"DSV" Ein Besuch in Flüchtlingslagern und Waisenhäusern an der türkisch-syrischen Grenze Vom 08.10.-17.10.2014 organisierte der DSV eine Weiterbildung auf dem Gebiet der Traumapsychologie und Krisenbewältigung für 35 psychologische Fachkräfte aus Syrien und der Türkei in der türkischen Grenzstadt Gaziantep. Der Geschäftsführer des DSV Safouh Labanieh und Projektkoordinatorin Sandra Bohne waren vor Ort und begleiteten die Veranstaltung. Während dieser Projektreise nutzten beide die Gelegenheit und besuchten zwei Flüchtlingslager an der türkisch-syrischen Grenze, die wohl unterschiedlicher nicht sein konnten. Eins der Lager – eine riesige Containersiedlung, das von der türkischen Regierung errichtet wurde, gleicht einer gut strukturierten, organisierten Stadt. Es gibt eine Schule, einen Kindergarten, einen Spielplatz, eine Moschee, einen Supermarkt, eine Arztpraxis und auch Arbeitsstätten auf dem gesamten Gelände. Jede Familie ist einem Container untergebracht und versucht dort so gut es geht Wohnatmosphäre zu schaffen und ihrem Alltag nachzugehen. „Auch wenn die Containersiedlung befremdlich und kühl wirkt und gewiss keine geeignete langfristige Wohnstätte ist, muss man sagen, dass die syrischen Flüchtlinge dort gut versorgt, gut untergebracht und sicher sind", so Sandra Bohne. Nicht allen Flüchtlingen aus Syrien geht es dort gut. Es gibt zahlreiche Zeltstädte in der Grenzregion. Die Flüchtlinge leben in einfachen Behausungen und erhalten kaum oder keine Unterstützung. Der DSV besuchte Mahmoud Dahi, der sich mit seinem Verein Spendahilfe diesen Flüchtlingen annimmt. Dank Spendern und seinem Einsatz konnte er dort schon viel für die syrischen Flüchtlinge leisten und deren Lebensverhältnisse verbessern. Während der Projektreise blieb den DSV Mitarbeitern ein Waisenhaus besonders im Gedächtnis. 60 Waisenkinder und einige Frauen sind auf einem alten Fabrikgelände untergebracht. Die Heimleitung hat mit viel Liebe den Waisenkindern eine kinderfreundliche und familiäre Atmosphäre geschaffen, doch die baulichen Mängel an dem Gebäude sind unübersehbar und stellen für alle eine große Gefahr da.Während das Erdgeschoss, in dem sich Spielräume, Kindergarten und Schulräume befinden, in gutem Zustand ist, sind die weiteren Etagen in denen sich Wohn-und Schlafräume, sowie ein Essenssaal befinden gefährdet. Feuchtigkeit ist aufgrund des undichten Daches im Gebäude, Schimmel ist die Folge, auch große Risse in den Wänden sind zu sehen. Einige der Räume sind bereits unbewohnbar. Zudem ist das Waisenhaus weit entfernt von einer Stadt. Die Kinder haben dadurch keinen Kontakt nach draußen – sie sind sozial isoliert. In langen Gesprächen mit Heimleitung erfuhren die DSV-Mitarbeiter von den zum Teil unfassbaren Schicksalen und Erlebnissen dieser Kinder. „Ein schneller Umzug in ein kindergerechtes Gebäude in zentraler Lage muss dringend veranlasst werden, zu dem brauchen die Kinder ausreichend psychologische Betreuung, um ihre Erlebnisse verarbeiten zu können. Der DSV wird in jedem Fall das Waisenhaus an der türkisch-syrischen Grenze dabei unterstützen", so der Geschäftsführer des DSV.
