Er sah auf seinen Schreibtisch eine Schicht Staub und auf dem Bildschirm des Fernsehers auch. Er ging zur Haustür und rief seiner Frau sie solle ihn bitte seine Schlüssel die auf seinen Schreibtisch lagen holen. Sie ging rein und nahm die Schlüssel und sah das ihr Mann "Ich liebe dich" mit den Fingern durch die Staubschicht geschrieben hatte, und beim rausgehen aus dem Zimmer sah sie auf dem Bildschirm des Fernsehers stehen: "Du bist meine liebe Frau". Sie übergab ihn die Schlüssel und lächelte: Seine Botschaft war bei ihr angekommen, sie wollte sich mehr um den Haushalt kümmern. Er hatte es ihr auf eine wunderbare liebe Art gesagt. Das ist der kluge gottesfürchtige Ehemann, wenn er Fehler bei seiner Frau sieht so lässt er sie dieses auf eine friedliche Art wissen ohne Vorwürfe. Während Abu Talha einmal nicht zu Hause war, starb dieser Junge. Als Abu Talha zurückkam, fragte er seine Frau: "Wie geht es meinem Sohn?" Die Mutter des Jungen, Umm Sulaim, sagte: "Er war noch nie so ruhig." Dann gab sie ihm zu essen. Nachdem er gegessen hatte, schlief er mit ihr. Danach sagte sie: "Nun begrabt den Jungen!" Am Morgen ging Abu Talha zu Allahs Gesandtem (s) und berichtete ihm davon. Er (s) fragte ihn: "Habt ihr letzte Nacht zusammen geschlafen?" Abu Talha antwortete: "Ja!" Da bat der Prophet: "Oh Allah, segne die beiden!", und seine Frau bekam einen Sohn. Da sagte Abu Talha zu mir: "Bring ihn zum Propheten, Anas.", und er gab mir auch ein paar Datteln mit. Der Prophet (s) fragte mich: "Habt ihr etwas mitgebracht?", und ich erwiderte: "Ja, ein paar Datteln." Da nahm er eine, zerkaute sie und rieb damit den Gaumen des Säuglings ein, und nannte ihn Abdullah." (Al-Bukhari und Muslim) Nach der Version von Al-Bukhari sagte Ibn Uyaina: Einer der Ansar berichtete: "Ich habe neun Söhne (von Abdullah) gesehen, die alle den Qur'an auswendig gelernt hatten." In der Version von Muslim lautet dieser Hadith wie folgt: Als der Sohn von Abu Talha starb, sagte Umm Sulaim zu ihrer Familie: "Erzählt Abu Talha nichts von seinem Sohn, bevor ich mit ihm darüber geredet habe." Als er nach Hause kam, gab sie ihm zu essen, und er aß und trank. Dann zog sie sich so schön wie nie zuvor an, und er schlief mit ihr. Als sie sah, dass er satt und zufrieden war, sagte sie zu ihm: "Oh Abu Talha! Was denkst du: Wenn jemand einer Familie etwas ausleiht und es später zurückfordert, hat sie das Recht dies zu verweigern?" Er antwortete: "Nein!" Daraufhin sagte sie: "Dann hoffe auf Belohnung in Bezug auf deinen Sohn!" Abu Talha war erbost und sagte: "Du hast mir nichts davon erzählt, bis ich mich verunreinigt hatte, und nun erzählst du mir von meinem Sohn." Dann ging er zu Allahs Gesandtem (s) und erzählte ihm, was geschehen war. Er (s) sagte: "Möge Allah eure Nacht segnen!", und sie wurde schwanger. Der Prophet (s) ging einst auf eine Reise, und sie begleiteten ihn. Der Prophet (s) hatte die Gewohnheit, Medina nicht des Nachts zu betreten (um seine Familie nicht zu stören). In der Nähe von Medina setzten allerdings ihre Wehen ein. So musste Abu Talha bei ihr bleiben, und der Prophet (s) zog weiter. Abu Talha betete: "Oh Allah! Du weißt, wie sehr ich es begehre, den Gesandten (s) zu begleiten, wenn er kommt oder geht. Und Du siehst, was mich nun festhält!" Doch Umm Sulaim sagte: "Oh Abu Talha, ich habe keine Schmerzen mehr. Lass uns weitergehen!" So gingen sie weiter und siehe, als sie in Medina ankamen, gebar sie einen Jungen. Anas (r) erzählte weiter: Meine Mutter sagte zu mir: "Oh Anas, lass niemanden ihn stillen, bis du ihn morgen zum Propheten (s) gebracht hast!" Am nächsten Morgen brachte ich den Säugling zum Gesandten Allahs (s). Das Ende dieses Hadithes ist oben beschrieben. Abū Huraira, Allāhs Wohlgefallen auf ihm, berichtete, dass der Prophet, Allāhs Segen und Frieden auf ihm, sagte: 》Allāh, der Allmächtige und Erhabene spricht: "Das Fasten ist für Mich, und ich werde dafür den Lohn geben. Der Fastende stellt Meinetwegen seine Begierde, sein Essen und Trinken ein. Das Fasten ist für den Menschen ein Schutz, und den Fastenden stehen zwei Freuden bevor: Eine Freude, wenn er sein Fasten bricht und eine Freude, wenn er seinem Herr begegnet. Indeed, some people may not be able to see with their eyes, but how many of us are blind when it comes to our hearts! This is truly a man who can see, ma'sha'Allah! Dann wurde der folgende Koranvers offenbart: Diejenigen, die da jene Gläubigen schelten, die freiwillig Almosen geben, wie auch jene, die nichts (zu geben) finden als ihre eigene Leistung.
