Die Bidʿa, welche dem Koran oder der Sunna oder dem Konsens der Gelehrten oder den Aussagen mancher Gefährten des Gesandten Allāhs – Allāhs Segen und Frieden sei mit ihm – widerspricht. Dies ist die Bidʿa der Irreführung. 2. Die Bidʿa, welche sich nicht mit diesen Dingen (Fundamenten des Islam) widerspricht. Diese Art der Bidʿa kann sogar gut sein. Denn ʿUmar sagte: „ Dies ist fürwahr eine gute Bidʿa". Solche und Ähnliche Aussagen überliefert al-Bayhaqī mit ihren authentischen Überlieferungsketten in seinem (Wek) al-Madḵal. {Ibn Taymiyya, Darʾu taʿāriḍu l-ʿAql wa n-Naql, 1/249} قال الشافعي رضي الله تعالى عنه: البدعة بدعتان: بدعة خالفت كتاباً أو سنة أو إجماعاً أو أثراً عن بعض أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فهذه بدعة ضلالة، وبدعة لم تخالف شيئاً من ذلك، فهذه قد تكون حسنة، لقول عمر: نعمت البدعة هذه. هذا الكلام أو نحوه رواه البيهقي بإسناده الصحيح في المدخل.
