Beide haben alles in Grund und Boden gerammt, was sich ihnen entgegenstellte. Mit mörderischen Sanktionen und Kriegen. Auf Millionen Grabsteinen im Irak müsste eigentlich als Name der Täter „Bush" stehen. Der Name von Vater und Sohn. George W. Bush war stolz auf sein Rambo-Image. Der Lokomotivführer Obama wäre gerne anders gewesen. Doch auf den festen Schienen, die seine Spender mitgebaut hatten, war das nicht leicht. Also versuchte er das, was Bush offen gemacht hatte, heimlich zu machen. Vielleicht würde niemand etwas merken und ihn tatsächlich für eine Friedenstaube halten. Für einen echten Friedensnobel-Preisträger. Er ließ ohne Kriegserklärung durch Drohnen morden. In immer mehr Ländern. Dass über 90 Prozent der Toten Zivilisten waren, verschwieg er. Offizielle Kriege, wie gegen Libyen führte er angeblich nur 'aus der zweiten Reihe'. Damit niemand merkte, dass die USA trotzdem am meisten bombardierten, ließ er auch französische Kampfflugzeuge klammheimlich von US-Piloten fliegen. Nur dumm, das es herauskam. Außerdem spionierte er die Welt einschließlich seiner Verbündeten in einem Maße aus, dass selbst altgediente sowjetische Spionagechefs vor Neid erblassten. Und natürlich sandte er die Waffen an syrische Rebellen nicht selbst, sondern ließ sie unter der Hand über Verbündete liefern. Über Saudi-Arabien, Qatar usw. Auch an Terroristen, die er jetzt zur Abwechslung wieder einmal bekämpft. Offenbar weiß er selbst nicht mehr, was gerade unten und oben ist. Heimlichtuer verlieren leicht den Überblick. Fast alles was er tat, machte er geheim, verdeckt, hinterlistig. Das aber liebt das rechte amerikanische Lager gar nicht. Wenn schon Krieg und all die anderen Schweinereien, dann richtig. Linke Leisetreter haben bei den Republikanern keine Chance. Und so haben sie ihn jetzt erwartungsgemäß ganz offen zu dem gemacht, was er eigentlich von Anfang an war- zu einer 'lahmen Ente'. Noch zwei Jahre lang wird er politisch kastriert und impotent durch die Welt watscheln. Und das tun, was er großartig kann: Reden halten, die man alle gleich in die Tonne treten kann. Weil wie üblich kein Wort stimmt. Barack Obama, mein Ex-Lieblingspolitiker, für den ich vor 6 Jahren in Berlin auf die Straße ging, ist die größte politische Enttäuschung meines Lebens. "Yes we can" hieß sein Wahlslogan. Aber er konnte und kann nicht. Er hat auf der ganzen Linie versagt.
