"During the mathematics course, the teacher told me: your dress is not appropriate for this school, keep it for the mosque," a student said. "I have been dismissed from the course and called into the principal's office. They also called my parents." The report, first published by De Morgen last Tuesday, said that Ursulinen Mechelen, a Catholic primary and secondary school in Mechelen, Antwerp, imposed new rules in uniform. The school, which has already banned female students from wearing headscarves and any other religious signs, has reportedly forced students to roll up their sleeves and their long skirts. A few weeks ago, students were stopped at the entrance of the school and asked either to roll up their skirts or go home, according to Le Vif. However, in a press release, the school denied these claims as "false information" that served to "undermine the institution," which is confined to regulations. The school added that the regulations simply make sure the clothes do not impede movement, in order to prevent students from falling. Education Minister Hilde Crevits argued that the rules should apply to everyone. "It should not be focused on one particular population group and there should be no question of exploitation mechanism," Crevits said. However, another student maintained that the new regulation have targeted Muslims in particular. "At school, many young people walking around with long pants," said one student. "There are even teachers who have piercings in the nose while these are not allowed in the regulations. When I mentioned that, they just told me that all religious signs are forbidden." Belgian Muslims are estimated at 638,000 – out of a 11.2-million-population, according to numbers released by Pew Research Center in October 2010. More than 25 percent of the population of Brussels is of Muslim origin coming from Morocco, Turkey, Pakistan, Bangladesh and other African countries. There are 77 mosques or prayer rooms in Brussels, over 300 across Belgium and Islam sees the hijab as an obligatory code of dress. Erste Meinung (der Hanafis, Malikis, Schafi`is und Hanbalis): Imam al-Nawawi sagte: „Die Ummah stimmt darin überein, dass es erlaubt ist, Käse zu essen, solange dieser nicht mit etwas Unreinem vermischt wurde, wie z. B. durch die Beigabe von Lab von einem Tier, das nicht halal ist, weil es nicht gemäß der Schari`ah geschlachtet wurde. Dieser Ijma` (Konsens der Gelehrten) ist Beweis für die Zulässigkeit." Die Schulen von Malik, al-Schafi`i und Ahmad, gemäß der anderen seiner beiden Meinungen, besagen, dass dieser Käse najis (unrein) ist, denn das Lab ist ihrer Meinung nach unrein, da sie die Milch und das Lab von toten Tieren als unrein betrachten. In den Fällen, in denen das Fleisch als unrein eingestuft wird, da es nicht angemessen geschlachtet wurde, wird das Fleisch genauso betrachtet, wie totes Fleisch. Beide Meinungen basieren auf von den Sahabah überlieferten Berichten. Die erste Gruppe stützt sich darauf, dass die Sahabah Käse von den Zoroastriern aßen, während die zweite Gruppe sich darauf beruft, dass die Sahabah das zu essen pflegten, von dem sie dachten, es sei der Käse der Christen. In dieser Angelegenheit muss der gewöhnliche Muslim einem `Alim folgen, der ihm zu einer der beiden Meinungen rät." Es kann nach Artikel 8 Absatz 2 "auf Grund von Gesetzen eingeschränkt werden." 'Volksverhetzung' und 'Gotteslästerung' sind solche Anlässe. In Paragraph 130 unseres Strafgesetzbuches heißt es unter anderem: "Wer in einer Weise, die geeignet ist, den öffentlichen Frieden zu stören, gegen eine nationale, rassische, religiöse Gruppe zum Hass aufstachelt, wird mit Freiheitsstrafe von drei Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren bestraft." Warum, verdammt nochmal, geschieht das nicht? Genau diese Volksverhetzung, diese Aufstachelung zum Hass betreiben rechtsradikale Einpeitscher, wenn sie behaupten, das 'Abendland' werde durch 'Islamisierung' oder durch die Aufnahme von Flüchtlingen gefährdet. Flüchtlingen, die meist der Westen mit seinen Kriegen ins Unglück gestürzt hat! Eine Demokratie muss sich gegen diese braune Pest wehren. Bevor noch mehr Ausländer, Muslime, Juden oder Asyl suchende Flüchtlinge egal welcher Religion angegriffen und ermordet werden. Wir müssen eine weltoffene 'wehrhafte Demokratie' sein. Und kein Nachtwächterstaat. Ich orientiere mich hier an der von deutschen Nazis ermordeten kleinen Jüdin Anne Frank. Ihre Ideale waren Humanismus und Menschenliebe. 'Niemand dürfe wegen seiner Religion, seiner Nationalität oder seiner Hautfarbe diskriminiert werden.' Das war Annes großer Wunsch: Frieden zwischen allen Völkern und allen Nationen! Das ist ihr Vermächtnis. Meines auch. Deshalb rufe ich den Nachtwächtern von Berlin zu: Stoppt die Rechtsradikalen! Stoppt den Ausländerhass! Stoppt den Fremdenhass! Stoppt die Islamophobie! Jetzt!
