Dann darf er ihre Mutter oder eine ihrer Töchter heiraten. Als Beweis zitieren sie den folgenden Vers: „Und wenn ihr befürchtet, nicht gerecht hinsichtlich der Waisen zu handeln, dann heiratet, was euch an Frauen gut scheint, zwei, drei oder vier. Wenn ihr aber befürchtet, nicht gerecht zu handeln, dann nur eine oder was eure rechte Hand besitzt. Das ist eher geeignet dass ihr nicht ungerecht seid." (Surah An-Nisa, Vers 39) Antwort: Diese Aussage ist falsch. Die Bedeutung dieses Verses ist, dass wenn ein Mann unter seiner Obhut eine Waise hat und er fürchtet, dass er ihr nicht den gerechten Betrag einer Brautgabe geben kann, dann soll er andere Frauen heiraten, weil es viele Frauen gibt und Allah will es ihm nicht schwer machen. Der Vers beweist die Erlaubnis für die Heirat von zwei, drei oder vier Frauen. Dies ist erlaubt, weil es zu mehr Keuschheit, dem Senken der Blicke und dem Schützen der Geschlechtsteile führt. Außerdem ist es eine Ursache für mehr Kinder und die Keuschheit von mehr Frauen, und dass sie gut behandelt werden und für sie gesorgt wird. Es gibt keinen Zweifel daran, dass die Frau, welche sich einen Mann mit anderen Frauen teilen muss, besser dran ist, als eine, die gar keinen Mann hat. Allerdings muss der Mann die Bedingung der Gerechtigkeit unter seinen Frauen erfüllen als auch die der Fähigkeit sie zu versorgen und sich ausreichend um sie zu kümmern. Wenn ein Mann fürchtet, nicht gerecht sein zu können, dann darf er nur eine Frau heiraten, zusätzlich zu seinen Sklavinnen. Die Praxis des Gesandten Allahs (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) zeigt dies an und weist darauf hin. Als er starb hinterließ er neun Frauen. Und Allah sagt über ihn: „Ihr habt ja im Gesandten Allahs ein schönes Vorbild, und zwar für einen jeden, der auf Allah und den Jüngsten Tag hofft und Allahs viel gedenkt." (Surah Ahzab, Vers 21) Der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) machte es seiner Ummah klar, dass es für ihn erlaubt war, mehr als vier Frauen zu heiraten. Deshalb bedeutet es in diesem Fall, dass man seinem Beispiel folgt, wenn man vier oder weniger Frauen heiratet. Mehr als vier Frauen zu heiraten war etwas, dass ausschließlich dem Propheten (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) erlaubt war.
