عنہ بسلسلہ شہادت حضرت عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ ابتدائی حالات: خلیفہ راشدسوئم،کامل حیاوایمان حضرت عثمان بن عفان رضی اللہ عنہ کانام عثمان کنیت ابوعبداللہ اورابوعمراورلقب ذوالنورین تھا۔والدکانام عفان بن ابی العاص اوروالدہ کانام ارویٰ بنت کریز تھا، ارویٰ کی والدہ ام حکیم البیضا تھیں جو جناب عبد المطلب کی صاحبزادی اور آنحضرت صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم اور حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کی پھوپھی تھیں ۔آپکاتعلق شہرمکہ کے قبیلہ قریش کی شاخ بنوامیہ سے تھا۔آپکی پیدائش علامہ سیوطی کے مطابق عام الفیل کے چھٹے سال ہوئی۔حضرت عثمان رضی اللہ عنہ کاشمار سابقون الاولون میں ہوتاہے۔آپ عشرہ مبشرہ میں سے ایک ہیں ، آپ کا شمارہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے اصحاب شوریٰ میں بھی ہوتا ہے۔ امت مسلمہ میں کامل الحیا ء والایمان کے الفاظ آپ کی ہی شان میں استعمال کیے جاتے ہیں ۔حضور اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے آپ کے بارے میں ارشاد فرمایا تھا کہ میں اس سے کس طرح شرم نہ کروں ، جس سے فرشتے بھی شرم کرتے ہیں آپ نے اسلام کی راہ میں بڑے شدائد برداشت کیے ،مگردامے ،درمے اورسخنے اسلام کے لیے سرگرم رہے۔ (۱) قبول اسلام تاخلافت حضرت عمرفاروقرضی اللہ عنہ : حضرت عثمان نے ابتدائی زمانہ اسلام میں ہی اسلام قبول کرلیاتھا۔قبول اسلام کے کچھ ہی عرصہ بعد آپ کا نکاح آنحضرت کی صاحبزادی حضرت بی بی رقیہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے ہوگیا۔یہ نکاح اتنا بابرکت تھا کہ مکے میں عام طور پر لوگ کہا کرتے تھے ، بہترین جوڑا جو کسی انسان نے دیکھا ، رقیہ اور ان کے خاوند عثمان ہیں(ابن کثیر) ۔بعدازاں ۵ نبوی میں آپ کوہجرت حبشہ کاشرف بھی حاصل ہوااور راہ اسلام میں آپ اپنا آبائی وطن ترک کرکے حبشہ چلے گئے۔رسول اللہ نے ارشاد فرمایا تھا کہ یہ دونوں(یعنی میاں بیوی) لوط علیہ السلام کے بعد سب سے پہلے شخص ہیں جنھوں نے اللہ کی طرف ہجرت کی ہے۔جب نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ واسلم نے مدینہ ہجرت فرمائی تو آپ بھی مدینہ چلے آئے،جہاں آپ نے اسلام اورمسلمانوں کے لیے گرانقدر کارنامے انجام دیے۔غزوہ بدر کے دوران ہی جب حضرت رقیہ کا وصال ہو گیا تو آنحضرت نے اپنی دوسری صاحبزادی حضرت ام کلثوم رضی اللہ عنہا کا نکاح بھی حضرت عثمان سے کر دیا جس کہ بعد آپ کا لقب ذوالنورین یعنی دو نوروں والا ہو گیا حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے ایک روایت کے مطابق آپ کو ملا ء اعلیٰ میں بھی ذوالنورین کہ کر پکارا گیا۔۹ھ میں جب حضرت ام کلثوم کا بھی وصال ہوگیا اس موقع ابن اثیر نے حضرت علی سے روایت کی نقل ہے کہ آنحضرت نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ اگر میری چالیس بیٹیاں بھی ہوتیں تو میں انہیں یکے بعد دیگرے عثمان سے بیاہ دیتا۔ (ا) بئررومہ کی تعمیر: مدینہ ہجرت کے بعدمسلمانوں کومیٹھے پانی کی بڑی تکلیف تھی۔شہرمدینہ میں بئررومہ کے نام سے میٹھے پانی کاایک کنواں تھاحضرت عثمان نے ۳۵ ہزاردرہم کے عوض یہ کنواں خریدکرمسلمانوں کے لیے وقف کردیاجس پرنبی اکرم نے آپ کوجنت کی بشارت دی۔ (ب) مسجدنبوی میں اضافہ: مسجدنبوی کے رقبہ میں پہلااضافہ نبی پاک کی ایماپرحضرت عثمان نے فرمایاتھا۔اورمسجدسے متصل ایک قطعہ زمین بروایت تاریخ ابن کثیر۲۵ ہزاردرہم میں خریدکرمسجدمیں شامل کردیا۔بعدازاں اپنے عہدخلافت میں بھی آپ نے مسجدنبوی کی تعمیروتوسیع پرخاص توجہ فرمائی۔ (ج) سفارت ونمائندگی رسول اکرم : واقعہ حدیبیہ 6 کے نازک موقع پریہ حضرت عثمان ہی تھے جنہوں نے سفارت کے فرائض انجام دیے اورنبی اکرم کے نمائندے کی حیثیت سےآپ کاپیغام قریش تک پہنچایااوراس سلسلے میں اپنی جان تک کی پروانہ کی۔اور یہی وہ موقع تھا جب آپ کے قتل کی افواہ اڑ گئی تو نبی پاک نے آپ کا قصاص لینے کے لیے بیعت شجرہ فرمائی اور اس میں اپنے ایک ہاتھ کو حضرت عثمان کا ہاتھ قرار دے کر بیعت لی۔ (د) عظیم مالی انفاق: حضرت عثمان کاایک لقب غنی بھی تھااوردرحقیقت آپ اس لقب کے پوری طرح مستحق تھے۔یوں توساری عمر آپ نے اپنامال بڑی فیاضی سے راہ اسلام میں خرچ کیاتاہم تاہم غزوہ تبوک میں آپ کامالی انفاق حدسے بڑھ گیاآپ نے اس موقع پرروایات کے مطابق نوسواونٹ،ایک سوگھوڑے ،دوسواوقیہ چاندی اورایک ہزاردینارخدمت ِ نبوی میں پیش کیے جس پرخوش ہوکرنبی پاک نے ارشادفرمایاکہ آج کے بعدعثمان جوبھی کریں انہیں ضررنہ ہوگا۔' حضرت عثمان عہدشیخین (حضرت ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت عمررضی اللہ عنہ)میں بھی حسب سابق شیخین کے مشیرومعتمد رہے ،ساتھ ہی ہمہ تن دین اسلام کے لیے وقف رہے اورانکامال ودولت ہمیشہ کی طرح مسلمانوں کی ضروریات پرخرچ ہوتا رہا۔ (۲) خلافت عثمانی: اپنے زمانہ خلافت میں حضرت عثمان کاسب سے عظیم کارنامہ جمع قرآن کاانجام دیا۔درحقیقت کتابی صورت میں کتاب اللہ کی تدوین عہدابوبکر میں ہی ہوچکی تھی،تاہم اسکی اشاعت نہ ہوئی تھی جسکی وجہ سے مختلف علاقوں کے رہنے والوں کی قرات میں اختلاف پھیل رہاتھا۔حضرت حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے توجہ دلانے پرحضرت عثمان نے حضرت ابوبکر کے عہدکامدون کیاہوانسخہ منگواکرقریش کی قرات کے مطابق اس کی نقول کروائیں اورپھریہ نقول ملک کے مختلف حصوں میں روانہ کردیں گئیں اوراس مستند نسخہ کے علاوہ دیگرمصاحف کو آپ نے نذر آتش کروادیا۔حضرت عثمان کایہ عظیم کارنامہ کارنامہ صدیقی کی طرح تکملہ کارنبوت کی حیثیت رکھتاہے ۔ شہادت کبریٰ ۱۸ ذی الحجہ ۳۵ ھ کو نبی اکرم کے اس محبوب خلیفہ کو ایک عظیم سازش ، جو کہ درحقیقت اسلامی تاریخ کی سب سے اول اور سب سے عظیم سازش تھی ،کے بعد اس عالم میں قتل کر دیا گیا کہ آپ قرآن کی تلاوت کر رہے تھے ، کئی دن کے روزے سے تھے ،اور اپنے گھر میں محصور تھے۔گو کہ حضرت حسن رضی اللہ عنہ اور حضرت حسین رضی اللہ عنہ سمیت کئی صحابہ کرام آپ کے گھر کے دروازے پر پہرہ بھی دے رہے تھے لیکن اس کے باوجود بلوائی آپ کے گھر میں پیچھے کی سمت سے داخل ہونے میں کامیاب ہو گئے ۔اور عین تلاوت قرآن کی حالت میں خلیفہ وقت اور امیرالمومنین کو شہید کر دیا گیا۔ یہ عظیم سازش جو عبد اللہ بن سبا سمیت متعدد منافقین کی سعی کا نتیجہ تھی درحقیقت صرف حضرت عثمان کے خلاف نہ تھی بلکہ اسلام اور تمام مسلمانوں کے خلاف تھی اور آپ کی شہادت کے بعد وہ دن ہے اور آج کا دن کہ مسلمان تفرقہ اور انتشار میں ایسے گرفتار ہوئے کہ نکل نہ سکے۔یہ وہ بات تھی جس کی خبر حضرت عثمان نے ان الفاظ میں دی تھی کہ بخدا اگر تم نے مجھے قتل کر دیا تو پھر تا قیامت نہ ایک ساتھ نماز پڑھو گئے نہ ایک ساتھ جہاد کرو گے۔ آپ کی شہادت پر مدینہ میں ایک عام کہرام مچ گیا ۔حضرت سعید بن زید نے ارشاد فرمایا لوگو واجب ہے کہ اس بد اعمالی پر کوہ احد پھٹے اور تم پر گرے ،حضرت انس نے فرمایا حضرت عثمان جب تک زندہ تھے اللہ کی تلوار نیام میں تھی ، اس شہادت کے بعد یہ تلوار نیام سے نکلے گی اور قیامت تک کھلی رہے گی، حضرت ابن عباس نے ارشاد فرمایا اگر حضرت عثمان کے خون کا مطالبہ بھی نہ کیا جاتا تو لوگوں پر آسمان سے پتھر برستے، حضرت علی کو جیسے ہی شہادت عثمان کی خبر ملی آپ نے فرمایا اے اللہ میں تیرے حضور خون عثمان سے بریت کا اظہار کرتا ہوں اور ابن کثیر نے یہ بھی نقل کیا ہے کہ حضرت علی حضرت عثمان کے پاس جا کر ان پر گر پڑے اور رونے لگےحتیٰ کے لوگوں نے خیال کیا کہ آپ بھی ان سے جاملیں گئے۔ امام اعمش اور حافظ ابن عساکر نے صاحب اسرار رسول حضرت حذیفہ بن یمان سے روایت کیا ہے کہ آپ نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ سب سے پہلا فتنہ حضرت عثمان کا قتل ہے اور سب سے آخری فتنہ خروج دجال ہے اور اس ذات کی قسم جس کہ قبضے میں میری جان ہے کہ وہ شخص جس کے دل میں ایک دانے کے برابر بھی حضرت عثمان کے قتل کی حب ہے ، اگر اس نے دجال کو پالیا تو وہ اس کی پیروی کیے بغیر نہیں مرے گا اور اگر اس نے اسے نہ پایا تو وہ اپنی قبر میں اس پر ایمان لائے گا۔ علامہ ذہبی نے حضرت عثمان کے کمالات وخدمات کاذکران الفاظ میں کیاہے 'ابوعمرعثمان ،ذوالنورین تھے ۔ان سے فرشتوں کو حیا آتی تھی۔ انھوں نے ساری امت کواختلافات میں بڑجانے کے بعدایک قرآن پرجمع کردیا۔وہ بالکل سچے ،کھرے ،عابدشب زندہ داراورصائم النہارتھے اوراللہ کے راستے میں بے دریغ خرچ کرنے والے تھے،اوران لوگوں میں سے تھے جن کو آنحضرت صلیہ اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے جنت کی بشارت دی ہے۔' حضرت عثمان غنی رضی اللہ عنہ نے اپنی ساری زندگی دین اسلام، محبت رسول اور مخلوق خدا کی خدمت میں گزاری حضرت عثمان کی دس خصوصیتیں ابن عساکر میں ہے،جب حضرت عثمان پر بلوائیوں نے عر صہ حیات تنگ کردیا اور آپ گھر میں محصور ہو گئے اس مو قع پر آپ نے با غیوں کو مخا طب کر تے ہو ئے فر مایا ۔ میری دس خصال میرا رب ہی جانتا ہے لیکن آج تم ان کا لحاظ نہیں کرتے میں اسلام لانے میں چوتھے نمبر پر ہوں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی صاحبزادی میرے نکاح میں دی ۔ جب پہلی صا حبزادی فوت ہو گئی تو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ ووسلم دو سری صا حبزادی نکاح میں دی ۔ میں نے پو ری زندگی میں کبھی گانا نہیں سنا ۔ میں نے کبھی برائی کا خواہش نہیں کی ۔ جس ہا تھ سے میں نے حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیعت کی اس ہاتھ کو آج تک نجاست سے دور رکھا ، حتٰی کہ میں نے غسل خانے میں کبھی ننگے بدن غسل نہیں کیا ۔ جب سے اسلام لا یا کو ئی جمعہ ایسانہیں گزرا کہ کو ئی غلام آاد نہ کیا ہو ،اگر کسی جمعہ کو غلام آزاد نہ کیا تو اس کی قضاٗادا کی ۔ عہد جا ہلیت اور عہد اسلام میں کبھی زنا نہیں کیا ۔ نا ہی کبھی چوری کی میں نے عہد رسالت میں پورا قرآن حفظ کیا (ابو ریحان فا رو قی کی Mohammad, a child from the town of Ein al-Arab in Aleppo's northern countryside, is a survivor of the terrors brought forth by the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) terrorist organizations which had abducted him along with other children from the town in 29/05/2014. Now, he relates the tale of how he escaped the horrors of ISIS. Mohammad told SANA that after he and his fellow nine-graders finished their exams, they headed to their hometown at noon on the aforementioned date in a bus convoy, and on the way the convoy's supervisors decided to stop at midnight so that the children can sleep and then continue in the morning. "At around 1:30 in the morning, a group of terrorists attacked us. They were in SUVs equipped with machineguns. They separated boys and girls, sending the girls to Aleppo in the same buses we were using and taking the 148 boys to al-Fateh Mosque in the town of Manbej," he said. "On the next day, we were taken to a school in the same town where we were tortured in various ways by terrorists calling themselves Abu Shahid al-Shami and Abu Anas who were under the command of a man with a Saudi accent called Abu Hashem al-Jazrawi. "Our hands were bound and we were suspended with ropes from the roof, and they whipped us. They made us watch videos of members of the terrorist groups attacking areas, beheading people, torturing people, and executing captives," Mohammad said, adding that he and the other boys saw crucified and beheaded people in the town's square. He also said that the terrorist gave the children aliases similar to their own and gave them intensive "sharia courses" to brainwash the boys and force their beliefs upon them. "We saw a lot of Kurds who were kidnapped by the terrorist organizations. They were students, teachers, and children of known social figures and the area who were kidnapped to pressure their parents and to exchange them with terrorists captured by the public protection forces, including some of their emirs and women working with them," he said. Mohammad went on to say that after a week of their capture, they were interrogated by the terrorists, and based on that 30 children were charged with being members of the Kurdish public protection forces, and they were sent to a prison. These 30 boys were returned just before the month of Ramadan began and were isolated in rooms, noting that these boys were tortured more than the others. He said that after a month of captivity, 15 of the children were released because they couldn't bear the captivity due to their young age, as these boys were no older than 13, while the ones who were between 14 and 16 were kept in captivity. "Before Eid al-Fitr holiday, 13 kids escaped by jumping over the school's wall, and at 5 in the morning three of them were captured in Jarablos and returned to the school. They kept a close eye on them and tortured them twice as much as the other kids. After that, there were repeated escape attempts, and a total of 18 kids managed to escape," Mohammad said. He said that several negotiation attempts between the public protection forces and the terrorists to release the children in exchange for captured terrorists failed because the terrorists didn't abide by the deals, adding that ISIS terrorists in that area still have 102 children in captivity, and that he learned that these kids were sent to Iraq to be trained for carrying out suicide operations. Mohammad concluded his tale, electing to leave some details unmentioned in fear for his life and for the lives of his family.
