Eines Tages wurde sie nachlässig, sodass ein Wolf sich ein Schaf ergriff, und weil ich nur ein Mann der Kinder Adams bin, wurde ich so wütend, dass ich sie watschte. Ich bereute dies und sprach den Gesandten Allahs (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) darauf an, welcher zornig mit mir wurde. Ich sagte: ‚Oh Gesandter Allahs, soll ich sie befreien?' Er sagte: ‚Bring sie zu mir'. So brachte ich sie ihm, woraufhin er sie fragte: ‚Wo ist Allah?' Sie antwortete: ‚Über dem Himmel (fii-s-Sammaa').' Er fragte: ‚Wer bin ich?' Sie sagte: ‚Du bist der Gesandte Allahs.' Daraufhin sagte er: ‚Befreie sie, denn wahrlich, sie ist eine Gläubige (Mu'minah).'" (Muslim 1/382) Shaykh 'Ubayd al-Jabiri (hafidhahullah) sagte über diesen Hadith: "Dieser Hadith zeigt uns, wie viel Aufmerksamkeit die Salaf bezüglich der 'Aqidah hatten, sodass sie sogar ihren Schafhütern die richtige und reine 'Aqidah beibrachten. In diesem Fall war es eine Sklavin, die eine sauberere 'Aqidah hatte. Dennoch finden wir heute Leute, die behaupten: 'Wir leben im Land des Tauhid und die Muslime sind Leute des Tauhids, also brauchen wir Tauhid nicht zu unterrichten.' Und hiernach finden wir Leute, wenn sie gefragt werden: 'Wo ist Allah', antworten sie: 'Allah ist überall.' Maschaa'Allah. Man findet sogar Leute in den zwei Haramayn (Makkah u. Madinah) die sagen: 'Allah ist überall, in Bergen, in Bäumen überall ...' Die zweite Sache ist, wie der Hadith auch zeigt, dass es erlaubt ist, Leute nach ihrer 'Aqidah zu befragen, um ihre Position herauszufinden."
