أصدرت محكمة جنايات المنيا أمس برئاسة قاضي الإعدام الشهير سعيد الجزار أحكاما جديدة فى قضيتي تظاهر فى مدينة المنيا وتراوحت الأحكام بين 8 سنوات و48 سنة
ففي القضية الأولى رقم 9661 "تظاهر بندر المنيا.
فى سابقة لم تحدث ولا حتى فى بلاد الموز تصدر أحكام إعدامات بالجملة على الأبرياء فى بلادى ,
هل فى مصر قضاء؟!!
هل فى مصر عدل ؟!!
عندما يحكم على خمسة أشقاء بالاعدام جملة واحدة
عندما يحكم على جمال ماضى المتوفى من شهور بالاعدام هل هناك قضاء؟!!
عندما يحكم بالإعدام على 13 من عائلة واحدة هل هى دولة قانون وشرعية ؟!!
كما قال الصحفى محمد حسن الشرقاوى انهم سباكين يعتلون منصة القضاء
عندما يضرب البلدوزر إمرأة تترزق من مرجيحة فى مولد فى الفيوم حاول رئيس مجلس المدينة أن يزيل مرجحيتها فأبت لانها تعيش منها هى وزوجها وأربع أبناء وأخوها أيضا فما كان منه إلا أن أمر سائق البلدوزر أن أقتلها.... وما كذب السائق خبر إلا وضربها بذراع البلدوزر فقسم رأسها فلقتين ؟
أى هوان وأى ذل رآه الشعب المصرى من هؤلاء الإنقلابين المغتصبين اللذين لا يشبعهم ولا يرضيهم إلا أن يروا دماء الشعب فى الشوارع تجرى وكأن لسان حالهم يقول : وماذا لو أعدمنا الشعب المصرى حتى تصفو الحياة لنا ويروق الزمان وننعم بما استلابناه ووسرقناه فلا يقلقنا هتاف ولا تزعجنا مظاهرة ولا يشوش علينا آنات الجائعين
وصراخ المظلومين فليذهبوا جميعا إلى المشانق ونحيا نحن فالحياة لا يستحقها سوانا 18

#FREE_AMAANOV_ZULFIA Sister Amaanov, Father kidnapped, tortured and murdered, now she is arrested!
On 31 March 2014 CE, the Kyrgyz Special Forces arrested Sister Amaanov Zulfia in the city of Osh. Amaanov Zulfia was only five years old when the tyrant criminals deprived her of her father, who was arrested for being a member of a political party, Hizb ut Tahrir. Last year we have published a news report of the terrible death of our brother Amaanov Hamidullah from Kyrgyzstan, who resided in the city of Osh, where he was kidnapped by the Special Forces of Uzbekistan for 14 years and tortured during that time in the prisons of tyrant Karimov. His family could not retrieve his dead body.
Amanoov Zulfia the daughter of the martyr Hamidullah loved Islam from a tender age, and continued to learn Islam and its Fiqh, along with other sciences. She memorized the Qur'an by heart, and was able to learn several languages, including Arabic. The hounds of Karimov forces sought the help of Kyrgyzstan to pursue the family of the martyr before his martyrdom, they also continued to harass them after his martyrdom because the family of the martyr demanded that the Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan oppressors open an investigation to determine the circumstances of their son's death, as well as to receive his dead body. Amanoov Zulfia approached several third parties to uncover their crime and expose their lies, which led to the outrage and resentment of the regime who retaliated by arresting her.
During the past few months, the criminal regime in Kyrgyzstan waged a frantic campaign that saw the arrest of the members of Hizb ut Tahrir; tens of members of Hizb ut Tahrir were arrested from the areas of Narienskaya, Batekinskaya, Tchewskaya, Bishkek, and Usha. The depravity of the oppressive regime did not spare women and children from these arrests, so they arrested Zulfia and detained her in an unspecified location where no one knows of her whereabouts or fate. We ask Allah (swt) to strengthen her faith and her resolve and patience in her test, as we ask Him (swt) to inspire her family and relatives with beautiful patience and Allah is the supporter. Let the criminal regimes in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan know that their crimes against Zulfia, her family and her father (May Allah have mercy on him) will never pass without punishment.
The banners of the Khilafah are flapping all over the world, and Muslims seeking to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Rightly Guided Khilafah State and give allegiance to a Rightly Guided Khaleefah. If not today then tomorrow, By Allah's Permission, and then the governing regimes in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and other regimes in Muslim countries shall taste the consequences of the crimes that they committed against Islam and Muslims, tomorrow is close to sight, yet the torment of the Hereafter is far greater if they knew. Allah (swt) says:
((وَقِفُوَهُمْ إِنَّهُم مَّسْئُولُونَ))
"And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned" [As-Saffat: 24]
