- Search Facebook kufr: Some Common Mistakes in Ramadaan1 : Taking Ramadaan as a ritualFor many of us Ramadaan has lost its spirituality and has become more of a ritual than a form of Ibaadah. We fast from morning to night like a zombie just because everyone around us is fasting too. We forget that its a time to purify our hearts and our souls from all evil....we forget to make dua, forget to beseech Allaah to forgive us and ask Him to save us from the Fire. Sure we stay away from food and drink but that's about all.Although the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:"Jibreel said to me, May Allaah rub his nose in the dust, that person to who Ramadaan comes and his sins are not forgiven, and I said, Ameen.Then he said, May Allaah rub his nose in the dust, that person who lives to see his parents grow old, one or both of them, but he does not enter Paradise (by not serving them) and I said, Ameen.Then he said, May Allaah rub his nose in the dust, that person in whose presence you are mentioned and he does not send blessings upon you, and I said, Ameen.'"(Tirmidhi, Ahmad, others. Saheeh by al-Albaani)2 : Too much stress on food and drinkFor some people, the entire month of Ramadaan revolves around food. They spend the ENTIRE day planning, cooking, shopping and thinking about only food, instead of concentrating on Salaah, Quraan and other acts of worship. All they can think of is FOOD. So much so that they turn the month of fasting into the month of feasting. Come Iftaar time, their table is a sight to see, with the multitudes and varieties of food, sweets and drinks. They are missing the very purpose of fasting, and thus, increase in their greed and desires instead of learning to control them. It is also a kind of waste & extravagance.".....and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allaah) likes not Al-Musrifoon (those who waste by extravagance) " [al-Araaf :31]3 : Spending all day cookingSome of the sisters (either by their own choice or forced by their husbands) are cooking ALL day and ALL night, so that by the end of the day, they are too tired to even pray Ishaa, let alone pray Taraweeh or Tahajjud or even read Quraan. This is the month of mercy and forgiveness. So turn off that stove and turn on your Imaan!4 : Eating too muchSome people stuff themselves at Suhoor until they are ready to burst, because they think this is the way to not feel hungry during the day and some people eat at Iftaar, like there is no tomorrow, trying to make up for the food missed. However, this is completely against the Sunnah. Moderation is the key to everything.The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The son of Adam does not fill any vessel worse than his stomach; for the son of Adam a few mouthfuls are sufficient to keep his back straight. If you must fill it, then one-third for food, one-third for drink and one-third for air." (Tirmidhi, Ibn Maajah. saheeh by al-Albaani).Too much food distracts a person from many deeds of obedience and worship, makes him lazy and also makes the heart heedless.It was said to Imam Ahmad: Does a man find any softness and humility in his heart when he is full? He said, I do not think so.5 : Sleeping all daySome people spend their entire day (or a major part of it) sleeping away their fast. Is this what is really required of us during this noble month? These people also are missing the purpose of fasting and are slaves to their desires of comfort and ease. They cannot bear to be awake and face a little hunger or exert a little self-control. For a fasting person to spend most of the day asleep is nothing but, negligence on his part.6 : Wasting timeThe month of Ramadaan is a precious, precious time, so much so that Allaah calls this month "Ayyamum Madoodaat" (A fixed number of days). Before we know it, this month of mercy and forgiveness will be over. We should try and spend every moment possible in the worship of Allaah so that we can make the most of this blessing. However, there are some of us who waste away their day playing video games, or worse still, watching TV, movies or even listening to music. Subhaan Allaah! Trying to obey Allaah by DISOBEYING him!7 : Fasting but not giving up evilSome of us fast but do not give up lying, cursing, fighting, backbiting, etc. and some of us fast but do not give up cheating, stealing, dealing in haraam, buying lotto tickets, selling alcohol, fornication, etc. and all kinds of impermissible things without realizing that the purpose of fasting is to not stay away from food and drink; rather the aim behind it is to fear Allaah."O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqoon (the pious)" [al-Baqarah 2:183]The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Whoever does not give up false speech and acting upon it, and ignorance, Allaah has no need of him giving up his food and drink." (Bukhaari)8 : SmokingSmoking is forbidden in Islam whether during Ramadaan or outside of it, as it is one of al-Khabaaith (evil things). And this includes ALL kinds of smoking material eg.cigars, cigarettes, pipes, sheesha, hookah etc."he allows them as lawful At Tayyibaat (all good and lawful things), and prohibits them as unlawful Al Khabaa'ith (all evil and unlawful things) [al-Araaf :157]It is harmful, not only to the one smoking, but also to the ones around him. It is also a means of wasting ones wealth.The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "There should be no harming or reciprocating harm."This is especially true during fasting and it invalidates the fast. (Fatwa -Ibn Uthaymeen)9 : Skipping SuhoorThe Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Eat suhoor for in suhoor there is blessing."(Bukhaari, Muslim).And he (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The thing that differentiates between our fasting and the fasting of the People of the Book is eating suhoor." (Muslim)10 : Stopping Suhoor at ImsaakSome people stop eating Suhoor 10-15 minutes earlier than the time of Fajr to observe Imsaak.Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said: This is a kind of bidah (innovation) which has no basis in the Sunnah. Rather the Sunnah is to do the opposite. Allaah allows us to eat until dawn: "and eat and drink until the white thread (light) of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread (darkness of night)" [al-Baqarah 2:187]And the Prophet (pbuh) said: "….eat and drink until you hear the adhaan of Ibn Umm Maktoom, for he does not give the adhaan until dawn comes."This imsaak which some of the people do is an addition to what Allaah has prescribed, so it is false. It is a kind of extremism in religion, and the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:"Those who go to extremes are doomed, those who go to extremes are doomed, those who go to extremes are doomed." (Muslim)11 : Not fasting if they missed SuhoorSome people are too scared to fast if they miss Suhoor. However, this is a kind of cowardice and love of ease. What is the big deal if you missed a few morsels of food? Its not like you will die. Remember, obedience to Allaah overcomes everything.12 : Saying the intention to fast out loud or sayinga specific dua to start fastingThe intention is an action of the heart. We should resolve in our heart that we are going to fast tomorrow. That is all we need. It is not prescribed by the Shariah for us to say out loud, "I intend to fast", "I will fast tomorrow" or other phrases that have been innovated by some people. Also, there is no specific dua to be recited at the time of starting the fast in the correct Sunnah. Whatever dua you may see on some papers or Ramadaan calendars, etc. is a Bidah.13 : Delaying breaking fastSome people wait until the adhaan finishes or even several minutes after that, just to be on the safe side. However, the Sunnah is to hasten to break the fast, which means breaking fast whenever the adhaan starts, right after the sun has set. Aaishah (RA) said: This is what the Messenger of Allaah (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) used to do. (Muslim)The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The people will continue to do well so long as they hasten to break the fast." (Bukhaari, Muslim)Determine to the best of your ability, the accuracy of your clock, calendar, etc. and then have tawakkul on Allaah and break your fast exactly on time.14 : Eating continuously until the time for Maghrib is upSome people put so much food in their plates when breaking their fast and continue eating, enjoying dessert, drinking tea, etc., until they miss Maghrib. That is obviously not right. The Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) was that once he broke his fast with some dates, them he would hasten to the prayer. Once you are done with the prayer, you can always go back and eat some more if you wish.15 : Missing the golden chance of having your Dua acceptedThe prayer of the fasting person is guaranteed to be accepted at the time of breaking fast.The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Three prayers are not rejected: the prayer of a father, the prayer of a fasting person, and the prayer of a traveler." (al-Bayhaqi, saheeh by al-Albaani).Instead of sitting down and making Dua at this precious time, some people forego this beautiful chance, and are too busy frying samosas, talking, setting the food, filling their plates and glasses, etc. Think about it....Is food more important than the chance to have your sins forgiven or the fulfillment of your Duas.16 : Fasting but not prayingThe fasting of one who does not pray WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is because not praying constitutes kufr as the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Between a man and shirk and kufr there stands his giving up prayer." (Muslim)In fact, NONE of his good deeds will be accepted; rather, they are all annulled."Whoever does not pray Asr, his good deeds will be annulled." (Bukhaari)17 : Fasting and not wearing HijaabNot wearing the Hijaab is a major sin as it is obligatory for Muslim women. (See Surah Nur, Surah Ahzaab). So fasting and not wearing hijaab certainly takes away enormously from the rewards of fasting, even if does not invalidate it.18 : Not fasting because of exams or workExams or work is NOT one of the excuses allowed by the Shariah to not fast. You can do your studying and revision at night if it is too hard to do that during the day. Also remember that pleasing and obeying Allaah is much more important than good grades. Besides, if you will fulfil your obligation to fast, even if you have to study, Allaah will make it easy for you and help you in everything you do."Whosoever fears Allah, He will appoint for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect, Allah is Sufficient for whosoever puts his trust in Him." (Surah at-Talaaq 2-3)19 : Mixing fasting and dietingDO NOT make the mistake of fasting with the intention to diet. That is one of the biggest mistakes some of us make (esp. sisters). Fasting is an act of worship and can only be for the sake of Allah alone.Otherwise, mixing it with the intention of dieting may become a form of (minor) Shirk.20 : Fighting over the number of Rakaah of TaraweehThere is no specific number of rakahs for Taraweeh prayer, rather it is permissible to do a little or a lot. Both 8 and 20 are okay. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said: "No one should be denounced for praying eleven or twenty-three (rakaah), because the matter is broader in scope than that, praise be to Allaah."21 : Praying ONLY on the night of the 27thSome people pray ONLY on the 27th to seek Lailat ul-Qadr, neglecting all other odd nights, although the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Seek Lailat ul-Qadr among the odd numbered nights of the last ten nights of Ramadaan." (Bukhaari, Muslim).22 : Wasting the last part of Ramadaan preparing for EidSome people waste the entire last 10 days of Ramadaan preparing for Eid, shopping and frequenting malls, etc. neglecting Ibadah and Lailatul Qadr. although, the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) used to strive the hardest during the last ten days of Ramadaan in worship (Ahmad, Muslim) and not in shopping. Buy whatever you need for Eid before Ramadaan so that you can utilize the time in Ramadaan to the max.Aaishah (RA) said: "When the (last) ten nights began, the Messenger of Allaah (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam)) would tighten his waist-wrapper (i.e., strive hard in worship or refrain from intimacy with his wives), stay awake at night and wake his family." (Bukhaari and Muslim).23 : Iftaar partiesAlthough inviting each other for breaking fast is something good and encouraged, some people go to extremes with lavish Iftaar parties with all sorts of disobedience to Allaah, from flirting, mixing of the sexes and hijaab-less women, to show-off and extravagance, to heedlessness to Salaah, and Taraweeh to even music and dancing. This hadeeth indicates that Allaah will not accept any good deed from one who does not pray, so the one who does not pray will not benefit at all from his good deeds and no good deed of his will be taken up to Allaah.It seems from the hadeeth that there are two types of those who do not pray: those who do not pray at all, which annuls all their good deeds, and those who do not offer a particular prayer on a particular day, which annuls the good deeds of that day. So annulment of all good deeds happens to those who forsake all the prayers, and annulment of the good deeds of a particular day happens to the one who omits a particular prayer.Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen was asked in Fataawa al-Siyaam (p. 87) about the ruling on the fasting of one who does not pray.He replied:The fast of one who does not pray is not valid and is not accepted, because the one who does not pray is a kaafir and an apostate, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):"But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism], perform As-Salaah (Iqaamat-as-Salaah) and give Zakaah, then they are your brethren in religion"[al-Tawbah 9:11]And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Between a man and shirk and kufr stands his giving up prayer." Shalat SubuhAdalah sebelum terbit matahari. Ini karena apabila matahari terbit, terbitnya di antara dua tanduk syaitan dan disitusujudnya setiap orang kafir. Maka Seorang mukmin yang mengerjakan shalat Subuh selama 40 hari secara berjamaah, diberikan kepadanya oleh Allah S.W.T dua kebebasan, yaitu :1). Dibebaskan daripada api neraka2). Dibebaskan dari Nifaq.Subhanallah, ini baru sebagian kecil pahala yang akan diberikan Allah S.W.T pada umatnya yang rajin melaksanakan sholat 5 waktu. Masih ada pahala lain yang dijanjikan oleh-Nya. Selain itu shalatsangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan jasmani dan rohaniah kitasendiri. Dia telah menempatkan pria dan wanita pada kedudukannya masing-masing sesuai dengan kodratnya. Dalam beberapa hal, sebagian mereka tidak boleh dan tidak bisa menggantikan yang lain.Keduanya memiliki kedudukan yang sama. Dalam peribadatan, secara umum mereka memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang tidak berbeda. Hanya dalam masalah-masalah tertentu, memang ada perbedaan. Hal itu Allah sesuaikan dengan naluri, tabiat, dan kondisi masing-masing.Allah mentakdirkan bahwa laki-laki tidaklah sama dengan perempuan, baik dalam bentuk penciptaan, postur tubuh, dan susunan anggota badan.Allah berfirman,وَلَيْسَ الذَّكَرُ كَالأنْثَى"Dan laki-laki itu tidaklah sama dengan perempuan." (Qs. Ali Imran: 36)Karena perbedaan ini, maka Allah mengkhususkan beberapa hukum syar'i bagi kaum laki-laki dan perempuan sesuai dengan bentuk dasar, keahlian dan kemampuannya masing-masing. Allah memberikan hukum-hukum yang menjadi keistimewaan bagi kaum laki-laki, diantaranya bahwa laki-laki adalah pemimpin bagi kaum perempuan, kenabian dan kerasulan hanya diberikan kepada kaum laki-laki dan bukan kepada perempuan, laki-laki mendapatkan dua kali lipat dari bagian perempuan dalam hal warisan, dan lain-lain. Sebaliknya, Islam telah memuliakan wanita dengan memerintahkan wanita untuk tetap tinggal dalam rumahnya, serta merawat suami dan anak-anaknya.Mujahid meriwayatkan bahwa Ummu Salamah radhiyallahu 'anha berkata: "Wahai Rasulullah, mengapa kaum laki-laki bisa pergi ke medan perang sedang kami tidak, dan kamipun hanya mendapatkan warisan setengah bagian laki-laki?" Maka turunlah ayat yang artinya, "Dan janganlah kamu iri terhadap apa yang dikaruniakan Allah…" (Qs. An-Nisaa': 32)" (Diriwayatkan oleh Ath-Thabari, Imam Ahmad, Al-Hakim, dan lain sebagainya)Saudariku, maka hendaklah kita mengimani apa yang Allah takdirkan, bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan berbeda. Yakinlah, di balik perbedaan ini ada hikmah yang sangat besar, karena Allah adalah Dzat Yang Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Mengenal.Mari Menjaga Kehormatan Dengan BerhijabBerhijab merupakan kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan bagi setiap wanita muslimah. Hijab merupakan salah satu bentuk pemuliaan terhadap wanita yang telah disyariatkan dalam Islam. Dalam mengenakan hijab syar'i haruslah menutupi seluruh tubuh dan menutupi seluruh perhiasan yang dikenakan dari pandangan laki-laki yang bukan mahram. Hal ini sebagaimana tercantum dalam firman Allah Ta'ala:وَلا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ"dan janganlah mereka menampakkan perhiasannya." (Qs. An-Nuur: 31)Mengenakan hijab syar'i merupakan amalan yang dilakukan oleh wanita-wanita mukminah dari kalangan sahabiah dan generasi setelahnya. Merupakan keharusan bagi wanita-wanita sekarang yang menisbatkan diri pada islam untuk meneladani jejak wanita-wanita muslimah pendahulu meraka dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah dalam masalah berhijab. Hijab merupakan cermin kesucian diri, kemuliaan yang berhiaskan malu dan kecemburuan (ghirah). Ironisnya, banyak wanita sekarang yang menisbatkan diri pada islam keluar di jalan-jalan dan tempat-tempat umum tanpa mengenakan hijab, tetapi malah bersolek dan bertabaruj tanpa rasa malu. Sampai-sampai sulit dibedakan mana wanita muslim dan mana wanita kafir, sekalipun ada yang memakai kerudung, akan tetapi kerudung tersebut tak ubahnya hanyalah seperti hiasan penutup kepala.Dari 'Aisyah radhiyallahu 'anha, ia berkata:"Semoga Alloh merahmati para wanita generasi pertama yang berhijrah, ketika turun ayat:"dan hendaklah mereka menutupkan kain kerudung kedadanya," (Qs. An-Nuur: 31)"Maka mereka segera merobek kain panjang/baju mantel mereka untuk kemudian menggunakannya sebagai khimar penutup tubuh bagian atas mereka."Subhanallah… jauh sekali keadaan wanita di zaman ini dengan keadaan wanita zaman sahabiah.Sebagaimana dijelaskan sebelumnya bahwa hijab merupakan kewajiban atas diri seorang muslimah dan meninggalkannya menyebabkan dosa yang membinasakan dan mendatangkan dosa-dosa yang lainnya. Sebagai bentuk ketaatan kepada Allah dan rasul-Nya hendaknya wanita mukminah bersegera melaksanakan perintah Alloh yang satu ini.Allah 'Azza wa Jalla berfirman: "Dan tidaklah patut bagi mukmin dan tidak (pula) bagi mukminah, apabila Allah dan rasul-Nya telah menetapkan suatu ketetapan, kemudian mereka mempunyai pilihan (yang lain) tentang urusan mereka, dan barangsiapa mendurhakai Allah dan rasul-Nya. Maka sungguhlah dia telah sesat, dengan kesesatan yang nyata." (Qs. Al-Ahzab: 36)Mengenakan hijab syar'i mempunyai banyak keutamaan, diantaranya:Menjaga kehormatan.Membersihkan hati.Melahirkan akhlaq yang mulia.Tanda kesucian.Menjaga rasa malu.Mencegah dari keinginan dan hasrat syaithoniah.Menjaga ghirah.Dan lain-lain. Adapun untuk rincian tentang hijab dapat dilihat pada artikel-artikel sebelumnya.Kembalilah ke Rumahmuوَقَرْنَ فِيْ بُيُوْتِكُنَّ"Dan hendaklah kamu tetap berada di rumahmu." (Qs. Al-Ahzab: 33)Islam telah memuliakan kaum wanita dengan memerintahkan mereka untuk tetap tinggal dalam rumahnya. Ini merupakan ketentuan yang telah Allah syari'atkan. Oleh karena itu, Allah membebaskan kaum wanita dari beberapa kewajiban syari'at yang di lain sisi diwajibkan kepada kaum laki-laki, diantaranya:Digugurkan baginya kewajiban menghadiri shalat jum'at dan shalat jama'ah.Kewajiban menunaikan ibadah haji bagi wanita disyaratkan dengan mahram yang menyertainya.Wanita tidak berkewajiban berjihad.Sedangkan keluarnya mereka dari rumah adalah rukhshah (keringanan) yang diberikan karena kebutuhan dan darurat. Maka, hendaklah wanita muslimah tidak sering-sering keluar rumah, apalagi dengan berhias atau memakai wangi-wangian sebagaimana halnya kebiasaan wanita-wanita jahiliyah.Perintah untuk tetap berada di rumah merupakan hijab bagi kaum wanita dari menampakkan diri di hadapan laki-laki yang bukan mahram dan dari ihtilat. Apabila wanita menampakkan diri di hadapan laki-laki yang bukan mahram maka ia wajib mengenakan hijab yang menutupi seluruh tubuh dan perhiasannya. Dengan menjaga hal ini, maka akan terwujud berbagai tujuan syari'at, yaitu:Terpeliharanya apa yang menjadi tuntunan fitrah dan kondisi manusia berupa pembagian yang adil diantara hamba-hamba-Nya yaitu kaum wanita memegang urusan rumah tangga sedangkan laki-laki menangani pekerjaan di luar rumah.Terpeliharanya tujuan syari'at bahwa masyarakat islami adalah masyarakat yang tidak bercampur baur. Kaum wanita memiliki komunitas khusus yaitu di dalam rumah sedang kaum laki-laki memiliki komunitas tersendiri, yaitu di luar rumah.Memfokuskan kaum wanita untuk melaksanakan kewajibannya dalam rumah tangga dan mendidik generasi mendatang.Islam adalah agama fitrah, dimana kemaslahatan umum seiring dengan fitrah manusia dan kebahagiaannya. Jadi, Islam tidak memperbolehkan bagi kaum wanita untuk bekerja kecuali sesuai dengan fitrah, tabiat, dan sifat kewanitaannya. Sebab, seorang perempuan adalah seorang istri yang mengemban tugas mengandung, melahirkan, menyusui, mengurus rumah, merawat anak, mendidik generasi umat di madrasah mereka yang pertama, yaitu: 'Rumah'.Bahaya Tabarruj Model JahiliyahBersolek merupakan fitrah bagi wanita pada umumnya. Jika bersolek di depan suami, orang tua atau teman-teman sesama wanita maka hal ini tidak mengapa. Namun, wanita sekarang umumnya bersolek dan menampakkan sebagian anggota tubuh serta perhiasan di tempat-tempat umum. Padahal di tempat-tempat umum banyak terdapat laki-laki non mahram yang akan memperhatikan mereka dan keindahan yang ditampakkannya. Seperti itulah yang disebut dengan tabarruj model jahiliyah.Di zaman sekarang, tabarruj model ini merupakan hal yang sudah dianggap biasa, padahal Allah dan Rasul-Nya mengharamkan yang demikian.Allah berfirman:وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى"Dan hendaklah kamu tetap berada di rumahmu, dan janganlah kalian berhias dan bertingkah laku seperti model berhias dan bertingkah lakunya orang-orang jahiliyah dahulu (tabarruj model jahiliyah)." (Qs. Al-Ahzab: 33)Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu berkata: "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda, yang artinya: "Ada dua golongan ahli neraka yang tidak pernah aku lihat sebelumnya; sekelompok orang yang memegang cambuk seperti ekor sapi yang dipakai untuk mencambuk manusia, dan wanita-wanita yang berpakaian tapi hakikatnya telanjang, mereka berjalan melenggak-lenggok, kepala mereka seperti punuk unta yang miring. Mereka tidak akan masuk surga dan tidak bisa mencium aromanya. Sesungguhnya aroma jannah tercium dari jarak sekian dan sekian." (HR. Muslim)Bentuk-bentuk tabarruj model jahiliyah diantaranya:Menampakkan sebagian anggota tubuhnya di hadapan laki-laki non mahram.Menampakkan perhiasannya,baik semua atau sebagian.Berjalan dengan dibuat-buat.Mendayu-dayu dalam berbicara terhadap laki-laki non mahram.Menghentak-hentakkan kaki agar diketahui perhiasan yang tersembunyi.Pernikahan, Mahkota Kaum WanitaMenikah merupakan sunnah para Nabi dan Rasul serta jalan hidup orang-orang mukmin. Menikah merupakan perintah Allah kepada hamba-hamba-Nya:"Dan nikahkanlah orang-orang yang sedirian diantara kamu, dan orang-orang yang layak (menikah) dari hamba-hamba sahayamu yang lelaki dan hamba-hamba sahayamu yang perempuan. jika mereka miskin Allah akan memberi kemampuan kepada mereka dengan kurnia-Nya. Dan Allah Maha luas (pemberian-Nya) lagi Maha Mengetahui." (Qs. An-Nuur: 32)Pernikahan merupakan sarana untuk menjaga kesucian dan kehormatan baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Selain itu, menikah dapat menentramkan hati dan mencegah diri dari dosa (zina). Hendaknya menikah diniatkan karena mengikuti sunnah nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam dan untuk menjaga agama serta kehormatannya.Tidak sepantasnya bagi wanita mukminah bercita-cita untuk hidup membujang. Membujang dapat menyebabkan hati senantiasa gelisah, terjerumus dalam banyak dosa, dan menyebabkan terjatuh dalam kehinaan.Kemaslahatan-kemaslahatan pernikahan:Menjaga keturunan dan kelangsungan hidup manusia.Menjaga kehormatan dan kesucian diri.Memberikan ketentraman bagi dua insan. Ada yang dilindungi dan melindungi. Serta memunculkan kasih sayang bagi keduanya.Demikianlah beberapa perkara yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap muslimah agar dirinya tidak terjerumus ke dalam dosa dan kemaksiatan dan tidak menjerumuskan orang lain ke dalam dosa dan kemaksiatan. Some Common Mistakes in Ramadaan
1 : Taking Ramadaan as a ritual
For many of us Ramadaan has lost its spirituality and has become more of a ritual than a form of Ibaadah. We fast from morning to night like a zombie just because everyone around us is fasting too. We forget that its a time to purify our hearts and our souls from all evil....we forget to make dua, forget to beseech Allaah to forgive us and ask Him to save us from the Fire. Sure we stay away from food and drink but that's about all.
Although the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:
"Jibreel said to me, May Allaah rub his nose in the dust, that person to who Ramadaan comes and his sins are not forgiven, and I said, Ameen.
Then he said, May Allaah rub his nose in the dust, that person who lives to see his parents grow old, one or both of them, but he does not enter Paradise (by not serving them) and I said, Ameen.
Then he said, May Allaah rub his nose in the dust, that person in whose presence you are mentioned and he does not send blessings upon you, and I said, Ameen.'"

2 : Too much stress on food and drink
For some people, the entire month of Ramadaan revolves around food. They spend the ENTIRE day planning, cooking, shopping and thinking about only food, instead of concentrating on Salaah, Quraan and other acts of worship. All they can think of is FOOD. So much so that they turn the month of fasting into the month of feasting. Come Iftaar time, their table is a sight to see, with the multitudes and varieties of food, sweets and drinks. They are missing the very purpose of fasting, and thus, increase in their greed and desires instead of learning to control them. It is also a kind of waste & extravagance.
".....and eat and drink but waste not by extravagance, certainly He (Allaah) likes not Al-Musrifoon (those who waste by extravagance) " [al-Araaf :31]
3 : Spending all day cooking
Some of the sisters (either by their own choice or forced by their husbands) are cooking ALL day and ALL night, so that by the end of the day, they are too tired to even pray Ishaa, let alone pray Taraweeh or Tahajjud or even read Quraan. This is the month of mercy and forgiveness. So turn off that stove and turn on your Imaan!
4 : Eating too much
Some people stuff themselves at Suhoor until they are ready to burst, because they think this is the way to not feel hungry during the day and some people eat at Iftaar, like there is no tomorrow, trying to make up for the food missed. However, this is completely against the Sunnah. Moderation is the key to everything.
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The son of Adam does not fill any vessel worse than his stomach; for the son of Adam a few mouthfuls are sufficient to keep his back straight. If you must fill it, then one-third for food, one-third for drink and one-third for air." (Tirmidhi, Ibn Maajah. saheeh by al-Albaani).
Too much food distracts a person from many deeds of obedience and worship, makes him lazy and also makes the heart heedless.
It was said to Imam Ahmad: Does a man find any softness and humility in his heart when he is full? He said, I do not think so.
5 : Sleeping all day
Some people spend their entire day (or a major part of it) sleeping away their fast. Is this what is really required of us during this noble month? These people also are missing the purpose of fasting and are slaves to their desires of comfort and ease. They cannot bear to be awake and face a little hunger or exert a little self-control. For a fasting person to spend most of the day asleep is nothing but, negligence on his part.
6 : Wasting time
The month of Ramadaan is a precious, precious time, so much so that Allaah calls this month "Ayyamum Madoodaat" (A fixed number of days). Before we know it, this month of mercy and forgiveness will be over. We should try and spend every moment possible in the worship of Allaah so that we can make the most of this blessing. However, there are some of us who waste away their day playing video games, or worse still, watching TV, movies or even listening to music. Subhaan Allaah! Trying to obey Allaah by DISOBEYING him!
7 : Fasting but not giving up evil
Some of us fast but do not give up lying, cursing, fighting, backbiting, etc. and some of us fast but do not give up cheating, stealing, dealing in haraam, buying lotto tickets, selling alcohol, fornication, etc. and all kinds of impermissible things without realizing that the purpose of fasting is to not stay away from food and drink; rather the aim behind it is to fear Allaah.
"O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-Muttaqoon (the pious)" [al-Baqarah 2:183]
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Whoever does not give up false speech and acting upon it, and ignorance, Allaah has no need of him giving up his food and drink." (Bukhaari)
8 : Smoking
Smoking is forbidden in Islam whether during Ramadaan or outside of it, as it is one of al-Khabaaith (evil things). And this includes ALL kinds of smoking material eg.cigars, cigarettes, pipes, sheesha, hookah etc.
"he allows them as lawful At Tayyibaat (all good and lawful things), and prohibits them as unlawful Al Khabaa'ith (all evil and unlawful things) [al-Araaf :157]
It is harmful, not only to the one smoking, but also to the ones around him. It is also a means of wasting ones wealth.
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "There should be no harming or reciprocating harm."
This is especially true during fasting and it invalidates the fast. (Fatwa -Ibn Uthaymeen)
9 : Skipping Suhoor
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Eat suhoor for in suhoor there is blessing."(Bukhaari, Muslim).
And he (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The thing that differentiates between our fasting and the fasting of the People of the Book is eating suhoor." (Muslim)
10 : Stopping Suhoor at Imsaak
Some people stop eating Suhoor 10-15 minutes earlier than the time of Fajr to observe Imsaak.
Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said: This is a kind of bidah (innovation) which has no basis in the Sunnah. Rather the Sunnah is to do the opposite. Allaah allows us to eat until dawn: "and eat and drink until the white thread (light) of dawn appears to you distinct from the black thread (darkness of night)" [al-Baqarah 2:187]
And the Prophet (pbuh) said: "….eat and drink until you hear the adhaan of Ibn Umm Maktoom, for he does not give the adhaan until dawn comes."
This imsaak which some of the people do is an addition to what Allaah has prescribed, so it is false. It is a kind of extremism in religion, and the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said:
"Those who go to extremes are doomed, those who go to extremes are doomed, those who go to extremes are doomed." (Muslim)
11 : Not fasting if they missed Suhoor
Some people are too scared to fast if they miss Suhoor. However, this is a kind of cowardice and love of ease. What is the big deal if you missed a few morsels of food? Its not like you will die. Remember, obedience to Allaah overcomes everything.
12 : Saying the intention to fast out loud or saying
a specific dua to start fasting
The intention is an action of the heart. We should resolve in our heart that we are going to fast tomorrow. That is all we need. It is not prescribed by the Shariah for us to say out loud, "I intend to fast", "I will fast tomorrow" or other phrases that have been innovated by some people. Also, there is no specific dua to be recited at the time of starting the fast in the correct Sunnah. Whatever dua you may see on some papers or Ramadaan calendars, etc. is a Bidah.
13 : Delaying breaking fast
Some people wait until the adhaan finishes or even several minutes after that, just to be on the safe side. However, the Sunnah is to hasten to break the fast, which means breaking fast whenever the adhaan starts, right after the sun has set. Aaishah (RA) said: This is what the Messenger of Allaah (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) used to do. (Muslim)
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "The people will continue to do well so long as they hasten to break the fast." (Bukhaari, Muslim)
Determine to the best of your ability, the accuracy of your clock, calendar, etc. and then have tawakkul on Allaah and break your fast exactly on time.
14 : Eating continuously until the time for Maghrib is up
Some people put so much food in their plates when breaking their fast and continue eating, enjoying dessert, drinking tea, etc., until they miss Maghrib. That is obviously not right. The Sunnah of the Prophet (pbuh) was that once he broke his fast with some dates, them he would hasten to the prayer. Once you are done with the prayer, you can always go back and eat some more if you wish.
15 : Missing the golden chance of having your Dua accepted
The prayer of the fasting person is guaranteed to be accepted at the time of breaking fast.
The Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Three prayers are not rejected: the prayer of a father, the prayer of a fasting person, and the prayer of a traveler." (al-Bayhaqi, saheeh by al-Albaani).
Instead of sitting down and making Dua at this precious time, some people forego this beautiful chance, and are too busy frying samosas, talking, setting the food, filling their plates and glasses, etc. Think about it....Is food more important than the chance to have your sins forgiven or the fulfillment of your Duas.
16 : Fasting but not praying
The fasting of one who does not pray WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is because not praying constitutes kufr as the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Between a man and shirk and kufr there stands his giving up prayer." (Muslim)
In fact, NONE of his good deeds will be accepted; rather, they are all annulled.
"Whoever does not pray Asr, his good deeds will be annulled." (Bukhaari)
17 : Fasting and not wearing Hijaab
Not wearing the Hijaab is a major sin as it is obligatory for Muslim women. (See Surah Nur, Surah Ahzaab). So fasting and not wearing hijaab certainly takes away enormously from the rewards of fasting, even if does not invalidate it.
18 : Not fasting because of exams or work
Exams or work is NOT one of the excuses allowed by the Shariah to not fast. You can do your studying and revision at night if it is too hard to do that during the day. Also remember that pleasing and obeying Allaah is much more important than good grades. Besides, if you will fulfil your obligation to fast, even if you have to study, Allaah will make it easy for you and help you in everything you do.
"Whosoever fears Allah, He will appoint for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect, Allah is Sufficient for whosoever puts his trust in Him." (Surah at-Talaaq 2-3)
19 : Mixing fasting and dieting
DO NOT make the mistake of fasting with the intention to diet. That is one of the biggest mistakes some of us make (esp. sisters). Fasting is an act of worship and can only be for the sake of Allah alone.
Otherwise, mixing it with the intention of dieting may become a form of (minor) Shirk.
20 : Fighting over the number of Rakaah of Taraweeh
There is no specific number of rakahs for Taraweeh prayer, rather it is permissible to do a little or a lot. Both 8 and 20 are okay. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen said: "No one should be denounced for praying eleven or twenty-three (rakaah), because the matter is broader in scope than that, praise be to Allaah."
21 : Praying ONLY on the night of the 27th
Some people pray ONLY on the 27th to seek Lailat ul-Qadr, neglecting all other odd nights, although the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) said: "Seek Lailat ul-Qadr among the odd numbered nights of the last ten nights of Ramadaan." (Bukhaari, Muslim).
22 : Wasting the last part of Ramadaan preparing for Eid
Some people waste the entire last 10 days of Ramadaan preparing for Eid, shopping and frequenting malls, etc. neglecting Ibadah and Lailatul Qadr. although, the Prophet (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam) used to strive the hardest during the last ten days of Ramadaan in worship (Ahmad, Muslim) and not in shopping. Buy whatever you need for Eid before Ramadaan so that you can utilize the time in Ramadaan to the max.
Aaishah (RA) said: "When the (last) ten nights began, the Messenger of Allaah (Sal Allaahu Alaiyhi wa Sallam)) would tighten his waist-wrapper (i.e., strive hard in worship or refrain from intimacy with his wives), stay awake at night and wake his family." (Bukhaari and Muslim).
23 : Iftaar parties
Although inviting each other for breaking fast is something good and encouraged, some people go to extremes with lavish Iftaar parties with all sorts of disobedience to Allaah, from flirting, mixing of the sexes and hijaab-less women, to show-off and extravagance, to heedlessness to Salaah, and Taraweeh to even music and dancing.

FASTING IS NOT ACCEPT IF ONE DOESN'T OFFER SALAH:
Praise be to Allaah.
No good deeds will be accepted from one who does not pray – no zakaah, no fasting, no Hajj or anything else.
Al-Bukhaari (520) narrated that Buraydah said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever does not pray 'Asr, his good deeds will be annulled."
What is meant by "his good deeds will be annulled" is that they will be rendered invalid and will be of no benefit to him. This hadeeth indicates that Allaah will not accept any good deed from one who does not pray, so the one who does not pray will not benefit at all from his good deeds and no good deed of his will be taken up to Allaah.
It seems from the hadeeth that there are two types of those who do not pray: those who do not pray at all, which annuls all their good deeds, and those who do not offer a particular prayer on a particular day, which annuls the good deeds of that day. So annulment of all good deeds happens to those who forsake all the prayers, and annulment of the good deeds of a particular day happens to the one who omits a particular prayer.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen was asked in Fataawa al-Siyaam (p. 87) about the ruling on the fasting of one who does not pray.
He replied:
The fast of one who does not pray is not valid and is not accepted, because the one who does not pray is a kaafir and an apostate, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism], perform As-Salaah (Iqaamat-as-Salaah) and give Zakaah, then they are your brethren in religion"
[al-Tawbah 9:11]
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Between a man and shirk and kufr stands his giving up prayer." Narrated by Muslim, 82.
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The covenant that separates us from them is prayer; whoever gives up prayer is a kaafir." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2621;

FASTING IS NOT ACCEPT IF ONE DOESN'T OFFER SALAH:
Praise be to Allaah.
No good deeds will be accepted from one who does not pray – no zakaah, no fasting, no Hajj or anything else.
Al-Bukhaari (520) narrated that Buraydah said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Whoever does not pray 'Asr, his good deeds will be annulled."
What is meant by "his good deeds will be annulled" is that they will be rendered invalid and will be of no benefit to him. This hadeeth indicates that Allaah will not accept any good deed from one who does not pray, so the one who does not pray will not benefit at all from his good deeds and no good deed of his will be taken up to Allaah.
It seems from the hadeeth that there are two types of those who do not pray: those who do not pray at all, which annuls all their good deeds, and those who do not offer a particular prayer on a particular day, which annuls the good deeds of that day. So annulment of all good deeds happens to those who forsake all the prayers, and annulment of the good deeds of a particular day happens to the one who omits a particular prayer.
Shaykh Ibn 'Uthaymeen was asked in Fataawa al-Siyaam (p. 87) about the ruling on the fasting of one who does not pray.
He replied:
The fast of one who does not pray is not valid and is not accepted, because the one who does not pray is a kaafir and an apostate, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
"But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism], perform As-Salaah (Iqaamat-as-Salaah) and give Zakaah, then they are your brethren in religion"
[al-Tawbah 9:11]
And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "Between a man and shirk and kufr stands his giving up prayer." Narrated by Muslim, 82.
And he (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "The covenant that separates us from them is prayer; whoever gives up prayer is a kaafir." Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 2621;

Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul-Wahhab sagte: "Oh du, dem Allah die Gabe des Islams verleihte und erkannte, dass es keine wahre Gottheit gibt, ausser Allah, meine nicht, dass wenn du sagst: 'Dies ist die Wahrheit und ich halte mich von allem ausser dieser Wahrheit fern, aber ich werde mich den Mushrikin weder entgegensetzen, noch werde ich irgendetwas über sie sprechen', glaube nicht dass du damit deinen Eintritt in den Islam erreichst. Im Gegenteil, der Hass gegen sie muss vorhanden sein und gegen jene, die sie lieben. Ihre Abwertung (muss vorhanden sein) und das Zeigen der Feindschaft ihnen gegenüber. So wie dein Vater Ibrahim, alaihi salam, und jene, die ihm folgten, sagten:
'Wir sind unschuldig an euch und an dem, was ihr anstelle Allahs dient. Wir verleugnen euch. Und zwischen uns und euch sind Feindschaft und Hass auf immer sichtbar geworden, bis ihr an Allah allein glaubt.' [Al-Mumtahina, 4]
Oder als der Erhabene sagt: 'Wer Kufr in den Taghut macht (sich von ihm lossagt etc.) und an Allah Iman macht, hält sich an der festesten Handhabe' [Al-Baqarah, 256]
Und Er sagt: 'Wir haben in jedem Volk einen Propheten entsandt (, der sagte): 'Dient Allah und meidet den Taghut!' [An-Nahl, 36]
Wenn der Mensch sagen würde: 'Ich folge dem Gesandten, sallallahu alaihi wa sallam, und er ist auf der Wahrheit, aber ich werde mich nicht Lat, Uzza, Abu Jahl und ihm ähnlichen entgegensetzen. Was habe ich schon mit ihnen zu tun?' Sein Islam wird nicht gültig sein."

~ Pahala Shalat 5 waktu ~
Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Pada saat orang-orang kafir bertanya : "katakanlah kepada kami apakah pahala yang akan diperoleh oleh orang yang mengerjakan shalat… "
Rasulullulah S.A.W pun bersabda .. :
"Jagalah waktu-waktu shalat terutama shalat yang pertengahan .."
1). Shalat Dzuhur
Pada saat itu nyalanya neraka Jahanam.
Orang – orang mukmin yang mengerjakan shalat pada ketika itu akan diharamkan ke atasnya uap apineraka jahanam pada hari kiamat
2). Shalat Ashar
Adalah saat dimana Nabi Adam a.s memakan buah khuldi.
Orang-orang mukmin yang mengerjakan shalat Asar akan diampunkan dosanya seperti bayi yang baru lahir.
3). Shalat Maghrib
Adalah saat dimana taubat Nabi Adam a.s diterima. Seorang mukmin yang ikhlas mengerjakan shalat Maghrib kemudian berdo'a dan meminta sesuatu dengan khusu' kepada Allah S.W.T , maka Allah S.W.T akan memperkenankan.
4). Shalat Isya'
Katakan kubur itu adalah sangat gelap dan begitu juga pada hari kiamat, maka seorang mukmin yangberjalan dengan malam yang gelap untuk menunaikan shalat isya' berjamaah, Allah S.W.T haramkan dirinya daripada terkena nyala api neraka dan diberikan kepadanya cahaya untuk menyeberangi Titian Sirath.
5). Shalat Subuh
Adalah sebelum terbit matahari. Ini karena apabila matahari terbit, terbitnya di antara dua tanduk syaitan dan disitusujudnya setiap orang kafir. Maka Seorang mukmin yang mengerjakan shalat Subuh selama 40 hari secara berjamaah, diberikan kepadanya oleh Allah S.W.T dua kebebasan, yaitu :
1). Dibebaskan daripada api neraka
2). Dibebaskan dari Nifaq.
Subhanallah, ini baru sebagian kecil pahala yang akan diberikan Allah S.W.T pada umatnya yang rajin melaksanakan sholat 5 waktu. Masih ada pahala lain yang dijanjikan oleh-Nya. Selain itu shalatsangat bermanfaat bagi kesehatan jasmani dan rohaniah kita
sendiri. Sungguh maha besar Allah S.W.T yang telah menciptakan seluruh jagat raya ini.
Peringatan keras "Jangan sekali-kali meninggalkan shalat wajib yang 5 waktu itu" "lebih baik terlambat daripada tidak dikerjakan sama sekali.
Semoga tulisan ini bermanfaat dan mari kita awali hari-hari kita untuk memperbaiki shalat kita mejadi lebih sempurna lagi.
Karena sungguh sangatlah merugi orang–orang yang tidak mau melaksanakan shalat 5 waktu.

"Siapa yang menyampaikan satu ilmu dan orang membaca mengamalkannya maka dia akan beroleh pahala walaupun sudah tiada."

MENJAGA KEHORMATAN WANITA MUSLIMAH
Wahai saudariku muslimah, wanita adalah kunci kebaikan suatu umat. Wanita bagaikan batu bata, ia adalah pembangun generasi manusia. Maka jika kaum wanita baik, maka baiklah suatu generasi. Namun sebaliknya, jika kaum wanita itu rusak, maka akan rusak pulalah generasi tersebut.
Maka, engkaulah wahai saudariku… engkaulah pengemban amanah pembangun generasi umat ini. Jadilah engkau wanita muslimah yang sejati, wanita yang senantiasa menjaga kehormatannya. Yang menjunjung tinggi hak Rabb-nya. Yang setia menjalankan sunnah rasul-Nya.
Wanita Berbeda Dengan Laki-Laki
Allah berfirman,
وَمَاخَلَقْتُ الجِنَّ وَ الإِنْسَ إِلاَّلِيَعْبُدُوْنِ
"Dan Aku tidak menciptakan jin dan manusia melainkan supaya mereka menyembah-Ku."(Qs. Adz-Dzaariyat: 56)
Allah telah menciptakan manusia dalam jenis perempuan dan laki-laki dengan memiliki kewajiban yang sama, yaitu untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Dia telah menempatkan pria dan wanita pada kedudukannya masing-masing sesuai dengan kodratnya. Dalam beberapa hal, sebagian mereka tidak boleh dan tidak bisa menggantikan yang lain.
Keduanya memiliki kedudukan yang sama. Dalam peribadatan, secara umum mereka memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang tidak berbeda. Hanya dalam masalah-masalah tertentu, memang ada perbedaan. Hal itu Allah sesuaikan dengan naluri, tabiat, dan kondisi masing-masing.
Allah mentakdirkan bahwa laki-laki tidaklah sama dengan perempuan, baik dalam bentuk penciptaan, postur tubuh, dan susunan anggota badan.
Allah berfirman,
وَلَيْسَ الذَّكَرُ كَالأنْثَى
"Dan laki-laki itu tidaklah sama dengan perempuan." (Qs. Ali Imran: 36)
Karena perbedaan ini, maka Allah mengkhususkan beberapa hukum syar'i bagi kaum laki-laki dan perempuan sesuai dengan bentuk dasar, keahlian dan kemampuannya masing-masing. Allah memberikan hukum-hukum yang menjadi keistimewaan bagi kaum laki-laki, diantaranya bahwa laki-laki adalah pemimpin bagi kaum perempuan, kenabian dan kerasulan hanya diberikan kepada kaum laki-laki dan bukan kepada perempuan, laki-laki mendapatkan dua kali lipat dari bagian perempuan dalam hal warisan, dan lain-lain. Sebaliknya, Islam telah memuliakan wanita dengan memerintahkan wanita untuk tetap tinggal dalam rumahnya, serta merawat suami dan anak-anaknya.
Mujahid meriwayatkan bahwa Ummu Salamah radhiyallahu 'anha berkata: "Wahai Rasulullah, mengapa kaum laki-laki bisa pergi ke medan perang sedang kami tidak, dan kamipun hanya mendapatkan warisan setengah bagian laki-laki?" Maka turunlah ayat yang artinya, "Dan janganlah kamu iri terhadap apa yang dikaruniakan Allah…" (Qs. An-Nisaa': 32)" (Diriwayatkan oleh Ath-Thabari, Imam Ahmad, Al-Hakim, dan lain sebagainya)
Saudariku, maka hendaklah kita mengimani apa yang Allah takdirkan, bahwa laki-laki dan perempuan berbeda. Yakinlah, di balik perbedaan ini ada hikmah yang sangat besar, karena Allah adalah Dzat Yang Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Mengenal.
Mari Menjaga Kehormatan Dengan Berhijab
Berhijab merupakan kewajiban yang harus ditunaikan bagi setiap wanita muslimah. Hijab merupakan salah satu bentuk pemuliaan terhadap wanita yang telah disyariatkan dalam Islam. Dalam mengenakan hijab syar'i haruslah menutupi seluruh tubuh dan menutupi seluruh perhiasan yang dikenakan dari pandangan laki-laki yang bukan mahram. Hal ini sebagaimana tercantum dalam firman Allah Ta'ala:
وَلا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ
"dan janganlah mereka menampakkan perhiasannya." (Qs. An-Nuur: 31)
Mengenakan hijab syar'i merupakan amalan yang dilakukan oleh wanita-wanita mukminah dari kalangan sahabiah dan generasi setelahnya. Merupakan keharusan bagi wanita-wanita sekarang yang menisbatkan diri pada islam untuk meneladani jejak wanita-wanita muslimah pendahulu meraka dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, salah satunya adalah dalam masalah berhijab. Hijab merupakan cermin kesucian diri, kemuliaan yang berhiaskan malu dan kecemburuan (ghirah). Ironisnya, banyak wanita sekarang yang menisbatkan diri pada islam keluar di jalan-jalan dan tempat-tempat umum tanpa mengenakan hijab, tetapi malah bersolek dan bertabaruj tanpa rasa malu. Sampai-sampai sulit dibedakan mana wanita muslim dan mana wanita kafir, sekalipun ada yang memakai kerudung, akan tetapi kerudung tersebut tak ubahnya hanyalah seperti hiasan penutup kepala.
Dari 'Aisyah radhiyallahu 'anha, ia berkata:
"Semoga Alloh merahmati para wanita generasi pertama yang berhijrah, ketika turun ayat:
"dan hendaklah mereka menutupkan kain kerudung kedadanya," (Qs. An-Nuur: 31)
"Maka mereka segera merobek kain panjang/baju mantel mereka untuk kemudian menggunakannya sebagai khimar penutup tubuh bagian atas mereka."
Subhanallah… jauh sekali keadaan wanita di zaman ini dengan keadaan wanita zaman sahabiah.
Sebagaimana dijelaskan sebelumnya bahwa hijab merupakan kewajiban atas diri seorang muslimah dan meninggalkannya menyebabkan dosa yang membinasakan dan mendatangkan dosa-dosa yang lainnya. Sebagai bentuk ketaatan kepada Allah dan rasul-Nya hendaknya wanita mukminah bersegera melaksanakan perintah Alloh yang satu ini.
Allah 'Azza wa Jalla berfirman: "Dan tidaklah patut bagi mukmin dan tidak (pula) bagi mukminah, apabila Allah dan rasul-Nya telah menetapkan suatu ketetapan, kemudian mereka mempunyai pilihan (yang lain) tentang urusan mereka, dan barangsiapa mendurhakai Allah dan rasul-Nya. Maka sungguhlah dia telah sesat, dengan kesesatan yang nyata." (Qs. Al-Ahzab: 36)
Mengenakan hijab syar'i mempunyai banyak keutamaan, diantaranya:
Menjaga kehormatan.
Membersihkan hati.
Melahirkan akhlaq yang mulia.
Tanda kesucian.
Menjaga rasa malu.
Mencegah dari keinginan dan hasrat syaithoniah.
Menjaga ghirah.
Dan lain-lain. Adapun untuk rincian tentang hijab dapat dilihat pada artikel-artikel sebelumnya.
Kembalilah ke Rumahmu
وَقَرْنَ فِيْ بُيُوْتِكُنَّ
"Dan hendaklah kamu tetap berada di rumahmu." (Qs. Al-Ahzab: 33)
Islam telah memuliakan kaum wanita dengan memerintahkan mereka untuk tetap tinggal dalam rumahnya. Ini merupakan ketentuan yang telah Allah syari'atkan. Oleh karena itu, Allah membebaskan kaum wanita dari beberapa kewajiban syari'at yang di lain sisi diwajibkan kepada kaum laki-laki, diantaranya:
Digugurkan baginya kewajiban menghadiri shalat jum'at dan shalat jama'ah.
Kewajiban menunaikan ibadah haji bagi wanita disyaratkan dengan mahram yang menyertainya.
Wanita tidak berkewajiban berjihad.
Sedangkan keluarnya mereka dari rumah adalah rukhshah (keringanan) yang diberikan karena kebutuhan dan darurat. Maka, hendaklah wanita muslimah tidak sering-sering keluar rumah, apalagi dengan berhias atau memakai wangi-wangian sebagaimana halnya kebiasaan wanita-wanita jahiliyah.
Perintah untuk tetap berada di rumah merupakan hijab bagi kaum wanita dari menampakkan diri di hadapan laki-laki yang bukan mahram dan dari ihtilat. Apabila wanita menampakkan diri di hadapan laki-laki yang bukan mahram maka ia wajib mengenakan hijab yang menutupi seluruh tubuh dan perhiasannya. Dengan menjaga hal ini, maka akan terwujud berbagai tujuan syari'at, yaitu:
Terpeliharanya apa yang menjadi tuntunan fitrah dan kondisi manusia berupa pembagian yang adil diantara hamba-hamba-Nya yaitu kaum wanita memegang urusan rumah tangga sedangkan laki-laki menangani pekerjaan di luar rumah.
Terpeliharanya tujuan syari'at bahwa masyarakat islami adalah masyarakat yang tidak bercampur baur. Kaum wanita memiliki komunitas khusus yaitu di dalam rumah sedang kaum laki-laki memiliki komunitas tersendiri, yaitu di luar rumah.
Memfokuskan kaum wanita untuk melaksanakan kewajibannya dalam rumah tangga dan mendidik generasi mendatang.
Islam adalah agama fitrah, dimana kemaslahatan umum seiring dengan fitrah manusia dan kebahagiaannya. Jadi, Islam tidak memperbolehkan bagi kaum wanita untuk bekerja kecuali sesuai dengan fitrah, tabiat, dan sifat kewanitaannya. Sebab, seorang perempuan adalah seorang istri yang mengemban tugas mengandung, melahirkan, menyusui, mengurus rumah, merawat anak, mendidik generasi umat di madrasah mereka yang pertama, yaitu: 'Rumah'.
Bahaya Tabarruj Model Jahiliyah
Bersolek merupakan fitrah bagi wanita pada umumnya. Jika bersolek di depan suami, orang tua atau teman-teman sesama wanita maka hal ini tidak mengapa. Namun, wanita sekarang umumnya bersolek dan menampakkan sebagian anggota tubuh serta perhiasan di tempat-tempat umum. Padahal di tempat-tempat umum banyak terdapat laki-laki non mahram yang akan memperhatikan mereka dan keindahan yang ditampakkannya. Seperti itulah yang disebut dengan tabarruj model jahiliyah.
Di zaman sekarang, tabarruj model ini merupakan hal yang sudah dianggap biasa, padahal Allah dan Rasul-Nya mengharamkan yang demikian.
Allah berfirman:
وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَى
"Dan hendaklah kamu tetap berada di rumahmu, dan janganlah kalian berhias dan bertingkah laku seperti model berhias dan bertingkah lakunya orang-orang jahiliyah dahulu (tabarruj model jahiliyah)." (Qs. Al-Ahzab: 33)
Abu Hurairah radhiyallahu 'anhu berkata: "Rasulullah shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam bersabda, yang artinya: "Ada dua golongan ahli neraka yang tidak pernah aku lihat sebelumnya; sekelompok orang yang memegang cambuk seperti ekor sapi yang dipakai untuk mencambuk manusia, dan wanita-wanita yang berpakaian tapi hakikatnya telanjang, mereka berjalan melenggak-lenggok, kepala mereka seperti punuk unta yang miring. Mereka tidak akan masuk surga dan tidak bisa mencium aromanya. Sesungguhnya aroma jannah tercium dari jarak sekian dan sekian." (HR. Muslim)
Bentuk-bentuk tabarruj model jahiliyah diantaranya:
Menampakkan sebagian anggota tubuhnya di hadapan laki-laki non mahram.
Menampakkan perhiasannya,baik semua atau sebagian.
Berjalan dengan dibuat-buat.
Mendayu-dayu dalam berbicara terhadap laki-laki non mahram.
Menghentak-hentakkan kaki agar diketahui perhiasan yang tersembunyi.
Pernikahan, Mahkota Kaum Wanita
Menikah merupakan sunnah para Nabi dan Rasul serta jalan hidup orang-orang mukmin. Menikah merupakan perintah Allah kepada hamba-hamba-Nya:
"Dan nikahkanlah orang-orang yang sedirian diantara kamu, dan orang-orang yang layak (menikah) dari hamba-hamba sahayamu yang lelaki dan hamba-hamba sahayamu yang perempuan. jika mereka miskin Allah akan memberi kemampuan kepada mereka dengan kurnia-Nya. Dan Allah Maha luas (pemberian-Nya) lagi Maha Mengetahui." (Qs. An-Nuur: 32)
Pernikahan merupakan sarana untuk menjaga kesucian dan kehormatan baik laki-laki maupun perempuan. Selain itu, menikah dapat menentramkan hati dan mencegah diri dari dosa (zina). Hendaknya menikah diniatkan karena mengikuti sunnah nabi shallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam dan untuk menjaga agama serta kehormatannya.
Tidak sepantasnya bagi wanita mukminah bercita-cita untuk hidup membujang. Membujang dapat menyebabkan hati senantiasa gelisah, terjerumus dalam banyak dosa, dan menyebabkan terjatuh dalam kehinaan.
Kemaslahatan-kemaslahatan pernikahan:
Menjaga keturunan dan kelangsungan hidup manusia.
Menjaga kehormatan dan kesucian diri.
Memberikan ketentraman bagi dua insan. Ada yang dilindungi dan melindungi. Serta memunculkan kasih sayang bagi keduanya.
Demikianlah beberapa perkara yang harus diperhatikan oleh setiap muslimah agar dirinya tidak terjerumus ke dalam dosa dan kemaksiatan dan tidak menjerumuskan orang lain ke dalam dosa dan kemaksiatan. Allahu A'lam.

MENJAGA KEHORMATAN WANITA MUSLIMAH
Wahai saudariku muslimah, wanita adalah kunci kebaikan suatu umat. Wanita bagaikan batu bata, ia adalah pembangun generasi manusia. Maka jika kaum wanita baik, maka baiklah suatu generasi. Namun sebaliknya, jika kaum wanita itu rusak, maka akan rusak pulalah generasi tersebut.
Maka, engkaulah wahai saudariku… engkaulah pengemban amanah pembangun generasi umat ini. Jadilah engkau wanita muslimah yang sejati, wanita yang senantiasa menjaga kehormatannya. Yang menjunjung tinggi hak Rabb-nya. Yang setia menjalankan sunnah rasul-Nya.
Wanita Berbeda Dengan Laki-Laki
Allah berfirman,
وَمَاخَلَقْتُ الجِنَّ وَ الإِنْسَ إِلاَّلِيَعْبُدُوْنِ
"Dan Aku tidak menciptakan jin dan manusia melainkan supaya mereka menyembah-Ku."(Qs. Adz-Dzaariyat: 56)
Allah telah menciptakan manusia dalam jenis perempuan dan laki-laki dengan memiliki kewajiban yang sama, yaitu untuk beribadah kepada Allah. Dia telah menempatkan pria dan wanita pada kedudukannya masing-masing sesuai dengan kodratnya. Dalam beberapa hal, sebagian mereka tidak boleh dan tidak bisa menggantikan yang lain.
Keduanya memiliki kedudukan yang sama. Dalam peribadatan, secara umum mereka memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang tidak berbeda. Hanya dalam masalah-masalah tertentu, memang ada perbedaan. Hal itu Allah sesuaikan dengan naluri, tabiat, dan kondisi masing-masing.
Allah mentakdirkan bahwa laki-laki tidaklah sama dengan perempuan, baik dalam bentuk penciptaan, postur tubuh, dan susunan anggota badan.
Allah berfirman,
وَلَيْسَ الذَّكَرُ كَالأنْثَى
"Dan laki-laki itu tidaklah sama dengan perempuan." (Qs. Ali Imran: 36)
