    Das Wochenende ist angebrochen und eventuell wissen Sie ja gerade nicht, wie Sie die das üppige Mahl mit einer sinnvollen Betätigung der Verdauung zuführen und da ich ein Mensch mit einem ausufernden Sinn für Nächstenliebe bin, habe ich einen Vorschlag zur Hand. Wie? Nein, nicht das Häkeln eines Topflappens ist mein Begehr, sondern ein Zoobesuch, gastiert ja heute in der Stuttgarter Sahaba Moschee in der Regerstr.60 ein gar seltenes Getier, welches seine Herde um sich schart:
     
     
     
    Ein Federtier, das zu pelzigen Baumbewohnern spricht, ist ein seltenes Geschehen und so mancher Hobbyzoologe würde seinen abgefummelten Feldstecher dafür geben, passiert derartiges ja heute nur mehr selten und es könnte sich um die letzte Gelegenheit für eine Beobachtung in freier Wildbahn handeln, ist der gastierende Piepmatz ja äußerst scheu, weswegen er beim leisesten Geräusch schnatternd in eine andere Brutgegend flüchtet. Zuletzt führte ihn dieser zitternde Instinkt aus Nordafrika in heimische Gefilde, jedoch darf bezweifelt werden, dass er sich hier lange an einem sonnendurchfluteten Ort aufhält, watschelt er ja am liebsten im miefigen Untergrund, findet der gemeine Uria Aalge Frechensiensis ja dort seine Lieblingsnahrung, welcher er beim lebendigen Leib Blut und Hirn aussaugt, bis dass sie als leere Hülle auf allen Vieren durch die Gassen kriechen.
     
    Lassen Sie sich also diese seltene Gelegenheit für eine Feldforschung nicht entgehen und bannen Sie das Flattern, Picken und Piepen auf Zelluloid, auf dass Sie auch uns mit ihren Sielmannschen Studien erfreuen mögen. Und vergessen Sie bitte auf keinen Fall ein bisschen Futter, reagiert das scheue Flatterdings auf Almosen ja mit einer ausufernden Zutraulichkeit und der nach unten verrutschte Balzsack bläht sich dabei zu wahrhaft monströser Größe auf und das ist wirklich sehenswert. Besuchen Sie also den Zoo von Stuttgart. Solange er noch piept.

    But how often are the affairs of the Ummah, exposing the enemies of Islam & displaying Baraa towards them & false man-made systems - how many of them are exposed by those with the title 'Shuyukh' today?

    A sister shares her concern about her children:

    Dear sons, i look over at you whilst you play and joke and laugh with the innocence of young hearts. I watch you and on days gone by, i too would have laughed and joked beside you. Today is different. It has been for w while. Today, all i can think is "am i raising lions?.. am i raising men who are brave and strong and fearless? Am i?" Today im thinking " you have your lives but your bros and sisters, my other children, have no opportunity to laugh and joke. They lay still. Ready and waiting to be buried" and it leaves me feeling gut wrenching guilt, heartache, broken. Unable to say anything to you both. Everytime one of you whoops with joy, i know they cannot. Dear sons, i would say a word but i would just sob, and i fear you will become distressed "whats wrong mama?" But my other children; their mothers have nothing but their sobs and aching hearts and asking Allah. Begging him release from this pain. Dear sons, i feel overwhelmed with my guilt.     Die Lage in Ägypten, aus ökonomischer Sicht

    Was momentan in Ägypten passiert ist äusserst grausam und an Unmenschlichkeit kaum mehr zu überbieten. Das Militär ist klar im Unrecht und die Muslimbrüder sind die Leidtragenden in diesem Spiel, auf das sie sich leider eingelassen haben.

    Leider polarisieren die Vorkommnisse in Ägypten dermaßen, dass man vor lauter ideologisierten Frontkämpfern kaum mehr jemanden findet, der die momentane Lage und den Prozess, wie es dazu kommen konnte, objektiv analysiert. Es gibt nur noch 'Islamisten' und 'Säkularisten'. Die Einen sagen 'Mit dem Islam/der Scharia wird alles gut/besser' und die Anderen haben genau daran große Zweifel und wollen den Islam höchstens im privaten/persönlichen Bereich gelten lassen und ihn aus Politik und Wirtschaft verbannt sehen.

    Dabei haben beide gewissermaßen Unrecht. Weder kann man den Islam/die Scharia aus Politik und Wirtschaft raushalten, noch wird allein mit Islam/Scharia automatisch alles gut/besser.

    Es gibt einen wunderbaren Auszug von Imam ibn Taymiyyah -Allah sei ihm gnädig -, dem Grandfather of Salafism, aus seinem Werk Al-amr bi'l ma'ruf wa n-nahy 'an al-munkar (Das Gute gebieten das Schlechte verbieten).

    Die Tätigkeiten der Menschen auf der Erde bleiben mit Gerechtigkeit, auch wenn diese mit Sünden einhergehen, eher korrekt, als mit Ungerechtigkeit, auch wenn diese von Sünden frei sind. Aus diesem Grund sagt man:
    „Allah lässt den gerechten Staat, auch wenn er ungläubig ist, überleben, aber den ungerechten Staat, auch wenn er gläubig ist, nicht überleben."
    Und genauso sagt man:
    „Die Erde bleibt mit Gerechtigkeit und Kufr (Unglaube) bestehen, aber bleibt nicht bestehen mit Ungerechtigkeit und Islam."

    Man denkt sich, wenn man das so liest, 'Wie kann denn das sein?'. Wie kann denn ein Kufr-Staat überhaupt gerecht sein, wenn er die höchste Form der Ungerechtigkeit doch offensichtlich praktiziert, nämlich den Kufr gegen Allah?

    Obwohl dieser Auszug aus Ibn Taymiyyahs Werk die Grundlage für die Namengebung meines Blogs wurde, kam ich lange Zeit nicht hinter die Weisheit, die in diesem kurzen Stück Gelehrsamkeit steckt.

    Dann begann ich mich mit Ökonomie, Volkswirtschaft, Staats- und Rechtsphilosophie zu beschäftigen und musste - nach und nach - erkennen, dass speziell dieses Gebiet für nahezu alle Herrscher, die auf die rechtgeleiteten Khalifen folgten, ein gewaltiger Stolperstein wurde.

    Die Gerechtigkeit eines Herrschers, der die Scharia zur Grundlage der Rechtssprechung gemacht hat, spiegelt sich vor allem im Bereich seiner ökonomischen Aktivität und Einflussnahme wieder. Die Rechtsgelehrten, von denen sich ein Herrscher beratschlagen lässt, können speziell auf diesem Gebiet große Meinungsverschiedenheiten aufweisen, da Urteile neben den klassischen Quellen der Herleitung (also Quran und Sunnah) auch wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Bestandteile haben können.

    Auch die (Sozio-)Ökonomie hat einen Usul, nämlich die historische Entwicklung der selbigen und ihre ursprüngliche Natur.

    Wie entstehen klassische Gesellschaften? Wie entstehen Märkte und Handelsbeziehungen? Sind das vom Menschen erdachte und konstruierte Systeme oder sind sie das Resultat einer natürlichen Ordnung, also in seiner komplexen Form unwillkürlich entstehend?

    Allein diese Fragen schon können Einfluss auf Urteile eines Gelehrten haben, was den Eingriff in gesellschaftliche und ökonomische Strukturen angeht.

    Aus diesem Grunde sollten wir Muslime uns auf diesem Gebiet besser bilden und uns überall, wo es zu einer politischen Auseinandersetzung zwischen 'Islamisten' und 'Säkularisten' kommt, auch immer diesen wichtigen Punkt zu Gemüte führen, objektiv und nüchtern. Denn nicht selten sind gerade die sogenannten 'islamistischen Parteien' (in der demokratischen Auseinandersetzung) dermaßen an der Macht interessiert, dass sie dem Wähler mehr versprechen als ein islamisch korrekter Minimalstaat leisten kann und reformieren zudem den häufig korrumpierten Staatskapitalismus nicht, um die bestehenden starken Eliten nicht gegen sich aufzubringen.

    Aus diesem Blickwinkel heraus sollte man sich die folgende Studie der Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (SWP) - Deutsches Institut für Internationale Politik und Sicherheit durchlesen. Der Name dieser Studie lautet Ägyptens Unternehmerelite nach Mubarak - Machtvoller Akteur zwischen Militär und Muslimbruderschaft und wurde am 14. Juli 2013 von Dr. Stephan Roll publiziert.

    Dr. Stephan Roll ist wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter im SWP-Projekt »Elitenwandel und neue soziale Mobilisierung in der arabischen Welt«. Das Projekt wird gefördert aus Mitteln des Auswärtigen Amtes im Rahmen der Transformationspartnerschaften mit der arabischen Welt sowie der (großen unternehmensverbundenen) Robert Bosch Stiftung und kooperiert mit dem Studienwerk der (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen parteinahen) Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung sowie dem Institut für Begabtenförderung der (CSU parteinahen) Hanns-Seidel- Stiftung.

    Natürlich sollte man sich nicht die Meinungen und Ziele dieser Studie und ihrer Förderer zu eigen machen, aber die wirtschaftliche Realität Ägyptens wird doch sehr realistisch dargestellt, sowie auch die Handlungsmaxime der Muslimbrüder, während ihrem kurzen und erfolglosen Zwischenspiel an der Macht.

    Wer immer Gutes tut, muss wissen, dass es Allah war, der ihm erlaubte dies zu tun, und wer vor dem Übel geschützt ist, muss wissen, dass es Allah war, der ihn schützte.

    Unter den Menschen sind jene, die am Freitagsgebet teilnehmen und ihm kaum Aufmerksamkeit schenken, und Allah mit ihren Zungen gedenken aber nicht mit ihren Herzen.

    Wer seinen Zorn zurückhält, den wird Allah belohnen, und wer vergibt, dem wird Allah vergeben.

    Der schlimmste aller Gewinne ist Wucher, und die schlimmste Art von Essen, ist das Eigentum eines Waisen zu verschlingen.

    Was immer die Seele zufrieden stellt, ist genug für dich.

    Der ehrenvollste Tod, ist der Tod eines Märtyrers.

    Wer hochmütig ist, den wird Allah erniedrigen, und wer Allah ungehorsam ist, der wird dem Schaytan gehorchen.

    Solange du das Gebet verrichtest, klopfst du an Allahs Tür, und wer an der Tür Allahs klopft, dem wird Allah die Tür öffnen.

    Der Ungläubige mag einen stärkeren und gesünderen Körper haben, aber er hat das kränkste Herz unter den Menschen, und der Gläubige hat das gesündeste Herz unter den Menschen, aber vielleicht den schwächsten Körper. Bei Allah, wenn eure Herzen krank sind und eure Körper gesund, würdet ihr geringer als ein Insekt in den Augen Allahs sein.

    Keiner von euch sollte schwach sein.
    Sie sagten: „Was meinst du mit schwach?"
    Er sagte: Derjenige sagt: „Ich bin mit den Leuten; wenn sie auf dem richtigen Weg sind, werde ich auf dem richtigen Weg sein, und wenn sie fehlgehen, werde ich fehlgehen."
    Man sollte sich darauf einstellen am Islam festzuhalten, auch wenn die Menschen ungläubig sind."

    Le long hadith de Djibrîl (l'Ange Gabriel)


    Parmi les hadiths dans lesquels le Prophète () a montré les fondements de la religion, citons celui dans lequel Djibrîl () vint, sous forme d'homme, interroger le Prophète () sur certaines questions importantes. 'Umar ibn al-Khattâb, qu'Allah soit satisfait de lui, rapporta : « Un jour, alors que nous étions assis auprès du Prophète () voilà que se présenta à nous un homme dont les vêtements étaient très blancs et les cheveux très noirs. Rien en lui n'indiquait qu'il était en voyage et nul parmi nous ne le connaissait. Il s'avança pour venir s'asseoir face au Prophète () appuyant ses genoux contre les siens et posant les paumes de ses mains sur ses cuisses. Il dit au Prophète () :
    - 'Ô Mohammed ! Informe-moi sur l'Islam'.
    - 'L'Islam consiste à attester que nul n'est digne d'être adoré en dehors d'Allah et que Mohammad est le Messager d'Allah. Il consiste aussi à observer correctement la prière, à s'acquitter de la Zakât, à faire le jeûne du mois de Ramadan et à effectuer le pèlerinage à La Mecque si on en a les moyens', répondit le Prophète ().
    - 'Tu as dit vrai', approuva l'homme.
    Nous fûmes étonnés de voir cet homme s'informer auprès de lui et en même temps l'approuver. Puis il reprit :
    - 'Informe-moi sur la foi'.
    - 'La foi consiste à croire en Allah, en Ses Anges, à Ses livres, à Ses Messagers et au Jour Dernier. Elle consiste aussi à croire au destin, bon ou mauvais', répondit le Prophète ().
    - 'Tu as dit vrai. Informe-moi sur la foi parfaite'.
    - 'C'est le fait d'adorer Allah comme si tu Le voyais, car si toi tu ne Le vois pas, Lui te voit'.
    - 'Informe-moi sur l'Heure'.
    - 'Celui qui est interrogé n'en sait pas plus que celui qui l'interroge'.
    - 'Informe-moi sur ses signes précurseurs'.
    - 'Elle arrivera quand la servante enfantera sa maîtresse et quand tu verras les va-nu-pieds, les déguenillés et les gueux, parmi les bergers, se rivaliser dans l'édification de construction élevée'.
    Quand l'homme partit, je restai un moment ébahi, puis le Prophète () me dit : ''Umar ! Sais-tu qui est celui qui est venu m'interroger ?'. 'Allah et Son Messager le savent mieux', lui répondis-je. Il me dit : 'C'est Djibrîl qui est venu vous apprendre votre religion' » (Mouslim).

    Ce hadith est une exposition des fondements et règles de la religion, raison pour laquelle le Prophète () le conclut en disant : « C'est Djibrîl qui est venu vous apprendre votre religion », ce hadith faisant la synthèse de la religion.

    Djibrîl () a commencé par interroger le Prophète () sur le sens de l'Islam. En fait, l'Islam consiste à faire preuve de soumission à la Charia et à mettre en pratique ce que le Prophète () a transmis de son Seigneur, exalté soit-Il. Dans ce hadith, le Prophète () l'a expliqué par les actes cultuels apparents, dont les actes physiques, comme la prière et le jeûne, financiers comme la Zakât, ou les deux à la fois, comme le Hadj.

    Quant à la foi, le Prophète () l'a expliquée par les actes cultuels cachés dans le for intérieur. Elle consiste donc à croire en Allah, exalté soit-Il, à ses Anges, à Ses Livres, à Ses Messagers, ainsi qu'à la résurrection, et au destin, bon ou mauvais. Il y a en cela les six bases de la foi islamique qu'Allah, exalté soit-Il, cite à maints endroits de Son Livre. Il dit, exalté soit-Il (sens des versets) :

    • « Ô les croyants ! Soyez fermes en votre foi en Allah, en Son messager, au Livre qu'Il a fait descendre sur Son messager, et au Livre qu'Il a fait descendre avant. Quiconque ne croit pas en Allah, en Ses anges, en Ses Livres, en Ses messagers et au Jour dernier, s'égare, loin dans l'égarement » (Coran 4/136) ;

    • « Nous avons créé toute chose avec mesure » (Coran 54/49).

    Le Prophète () a fait une différence entre l'Islam et la foi. Le premier concernant les actes cultuels apparents, la seconde les actes cachés. Comme les deux termes apparaissent dans le même contexte, chacun a une signification qui lui est particulière. Cependant, s'ils sont mentionnés séparément, leurs significations sont identiques, de sorte que l'Islam correspond également dans ce cas aux convictions et aux questions du cœur. Allah, exalté soit-Il, dit (sens du verset) : « Certes, la religion acceptée d'Allah, c'est l'Islam » (Coran 3/19). De même, si la foi est mentionnée seule, elle comprend les actes cultuels apparents. Le Prophète () a dit :

    « La foi est composée d'un peu plus de soixante-dix branches. La plus élevée est de professer que nul n'est digne d'être adoré en dehors d'Allah et la moindre d'entre elles est de retirer de la route ce qui peut nuire aux passants ; et la pudeur est l'une des branches de la foi » (Mouslim).

    La foi en le destin comprend les quatre aspects suivants, selon les oulémas :
    1- L'omniscience : qui consiste à croire que le savoir d'Allah, exalté soit-Il, précède tous Ses actes et les actes de Ses serviteurs qui ont eu ou auront lieu et que ce savoir embrasse tout.
    2- L'inscription : qui consiste à croire qu'Allah a tout inscrit, sur la Tablette conservée cinquante mille ans avant la création des cieux et de la terre, alors que Son Trône était sur l'eau.
    3- La volonté : qui consiste à croire que tout ce qu'Allah, exalté soit-Il, veut est, ce qu'Il ne veut pas n'est pas et que rien ne peut se passer dans cet univers sans Sa volonté.
    4- La création : qui consiste à croire qu'Allah, exalté soit-Il, est le Créateur de toute chose, de Ses serviteurs comme de leurs actes. Allah, exalté soit-Il, dit (sens du verset) : « Alors que c'est Allah qui vous a créés, vous et ce que vous fabriquez » (Coran 37/96). Et tout ce qui est en dehors d'Allah, exalté soit-Il, est une créature dépendant de Lui.

    Quant à la foi parfaite, le Prophète () a indiqué que le serviteur d'Allah n'atteindra ce niveau que s'il adore son Seigneur, exalté soit-Il, comme s'il Le voyait. S'il nourrit cette idée pendant l'accomplissement des actes d'adoration, il veillera à ne rien négliger quant à la soumission, au recueillement, à l'apparence pieuse, à la concentration du cœur et à l'accomplissement parfait des actes cultuels. Quiconque trouvera cela difficile, pourra simplement adorer Allah, exalté soit-Il, sachant qu'Il est le Tout Connaisseur Qui le voit, l'objectif étant d'encourager le musulman à faire preuve de sincérité vis-à-vis d'Allah en accomplissant les actes cultuels, en ayant conscience qu'Allah l'observe, en secret comme en public, ce qui est un rang élevé que peu de gens peuvent atteindre. Le Coran l'affirme à maintes reprises, en disant à titre d'exemple (sens du verset) :

    « Tu ne te trouveras dans aucune situation, tu ne réciteras aucun passage du Coran, vous n'accomplirez aucun acte sans que Nous soyons témoin au moment où vous l'entreprendrez » (Coran 10/61).

    Ensuite, Djibrîl () a interrogé le Prophète () sur l'Heure (le Jour du Jugement Dernier). La réponse fut : « Celui qui est interrogé n'en sait pas plus que celui qui l'interroge ». La connaissance de l'Heure est inscrite dans un livre auprès d'Allah, et elle est l'une des cinq clés de l'Inconnaissable que nul autre que Lui ne connaît. Et quand Djibrîl () l'a interrogé sur ses signes précurseurs, le Prophète () lui en a cité deux :

    Le premier : « quand l'esclave enfantera sa maîtresse ». Quand un maître a des rapports avec son esclave, elle engendre des enfants qui jouissent, comme leur père, de la liberté et de la qualité de maîtres. C'est comme si le Prophète () indiquait qu'à la fin des temps, les musulmans conquerront les pays du monde et que les esclaves se multiplieront, de sorte que l'esclave donnera naissance à des enfants de son maître. Ce sera alors un signe précurseur de l'Heure.

    Le second : « quand les bergers pieds-nus et déguenillés qui ne possédaient rien se montreront chaque jour plus arrogants en construisant des bâtiments élevés ». Cela signifie que les plus vils deviendront des dirigeants et que le pouvoir sera détenu par ceux qui ne le méritent pas.

    Quiconque médite sur ce hadith découvrira qu'il explique tous les actes cultuels apparents et secrets, dont les paramètres de la foi, les actes physiques, la sincérité du cœur et la protection contre les choses qui entachent les œuvres. Qu'Allah accorde Son salut et Sa bénédiction à celui qui a été doté de la capacité à exprimer de façon concise des idées importantes ().

    The Makkan and Madeenan Quran



    As part of studying the revelation of the Quran, the Muslim scholars have categorised the Soorahs (chapters) of the Quran and their verses according to the time or era of their revelation. This is the subject that came to be known as the Makkan and Madeenan division, or revelation, of the Quran. This division is logical since the Prophet, Muhammad received revelation over twenty-three (23) years: thirteen (13) of them he spent in Makkah and ten (10) in Madeenah.

    The correct and well-established definition of Makkan and Madeenan Quran is the one in which the Chapters and verses that were revealed prior to the Hijrah or immigration of Prophet Muhammad from the city of Makkah to the city of Madeenah are known as 'Makkan'. All other Chapters and verses that were revealed after this time are termed 'Madeenan'.

    The location of their revelation is not necessarily relevant to this classification, such that there may be certain revelations that were revealed in Makkah, but are classified as Madeenan because of the period of their revelation. A good example of this is the Chapter of An-Nasr (Divine Support), number 110, which was revealed in Minaa (outskirts of Makkah) yet it is classified as a Madeenan Chapter because it was revealed while the Prophet was living in Madeenah just a few months before he passed away.

    The Makkan part of the Noble Quran deals mainly with beliefs like the Creation as in the verse (which means): "And a great number of towns (their population) We destroyed (for their crimes). Our torment came upon them (suddenly) by night or while they were taking their midday nap." [Quran 7:4], the Oneness and Uniqueness of Allaah, the Most Exalted, as in the verses (which mean): "Say (O Muhammad): 'He is Allaah, (the) One. Allaah the Self-Sufficient Master, Whom all creatures need. He begets not, nor was He begotten. And there is none co-equal or comparable unto Him." [Quran 112], prophethood, as in the verse (which means): "It is He (Allaah) who has sent among the unlettered a Messenger (Muhammad) from themselves, reciting to them His verses and purifying them and teaching them the Book [Quran] and wisdom [i.e. the Sunnah or Prophet's sayings] — although they were before in clear error —." [Quran 62:2], the revelation, as in the verse (which means): "Verily, We have sent it (this Quran) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)." [Quran 97:1], angels, as stated in the verse (which means): "Whoever is an enemy to Allaah, His Angels, His Messengers, Jibreel (Gabriel) and Meekaa'eel (Michael), then verily, Allaah is an enemy to the disbelievers." [Quran 2: 98], and The Day of Judgement as in verses (which mean): "Then (on the Day of Judgement) as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy. He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light. He will have his home in a pit (Hell). And what will make you know what it is? (It is) a fiercely blazing Fire!" [Quran 101: 6-11]

    General disobedience of man, and his punishment and reward are frequent themes in the Makkan verses.

    The creation and development of man in the mother's womb is taken to be a wondrous thing.


    Madeenan parts, on the other hand, are filled with laws, both universal as well as worldly (marriage, divorce, heritage, blood-money, other transactions, etc). Special emphasis is laid on justice and fairness. Social interaction and ethical rules have been elaborated time and time again. Politics, worship and prayers are also frequently discussed.


    Next, is a list of the Makkan and Madeenan Chapters is provided for easy reference. The list is based on the classification used by the Mus-haf (Quran text book) we read today. For the sake of brevity, only the Chapter numbers are provided:

    Makkan Chapters:

    6/7/10/11/12/14/15/16/17/18/19/20/21/23/25/26/27/28/29/30/31/32/

    34/35/35/36/37/38/39/40/41/42/43/44/45/46/50/51/52/53/54/56/67/

    Madeenan Chapters:

    2/3/4/5/8/9/13/22/24/33/47/48/49/55/57/58/59/60/61/62/63/64/65/

    66/76/98/99/110.

    Accordingly, the Makkan Chapters are 85 in number, and the Madeenan are 28, the total of which is 113, where it should be 114. The reason for missing a Chapter is the fact that we did not include the first Chapter in the Mus-haf, which is Al-Faatihah, or the Opening Chapter. This Chapter has been reported as having been revealed twice, one time in Makkah and another in Madeenah. Therefore, it was not included in either of them.

    It should be pointed out that the only way for us to know whether a Chapter is Makkan or Madeenan is through narration, and not by Ijtihaad (the exertion of effort on the part of a qualified Islamic scholar to deduce an Islamic law for an issue about which there is no clear, specific text). Thus, the only way to distinguish them is through authentic narrations from the Companions narrated from the Prophet .
