    Asalamu alaikum wa rahmatu ALLAH wa barakatu

    ich bin eine alhamduli ALLAH seit bereits einigen Jahren zum Islam konvertierte Österreicherin. Im Vorjahr wurde bei mir eine schwere Erkrankung festgestellt alhamduli ALLAH. Ich fühlte mich ALLAH so nahe wie noch nie zuvor seit meiner Konvertierung subhan ALLAH wa alhamduli ALLAH und mein Herz hatte Sehnsucht danach Niqab zu tragen. Den Hijab hatte ich mir alhamduli ALLAH mit ALLAHS Hilfe und Erlaubnis in meiner Arbeit (Büro) erkämpft, wurde allerdings durch das Tragen des Niqabs obwohl ich mich immer noch im Krankenstand befand, gekündigt. Es geht auch aus mehreren E-Mails eindeutig hervor, dass die Kündigung aufgrund des Niqabs und nicht der Krankheit bzw. der dadurch vielleicht befürchteten unregelmäßigen Erscheinung in der Arbeit zurückgeht.
    Zu erwähnen ist auch, dass der Arbeitgeber andere Möglichkeiten gehabt hätte, da sich mein Arbeitsplatz in einem separaten Raum (alhamduli ALLAH mit offener Türe zu anderen Mitarbeiterinnen befand), jedoch ohne dass Kunden/Klienten die Möglichkeit hätten Blickkontakt auf mich zu haben.
    Da ich mich in allen Richtungen diskriminert fühle bin ich der Ansicht dies anzuklagen und Schadensersatz aufgrund der erlittenen Diskriminerung zu verlangen. Da ich mehrere "muslimische Organisationen" (ebenso euch) jedoch kaum Stellungnahme erhielt bezüglich meiner Frage, ob dies islamisch gesehen richtig ist, bin ich etwas am zweifeln ob ich das richtige tue vorallem da ich vor Gericht den Niqab wohl abnehmen muss.
    Das Istichara-Gebet habe ich mehrmals gemacht und bislang läuft der Weg zur Anzeige reibungslos.

    Ich hoffe in schaa ALLAH auf eure schnellstmögliche Antwort.
