E ka ndaluar Allahu mosrespektimin e nënës dhe mërzitjen e saj qoftë edhe me një shfryerje thënien "of–oh" dhe e ka bërë të drejtën ndaj saj më shumë se ndaj babës, si dhe na këshillon që të kujdesemi për ta (prindërit) kur të plaken dhe kur të dëbësohen, të gjitha këto janë në tekste të shumta të Kuranit dhe sunetit, prej tyre është thënia e Allahut të Lartësuar ku thotë: "Ne e urdhëruam njeriun t'u bëjë mirë prindërve të vet …" (El Ahkaf: 15) dhe thënia e Tij: "Zoti yt ka dhënë urdhër të prerë që të mos adhuroni tjetër pos Tij, që të silleni në mënyrë bamirëse ndaj prindërve. Nëse ndonjërin prej tyre ose që të dy, i ka kapluar pleqëria pranë kujdesit tënd atëherë mos u thuaj atyre as "of – oh", as mos u bë i vrazhdë ndaj tyre, po atyre thuaju fjalë të mira (të buta respektuese). Dhe në shenjë mëshire shtrije pranë tyre krahun përulës e respektues dhe thuaj: "Zoti im! Mëshiroi ata të dy, sikurse më edukuan mua kur isha i vogël" (El Isra: 23-24) Transmeton Buhariu dhe Muslimi nga Ebu Hurejra – radijall-llahu anhu – se ka thënë: Erdhi një burrë te i dërguari i Allahut – paqja dhe shpëtimet e Zotit qofshin mbi të – dhe i tha: O i Dërguar i Allahut! Kush e meriton më së shumti mbikqyrjen time? I dërguari tha: Nëna jotë. Tha: Po më pas kush? Tha: Nëna jote. Tha: Po më pas kush? I Tha: Nëna jote. Tha: Po më pas kush? I Tha: Më pas babai yt. Islami e ka nderuar femrën si bashkëshorte, prandaj dhe ka porositur për të bashkëshortin, që të sillet mirë me të, dhe ka lajmëruar Islami se ajo ka të drejta siç ka burri, vetëm se atij i shtohet një shkallë më lart si shkak i përgjegjësive të shpenzimeve dhe kryerjen e nevojave familjare. Islami ka sqaruar se muslimanët më të mirë janë ata të cilët janë më të mirë për bashkëshortet e tyre dhe e ka ndaluar që burri ta marrë pasurinë e saj pa lejen e saj. Argument kemi thënien e Allahut të Lartësuar: "Coni jetë të mirë me to" (En Nisa : 19), dhe thënia e Tij: " …Edhe atyre grave u takon e drejta sikurse edhe përgjegjësia në bashkëshortësi, e burrave u takon një përparësi ndaj tyre. Allahu është i Gjithëfuqishëm i Urtë. (El Bekare: 228) I dërguari i Allahut thotë: "Silluni me gratë mirë" (Buhariu dhe Muslimi) I dërguari i Allahut thotë: "Më i miri prej jush është ai i cili është më i mirë për familjen e tij e unë jam më i miri për familjen time." (Termidhiu dhe ibn Maxhe e Albani thotë se është sahi) Transmeton Ibn Maxhe nga Ukbe bin Amir – radijall-llahu anhu – se ka thënë: E kam dëgjuar të dërguarin e Allahut duke thënë: "Kush i ka tri vajza, dhe bën durim ndaj tyre i ushqen, iu jep për të pirë dhe i veshë me pasurinë e tij do të jenë për të mburojë prej zjarrit në ditën e kijametit. (Albani thotë se është sahi) Islami e ka nderuar femrën si motër, teze, hallë, ku ka urdhëruar për lidhjet familjare dhe nxitën për një gjë të tillë, e ka ndaluar prishjen e lidhjeve familjare në shumë tekste të ndryshme prej tyre thëna e të dërguarit të Allahut: "O ju njerëz, përhapeni selamin, ushqeni të varfërit, dhe mbani lidhjet farefisnore, faluni natën kur njerëzit flejnë do të hyni në xhenet të shpëtuar" (Ibn Maxhe). Këto të gjitha që i përmendëm më lart i drejtohen një femre, ajo është bashkëshorte, vajzë, nënë, motër, teze, hallë, nëpërmjet këtyre ajo posedon nder të madh. Përfundimisht: Islami e ka ngritur pozitën e femrës, ndërmjet saj dhe burrit ka rregulla të shumta të përbashkëta , ajo është e urdhëruar si ai në aspektin e besimit dhe bindjes ndaj Allahut të Lartësuar dhe është e njëjtë me të në aspektin e shpërblimit në botën tjetër, ajo posedon të drejtën e shprehjes, të këshilluarit, të urdhërimit në të mirë dhe të ndaluarit nga e keqja të thërrasë në rrugë të Allahut, të zotëroj, të shesë dhe të blejë, të trashëgojë, të japë sadeka të dhurojë, nuk lejohet që dikush të marrë pasurinë e saj pa lejen e saj, ka të drejtë të jetojë e respektuar në jetën e saj dhe jo të sulmohet dhe t'i bëhet padrejtësi, ka të drejtë të arsimohet (në mënyrë të hallallit) përkundrazi i duhet që të mësojë dispozitat e fesë. Kush i krahason të drejtatat e femrës në Islam me atë që ka qenë në kohën e xhahilijetit (paditurisë) ose në civilizimet e tjera do ta kuptojë këtë të vërtetë që e tham. Askush nuk e ka nderuar dhe nuk i ka dhënë pozitë më shumë se që i ka dhënë Islami. Nuk duam që ta përmendim gjendjen e femrës në shoqëri. Ndoshta nuk është nevoja që ta përmendim gjendjen e femrës në shoqërinë greke, persiane dhe jehude, edhe shoqëria krishtere ka pasur një qëndrim të keq ndaj femrës. Është mbajtur mbledhje në katadrale për të hulumtuar se femra është thjesht vetëm trup pa shpirt ose trup me shpirt, shumica e mendimeve ishin se ajo është trup pa shpirt përveç Merjemes nënës së Isait alehjis selam. Si e krahason këtë me islamin i cili urdhëroi për bindje dhe sjellje të mirë dhe respekt ndaj saj si dhe shpenzim ndaj saj. Sa i përket ndërrimit të këtyre të drejtave nëpërmjet kohërave, nuk kanë ndryshuar në aspektin e parimeve të rrënjosura teorike, por në atë praktikë. Sa i përket aspektit praktikë nuk ka dyshim se koha e artë e islamit (gjenerata e artë), muslimanët ishin më shumë praktikues të sheriatit të Zotit të tyre, dhe prej dispozitave të sheriatit ishte: Bindja ndaj prindërve, bamirësia ndaj bashkëshortes, vajzës dhe motrës dhe femrave në përgjithësi. Sa më shumë që të dobësohej feja ndodhnin defekte ose probleme në praktikimin e këtyre të drejtave, mirëpo vazhdon të jetë një grup deri në ditën e kijametit që i përmbahet fesë dhe e praktikon sheriatin e Zotit të kësaj feje, këta janë ata të cilët e nderojnë femrën dhe ia japin të drejtën e saj. Megjithë dobësimin e fesë te disa prej muslimanëve në kohën e sotme femrës i ngelet vendi dhe pozita e saj si, nënë, vajzë, bashkëshorte, motër, megjithëse mangësit dhe padrejtësitë dhe lënia pas dore e të drejtave të saj te disa prej njerëzve.
