    ‫نفي وتكذيب لقد سألت والدي اليوم عن الخبر الذي تداولته بعض الصحف، والذي مفاده أنه أخرج رسالة مزعومة أنها له يدعو فيها بالتروي في اختيار أبي بكر البغدادي كأمير للدولة! فنفى هذا الخبر حملة وتفصيلا. وقال بأنه لم يصدر عنه مثل هذا الأمر البتة، بل حتى أنه لا يعرف أبا بكر شخصيا. ولذلك فليس له من الأمر شيئا، إنما اختاره أهل الشأن منهم، وأن هذه ألاعيب استخباراتية، وكلها محض كذب وافتراء. وأقول الرجاء أخذ الحذر من تصديق مثل هذه الإشاعات والأكاذيب التي هي عاريةعن الصحة، والتي لا مصدر لها، وأن المصدر الرسمي والوحيد هي الصفحة الخاصة للشيخ أبي قتادة على موقع التواصل الاحتماعي فيسبوك. قتادة (ابن الشيخ)، الثلاثاء 22 محرم 1435 (2013/11/26م)‬
