Back in the 14th century CE, the Mongolian Yuan Dynasty was finally overthrown by Zhu Yuanzhang and his 10 Muslim Defenders of Ming. The Muslims had been around in China even as early as the time when Saad bin Abi Waqqas visited the great nation back in the 600s CE and contributed a lot for the country from dynasty to dynasty. With the rise of Ming Dynasty by Zhu Yuanzhang (Emperor Hongwu), the Muslims in China prospered again and even the emperor himself admitted that he owed the Muslims for the whole victory. In some legends it was said that the Emperor himself was a Muslim. Allah knows best. This is the translation of the poem and followed by the Chinese version. Zugegebenermaßen waren es nicht muslimische Reiche die mit ihrer kapitlastischen Ideologie rücksichtslos gegen die Tier- und Pflanzenwelt vorgingen. Aber heute kann sich niemand vor der Verantwortung drücken. Wie der obere Aussprucht (überliefert von Anas in Mishkat al-Masabhih), gibt es zahlreiche Anweisungen zum rechten Umgang. Imam Bukhari und Imam Muslim überliefern, dass der Prophet, Allahs Frieden und Segen auf ihm, das Unrecht gegenüber dem Tier gleichsetzt mit dem Unrecht gegenüber dem Menschen. Ebenso aber auch die gute Tat gegenüber dem Tier. Die Gattung dieses majestätischen Geschöpfes auf dem Foto ist unmittelbar vom Aussterben bedroht. Sie haben die Beweise von Koran und Sunnah genommen und sie mit den Aussagen der Salaf sowie mit den rationalen Beweisen bekräftigt, so dass die Aqida der Ahlul Sunnah wa Jama'a gegen die Vorwürfe und die Scheinargumente der anderen Sekten und Religionen Widerstand leisten konnte. Die Aqīda von Imam Al Asch'ari wurde nach ihm von der Mehrheit der Gelehrten der Ahlu Sunnah vertreten. Man nennt sie die Aqida von Al Asch'ari, nicht weil er eine neue Aqida entwickelte, sondern weil er die Aqida der Salaf verteidigte, ausführlicher erklärte, die Grundlagen der Wissenschaft von Aqida setzte. Es ist genauso wie im Fiqh, die Imāme haben keine neue Rechtslehre entwickelt sondern sie haben nur was im Koran und in der Sunnah steht anhand der Aussagen der Sahaba und Tabi'in ausführlicher erklärt und Methoden daraus entnommen, wie man die Urteile von der Scharia ableitet. Es ist nicht zu verleugnen, dass die Aqida, welche Imam Al Asch'arī und Imam Al Maturidi vertraten jene Aqida ist, welche man bei der Mehrheit der Gelehrten findet. In den klassischen Universitäten des Islam, wo der der sunnitische Islam seit mehr als eintausend Jahr gelehrt wird, ist die Aqīda von Imam Al Asch'arī die offizielle Aqīda dieser Wissenszentren, wie z.B. die Qarawiyyin Universität in Fes oder die Azhar Universität in Kairo, Dar Al Hadīth in Damaskus, sowie die hunderte andere Zentren des Wissens auf der Welt. Imam Murtada az-Zabīdī (gest. 1205 n. Hijra) sagte: „Wenn man den Begriff Ahlul Sunnah wa Jama'a verwendet, dann meint man damit die Ascha'ira und die Maturidiyya Imam as-Subki (gest. 771 n. Hijra) schrieb in seinem Meisterwerk Tabaqat asch-Schafiʿiyya: „Scheikh Al Islam al-Izz b. Abd as-Salam sagte, dass sich die schafiʿitischen, die malikitischen, die hanafitischen sowie die rechtgeleiteten unter den hanbalitischen Gelehrten über die Aqida von (Imam Al Asch'ari) übereinstimmten. Diese Aussage wurde von dem Oberhaupt der Malikiten in seiner Zeit Scheikh Abu Amru b. Al Hajib und von dem Scheikh der Ḥanafiten Jamal ad-Din Al Husayri überliefert." (Imām az-Zabīdī, 1989, S. 2/8.) Am Jüngsten Tag wird er in die Hölle kommen. Welch schlimmes Ende (Surah an-Nisāʾ: 115) Imām Ibn Kathīr (gest. 774 n. Hijra) sagt bezüglich dieser Āya:„Die Aussage Allahs: [und einen anderen Weg geht, als den der Gläubigen,] hängt mit der ersten Eigenschaft zusammen. Jedoch könnte es sowohl „die Widersetzung zu den deutlichen Texten der Scharia" bedeuten als auch die Widersprache dessen, worüber die muslimische Gemeinde sich geeinigt hat, solange dieser Konsens sicher überliefert ist. Es ist so, weil Allah die islamische Gemeinde davor bewahrt, sich über einen Fehler übereinzustimmen, aus Ehrung zu denen und aus Erhöhung des Ranges ihres Propheten ." ( Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr, Kommentar zu Āya 4:115) „Imām ach-Schāfiʿī hat diese Āya als Beleg dafür benutzt, dass der Konsens ein Beweis ist, dessen Widersprache durch diese Āya zu Ḥarām erklärt wird." (Ibid) Imām an-Nasafī (gest. 701 n. Hiğra) schreibt in seinem Kommentar zu dieser Āya: „Diese Āya ist ein Beweis, dass der Konsens ein Beweis (im Islam ist), welchem man nicht widersprechen darf, genauso wie man dem Koran und der Sunna nicht widersprechen darf. Es ist so, weil Allah die Befolgung eines anderen Weges außer dem Weg der Gläubigen und die Widersetzung zum Propheten in einer Bedingung vereinte, welche zu der schweren Strafe führt, die Tatsache, welche zeigt, dass die Befolgung der Gläubigen genauso eine Pflicht ist, wie die Befolgung des Gesandten Allahs ist. „ ( Tafsīr an-Nasafī, Kommentar zur Āya 4:115) Imām al-Bayḍāwī (gest. 685 n. Hijra) sagte darüber: „Die Āya weist darauf hin, dass es Ḥarām ist, einem Konsens zu widersprechen." (Tafsīr von Imām al-Bayḍāwī, Kommentar zur Āya 4:115) Es ist eine Pflicht sich daran festzuhalten, an die Dinge, worüber sich die Muslime geeinigt haben. Mit dem Konsens der Muslime ist der Konsens der Gelehrten gemeint , weil die Laien kein Beweis im Dīn sind. Der Prophet hat uns geboten an der großen Gemeinschaft festzuhalten, die Aḥādith darüber sind zahlreich und durch die vielen Überlieferungen verstärkt sich die Authentizität dieser Aḥādīth.
