال کئے ہوئے بے حجاب عورتیں بنے سنورے ہوئے مرد، دولہا اور دلہن کی موجودگی میں محفل لگاتے ہیںتواس وقت کیا حال ہوتا ہے؟تمام مرد اور عورتیں جیسے ایک دوسرے کو للچائی ہوئی نظروں سے دیکھتے ہیںاس سے کہیں بڑھ کر دولہا اور دلہن کو دیکھ دیکھ کر لطف و سرور حاصل کرتے ہیں اور ہوتا یہ ہے کہ اگر نیا جوڑا خوبصورت اور مناسب شخصیات کا مالک ہےتو سب ان میںلچسپی لیتے ہیں۔ مرد حضرات دلہن میں اور عورتیں دولہا کی طرف مائل ہو رہی ہوتی ہیں اوراگر وہ دونوں ان کے معیار پر پورا نہیں اترتے تو سب کے سب ان کے متعلق باتیں بناتے ہیں اور ان کے بارے میں عجیب قسم کا مذاق کرتے ہیں۔پیارے بھائیو!ایک لمحہ کے لئے سوچیئے کہاس پرمسرت اور خوشی کے موقع پر کتنی جلد مرد اور عورت بہک سکتے ہیں۔کوئی بعید نہیں کہ کوئی نہ کوئی فتنہ جنم لے جو کسی نہ کسی حادثہ کا باعث بن جائے۔خاص طور پر نوجوان مرد اور عورت اپنی خواہشات پر قابو پانے میں ناکام ثابت ہوتے ہیں۔اے مسلمان بھائیو!ذرا اس بات کا تصور کرو۔ اس دولہا کی نفسیاتی حالت کیا ہو گیجو اپنے سامنے مکمل آرائش و جمال کے ساتھ موجود دوشیزاؤں کا نظارہ کر رہا ہے۔اگر اس کی نئی نویلی دلہن خوبصورتی اور کشش کے لحاظ سے بعض عورتوں سے ذرا کم ہےتوہو سکتا ہے کہ شادی کے پہلے ہی دن اس کی خوشی، دلی قلق اور افسوس میں تبدیل ہو جائےاوروہ یہی سوچتا رہے کہ کاش وہ خوبصورت دوشیزہ میری دلہن ہوتی یا وہ لڑکی میرے عقد میں آتیاوریہ بھی ممکن ہے کہ یہی حادثہ دلہن کے ساتھ پیش آجائےاوروہ بھی سوچنے لگے کہ کاش وہ مرد میرے مقدر میں ہوتا۔ بعید نہیں کہ یہ لمحہ ان کے درمیان غلط فہمیوں کا سبب بن جائےجس کا انجام بہت بڑے صدمہ کی شکل میں سامنے آئے۔(دیکھئے کتاب منکرات الازواج ص۔5۔ فوٹو گرافی:ابن عثیمین فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے اس بات کا علم ہوا ہےکہ بعض لوگ شادی کی تقریبات میں فوٹو گرافی کا اہتمام کرتے ہیں۔میں نہیں سمجھتا کہ یہ کام کسی خاص مقصد کے لئے کیا جاتا ہے،یا پھر ایسے ہی لوگ اس بیماری میں مبتلا ہیں کوئی بھی ذی شعور آدمی اس کو پسند نہیں کرے گا۔شاید ہی کوئی ایسا بے غیرت مسلمان ہو جس کو یہ بات اچھی لگتی ہو کہ اس کی بیٹی، بہن، بیوی کی تصویر لوگوں کے سامنے پیش کی جائے۔کیا کوئی مسلمان ایسا ہے کہ جس کے لئے یہ بات خوشی کا باعث ہو کہ اس کی خوبصورت رشتہ دار عورتوں کی تصاویر کوئی بنائے اور پھر لوگوں کے سامنے ان کو تسکین قلب کے لئے رکھا جائےتاکہ وہ ان میں دلچسپی کا اظہار کریں۔ یا اس کی بد صورت رشتہ دار عورتوں کی تصاویر لوگوں پر پیش کی جائیں تاکہ وہ ان کو اپنے مذاق کا ہدف بنائیں۔6۔ ویڈیو فلم :اسی طرح فوٹو گرافی سے بڑھ کر بے غیرتی ویڈیو فلم کا اہتمام ہے۔غیر محرم آدمی کو لوگ بلاتے ہیں کہبرائے مہربانی ہماری بہنوں، بیٹیوں کی تصاویر بناؤ۔ان کے جسم کے ایک ایک حصہ کو مختلف زاویوں سے کیمرہ کی آنکھ میں محفوظ کرو۔ ان کی ایک ایک حرکت کو اچھی طرح ملاحظہ کرتے ہوئےاس کو مکمل طور پر ویڈیو کیسٹ میں ریکارڈ کرو تاکہ جب شوق چرائے ہم خود بھی اور کئی دوسرے بے غیرت مل کر اپنی معزز بہنوں بیٹیوں کی حرکات کو دیکھ سکیںاور جب مووی میکر فلم بنا کر فارغ ہوتا ہےتو اس کو بڑی عزت کے ساتھ یہ بے غیرت مسلمان معاوضہ پیش کرتا ہےکہ اس کو قبول کیجئے آپ نے ہماری عورتوں کا اچھی طرح نظارہ کیا ہے۔ یہ آپ کی خدمت کا حق ہے۔ابن عثیمین فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمیں اس بات کا علم ہوا ہے کہ بعض ملکوںمیں تو مردوں، عورتوں کی اکٹھی فلم تیاری کی جاتی ہے۔اس بات میں کوئی شک نہیں کہ یہ عمل انتہائی بے غیرتی پر مبنی ہے۔ شریعت کا تھوڑا سا بھی علم رکھنے والا شخص یہ جانتا ہےکہ یہ عمل اسلامی تعلیمات کے سخت خلاف ہے۔7۔ قیمتی جہیز کا ظالمانہ مطالبہ:لڑکے والوںکیطرف سے جہیز کا مطالبہ ہندوؤں کی رسم ہےوہ اپنی لڑکیوں کو وراثت سے محروم کرنے کے لئے شادی پر کچھ نہ کچھ جہیز وغیرہ دیتے تھےتاکہ لڑکی اس سامان کے عوض وراثت سے اپنا حصہ مانگنا ترک کر دے۔مسلمان بھائیو!یہ عورتوں پر ظلم کی انتہا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ قرآن مجید میں ارشاد فرماتا ہے: (ترجمہ(''اللہ تعالیٰ تمہیں تمہاری اولادوں کے بارہ میں حکم کرتا ہے کہ ایک لڑکے کا حصہ دو لڑکیوں کے برابر ہے اور اگر صرف لڑکیاں ہی ہوں تو انہیں مال متروکہ کا دو تہائی ملے گا اور اگر صرف ایک لڑکی ہو تو اسے آدھا ملے گا''(النسآ:11)۔جہاں جہیز لڑکیوں کو وراثت سے محروم رکھنے کا بہانہ ہےوہاں ان کی شادی میں بھی زبردست رکاوٹ ہے۔غریب اور متوسط گھرانے کے سربراہان اپنی بچیوں کو قابل ذکر جہیز دینے کی قطعاً طاقت نہیں رکھتے جس سے بیشمار لڑکیاں شادی کی نعمت سے محروم ہیںاور اب تو معاملہ اتنی بے حیائی اور ڈھٹائی تک جا پہنچا ہےکہلڑکے والوں کی طرف سے باقاعدہ ایک لسٹ بھیجی جاتی ہےجو کہ انتہائیج مہنگی اشیاء (گاڑی، مکان، فریج، موٹر سائیکل، مائیکرو ویو اوون، کراکری، سوٹ کیس، بیڈ اور ملبوسات وغیرہ) پر مشتمل ہوتی ہے۔یاد رکھواس کا شریعت سے دور کا بھی واسطہ نہیں ہے۔افسوس سے کہنا پڑ رہا ہے کہ مسلمانوں کی اخلاقی اقدار اتنی پست ہو چکی ہیں کہ لڑکے والے اپنی بہو کو یہ طعنہ دینے سے بھی باز نہیں آتے کہ جاؤ وہی چیزیں استعمال کرو جو اپنے گھر سے لے کر آئی ہو۔ یہ مسلمانوں کا رویہ نہیں ہے۔یہ تمام پریشانیاں دین سے دوری کی بناء پر ہیں۔ ہم نے اللہ کا حکم جو کہ وراثت کی شکل میں تھا چھوڑ کر اپنی طرف سے شریعت سازی کی تو ایسی مصیبتیں ہمارے پیچھے پڑ گئیں۔اے بیٹیوں کے والدین اور بہنوں کے بھائیو!یاد رکھو جس لڑکی کو آج تم وراثت سے محروم کر رہے ہوکل روزِ قیامت یہی بیٹی اور بہن دربارِ الٰہی میں تمہیں روک کر کھڑی ہو جائے گی اور جب تک اس کا حق ادا نہیں کرو گے تب تک خلاصی ناممکن ہو گی۔مسلمان بھائیو!غور سے سن لو۔ اسلام میں جہیز کا کوئی تصور نہیں ہے۔اگر لڑکی کے ورثاء لڑکے والوں کے مطالبہ کے بغیر کوئی سامان وغیرہ خوشی کے ساتھ اپنی بیٹی کو دیتے ہیںتو یہ علیحدہ بات ہے۔ اصل میں تو گھر کا خرچہ اور سامان وغیرہ اسلام نے لڑکے کے ذمہ رکھا ہے۔نکاح میں قبولیت کا مفہوم بھی یہی ہے کہ لڑکا اس بات کا اقرار کرتا ہے کہ وہ نان و نفقہ، گھریلو اخراجات، بچوں کی ضروریات پورا کرنے کا ذمہ دار ہے۔یہاں پر ایک بات کا ذکر کرنا ضروری سمجھتا ہوں کہلڑکی کو جہیز کا سامان دیکر خاموش کرنے والے حضرات یہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہماری بیٹی یا بہن تو ہم سے وراثت کا مطالبہ نہیں کرتی۔ اس نے خوشی سے ہمیں معاف کر دیا ہے۔ کوئی کہتے ہیں کہ اس نے اللہ کے لئے ہمیں معاف کر دیا ہے۔مسلمان بھائیو!اگر باپ بیٹی سے اور بھائی بہن سے اس لئے تاحیات قطع تعلقی کر لے کہاس نے وراثت کا حصہ مانگا ہے تو پھر بیچاری بیٹی یا بہن اپنا حصہ معاف نہیں کرے گیتو اور کیا کرے گی!اللہ جل شانہ ایسے حیلوں اور بہانوں کو قبول نہیں کرتا۔امام بخاری رحمہ اللہ نے اپنی کتاب بخاری شریف میں حیلوں اور بہانوں کو کئی احادیث کے ساتھ ردّ کیا ہے۔میں اس واقعہ کو قطعاً نہیں بھول سکتا جو میرے روحانی باپ اور مربی محترم حافظ ثناء اللہ مدنی حفظہ اللہ نے جدہ کے ایک پروگرام میں سنایا کہ ایک اللہ کا خوف رکھنے والے آدمی نے جب اپنی بہن کو باپ کی وراثت سے حصہ دینا چاہا تو بہن نے بڑی شدت اور اصرار کے ساتھ انکار کر دیا۔بھائی نے جب دیکھا کہ بہن کسی طرح ماننے کا نام نہیں لیتی تو اس نے اس کا متعلقہ حصہ بیچ کر پیسے بہن کی خدمت میں پیش کئےجو اس نے پوری رضامندی کے ساتھ وصول کر لئے۔ہمیں اللہ جل شانہ کے عذاب سے ڈرتے ہوئے وراثت کو کما حقہ تقسیم کرنا چاہیئے اور جہیز کے مطالبہ سے بالکل دستبردار ہو جانا چاہیئے۔اپنی بیویوں اور عورتوں کے ورثاء کو جہیز کے ظالمانہ مطالبے سے پریشان نہیں کرنا چاہیئے۔نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم فرماتے ہیں جس نے اللہ کی خاطر کسی چیز کو چھوڑ دیا تو اللہ جل شانہ اس کو اس سے کہیں |

It is the true test of how much a person really knows about his Lord and what results from this knowledge of certain and sincere faith in Allah, and His attributes of majesty and perfection. That is because al-qadar raises many questions for the one who gives free rein to his reasoning to try to fully comprehend it. There have been many disputes concerning the issue of al-qadar and many people have engaged in debates and misinterpreted the verses of the Qur'aan that mention it. Indeed, the enemies of Islam in all eras have provoked confusion in the Muslims' beliefs by discussing the issue of al-qadar and stirring up doubts about it. So no one can have true and certain faith except the one who knows Allah by His beautiful names and sublime attributes, submitting to His commands with peace of mind and trusting in his Lord. In that case no doubts or specious arguments can find a way into his heart. Undoubtedly this is the greatest proof that belief in al-qadar is more important than belief in the other pillars of faith, and that the human mind cannot independently come to understand al-qadar, because al-qadar is one of the mysteries of Allah in His creation; whatever Allah has disclosed to us in His Book or on the lips of His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) we know, accept and believe in, and whatever our Lord has not told us, we believe in and we believe in His perfect justice and wisdom, and that He is not to be questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.
