"Weil wir die Geduld verlieren; daher schreien wir" - sagte einer. "Doch warum schreist du, wenn die Person vor dir ist? Ist es nicht möglich, gemach und ruhig zu sprechen?" - fragt der Lehrer. Παρακολουθεί με απάθεια και συνένοχη σιωπή το διαρκές βασανιστήριο του σύντροφου Αμπνταλά, σε αυτή την υποκριτική φάρσα που παίζεται ανάμεσα στη δικαστική και την πολιτική εξουσία της Γαλλίας, που εναλλάσσονται στο ρόλο του «καλού» και του «κακού», με το ίδιο πάντοτε αποτέλεσμα: Ο Αμπνταλά να παραμένει όμηρος, προς δόξαν αυτών των περίφημων «αξιών της γαλλικής δημοκρατίας» και του γαλλικού πολιτισμού.Αυτή η διανόηση, που τόσο πρόθυμα παρέχει πιστοποιητικό νομιμότητας στην εξουσία, να μην ξεχνά τα λόγια του Ροβεσπιέρου, ότι άλλα είναι τα κριτήρια των εξουσιών, και άλλα τα κριτήρια των λαών.Και, σύμφωνα με τα κριτήρια των λαών, ο Ζορζ Ιμπραχίμ Αμπνταλά, επί 31 χρόνια έγκλειστος στις γαλλικές φυλακές, αμετανόητος αγωνιστής της παλαιστινιακής υπόθεσης, έχει όλο το δίκιο του κόσμου με το μέρος του. Ένας από αυτούς τους συντρόφους είναι ο Ζωρζ Ιμπραχίμ Αμπντάλλα ο οποίος ήταν μέλος των Λιβανέζικων Επαναστατικών Ένοπλων Φραξιών και βρίσκεται στις Γαλλικές φυλακές από το 1984 και διανύει ήδη το 31ο έτος της κράτησης του.Παρά το ότι έχει συμπληρώσει το όριο κράτησης που μπορεί να πάρει αναστολή, οι γαλλικές αρχές μετά από επανειλημμένες παρεμβάσεις των ΗΠΑ αρνούνται να τον αποφυλακίσουν.Οι συντρόφισσες και οι σύντροφοι που έπεσαν στον αγώνα και οι φυλακισμένοι επαναστάτες όπως ο σύντροφος Αμπντάλλα είναι οι σημαίες του αγώνα μας εναντίον της εξουσίας του καπιταλισμού, του ιμπεριαλισμού και του κράτους. Είναι αυτοί που δίνουν το φωτεινό παράδειγμα ότι οι αγωνιστές παραμένουν όρθιοι μπροστά στο αντίτιμο και το κόστος.Γιατί δεν γίνεται να προτρέπουμε τους λαούς να ξεσηκωθούν και να επαναστατήσουν εναντίον του καπιταλισμού και να ρισκάρουν το αντίτιμο του θανάτου και του μακροχρόνιου εγκλεισμού αν εμείς οι ίδιοι δεν μπορούμε να αντέξουμε το κόστος του αγώνα. Ο σημερινός πρωθυπουργός της Γαλλίας Μανουέλ Βαλς είναι αυτός που ως υπουργός Εσωτερικών οδήγησε σε ματαίωση την τελευταία απόφαση γαλλικού δικαστηρίου που προέβλεπε την αποφυλάκιση και την απέλαση του Αμπνταλά στο Λίβανο.Στις 5 Νοέμβρη θα εκδικαστεί στη Γαλλία η ένατη κατά σειρά αίτηση αποφυλάκισης του λιβανέζου επαναστάτη, ο οποίος παραμένει σταθερός στις απόψεις του, δεν λύγισε, δεν προχώρησε σε δηλώσεις μετάνοιας, δεν έβαλε νερό στο κρασί του. The fifteen young dancers, Palestinian girls and boys between the ages of six and twelve, gathered to perform dabke, a traditional Palestinian dance. Dazu würde ich zur Beantwortung dieser Frage gerne ein frage dazu posten. Frage: Warum dürfen wir unsere Ritualgebete (Zuhr-Asr und Maghrib-Isha) zusammen beten? Gibt es nicht für jedes Gebet einen vorgesehenen Zeitraum? Hat der Prophet (s) des Islams seine Gebete zusammen oder einzeln gebetet? Antwort: Im Namen Allahs, des Gnädigen, des Barmherzigen Prophet Muhammad (s), seine Gefährten und die Imame haben ihre Ritualgebete getrennt verrichtet, d.h. jedes Gebet innerhalb seiner vorhergesehenen Zeit. Darüber gibt es keinen Zweifel. Wir wollen jedoch wissen, ob es verpflichtend (wajib) ist seine Gebete einzeln zu verrichten, wie es viele Gelehrte machen, oder nur empfohlen (mustahab). Bei allen Rechtsschulen ist es empfohlen, die Ritualgebete möglichst am Anfang der jeweiligen Zeitperiode zu verrichten. Wer seine Gebete einzeln in der vorhergesehenen Zeit verrichtet, bekommt mehr Segen (sawab). Es ist aber nicht verboten, seine Gebete zusammen zu beten. Während bei den sunnitischen Rechtsschulen jedes Gebet seine spezifische Zeit hat, gibt es bei der Shia zwei überlappende Zeiträume. So beginnt der Zeitraum für das Mittagsgebet und Nachmittagsgebet am Sonnenhöchststand bzw. Zenitstand und endet am Abend (maghrib), wenn nach dem Sonnenuntergang die Röte am gegenüberliegendem östlichen Horizont verschwindet. In diesem Zeitraum dürfen beide Ritualgebete unmittelbar nacheinander, also zeitlich verbunden gebetet werden. Der Zeitraum für das Abendgebet und Nachtgebet beginnt mit dem Ende des vorherigen Zeitraums und endet um Mitternacht (die Mitte der Zeit zwischen Sonnenuntergang und Dämmerung). In diesem Zeitraum dürfen diese beiden Ritualgebete unmittelbar nacheinander, also zeitlich verbunden gebetet werden. Die sunnitischen Rechtsschulen - mit Ausnahme der hanefitischen Rechtsschule - erlauben das Zusammenfassen der Ritualgebete bei Regen, Reisen, Angst und anderen außergewöhnlichen Situationen. Bei den Schiiten darf man die Ritualgebete ohne einen bestimmten Grund zusammenfassen. Diese Regelung wird abgeleitet aus der Sunnah des Propheten (saw). Es gibt mehrere Überlieferung die beweisen, dass der Prophet (saw) seine Gebete auch zusammen verrichtete, ohne einen bestimmten Grund. Hier sind einige Beispiele: Ahmad ibn Hanbal schreibt in seinem Buch ("Al-Musnad", Vol.1 S.221): "Der Prophet (s) betete in Madinah, während er dort residierte - er war nicht auf Reise - sieben und acht Gebetsabschnitte (d.h. er kombinierte das Maghrib und Isha Gebet und das Zuhr und Asr Gebet). Malik ibn Anas schreibt in seinem Buch ("al-Muwatta", Vol.1 S.161): "Der Prophet (saw) betete Zuhr und Asr, und Maghrib und Isha zusammen, ohne Angst zu haben oder auf Reise zu sein." Sahih Muslim schreibt in der englischen Übersetzung seines Buches (Kapitel: "Kitab al-Salat" Buch:4 Hadith Nummer: 1520; Sunan al-Tirmidhi, Vol.1 S.26): "Ibn Abbas berichtet vom Gesandten Allahs (s), dass dieser sein Mittags- und Nachmittagsgebet und sein Abend- und Nachtgebet in Medina zusammen verrichtete, ohne das er in einem Zustand der Gefahr war oder das es Regen gab."
