    suatu kebetulankah saya berada disini?
    atau hanya merasa diri mengalir bagai air
    kemana angin berhembus kesitu aku melaju
    ^_^
    tentu saja keberadaan saya disini sebagai mahkluk adalah atas kuasa Sang Pencipta Allah SWT
    haqul yakin, sebagai insan yang mengimani adanya Allah swt hal diatas merupakan syarat benarnya iman, yaitu seperti yang tercantum dalam rukun iman yang ke enam "percaya pada qadha dan qadar"
     
    namun Allah swt mencipta kita dengan kelebihan dibanding makhluk lainnya
    akal, ya adanya akal bukanlah untuk suatu kebanggaan saja,
    tapi juga untuk dimanfaatkan...
    untuk menemukan kesejatian berbagai hal yang akan kita temukan dalam liku kehidupan kita...
    ya... disaat semua kalangan menyerukan suatu kebiasaan
    kita sebagai insan yang berakal sudah semestinya memanfaatkan anugerah "akal" ini untuk menunjukkan apakah yang biasa dan dipandang umum yang bahkan telah mendarah daging dalam masyarakat adalah suatu kebenaran sejati atau hanya sesuatu yang dibenarkan menurut kamuflase-kamuflase hitam...
    pun penganut kebiasaan tersebut keluarga kita, ayah dan ibu kita, sudah semestinya kita memikirkan kesejatian laku, apakah hal yang didepan kita kebenaran atau hanya kebiasaan yang dianggap benar.
     
    bak nabi Allah Ibrahim alaihisalam... betapa beliau lahir dan tumbuh dalam masyarakat yang sangat kuffar, yang hidup berselimut kelam kebiasaan nenek moyang, tersungkup menyungkur didepan berhala.
    namun beliau tak turut serta dalam kebiasaan ini,
    tak sudi kepala tunduk mengikut patuh bapak dan ibu dalam hina ketundukan pada patung yang untuk bergeserpun harus ditolong oleh tangan-tangan penyembahnya,
    yang untuk mewujudpun memerlukan kerja berhari-hari tangan-tangan trampil penyembahnya,
    kerana apa ibrahim memilih dimusuhi rakyat sekampung senegara, tak lain karena akal nya bekerja...
    mengapakah yang lain tak menerima?
    dimana akal diletak, masihlah dikepala namun tak diguna, hanya insan yang bernama Ibrahim menggunanya dengan sepatutnya, "akal" nabiyullah Ibrahim bekerja, tak muluk-muluk,, dari hal yang sederhana namun supernya, akal yang diguna menghantarkannya pada hal super yang membuat pemiliknya jadi super pula :D
    menjadikannya mulia disisi Sang Pencipta
    insan yang menggunakan akal dengan sepatutnya nabiyullah Ibrahim
     
    bagaimana dengan kita??
    mari kita lihat kembali dimana kita ^_^
    alhmdulillah,,, nenek kita sudah mengenal islam
    bapak ibu islam
    kita alhmdulillah islam (ktp nya)
    dalam batas ini apakah sudah cukup?
    tidak bukan? "akal" yang bekerja seharusnya bertanya "mengapa saya islam?"
    dan kenapa harus islam?
    dan sudahkah kita menganut islam sejati bukan sebatas ID ktp ?
    masyaAllah satu poin akal bekerja
    maka ia akan mensuperkan pemiliknya
    lanjut ???ok... bukankah menjadi mulia disisi Pencipta adalah cita-cita setiap hamba???sip...
    sudah mengislamkan diri, pun sudah beriman
    (tak sedikit kan? islam tapi tak iman - Allah swt dalam Al Qur'an dah kata soal ini - jadi tak ragu lagi akan keberadaan orang ni, semoga kita terhindar dari pasal ini)
    seorang dah islam, dah iman, pun beranjak pada ikhsan
    dalam jalannya tentu banyak liku dan halangan (dengan syaitan pemoles fatamorgananya, dah tau ken?)
    namun sekali lagi kita minta akal kita bekerja
    kebenaran sudah sepatutnya benar,,, sedalam apapun musuh membenamkan dalam lautan lumpur fitnah, akal manusia yang digunakan tentu masih dapat memilah,,,
    lain hal dengan akal kosong yang tak diguna,,, hanya menerima tak mencerna
    (semoga kita diberi rahmat untuk melepas sedikit demi sedikit diri dari posisi ini)
    sungguh, kebenaran tak membutuhkan kita
    kita lah yang membutuhkan nya
    hanya saja sedikit yang akalnya bekerja
    tak susah bagi Sang Pemilik Kebenaran untuk membolak balik kejadian
    dalam sehari pun dalam sedetik
    namun hal yang berlaku adalah garis ketentuan-Nya jua
    Ia memberi kesempatan bagi pemilik-pemilik akal (kita) untuk menjadikan momen ini sebagai sarana mensuperkan diri
    sesungguhnya mudah bagi Allah merubah keadaan
    kebenaran adalah kebenaran
    kebathilan adalah kebathilan
    hanya saja masa yang berlaku merupakan moment untuk mengukur kita
    bagaimana memanfaatkan akal untuk menemukan mutiara di dalam lautan lumpur konspirasi musuh kebenaran
    lupakah kita pada kisah nabiyullah musa, yang memukul tongkatnya pada lautan hingga dapat membelahnya, menenggelamkan raja kebathilan dalam kejapan mata
    pun kita punya kisah hikmah yang lain, pada nabiyullah yusuf, yang memerlukan waktu bertahun untuk menyibak kebenaran
    sedetik, setahun, apapun satuan masa yang kita guna
    ada Sang Maha yang bekerja disana
    pun kita sebagai hamba, walau tak sebening ibrahim, tak selurus musa, tak sebening yusuf
    namun kita punya akal
    mari kita memanfaatkannya
    hingga jadi yang bahagia saat kembali pada Sang Pencipta
    disinilah seharusnya kita berada, dalam kebenaran sejati, buah dari akal yang bekerja
    dalam Cinta, Kerja dan Harmoni ^_^

    This Muslim is obsessed with his image in front of the disbelievers. He is so obsessed with it that it becomes his standard for wala and bara. So he loves the Muslims who present the 'good boy' image to the disbelievers and he despises the Muslims who give Muslims a 'bad name'.
     
    Rasulullah (saaws) says: One of you does not achieve full Imaan until he loves for Allah, dislikes for Allah, gives for Allah and holds back for Allah.
     
    This Muslim is so aggressive and intolerant with his fellow Muslims but is tolerant and kind towards the disbelievers. He is an extremist with Muslims and a moderate with disbelievers.
     
    Whenever the interests of the disbelievers are threatened or harmed by Muslims he is the first to jump to their defense. He would speak against his brothers and betray them. He may even advise Muslims to spy against one another and report to the authorities. For him fighting for Islam, and for the ummah is terrorism, but he manages to shop for a fatwa that would allow him to serve in the armies of the disbelievers and fight against his brothers. Being a Muslim for the sake of the disbelievers permeates his every action. If he meets a Muslim he frowns and if he meets a disbeliever his face beams with a smile.
     
    Infact there are some Muslims who are so much Muslim for the sake of kuffar that they do not even like Muslims who call the kuffar kuffar!
     
    I mentioned that this is a new phenomenon because this only came about in these later times. The Muslims of the early times would care less about the kuffar, and if they ever did it was for the sake of Allah and not for their sake.
     
    But lets put things in proper perspective:
     
    Allah says about the disbelievers: "They are like cattle, nay, they are even more misguided"

(Surat An-Nisa, 149) Make allowances for people, command what is right, and turn away from the ignorant. (Surat Al-A'raf, 199) That is so. And if anyone inflicts an injury the same as the one done to him and then is again oppressed, Allah will come to his aid. Allah is All-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat Al-Hajj, 60) Those of you possessing affluence and ample wealth should not make oaths that they will not give to their relatives and the very poor and those who have made hijra in the way of Allah.* They should rather pardon and overlook. Would you not love Allah to forgive you? Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nur, 22) The repayment of a bad action is one equivalent to it. But if someone pardons and puts things right, his reward is with Allah. Certainly He does not love wrongdoers. (Surat Ash-Shura, 40) Allah does not impose on any self any more than it can stand. For it is what it has earned; against it, what it has merited. Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake! Our Lord, do not place on us a load like the one You placed on those before us! Our Lord, do not place on us a load we have not the strength to bear! And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy on us. You are our Master , so help us against the people of the kafirun. (Surat Al-Baqara, 286)Those of you who turned their backs on the day the two armies clashed – it was Shaytan who made them slip for what they had done. But Allah has pardoned them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al 'Imran, 155) It may well be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat An-Nisa, 99) The People of the Book will ask you to bring down a Book from heaven to them. They asked Musa for even more than that. They said, 'Let us see Allah with our own eyes.' So the lightning-bolt struck them down for their wrongdoing. Then they adopted the Calf after the Clear Signs had come to them, but We pardoned them for that and gave Musa clear authority. (Surat An-Nisa, 153) But because of their breaking of their covenant, We have cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort the true meaning of words and have forgotten a good portion of what they were reminded of. You will never cease to come upon some act of treachery on their part, except for a few of them. Yet pardon them, and overlook. Allah loves good-doers. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 13) You who believe! do not ask about matters which, if they were made known to you, would make things difficult for you. If you do ask about them when the Qur'an is being sent down, they will be made known to you. Allah has ignored them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 101) Allah pardon you! Why did you excuse them until it was clear to you which of them were telling the truth and until you knew the liars? (Surat At-Tawba, 43) It is He Who accepts repentence from His servants and pardons evil acts and knows what they do. (Surat Ash-Shura, 25) Any disaster that strikes you is through what your own hands have earned and He pardons much. (Surat Ash-Shura, 30) Or He wrecks them for what they have earned though He pardons much. (Surat Ash-Shura, 34) Those of you who divorce your wives by equating them with your mothers, they are not your mothers.Your mothers are only those who gave birth to you. What you are saying is wrong and a slanderous lie.But Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat Al-Mujadala, 2) You who believe! some of your wives and children are an enemy to you, so be wary of them.But if you pardon and exonerate and forgive,Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat At-Taghabun, 14) FORGIVING Those are the people who will have blessings and mercy from their Lord; they are the ones who are guided. (Surat Al-Baqara, 157) Your God is One God. There is no god but Him, the All-Merciful, the Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 163) He has only forbidden you carrion, blood and pork and what has been consecrated to other than Allah. But anyone who is forced to eat it – without desiring it or going to excess in it – commits no crime. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 173) Those are the ones who have sold guidance for misguidance and forgiveness for punishment. How steadfastly they will endure the Fire! (Surat Al-Baqara, 175) You who believe! retaliation is prescribed for you in the case of people killed: free man for free man, slave for slave, female for female. But if someone is absolved by his brother, blood-money should be claimed with correctness and paid with good will. That is an easement and a mercy from your Lord. Anyone who goes beyond the limits after this will receive a painful punishment. (Surat Al-Baqara, 178) But if someone fears bias or wrongdoing on the part of the person making the will, and puts things right between the people involved, in that case he has not committed any crime. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 182) On the night of the fast it is lawful for you to have sexual relations with your wives. They are clothing for you and you for them. Allah knows that you have been betraying yourselves and He has turned towards you and excused you. Now you may have sexual intercourse with them and seek what Allah has written for you. Eat and drink until you can clearly discern the white thread from the black thread of the dawn, then fulfil the fast until the night appears. But do not have sexual intercourse with them while you are in retreat in the mosques. These are Allah's limits, so do not go near them. In this way does Allah make His Signs clear to people so that hopefully they will have taqwa. (Surat Al-Baqara, 187) But if they cease, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 192) Then press on from where the people press on and ask Allah's forgiveness. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 199) Those who believe and make hijra and do jihad in the Way of Allah can expect Allah's mercy. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 218) Allah will not take you to task for inadvertent statements in your oaths, but He will take you to task for the intention your hearts have made. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 225) Those who swear to abstain from sexual relations with their wives can wait for a period of up to four months. If they then retract their oath, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 226) Nor is there anything wrong in any allusion to marriage you make to a woman, nor for any you keep to yourself. Allah knows that you will say things to them. But do not make secret arrangements with them, rather only speak with correctness and courtesy. Do not finally decide on the marriage contract until the prescribed period has come to its end. Know that Allah knows what is in your selves, so beware of Him! And know that Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 235) Correct and courteous words accompanied by forgiveness are better than sadaqa followed by insulting words. Allah is Rich Beyond Need, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 263) Shaytan promises you poverty and commands you to avarice. Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and abundance. Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 268) If you make your sadaqa public, that is good. But if you conceal it and give it to the poor, that is better for you, and We will erase some of your bad actions from you. Allah is aware of what you do. (Surat Al-Baqara, 271) Everything in the heavens and everything in the earth belongs to Allah. Whether you divulge what is in yourselves or keep it hidden, Allah will still call you to account for it. He forgives whoever He wills and He punishes whoever He wills. Allah has power over all things. (Surat Al-Baqara, 284) The Messenger has iman in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and so do the believers. Each one has iman in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers. We do not differentiate between any of His Messengers. They say, 'We hear and we obey. Forgive us, our Lord! You are our journey's end.' (Surat Al-Baqara, 285) Allah does not impose on any self any more than it can stand. For it is what it has earned; against it, what it has merited. Our Lord, do not take us to task if we forget or make a mistake! Our Lord, do not place on us a load like the one You placed on those before us! Our Lord, do not place on us a load we have not the strength to bear! And pardon us; and forgive us; and have mercy on us. You are our Master , so help us against the people of the kafirun. (Surat Al-Baqara, 286) 'Our Lord, do not make our hearts swerve aside after You have guided us. And give us mercy from You. You are the Ever-Giving. (Surat Al 'Imran, 8) those who say, 'Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us our wrong actions and safeguard us from the punishment of the Fire.' (Surat Al 'Imran, 16) The steadfast, the truthful, the obedient, the givers, and those who seek forgiveness before dawn. (Surat Al 'Imran, 17) Say, 'If you love Allah, then follow me and Allah will love you and forgive you for your wrong actions. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.' (Surat Al 'Imran, 31) Except for those who, after that, repent and put things right. Truly Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al 'Imran, 89) Everything in the heavens and everything in the earth belongs to Allah. He forgives whoever He wills and punishes whoever He wills. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al 'Imran, 129) those who give in times of both ease and hardship, those who control their rage and pardon other people – Allah loves the good-doers – (Surat Al 'Imran, 134) those who, when they act indecently or wrong themselves, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their bad actions (and who can forgive bad actions except Allah?) and do not knowingly persist in what they were doing. (Surat Al 'Imran, 135) Their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing under them, remaining in them timelessly, for ever. How excellent is the reward of those who act! (Surat Al 'Imran, 136) All they said was, 'Our Lord, forgive us our wrong actions and any excesses we went to in what we did and make our feet firm and help us against these kafir people.' (Surat Al 'Imran, 147) Allah fulfilled His promise to you when you were slaughtering them by His permission. But then you faltered, disputing the command, and disobeyed after He showed you what you love.* Among you are those who want the dunya and among you are those who want the akhira. Then He turned you from them in order to test you – but He has pardoned you. Allah shows favour to the believers. (Surat Al 'Imran, 152) Those of you who turned their backs on the day the two armies clashed – it was Shaytan who made them slip for what they had done. But Allah has pardoned them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al 'Imran, 155) If you are killed in the Way of Allah or if you die, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are better than anything you can acquire. (Surah Al 'Imran, 157) It is a mercy from Allah that you were gentle with them. If you had been rough or hard of heart, they would have scattered from around you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult with them about the matter. Then when you have reached a firm decision, put your trust in Allah. Allah loves those who put their trust in Him. (Surah Al 'Imran, 159) Our Lord, we heard a caller calling us to iman: "Believe in your Lord!" and we had iman. Our Lord, forgive us our wrong actions, erase our bad actions from us and take us back to You with those who are truly good. (Surah Al 'Imran, 193) Haram for you are: your mothers and your daughters and your sisters, your maternal aunts and your paternal aunts, your brothers' daughters and your sisters' daughters, your foster mothers who have suckled you, your foster sisters by suckling, your wives' mothers, your stepdaughters who are under your protection: the daughters of your wives whom you have had sexual relations with (though if you have not had sexual relations with them there is nothing blameworthy for you in it then), the wives of your sons whom you have fathered, and marrying two sisters at the same time – except for what may have already taken place. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 23) If any of you do not have the means to marry free women who are believers, you may marry slavegirls who are believers. Allah knows best about your iman; you are all the same in that respect. Marry them with their owners' permission and give them their dowries correctly and courteously as married women, not in fornication or taking them as lovers. When they are married, if they commit fornication they should receive half the punishment of free women. This is for those of you who are afraid of committing fornication. But being patient is better for you. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 25) You who believe! do not approach the prayer when you are drunk, so that you will know what you are saying, nor in a state of major impurity – unless you are travelling – until you have washed yourselves completely. If you are ill or on a journey, or any of you have come from the lavatory or touched women, and you cannot find any water, then do tayammum with pure earth, wiping your faces and your hands. Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat An-Nisa, 43) Allah does not forgive anything being associated with Him but He forgives whoever He wills for anything other than that. Anyone who associates something with Allah has committed a terrible crime. (Surat An-Nisa, 48) We sent no Messenger except to be obeyed by Allah's permission. If only when they wronged themselves they had come to you and asked Allah's forgiveness and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them they would have found Allah Ever-Returning, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 64) high ranks conferred by Him as well as forgiveness and mercy. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 96) It may well be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat An-Nisa, 99) Those who make hijra in the Way of Allah will find many places of refuge on the earth and ample sustenance. If anyone leaves his home, making hijra to Allah and His Messenger, and death catches up with him, it is Allah Who will reward him. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 100) And ask Allah's forgiveness. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 106) Anyone who does evil or wrongs himself and then asks Allah's forgiveness will find Allah Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 110) Allah does not forgive anything being associated with Him but He forgives whoever He wills for anything other than that. Anyone who associates something with Allah has gone very far astray. (Surat An-Nisa, 116) You will not be able to be completely fair between your wives, however hard you try. But do not be completely partial so as to leave a wife, as it were, suspended in mid-air. And if you make amends and have taqwa, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 129) As for those who believe and then return to kufr, and then again believe and then return to kufr, and then increase in kufr, Allah will not forgive them or guide them on any path (Surat An-Nisa, 137) Whether you reveal a good act or keep it hidden, or pardon an evil act, Allah is Ever-Pardoning, All-Powerful. (Surat An-Nisa, 149) Those who believe in Allah and His Messengers and do not differentiate between any of them, We will pay them their wages. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 152) Allah will not forgive those who are kafir and do wrong or guide them on any path, (Surat An-Nisa, 168) Haram for you are carrion, blood and pork, and what has been consecrated to other than Allah, and animals which have been strangled, and animals which have been killed by a blow, and animals which have fallen to their death, and animals which have been gored, and animals which wild beasts have eaten – except those you are able to slaughter properly – and animals which have been sacrificed on altars, and deciding things by means of divining arrows – that is deviance. Today the kuffar have despaired of overcoming your deen. So do not be afraid of them but be afraid of Me. Today I have perfected your deen for you and completed My blessing upon you and I am pleased with Islam as a deen for you. But if anyone is forced by hunger, not intending any wrongdoing, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 3) Allah has promised those who believe and do right actions forgiveness and an immense reward. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 9) The Jews and Christians say, 'We are Allah's children and His loved ones.' Say: 'Why, then, does He punish you for your wrong actions? No, you are merely human beings among those He has created. He forgives whoever He wills and He punishes whoever He wills. The kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything between them belongs to Allah. He is our final destination.' (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 18) except for those who repent before you gain power over them. Know that Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 34) But if anyone repents after his wrongdoing and puts things right, Allah will turn towards him. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 39) Do you not know that the kingdom of the heavens and earth belongs to Allah? He punishes whoever He wills and forgives whoever He wills. Allah has power over all things. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 40) Why do they not turn to Allah and ask for His forgiveness? Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 74) You who believe! do not kill game while you are in ihram. If one of you kills any deliberately, the reprisal for it is a livestock animal equivalent to what he killed, as judged by two just men among you, a sacrifice to reach the Ka'ba, or expiation by feeding the poor, or fasting commensurate with that, so that he may taste the evil consequences of what he did. Allah has pardoned all that took place in the past; but if anyone does it again Allah will take revenge on him. Allah is Almighty, Exactor of Revenge. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 95) Know that Allah is fierce in retribution and that Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 98) You who believe! do not ask about matters which, if they were made known to you, would make things difficult for you. If you do ask about them when the Qur'an is being sent down, they will be made known to you. Allah has ignored them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 101) If You punish them, they are Your servants. If you forgive them, You are the Almighty, the All-Wise.' (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 118) When those who believe in Our Signs come to you, say, 'Peace be upon you!' Allah has made mercy incumbent on Himself. If anyone among you does evil out of ignorance and then afterwards repents and puts things right, He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-An'am, 54) Say: 'I do not find, in what has been revealed to me, any food it is haram to eat except for carrion, flowing blood, and pork – for that is unclean – or some deviance consecrated to other than Allah. But if anyone is forced to eat it, without desiring to or going to excess in it, your Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.' (Surat Al-An'am, 145) It is He who appointed you khalifs on the earth and raised some of you above others in rank so He could test you regarding what He has given you. Your Lord is Swift in Retribution; and He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-An'am, 165) They said, 'Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If you do not forgive us and have mercy on us, we will be among the lost.' (Surat Al-A'raf, 23) When they took full stock of what they had done and saw they had been misled, they said, 'If our Lord does not have mercy on us and forgive us, we will certainly be among the lost.' (Surat Al-A'raf, 149) He said, 'My Lord, forgive me and my brother and admit us into Your mercy. You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.' (Surat Al-A'raf, 151) But as for those who do evil actions and then subsequently repent and believe, in that case your Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-A'raf, 153) Musa chose seventy men from his people for Our appointed time and when the earthquake seized them he said, 'My Lord, if You had willed, You could have destroyed them previously and me as well. Would you destroy us for what the fools among us did? It was only a trial from You by which You misguided those You willed and guided those You willed. You are our Protector so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the Best of Forgivers. (Surat Al-A'raf, 155) When they were told: 'Live in this town and eat of it wherever you like and say, "Relieve us of our burdens!" and enter the gate prostrating. Your mistakes will be forgiven you. We will grant increase to good-doers.' (Surat Al-A'raf, 161) Then your Lord announced that He would send against them until the Day of Rising people who would inflict an evil punishment on them. Your Lord is Swift in Retribution. And He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-A'raf, 167) An evil generation has succeeded them, inheriting the Book, taking the goods of this lower world, and saying, 'We will be forgiven.' But if similar goods come to them again they still take them. Has not a covenant been made with them in the Book, that they should only say the truth about Allah and have they not studied what is in it? The Final Abode is better for those who have taqwa. Will you not use your intellect? (Surat Al-A'raf, 169) They are in truth the believers. They have high ranks with their Lord and forgiveness and generous provision. (Surat Al-Anfal, 4) You who believe! if you have taqwa of Allah, He will give you discrimination and erase your bad actions from you and forgive you. Allah's favour is indeed immense. (Surat Al-Anfal, 29) Allah would not punish them while you were among them. Allah would not punish them as long as they sought forgiveness. (Surat Al-Anfal, 33) Say to those who are kafir that if they stop, they will be forgiven what is past; but if they return to it, they have the pattern of previous peoples in the past. (Surat Al-Anfal, 38) Remember when Allah showed them to you in your dream as only a few. If He had shown you them as many, you would have lost heart and quarrelled about the matter; but Allah saved you. He knows what your hearts contain. (Surat Al-Anfal, 43) That is because Allah would never change a blessing He has conferred on a people until they had changed what was in themselves. Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing. (Surat Al-Anfal, 53) So make full use of any booty you have taken which is halal and good; and have taqwa of Allah. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Anfal, 69) O Prophet! say to those you are holding prisoner, 'If Allah knows of any good in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you and forgive you.' Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Anfal, 70) Those who believe and have made hijra and done jihad in the Way of Allah and those who have given refuge and help, they are the true believers. They will have forgiveness and generous provision. (Surat Al-Anfal, 74) Then, when the sacred months are over, kill the mushrikun wherever you find them, and seize them and besiege them and lie in wait for them on every road. If they repent and establish prayer and pay alms, let them go on their way. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat At-Tawba, 5) Then after that Allah will turn to anyone He wills. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat At-Tawba, 27) Do not try to excuse yourselves. You have become kafir after having iman. If one group of you is pardoned, another group will be punished for being evildoers.' (Surat At-Tawba, 66) You can ask forgiveness for them, or not ask forgiveness for them. Even if you asked forgiveness for them seventy times, Allah still would not forgive them. That is because they have rejected Allah and His Messenger. Allah does not guide deviant people. (Surat At-Tawba, 80) Nothing is held against the weak and sick nor against those who find nothing to spend, provided they are true to Allah and His Messenger – there is no way open against good-doers, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful – (Surat At-Tawba, 91) And among the desert arabs there are some who believe in Allah and the Last Day and regard what they give as something which will bring them nearer to Allah and to the prayers of the Messenger. It does indeed bring them near. Allah will admit them into His mercy. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat At-Tawba, 99) But others have acknowledged their wrong actions and mixed a right action with another which is wrong. It may well be that Allah will turn towards them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat At-Tawba, 102) It is not right for the Prophet and those who believe to ask forgiveness for the mushrikun – even if they are close relatives – after it has become clear to them that they are the Companions of the Blazing Fire. (Surat At-Tawba, 113) If Allah afflicts you with harm, no one can remove it except Him. If He desires good for you, no one can avert His favour. He bestows it on whichever of His slaves He wills. He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah Yunus, 107) Ask your Lord for forgiveness and then repent to Him. He will let you enjoy a good life until a specified time, and will give His favour to all who merit it. But if you turn your backs, I fear for you the punishment of a Mighty Day. (Surah Hud, 3) … except for those who are steadfast and do right actions. They will receive forgiveness and a large reward. (Surah Hud, 11) He said, 'Embark in it. In the name of Allah be its voyage and its landing! Truly my Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.' (Surah Hud, 41) He said, 'My Lord, I seek refuge with You from asking You for anything about which I have no knowledge. If You do not forgive me and have mercy on me, I will be among the lost.' (Surah Hud, 47) My people! Ask forgiveness of your Lord and then repent to Him. He will send heaven down to you in abundant rain, and increase you with strength upon strength. Do not turn away as evildoers.' (Surah Hud, 52) To Thamud We sent their brother Salih. He said, 'My people, worship Allah! You have no god apart from Him. He brought you into being from the earth and made you its inhabitants. So ask His forgiveness and then repent to Him. My Lord is Close and Quick to Respond.' (Surah Hud, 61) Ask your Lord for forgiveness and then repent to Him. My Lord is Most Merciful, Most Loving.' (Surah Hud, 90) Yusuf, ignore all this, and you, my wife, should ask forgiveness for your evil act. There is no doubt that you are in the wrong.' (Surah Yusuf, 29) I do not say my self was free from blame. The self indeed commands to evil acts – except for those my Lord has mercy on. My Lord, He is Forgiving, Merciful.' (Surah Yusuf, 53) He said, 'No blame at all will fall on you. Today you have forgiveness from Allah. He is the Most Merciful of the merciful. (Surah Yusuf, 92) They said, 'Our father, may we be forgiven for all the many wrongs that we have done. We were indeed greatly mistaken men.' (Surah Yusuf, 97) He said, 'I will ask my Lord to pardon you. He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.' (Surah Yusuf, 98) They want you to hasten the bad rather than the good when examples of punishment are there before them in the past. Your Lord has forgiveness for people for their wrongdoing; but your Lord is also severe in retribution. (Surat Ar-Ra'd, 6) Their Messengers said, 'Is there any doubt about Allah, the Bringer into Being of the heavens and the earth? He summons you to forgive you for your wrong actions and to defer you until a specified time.' They said, 'You are nothing but human beings like ourselves who want to debar us from what our fathers worshipped; so bring us a clear authority.' (Surah Ibrahim, 10) My Lord! They have misguided many of mankind. If anyone follows me, he is with me but if anyone disobeys me, You are Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surah Ibrahim, 36) Our Lord! Forgive me and my parents and the believers on the Day the Reckoning takes place.' (Surah Ibrahim, 41) Tell My slaves that I am the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Merciful, (Surat Al-Hijr, 49) If you tried to number Allah's blessings, you could never count them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nahl, 18) But to those who made hijra after they were persecuted and then did jihad and remained steadfast, to them your Lord is All-Compassionate, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nahl, 110) He has forbidden you carrion, blood and pork and anything consecrated to other than Allah. But if someone is forced to eat it, without desiring to or going to excess in it, your Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nahl, 115) But to those who do evil in ignorance and then after that repent and put things right, to them your Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nahl, 119) Your Lord knows best what is in your selves. If you are salihun, He is Ever-Forgiving to the remorseful. (Surat Al-Isra, 25) The seven heavens and the earth and everyone in them glorify Him. There is nothing which does not glorify Him with praise but you do not understand their glorification. He is All-Forbearing, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat Al-Isra, 44) When guidance came to the people nothing prevented them from having iman and asking for forgiveness from their Lord but the fact that the pattern of previous peoples did not happen to them or that the punishment did not appear before their eyes. (Surat Al-Kahf, 55) Your Lord is the Ever-Forgiving, the Possessor of Mercy. If He had taken them to task for what they have earned, He would have hastened their punishment. Instead, they have a promised appointment and they will not find any refuge from it. (Surat Al-Kahf, 58) He said, 'Peace be upon you. I will ask my Lord to forgive you. He has always honoured me. (Surah Maryam, 47) We endowed them with Our mercy and made them highly honoured. (Surah Maryam, 50) We have had iman in our Lord so that He may forgive us for our mistakes and for the magic which you forced us to perform. Allah is better and longer lasting.' (Surah Ta Ha, 73) But I am Ever-Forgiving to anyone who repents and has iman and acts rightly and then is guided. (Surah Ta Ha, 82) As for those who believe and do right actions, they will have forgiveness and generous provision. (Surat Al-Hajj, 50) That is so. And if anyone inflicts an injury the same as the one done to him and then is again oppressed, Allah will come to his aid. Allah is All-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat Al-Hajj, 60) There was a group of My slaves who said, "Our Lord, we believe, so forgive us and have mercy on us. You are the Best of the Merciful." (Surat Al-Muminun, 109) Say: 'My Lord, forgive and be merciful! You are the Best of the Merciful.' (Surat Al-Muminun, 118) …except for those who after that repent and put things right. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nur, 5) Those of you possessing affluence and ample wealth should not make oaths that they will not give to their relatives and the very poor and those who have made hijra in the way of Allah.* They should rather pardon and overlook. Would you not love Allah to forgive you? Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nur, 22) Corrupt women are for corrupt men and corrupt men are for corrupt women, Good women are for good men and good men are for good women. The latter are innocent of what they say. They will have forgiveness and generous provision. (Surat An-Nur, 26) Those who cannot find the means to marry should be abstinent until Allah enriches them from His bounty. If any slaves you own want to make a contract to free themselves, write it for them if you know of good in them and give them some of the wealth Allah has given you. Do not force your slavegirls to prostitute themselves if they desire to be virtuous women out of your desire for the goods of the dunya. If anyone forces them, then after they have been forced, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nur, 33) The believers are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger and who, when they are with him on a matter of common concern, do not leave until they have asked him for permission. Those people who ask you for permission are the ones who truly believe in Allah and His Messenger. If they ask your permission to attend to their own affairs, give permission to any of them you please; and ask Allah's forgiveness for them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nur, 62) Say: 'The One Who sent it down is He Who knows all hidden secrets in the heavens and earth. He is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.' (Surat Al-Furqan, 6) …except for those who repent and believe and act rightly: Allah will transform the wrong actions of such people into good – Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful – (Surat Al-Furqan, 70) He who I sincerely hope will forgive my mistakes on the Day of Reckoning. (Surat Ash-Shu'ara, 82) …and forgive my father – he was one of the misguided; (Surat Ash-Shu'ara, 86) …except for one who did wrong and then changed evil into good – for I am Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Naml, 11) He said, 'My people, why are you so anxious to hasten the bad before the good? If only you would ask for forgiveness from Allah, so that mercy might perhaps be shown to you.' (Surat An-Naml, 46) He said, 'My Lord, I have wronged myself. Forgive me.' So He forgave him. He is the Ever-Forgiving, the Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Qasas, 16) Call them after their fathers. That is closer to justice in Allah's sight. And if you do not know who their fathers were then they are your brothers in the deen and people under your patronage. You are not to blame for any honest mistake you make but only for what your hearts premeditate. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 5) So that Allah might recompense the sadiqun for their sincerity and punish the munafiqun, if He wills, or turn towards them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 24) Men and women who are Muslims, men and women who are believers, men and women who are obedient, men and women who are truthful, men and women who are steadfast, men and women who are humble, men and women who give sadaqa, men and women who fast, men and women who guard their private parts, men and women who remember Allah much: Allah has prepared forgiveness for them and an immense reward. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 35) O Prophet! We have made halal for you: your wives to whom you have given dowries and any slavegirls you own from the booty Allah has allotted you and the daughters of your paternal uncles and the daughters of your paternal aunts and the daughters of your maternal uncles and the daughters of your maternal aunts who have made hijra with you and any mumin woman who gives herself to the Prophet if the Prophet desires to marry her: exclusively for you as opposed to the rest of the believers – We know very well what We have prescribed for them regarding their wives and any slavegirls they possess – in order that there be no restriction on you. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 50) O Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters and the women of the believers to draw their outer garments closely round themselves. This makes it more likely that they will be recognised and not be harmed. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 59) He will put your actions right for you and forgive you your wrong deeds. All who obey Allah and His Messenger have won a mighty victory. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 71) This was so that Allah might punish the men and women of the munafiqun, and the men and women of the mushrikun, and turn towards the men and women of the believers. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Ahzab, 73) He knows what goes into the earth and what comes out of it, and what comes down from heaven and what goes up into it. And He is the Most Merciful, the Ever-Forgiving. (Surah Saba, 2) There was also a sign for Saba in their dwelling place: two gardens – one to the right and one to the left. 'Eat of your Lord's provision and give thanks to Him: a bountiful land and a forgiving Lord.' (Surah Saba, 15) Those who are kafir will suffer a harsh punishment. But those who believe and do right actions will receive forgiveness and an immense reward. (Surah Fatir, 7) And mankind and beasts and livestock are likewise of varying colours. Only those of His slaves with knowledge have fear of Allah. Allah is Almighty, Ever-Forgiving. (Surah Fatir, 28) …that He will pay them their wages in full and give them more from His unbounded favour. He is Ever-Forgiving, Ever-Thankful. (Surah Fatir, 30) They will say, 'Praise be to Allah who has removed all sadness from us. Truly our Lord is Ever-Forgiving, Ever-Thankful: (Surah Fatir, 34) Allah keeps a firm hold on the heavens and earth, preventing them from vanishing away. And if they vanished no one could then keep hold of them. Certainly He is Most Forbearing, Ever-Forgiving. (Surah Fatir, 41) You can only warn those who act on the Reminder and fear the All-Merciful in the Unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. (Surah Yasin, 11) … how my Lord has forgiven me and placed me among the honoured ones!' (Surah Yasin, 27) Or do they possess the treasuries of your Lord's mercy, the Almighty, the Ever-Giving? (Surah Sad, 9) He said, 'He has wronged you by asking for your ewe to add to his ewes.Truly many partners are unjust to one another –except those who believe and do right actions, and how few they are!'Dawud realised that We had put him to the test. He begged forgiveness from his Lord and fell down prone, prostrating, and repented. (Surah Sad, 24) So We forgave him for that and he has nearness to Us and a good Homecoming. (Surah Sad, 25) He said, 'My Lord, forgive me and give me a kingdom the like of which will never be granted to anyone after me.Truly You are the Ever-Giving.' (Surah Sad, 35) We gave him back his family and the same again with them as a mercy from Us and a reminder for people of intellect. (Surah Sad, 43) Lord of the heavens and the earth and everything between them,the Almighty, the Endlessly Forgiving.

    That is so. And if anyone inflicts an injury the same as the one done to him and then is again oppressed, Allah will come to his aid. Allah is All-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat Al-Hajj, 60)
     

    Those of you possessing affluence and ample wealth should not make oaths that they will not give to their relatives and the very poor and those who have made hijra in the way of Allah.* They should rather pardon and overlook. Would you not love Allah to forgive you? Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nur, 22)
     

    The repayment of a bad action is one equivalent to it. But if someone pardons and puts things right, his reward is with Allah. Certainly He does not love wrongdoers. (Surat Ash-Shura, 40)

    The People of the Book will ask you to bring down a Book from heaven to them. They asked Musa for even more than that. They said, 'Let us see Allah with our own eyes.' So the lightning-bolt struck them down for their wrongdoing. Then they adopted the Calf after the Clear Signs had come to them, but We pardoned them for that and gave Musa clear authority. (Surat An-Nisa, 153)
     

    But because of their breaking of their covenant, We have cursed them and made their hearts hard. They distort the true meaning of words and have forgotten a good portion of what they were reminded of. You will never cease to come upon some act of treachery on their part, except for a few of them. Yet pardon them, and overlook. Allah loves good-doers. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 13)
     

    You who believe! do not ask about matters which, if they were made known to you, would make things difficult for you. If you do ask about them when the Qur'an is being sent down, they will be made known to you. Allah has ignored them. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Ma'ida, 101)
     

    Allah pardon you! Why did you excuse them until it was clear to you which of them were telling the truth and until you knew the liars? (Surat At-Tawba, 43)
     

    It is He Who accepts repentence from His servants and pardons evil acts and knows what they do. (Surat Ash-Shura, 25)
     

    Any disaster that strikes you is through what your own hands have earned and He pardons much. (Surat Ash-Shura, 30)
     

    Or He wrecks them for what they have earned though He pardons much. (Surat Ash-Shura, 34)
     

    Those of you who divorce your wives by equating them with your mothers, they are not your mothers.Your mothers are only those who gave birth to you. What you are saying is wrong and a slanderous lie.But Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat Al-Mujadala, 2)
     

    You who believe! some of your wives and children are an enemy to you, so be wary of them.But if you pardon and exonerate and forgive,Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat At-Taghabun, 14)
     


     
    FORGIVING

    Those are the people who will have blessings and mercy from their Lord; they are the ones who are guided. (Surat Al-Baqara, 157)
     

    Your God is One God. There is no god but Him, the All-Merciful, the Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 163)
     

    He has only forbidden you carrion, blood and pork and what has been consecrated to other than Allah. But anyone who is forced to eat it – without desiring it or going to excess in it – commits no crime. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 173)
     

    Those are the ones who have sold guidance for misguidance and forgiveness for punishment. How steadfastly they will endure the Fire! (Surat Al-Baqara, 175)
     

    You who believe! retaliation is prescribed for you in the case of people killed: free man for free man, slave for slave, female for female. But if someone is absolved by his brother, blood-money should be claimed with correctness and paid with good will. That is an easement and a mercy from your Lord. Anyone who goes beyond the limits after this will receive a painful punishment. (Surat Al-Baqara, 178)
     

    But if someone fears bias or wrongdoing on the part of the person making the will, and puts things right between the people involved, in that case he has not committed any crime. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 182)
     

    On the night of the fast it is lawful for you to have sexual relations with your wives. They are clothing for you and you for them. Allah knows that you have been betraying yourselves and He has turned towards you and excused you. Now you may have sexual intercourse with them and seek what Allah has written for you. Eat and drink until you can clearly discern the white thread from the black thread of the dawn, then fulfil the fast until the night appears. But do not have sexual intercourse with them while you are in retreat in the mosques. These are Allah's limits, so do not go near them. In this way does Allah make His Signs clear to people so that hopefully they will have taqwa. (Surat Al-Baqara, 187)
     

    But if they cease, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 192)
     

    Then press on from where the people press on and ask Allah's forgiveness. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 199)
     

    Those who believe and make hijra and do jihad in the Way of Allah can expect Allah's mercy. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 218)
     

    Allah will not take you to task for inadvertent statements in your oaths, but He will take you to task for the intention your hearts have made. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 225)
     

    Those who swear to abstain from sexual relations with their wives can wait for a period of up to four months. If they then retract their oath, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al-Baqara, 226)
     
    Nor is there anything wrong in any allusion to marriage you make to a woman, nor for any you keep to yourself. Allah knows that you will say things to them. But do not make secret arrangements with them, rather only speak with correctness and courtesy. Do not finally decide on the marriage contract until the prescribed period has come to its end. Know that Allah knows what is in your selves, so beware of Him! And know that Allah is Ever-Forgiving, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 235)
     

    Correct and courteous words accompanied by forgiveness are better than sadaqa followed by insulting words. Allah is Rich Beyond Need, All-Forbearing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 263)
     

    Shaytan promises you poverty and commands you to avarice. Allah promises you forgiveness from Him and abundance. Allah is All-Encompassing, All-Knowing. (Surat Al-Baqara, 268)
     

    If you make your sadaqa public, that is good. But if you conceal it and give it to the poor, that is better for you, and We will erase some of your bad actions from you. Allah is aware of what you do. (Surat Al-Baqara, 271)
     

    Everything in the heavens and everything in the earth belongs to Allah. Whether you divulge what is in yourselves or keep it hidden, Allah will still call you to account for it. He forgives whoever He wills and He punishes whoever He wills. Allah has power over all things. (Surat Al-Baqara, 284)
     

    The Messenger has iman in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and so do the believers. Each one has iman in Allah and His angels and His Books and His Messengers. We do not differentiate between any of His Messengers. They say, 'We hear and we obey. Forgive us, our Lord! You are our journey's end.' (Surat Al-Baqara, 285)

    The steadfast, the truthful, the obedient, the givers, and those who seek forgiveness before dawn. (Surat Al 'Imran, 17)
     

     
    Say, 'If you love Allah, then follow me and Allah will love you and forgive you for your wrong actions. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.' (Surat Al 'Imran, 31)
     

    Except for those who, after that, repent and put things right. Truly Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al 'Imran, 89)
     

    Everything in the heavens and everything in the earth belongs to Allah. He forgives whoever He wills and punishes whoever He wills. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat Al 'Imran, 129)
     

    those who give in times of both ease and hardship, those who control their rage and pardon other people – Allah loves the good-doers – (Surat Al 'Imran, 134)
     

    those who, when they act indecently or wrong themselves, remember Allah and ask forgiveness for their bad actions (and who can forgive bad actions except Allah?) and do not knowingly persist in what they were doing. (Surat Al 'Imran, 135)
     

    Their recompense is forgiveness from their Lord, and Gardens with rivers flowing under them, remaining in them timelessly, for ever. How excellent is the reward of those who act! (Surat Al 'Imran, 136)
     

    All they said was, 'Our Lord, forgive us our wrong actions and any excesses we went to in what we did and make our feet firm and help us against these kafir people.' (Surat Al 'Imran, 147)
     

    Allah fulfilled His promise to you when you were slaughtering them by His permission. But then you faltered, disputing the command, and disobeyed after He showed you what you love.* Among you are those who want the dunya and among you are those who want the akhira. Then He turned you from them in order to test you – but He has pardoned you. Allah shows favour to the believers. (Surat Al 'Imran, 152)

    If you are killed in the Way of Allah or if you die, forgiveness and mercy from Allah are better than anything you can acquire. (Surah Al 'Imran, 157)
     

    It is a mercy from Allah that you were gentle with them. If you had been rough or hard of heart, they would have scattered from around you. So pardon them and ask forgiveness for them, and consult with them about the matter. Then when you have reached a firm decision, put your trust in Allah. Allah loves those who put their trust in Him. (Surah Al 'Imran, 159)
     


     
    Our Lord, we heard a caller calling us to iman: "Believe in your Lord!" and we had iman. Our Lord, forgive us our wrong actions, erase our bad actions from us and take us back to You with those who are truly good. (Surah Al 'Imran, 193)
     

    Haram for you are: your mothers and your daughters and your sisters, your maternal aunts and your paternal aunts, your brothers' daughters and your sisters' daughters, your foster mothers who have suckled you, your foster sisters by suckling, your wives' mothers, your stepdaughters who are under your protection: the daughters of your wives whom you have had sexual relations with (though if you have not had sexual relations with them there is nothing blameworthy for you in it then), the wives of your sons whom you have fathered, and marrying two sisters at the same time – except for what may have already taken place. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 23)
     

    If any of you do not have the means to marry free women who are believers, you may marry slavegirls who are believers. Allah knows best about your iman; you are all the same in that respect. Marry them with their owners' permission and give them their dowries correctly and courteously as married women, not in fornication or taking them as lovers. When they are married, if they commit fornication they should receive half the punishment of free women. This is for those of you who are afraid of committing fornication. But being patient is better for you. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 25)
     

    You who believe! do not approach the prayer when you are drunk, so that you will know what you are saying, nor in a state of major impurity – unless you are travelling – until you have washed yourselves completely. If you are ill or on a journey, or any of you have come from the lavatory or touched women, and you cannot find any water, then do tayammum with pure earth, wiping your faces and your hands. Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat An-Nisa, 43)
     

    Allah does not forgive anything being associated with Him but He forgives whoever He wills for anything other than that. Anyone who associates something with Allah has committed a terrible crime. (Surat An-Nisa, 48)
     

    We sent no Messenger except to be obeyed by Allah's permission. If only when they wronged themselves they had come to you and asked Allah's forgiveness and the Messenger had asked forgiveness for them they would have found Allah Ever-Returning, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 64)
     

    high ranks conferred by Him as well as forgiveness and mercy. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 96)
     

    It may well be that Allah will pardon them. Allah is Ever-Pardoning, Ever-Forgiving. (Surat An-Nisa, 99)
     

    Those who make hijra in the Way of Allah will find many places of refuge on the earth and ample sustenance. If anyone leaves his home, making hijra to Allah and His Messenger, and death catches up with him, it is Allah Who will reward him. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 100)
     

    And ask Allah's forgiveness. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 106)
     

    Anyone who does evil or wrongs himself and then asks Allah's forgiveness will find Allah Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 110)
     

     

     
    Allah does not forgive anything being associated with Him but He forgives whoever He wills for anything other than that. Anyone who associates something with Allah has gone very far astray. (Surat An-Nisa, 116)
     

    You will not be able to be completely fair between your wives, however hard you try. But do not be completely partial so as to leave a wife, as it were, suspended in mid-air. And if you make amends and have taqwa, Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Surat An-Nisa, 129)
     

    As for those who believe and then return to kufr, and then again believe and then return to kufr, and then

 Search Facebook kufr: Kebijakan Pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah Fathiy Syamsuddin Ramadhan An NawiyKebijakan pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah dapat disarikan sebagai berikut:Pertama, televisi sebagai wasilah (sarana) untuk merealisasikan tujuan-tujuan tertentu, hukum asalnya adalah mubah. Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan televisi di dalam Daulah Khilafah Islamiyah mengacu kepada kepentingan dakwah Islamiyah serta kemashlahatan kaum Muslim. Departemen penerangan adalah departemen yang memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur pertelevisian berdasarkan syariat Islam. Di dalam negeri, kebijakan pertelevisian dirancang untuk mewujudkan tiga hal; (1) membangun masyarakat Islam yang kokoh dan kuat, (2) melenyapkan unsur-unsur yang bisa menghancurkan sendi-sendi masyarakat Islam, serta (3) menonjolkan kebaikan dan keluhuran Islam. Adapun di luar negeri, ditujukan untuk menerangkan Islam, baik dalam keadaan damai maupun perang, dengan penerangan yang menampakkan keagungan dan keadilan Islam; kekuatan Daulah Islamiyah, baik militer, ekonomi, serta peradabannya; serta menerangkan kerusakan sistem selain Islam, kedzaliman dan kerusakannya, serta kelemahan negara-negara kafir, baik militer, ekonomi, dan peradabannya.Kedua, Khilafah Islamiyah mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan pendirian stasiun-stasiun televisi, lalu lintas frekuensi dan gelombang, program siaran dan pengaturan waktu tayang, baik secara global maupun rinci..Berkaitan dengan pendirian stasiun televisi, Khilafah Islamiyah menggariskan ketentuan sebagai berikut: Warga negara Khilafah, baik Muslim maupun non Muslim tidak dilarang mendirikan stasiun televisi. Hanya saja, asas, tujuan, dan kegiatannya tidak boleh bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariat Islam. Pendirian stasiun televisi harus seizin dan sepengetahuan negara Khilafah. Izin pendirian stasiun televisi diberikan secara cuma-cuma, tanpa ditarik biaya sepeserpun. Ini ditujukan agar televisi berperan secara maksimal dalam memberikan informasi dan tayangan yang bermanfaat bagi rakyat, serta khususnya bagi pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi-informasi secara khusus, seperti lembaga-lembaga negara Khilafah Islamiyah. Kemudahan dalam perizinan juga akan memudahkan tugas negara Khilafah dalam konteks penyebaran dakwah Islamiyah, edukasi umat, serta propaganda Islam ke luar negeri. Stasiun televisi yang didirikan oleh orang-orang kafir diawasi secara ketat agar tidak digunakan kecuali pada perkara-perkara yang memang disetujui oleh syariat Islam. Oleh karena itu, mereka dilarang mendirikan televisi untuk mendakwahkan atau mempropagandakan agama mereka; lebih-lebih lagi untuk menyerang, meragukan, dan mengkritik Islam. Negara Khilafah bisa mencabut izin pendirian stasiun televisi, dan menjatuhkan sanksi yang sangat keras kepada mereka, jika terbukti melakukan penyimpangan. Setiap warga negara, baik Muslim maupun non Muslim, dilarang bekerja sama dengan warga negara Daar al-Kufr dalam pendirian sebuah stasiun televisi di dalam negara Khilafah, kecuali mendapatkan izin secara khusus dari Khalifah. Adapun pendirian stasiun televisi di Daar al-Kufr, maka, jika hal itu bermanfaat untuk kepentingan penyebaran dakwah Islamiyah, maka, negara Khilafah akan memberikan izin, bahkan, mendukung secara maksimal. Negara Khilafah Islamiyah mendirikan stasiun televisi di pusat pemerintahan dan wilayah negeri Khilafah yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi canggih dan mutakhir. Penggunaan satelit yang diorbitkan di angkasa luar merupakan bagian integral dan penting untuk mendukung teknologi informasi di negeri Khilafah Islamiyah. Program-program siaran tertentu, bisa saja diwajibkan untuk direlay di seluruh stasiun televisi, dengan tetap memberikan keleluasaan bagi tv-tv daerah dan swasta untuk membuat program-program siaran yang bermutu tinggi.Adapun berkaitan dengan pengaturan frekuensi dan gelombang, maka Khilafah Islamiyah akan merumuskan kebijakan-kebijakan sebagai berikut: Setiap stasiun televisi hanya diizinkan menggunakan frekuensi dan gelombang yang telah diintetapkan oleh negara. Selain untuk memudahkan pengontrolan, pengaturan tersebut juga ditujukan untuk menghindari gangguan-gangguan pada stasiun lain, atau gangguan pada instansi-instansi lain yang menggunakan frekuensi dan gelombang suara tertentu, seperti alat navigasi pesawat terbang, radar, dan lain sebagainya. Siapa saja yang melanggar batas-batas yang sudah ditetapkan, akan dikenai sanksi sekadar dengan tingkat pelanggarannya. Barangsiapa dengan sengaja mengganggu, atau menggunakan frekuensi yang bukan frekuensi yang ditetapkan oleh negara, dikenai sanksi ta'zir berdasarkan ijtihad seorang qadliy. Memang benar, frekuensi dan gelombang suara adalah kepemilikan umum, yang mana setiap orang memiliki hak dan andil yang sama. Hanya saja, ketika penggunaannya oleh orang banyak bisa menimbulkan kericuhan dan perselisihan di antara mereka, maka, Khalifah wajib mengatur pemanfaatannya untuk menghilangkan perselisihan dan kekacauan. Penggunaan frekuensi dan gelombang harus mengacu kepada kepentingan Islam dan kaum Muslim. Sedangkan pengaturan waktu tayang dan program siaran, maka ketentuannya adalah sebagai berikut: Setiap stasiun diberi keleluasaan untuk mengatur waktu tayang dan program siaran. Hanya saja, dalam kaitannya dengan program siaran, setiap stasiun televisi hanya diperbolehkan membuat program-program siaran yang dibolehkan oleh syariat, seperti olah raga, hiburan-hiburan mubah, talk show, dan lain-lain. Negara Khilafah dilarang secara syar'i mengharamkan perkara-perkara yang mubah, kecuali jika perkara-perkara yang mubah tersebut mengandung bahaya (dlarar) atau bisa mengantarkan kepada bahaya. Khalifah boleh saja menetapkan program-program siaran yang wajib disiarkan atau ditayangkan di seluruh stasiun televisi, seperti adzan di setiap waktu shalat, edukasi untuk jihad, kebijakan dan perkembangan politik luar negeri Khilafah Islamiyah dan lain sebagainya. Program siaran televisi dilarang menayangkan hal-hal yang diharamkan oleh Islam, seperti infotainmen ghibah, pemujaan terhadap materi, penonjolan hal-hal yang berbau seksualitas, tabarruj, serta siaran-siaran yang merendahkan akhlak manusia, dan lain sebagainya. Siapa saja yang membuat program-program siaran yang bertentangan dengan syariat dan akhlak Islam, akan dikenai sanksi ta'zir. Program-program siaran yang mengandung unsur-unsur yang bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariah, dibekukan dan dilarang seketika, tanpa menunggu-nunggu waktu lagi. Begitu juga program-program yang menjajakan pemikiran-pemikiran kufur, seperti demokrasi, liberalisme, pluralism, nasionalisme, dan lain sebagainya, semuanya dilarang ada dalam program-program siaran televisi. Begitu juga program-program siaran yang ditujukan untuk meragukan kesempurnaan Islam, semuanya dilarang tanpa komentar. Semua program siaran televisi yang ada di dalam Khilafah Islamiyah, diarahkan kepada penguatan masyarakat Islam, penjauhan masyarakat dari unsur-unsur yang bisa merusak sendi-sendi masyarakat Islam, serta penonjolan ketinggian Islam di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Khalifah tidak melarang penggunaan televisi sebagai sarana untuk perniagaan, pemasaran produk dagang dan jasa, serta untuk kepentingan-kepentingan bisnis lainnya. Rakyat juga tidak dilarang membuat TV berlangganan; asalkan program-program siarannya tidak bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariah. Adapun program-program siaran TV yang berasal dari negara-negara kafir, maka hal ini perlu dilihat. Jika negara kafir tersebut statusnya adalah negara kafir harbiy fi'lan, maka seluruh produk mereka dilarang beredar di negara Khilafah. Hubungan dengan mereka adalah perang secara langsung. Adapun terhadap negara-negara kafir yang menjalin perjanjian dengan negara Khilafah, maka program-program siaran TV boleh saja dibeli, atau ditayangkan di dalam negara Khilafah, asalkan tidak bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariat Islam. Pasalnya, negara Khilafah boleh melakukan transaksi jual beli, atau transaksi-transaksi lain dengan negara kafir harbiy yang membuat perjanjian dengan Khilafah Islamiyah. Hanya saja, jika program-program siaran itu dikhawatirkan bisa melemahkan sendi-sendi masyarakat Islam, maka Khilafah bisa saja membuat kebijakan larangan merelay program-program TV mereka.Inilah kebijakan pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah. Dengan kebijakan-kebijakan di atas, televisi menjadi sarana membentuk dan memperkuat masyarakat islami, serta menyebarkan dakwah Islam ke seluruh penjuru dunia. Kebijakan di atas tentu saja bertentangan secara diametrikal dengan kebijakan pertelevisian dalam sistem kapitalis-sekuler yang tegak di atas kapitalisme-sekulerisme. [Wallahu a'lam bish shawab]

    Kebijakan pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah dapat disarikan sebagai berikut:

    Berkaitan dengan pendirian stasiun televisi, Khilafah Islamiyah menggariskan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
     
    Warga negara Khilafah, baik Muslim maupun non Muslim tidak dilarang mendirikan stasiun televisi. Hanya saja, asas, tujuan, dan kegiatannya tidak boleh bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariat Islam.
    Pendirian stasiun televisi harus seizin dan sepengetahuan negara Khilafah. Izin pendirian stasiun televisi diberikan secara cuma-cuma, tanpa ditarik biaya sepeserpun. Ini ditujukan agar televisi berperan secara maksimal dalam memberikan informasi dan tayangan yang bermanfaat bagi rakyat, serta khususnya bagi pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi-informasi secara khusus, seperti lembaga-lembaga negara Khilafah Islamiyah. Kemudahan dalam perizinan juga akan memudahkan tugas negara Khilafah dalam konteks penyebaran dakwah Islamiyah, edukasi umat, serta propaganda Islam ke luar negeri.
    Stasiun televisi yang didirikan oleh orang-orang kafir diawasi secara ketat agar tidak digunakan kecuali pada perkara-perkara yang memang disetujui oleh syariat Islam. Oleh karena itu, mereka dilarang mendirikan televisi untuk mendakwahkan atau mempropagandakan agama mereka; lebih-lebih lagi untuk menyerang, meragukan, dan mengkritik Islam. Negara Khilafah bisa mencabut izin pendirian stasiun televisi, dan menjatuhkan sanksi yang sangat keras kepada mereka, jika terbukti melakukan penyimpangan.
    Setiap warga negara, baik Muslim maupun non Muslim, dilarang bekerja sama dengan warga negara Daar al-Kufr dalam pendirian sebuah stasiun televisi di dalam negara Khilafah, kecuali mendapatkan izin secara khusus dari Khalifah. Adapun pendirian stasiun televisi di Daar al-Kufr, maka, jika hal itu bermanfaat untuk kepentingan penyebaran dakwah Islamiyah, maka, negara Khilafah akan memberikan izin, bahkan, mendukung secara maksimal.
    Negara Khilafah Islamiyah mendirikan stasiun televisi di pusat pemerintahan dan wilayah negeri Khilafah yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi canggih dan mutakhir. Penggunaan satelit yang diorbitkan di angkasa luar merupakan bagian integral dan penting untuk mendukung teknologi informasi di negeri Khilafah Islamiyah. Program-program siaran tertentu, bisa saja diwajibkan untuk direlay di seluruh stasiun televisi, dengan tetap memberikan keleluasaan bagi tv-tv daerah dan swasta untuk membuat program-program siaran yang bermutu tinggi.
     
    Adapun berkaitan dengan pengaturan frekuensi dan gelombang, maka Khilafah Islamiyah akan merumuskan kebijakan-kebijakan sebagai berikut:
     
    Setiap stasiun televisi hanya diizinkan menggunakan frekuensi dan gelombang yang telah diintetapkan oleh negara. Selain untuk memudahkan pengontrolan, pengaturan tersebut juga ditujukan untuk menghindari gangguan-gangguan pada stasiun lain, atau gangguan pada instansi-instansi lain yang menggunakan frekuensi dan gelombang suara tertentu, seperti alat navigasi pesawat terbang, radar, dan lain sebagainya. Siapa saja yang melanggar batas-batas yang sudah ditetapkan, akan dikenai sanksi sekadar dengan tingkat pelanggarannya.
    Barangsiapa dengan sengaja mengganggu, atau menggunakan frekuensi yang bukan frekuensi yang ditetapkan oleh negara, dikenai sanksi ta'zir berdasarkan ijtihad seorang qadliy. Memang benar, frekuensi dan gelombang suara adalah kepemilikan umum, yang mana setiap orang memiliki hak dan andil yang sama. Hanya saja, ketika penggunaannya oleh orang banyak bisa menimbulkan kericuhan dan perselisihan di antara mereka, maka, Khalifah wajib mengatur pemanfaatannya untuk menghilangkan perselisihan dan kekacauan.
    Penggunaan frekuensi dan gelombang harus mengacu kepada kepentingan Islam dan kaum Muslim.
     
    Sedangkan pengaturan waktu tayang dan program siaran, maka ketentuannya adalah sebagai berikut:
     
    Setiap stasiun diberi keleluasaan untuk mengatur waktu tayang dan program siaran. Hanya saja, dalam kaitannya dengan program siaran, setiap stasiun televisi hanya diperbolehkan membuat program-program siaran yang dibolehkan oleh syariat, seperti olah raga, hiburan-hiburan mubah, talk show, dan lain-lain. Negara Khilafah dilarang secara syar'i mengharamkan perkara-perkara yang mubah, kecuali jika perkara-perkara yang mubah tersebut mengandung bahaya (dlarar) atau bisa mengantarkan kepada bahaya.
    Khalifah boleh saja menetapkan program-program siaran yang wajib disiarkan atau ditayangkan di seluruh stasiun televisi, seperti adzan di setiap waktu shalat, edukasi untuk jihad, kebijakan dan perkembangan politik luar negeri Khilafah Islamiyah dan lain sebagainya.
    Program siaran televisi dilarang menayangkan hal-hal yang diharamkan oleh Islam, seperti infotainmen ghibah, pemujaan terhadap materi, penonjolan hal-hal yang berbau seksualitas, tabarruj, serta siaran-siaran yang merendahkan akhlak manusia, dan lain sebagainya. Siapa saja yang membuat program-program siaran yang bertentangan dengan syariat dan akhlak Islam, akan dikenai sanksi ta'zir.
    Program-program siaran yang mengandung unsur-unsur yang bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariah, dibekukan dan dilarang seketika, tanpa menunggu-nunggu waktu lagi. Begitu juga program-program yang menjajakan pemikiran-pemikiran kufur, seperti demokrasi, liberalisme, pluralism, nasionalisme, dan lain sebagainya, semuanya dilarang ada dalam program-program siaran televisi. Begitu juga program-program siaran yang ditujukan untuk meragukan kesempurnaan Islam, semuanya dilarang tanpa komentar.
    Semua program siaran televisi yang ada di dalam Khilafah Islamiyah, diarahkan kepada penguatan masyarakat Islam, penjauhan masyarakat dari unsur-unsur yang bisa merusak sendi-sendi masyarakat Islam, serta penonjolan ketinggian Islam di tengah-tengah masyarakat.
    Khalifah tidak melarang penggunaan televisi sebagai sarana untuk perniagaan, pemasaran produk dagang dan jasa, serta untuk kepentingan-kepentingan bisnis lainnya. Rakyat juga tidak dilarang membuat TV berlangganan; asalkan program-program siarannya tidak bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariah.
    Adapun program-program siaran TV yang berasal dari negara-negara kafir, maka hal ini perlu dilihat. Jika negara kafir tersebut statusnya adalah negara kafir harbiy fi'lan, maka seluruh produk mereka dilarang beredar di negara Khilafah. Hubungan dengan mereka adalah perang secara langsung. Adapun terhadap negara-negara kafir yang menjalin perjanjian dengan negara Khilafah, maka program-program siaran TV boleh saja dibeli, atau ditayangkan di dalam negara Khilafah, asalkan tidak bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariat Islam. Pasalnya, negara Khilafah boleh melakukan transaksi jual beli, atau transaksi-transaksi lain dengan negara kafir harbiy yang membuat perjanjian dengan Khilafah Islamiyah. Hanya saja, jika program-program siaran itu dikhawatirkan bisa melemahkan sendi-sendi masyarakat Islam, maka Khilafah bisa saja membuat kebijakan larangan merelay program-program TV mereka.
     
    Inilah kebijakan pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah. Dengan kebijakan-kebijakan di atas, televisi menjadi sarana membentuk dan memperkuat masyarakat islami, serta menyebarkan dakwah Islam ke seluruh penjuru dunia. Kebijakan di atas tentu saja bertentangan secara diametrikal dengan kebijakan pertelevisian dalam sistem kapitalis-sekuler yang tegak di atas kapitalisme-sekulerisme. [Wallahu a'lam bish shawab]

    Kebijakan Pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah

    Kebijakan pertelevisian Khilafah Islamiyah dapat disarikan sebagai berikut:
     
    Pertama, televisi sebagai wasilah (sarana) untuk merealisasikan tujuan-tujuan tertentu, hukum asalnya adalah mubah. Penggunaan dan pemanfaatan televisi di dalam Daulah Khilafah Islamiyah mengacu kepada kepentingan dakwah Islamiyah serta kemashlahatan kaum Muslim. Departemen penerangan adalah departemen yang memiliki kewenangan untuk mengatur pertelevisian berdasarkan syariat Islam. Di dalam negeri, kebijakan pertelevisian dirancang untuk mewujudkan tiga hal; (1) membangun masyarakat Islam yang kokoh dan kuat, (2) melenyapkan unsur-unsur yang bisa menghancurkan sendi-sendi masyarakat Islam, serta (3) menonjolkan kebaikan dan keluhuran Islam. Adapun di luar negeri, ditujukan untuk menerangkan Islam, baik dalam keadaan damai maupun perang, dengan penerangan yang menampakkan keagungan dan keadilan Islam; kekuatan Daulah Islamiyah, baik militer, ekonomi, serta peradabannya; serta menerangkan kerusakan sistem selain Islam, kedzaliman dan kerusakannya, serta kelemahan negara-negara kafir, baik militer, ekonomi, dan peradabannya.
     
    Kedua, Khilafah Islamiyah mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang berhubungan dengan pendirian stasiun-stasiun televisi, lalu lintas frekuensi dan gelombang, program siaran dan pengaturan waktu tayang, baik secara global maupun rinci..
     
    Berkaitan dengan pendirian stasiun televisi, Khilafah Islamiyah menggariskan ketentuan sebagai berikut:
     
    Warga negara Khilafah, baik Muslim maupun non Muslim tidak dilarang mendirikan stasiun televisi. Hanya saja, asas, tujuan, dan kegiatannya tidak boleh bertentangan dengan akidah dan syariat Islam.
    Pendirian stasiun televisi harus seizin dan sepengetahuan negara Khilafah. Izin pendirian stasiun televisi diberikan secara cuma-cuma, tanpa ditarik biaya sepeserpun. Ini ditujukan agar televisi berperan secara maksimal dalam memberikan informasi dan tayangan yang bermanfaat bagi rakyat, serta khususnya bagi pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi-informasi secara khusus, seperti lembaga-lembaga negara Khilafah Islamiyah.  Search Facebook kufr: Democracy & IslamWe must remember that part of our Imaan and belief in Allah (SWT) is At-Tawheed which means obeying, following, worshipping and elevating Almighty Allah (SWT) exclusively, without associating with him or his attributes anyone else, and that conversely associating with God or with any of his attributes is an act of Shirk which makes a person go outside the fold of Islam and that this is why At-Tawheed is the fundamental pillar of Islam. One of Allah (SWT)'s attributes is that he is the legislator and the commander and he has the absolute right and power to command and legislate, and no one shares this absolute power with him. For Allah (SWT) says:"Verily the absolute right of legislating is for none but Allah (SWT)" [EMQ 12:40]And Allah (SWT) says:"It is unlawful for Believers male or female if Allah and His Messenger decree a command to have any choice but to abide with it and whosoever disobeys Allah or his Messenger went astray in plain mis-guidance" [EMQ 33:36]this is an absolute fact. The Deen of most people in the World today is Secularism which states that; God has Sovereignty ONLY in Heaven or Inside the Church and in the places of worship, whereas Man i.e. People, have Sovereignty On Earth in all other Spheres of Life Except Religion (which according to the Deen of Secularism States that Religion is a Personal experience between an Individual and a supernatural power or God such as the Sun, a Cow, Statues or people etc.) this is the reality of democracy and the basis upon which it is built.As for the reality of Voting; Voters have a common sovereignty as people who legislate for their own affairs in society therefore as a sovereign body they establish a mechanism to have representatives from among themselves, who they choose and vote for, who become MP's and legislate law and order on their behalf for their own interests. This is manifested in the political man-made principle, which states that 'the Rule is by the people, for the people over the people', hence we can say that people are the source of legislation.The reality of the voter is that he/she is the one who chooses his representative, which results in fact in his/her joint liability for whatever the representative has been chosen and allocated for. The task here being to legislate laws in order to manage people's interests.In Summary, democracy is a system which legislates, people are sovereign and the source of legislation, and leaders are chosen by the people to legislate on their behalf.The Islamic verdict on the above:1 - Anybody who believes that almighty Allah (SWT) is not the only, exclusive Legislator and Commander is a disbeliever i.e. Kaafir.2 - Anybody who believes in Almighty Allah (SWT) and associates anyone else with Him, contravening his being the sole legislator and commander is a Mushrik i.e. associates another as partner unto Allah (SWT).3 - Any Muslim who votes for a person knowing that democracy is a system of legislating law is an apostate.4 - Any Muslim who participates in elections to become a democratic leader knowing the reality of democracy as a legislative system is an apostate.5 - Any Muslim who does not know the reality of democracy and he votes is sinful because he did seek the divine ruling for his action before committing it, since the Juristic Principle is that every action, verbal or physical, must be based on an Islamic ruling which is derived solely from the Qur'an and Sunnah.6 - Any Muslim who participates in voting for a candidate whether the candidate is Muslim or non-Muslim basing his action on a misled so-called 'opinion' from a rationalist or secular clergyman has been misled and the issue must be explained to him/her. Though believing that Allah (SWT) is the only legislator is a matter known from the Deen of Islam by necessity, therefore ignorance about it is not an excuse and he/she is therefore sinful.7 - The only excuse is for a person who is new Muslim or fully Jaahil or someone ignorant about what is known by necessity from the Deen of Islam due to the fact that he has grown up under kufr law and between non-Muslims. Those Muslims need the matter explained to them but if they continue to vote claiming that they have a different opinion from another person they are sinful.As for the divine evidences for the above verdicts, they are derived from the fact that Allah (SWT) says:'They imitate the sayings of the disbelievers, Allah (SWT)'s curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth; They took their Rabbis and their Monks to be their Lords and Legislators besides Allah(SWT) and took the Messiah, the son of Mary, while they were commanded to worship, obey and follow none but one God/Allah; none has the right to be worshipped or followed and to legislate but he, praise and glory be to him from having the partners they associate with him '[EMQ 30:31]The circumstances in which this ayah was revealed are as follows:It has been reported by Huzaifah in Ahmad, Tirmizi and Ibn Jarir that the Messenger Muhammad (saw) was reciting this verse and Udayy (ra) said to Him (saw): 'Oh Rasoul Allah, they do not worship the Rabbis and the Monks' To which He (saw) replied: 'The Rabbis and Monks make that which is lawful unlawful and that which is unlawful lawful and they i.e. the people, follow them, and by doing so they worship them'In addition, Allah (SWT) says in another clear-cut and explicit evidence that obeying any man-made system knowingly with consent for its source, different to Allah (SWT) is apostasy. For Allah (SWT) says;'Eat not, Oh believers, of that meat on which Allah (SWT)'s name has not been pronounced at the time of slaughtering the animal, for surely it is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of Allah) and certainly the evil do inspire their friends to dispute with you and if you were to obey them by making a dead (un-slaughtered) animal lawful and eating it, then you would indeed be Mushrikoun (polytheists)' [EMQ 6:121]Note here that Allah (SWT) is describing obedience in a matter of legislation in the example of making the unlawful un-slaughtered meat lawful, as an act of shirk although people did not worship idols or pray to them. Even so God calls them Mushriks! As for the circumstances of this verse, it has been reported in Al-Haakim upon the authority of Ibn Abbas (RA) that this verse was addressing Muslims when a group of Mushriks were debating with them on the issue of legislating. The Mushriks said: 'You call the sheep upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned; dead, who is the one who killed her?' The Muslims said: 'Allah' So they replied: 'So what Allah has killed or slaughtered by a gold knife is haram and what you have slaughtered with a metal knife is halal?' To which Allah (SWT) revealed the above ayah.In this ayah Allah (SWT) has declared as Mushrik the one obeys anyone other than Allah (SWT), even if one does not make sujood to him/her. So what can we say about the one who obeys or votes for another to legislate law and order for them? Allah (SWT) says:'Or have they partners with Allah, who have legislated for them what Allah (SWT) has not decreed and had it not been for a decisive word the matter would have been judged between them and verily for the Polytheists and wrongdoers there is a painful torment' [EMQ 42:21]Moreover we know very well that Allah (SWT) says:'And He made none share in his decision or rule' [EMQ 18:26]It is well known in Islam that any law different to the law of Allah (SWT) is Taghout and Allah (SWT) rejects us to refer to Taghout:'Have you seen those who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you and that which has been sent down before you and they wish to go for judgement in their dispute to the Taghout i.e. false Judges etc. while they have been ordered to reject them but Shaytaan wishes to lead them far astray' [EMQ 4:60]It has been reported concerning the circumstances of the above ayah that some hypocrites claimed to be Muslims and yet in their own disputes they tried to refer to the man-made decision of some contemporary MP's as legislators such as Amru Bim Luhay, Al-Khuzaa'ie and Ka'ab Bin Al-Ashraf with other Monks, Priests and MP's who used to legislate for them, instead of going to the Messenger of Allah and seeking the legislation of the almighty Allah.As for those people who have been misled and have fallen down in this clear-cut apostasy and crime, the Messenger Muhammad (saw) said: 'One of the things I fear strongly for my Ummah is mis-guided Imaams who will lead part of my Ummah to worship Idols and they will lead others of my Ummah to follow the Mushrikeen'Therefore whoever votes or follows any of those mis-guided legislators and gives them the vote enabling them to legislate has in fact chosen a lord to legislate for him and this is associating with almighty Allah another legislator and commander. Allah (SWT) says:'Are many different Lords better or Allah, the one the irresistible, you do not follow, obey, worship beside him but only figures which you have named, you and your fathers for which Allah has sent down no authority, Verily the Command and the Judgement and the power of legislation is for none but Allah, he has commanded that you worship and follow none but him, that is the true path but most people know not' [EMQ 12:39 & 40]This is the reality of the new Deen and Lordship, which declares sovereignty for man which most of the people have embraced. This is why whatever man does as a good Deed and whatever a Muslim does as prayer or fasting and other good deeds and afterwards commits this apostasy and does not repent from it, thereafter all his deeds will be abolished, for Allah (SWT) says:'This is the guidance of Allah with which He guides whomsoever he wills of his servants but if they have joined or associated in worship others with Allah all that they used to do as good will have been of no benefit to them' [EMQ 6:88]And for those who claim that we are not calling them Creators but we are merely calling them 'Commanders', we will remind them that Allah (SWT) says: 'Surely he is the only Creator and the only Commander, blessed be Allah, the Lord of all that exists' [EMQ 7:54]Hence as no one is allowed to be associated with him in his absolute power of creation similarly no one has the right to associate with him in his absolute power of commandment and legislation.As for those people who have been misled by others and have committed this crime before as an error from them we advise them to fear Allah and not to indulge in this crime again because Allah (SWT) will excuse them for what they commit out of error but he will never excuse them for what they commit intentionally until they give it up and ask for forgiveness, for Allah (SWT) says:'And there is no sin on you if you commit an error or mistake in your deeds except for those you committed deliberately or intentionally' [EMQ 33:5]The mistaken are therefore excused the way the Messenger Muhammad (saw) explained about the Bedouin who lost his camel in the desert with all his clothes and his water and then found it after having lost all hope of surviving and was ready to face death. Allah (SWT) sent his camel back to him and he supplicated and said: 'Oh Allah you are my Servant and I am Your Lord' The Messenger Muhammad (saw) said regarding this: 'Verily he committed his mistake because h was lost in his happiness'There is a world of difference between someone who votes out of error and mistake thinking he/she is doing a good deed and those who do such evil actions intentionally and they call people to participate in elections and voting day and night, collecting money for it, setting up stalls, writing and distributing leaflets for it, inviting MP's to the houses of Allah, offering gifts to them, slaughtering meat and even sacrificing their Tawheed in order to be elected or to vote so that they may get some benefit. Is there any comparison between such people and the Bedouin mentioned in the narration above?Finally I would like to stress that the above seven verdicts passed do not include the one who voted under duress or absolute ignorance or the one who has been misled without any clarification for him/her. This is one of the calamities, which has affected many Muslims both in Muslim countries and non-Muslim countries today.I pray to Allah (SWT) to forgive all those who commit sins out of mistake and to guide all of us to work to implement his command and to establish his Deen so that Sovereignty is for none but Allah and the Supremacy of Islam is dominant over the Whole World. These relatives are called asabah because they strengthen and defend the person that makes him/her stronger.Idiomatically, asabiyyah is man's supporting his people to whom he belongs, whether they are right or wrong, oppressing or oppressed. The belonging to these people can be due to kith and kin, ethnicity, color, birthplace, citizenship, school of thought, or a group of people with common interest.What causes asabiyyah?The drive that causes asabiyyah is the feeling of being better than others, and that others are at a lower class. So, the person that has this feeling of asabiyyah thinks so highly of himself and of those to whom he belongs, and thinks that other people are not as good as his own people.This kind of thinking is corrupted, and it is in fact a kind of arrogance that comes from the mentality of Iblis, which led him to disobey the command of Allah when He ordered him to prostrate to Adam. Iblis said, "I am better than him, You created me out of fire and you created him (Adam) out of clay." The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.) warned us when he said, "No one enters Paradise if they have in their heart a grain weight of arrogance." The prophet (S.A.W.) defined this arrogance in two things: Rejection of the truth and looking down on people.What are the harms of asabiyyah?Asabiyyah is harmful in many ways. It destroys the ummah, and changes the unity and harmony to disunity and disharmony. This is beneficial to the enemies of the ummah or an opportunistic group of people from this ummah. This situation is witnessed many times in the past as well as today.The asabiyyah, in Jahiliyya time before Islam turned the Arab tribes into enemies and made from their Arabian Peninsula a battlefield. Allah (S.W.T.) told us about their situation before Islam in surat Al-Imran, (verse 103), "And hold fast, all of you together, to the Rope of Allah, and be not divided among yourselves, and remember Allah's Favor on you, for you were enemies one to another, but He joined your hearts together, so that, by His Grace, you became brethren (in Islamic Faith)…" This kind of situation is not restricted to the Arabs, it actually plagued all nations that were disunited because of asabiyyah.

    We must remember that part of our Imaan and belief in Allah (SWT) is At-Tawheed which means obeying, following, worshipping and elevating Almighty Allah (SWT) exclusively, without associating with him or his attributes anyone else, and that conversely associating with God or with any of his attributes is an act of Shirk which makes a person go outside the fold of Islam and that this is why At-Tawheed is the fundamental pillar of Islam. One of Allah (SWT)'s attributes is that he is the legislator and the commander and he has the absolute right and power to command and legislate, and no one shares this absolute power with him. For Allah (SWT) says:
     
    "Verily the absolute right of legislating is for none but Allah (SWT)" [EMQ 12:40]
     
    And Allah (SWT) says:
     
    "It is unlawful for Believers male or female if Allah and His Messenger decree a command to have any choice but to abide with it and whosoever disobeys Allah or his Messenger went astray in plain mis-guidance" [EMQ 33:36]
     
    this is an absolute fact. The Deen of most people in the World today is Secularism which states that; God has Sovereignty ONLY in Heaven or Inside the Church and in the places of worship, whereas Man i.e. People, have Sovereignty On Earth in all other Spheres of Life Except Religion (which according to the Deen of Secularism States that Religion is a Personal experience between an Individual and a supernatural power or God such as the Sun, a Cow, Statues or people etc.) this is the reality of democracy and the basis upon which it is built.
     
    As for the reality of Voting; Voters have a common sovereignty as people who legislate for their own affairs in society therefore as a sovereign body they establish a mechanism to have representatives from among themselves, who they choose and vote for, who become MP's and legislate law and order on their behalf for their own interests. This is manifested in the political man-made principle, which states that 'the Rule is by the people, for the people over the people', hence we can say that people are the source of legislation.
     
    The reality of the voter is that he/she is the one who chooses his representative, which results in fact in his/her joint liability for whatever the representative has been chosen and allocated for. The task here being to legislate laws in order to manage people's interests.
     
    In Summary, democracy is a system which legislates, people are sovereign and the source of legislation, and leaders are chosen by the people to legislate on their behalf.
     
    The Islamic verdict on the above:
     
    1 - Anybody who believes that almighty Allah (SWT) is not the only, exclusive Legislator and Commander is a disbeliever i.e. Kaafir.
     
    2 - Anybody who believes in Almighty Allah (SWT) and associates anyone else with Him, contravening his being the sole legislator and commander is a Mushrik i.e. associates another as partner unto Allah (SWT).
     
    3 - Any Muslim who votes for a person knowing that democracy is a system of legislating law is an apostate.
     
    4 - Any Muslim who participates in elections to become a democratic leader knowing the reality of democracy as a legislative system is an apostate.
     
    5 - Any Muslim who does not know the reality of democracy and he votes is sinful because he did seek the divine ruling for his action before committing it, since the Juristic Principle is that every action, verbal or physical, must be based on an Islamic ruling which is derived solely from the Qur'an and Sunnah.
     
    6 - Any Muslim who participates in voting for a candidate whether the candidate is Muslim or non-Muslim basing his action on a misled so-called 'opinion' from a rationalist or secular clergyman has been misled and the issue must be explained to him/her. Though believing that Allah (SWT) is the only legislator is a matter known from the Deen of Islam by necessity, therefore ignorance about it is not an excuse and he/she is therefore sinful.
     
    7 - The only excuse is for a person who is new Muslim or fully Jaahil or someone ignorant about what is known by necessity from the Deen of Islam due to the fact that he has grown up under kufr law and between non-Muslims. Those Muslims need the matter explained to them but if they continue to vote claiming that they have a different opinion from another person they are sinful.
     
    As for the divine evidences for the above verdicts, they are derived from the fact that Allah (SWT) says:
     
    'They imitate the sayings of the disbelievers, Allah (SWT)'s curse be on them, how they are deluded away from the truth; They took their Rabbis and their Monks to be their Lords and Legislators besides Allah(SWT) and took the Messiah, the son of Mary, while they were commanded to worship, obey and follow none but one God/Allah; none has the right to be worshipped or followed and to legislate but he, praise and glory be to him from having the partners they associate with him '[EMQ 30:31]
     
    The circumstances in which this ayah was revealed are as follows:
     
    It has been reported by Huzaifah in Ahmad, Tirmizi and Ibn Jarir that the Messenger Muhammad (saw) was reciting this verse and Udayy (ra) said to Him (saw): 'Oh Rasoul Allah, they do not worship the Rabbis and the Monks' To which He (saw) replied: 'The Rabbis and Monks make that which is lawful unlawful and that which is unlawful lawful and they i.e. the people, follow them, and by doing so they worship them'
     
    In addition, Allah (SWT) says in another clear-cut and explicit evidence that obeying any man-made system knowingly with consent for its source, different to Allah (SWT) is apostasy. For Allah (SWT) says;
     
    'Eat not, Oh believers, of that meat on which Allah (SWT)'s name has not been pronounced at the time of slaughtering the animal, for surely it is Fisq (a sin and disobedience of Allah) and certainly the evil do inspire their friends to dispute with you and if you were to obey them by making a dead (un-slaughtered) animal lawful and eating it, then you would indeed be Mushrikoun (polytheists)' [EMQ 6:121]
     
    Note here that Allah (SWT) is describing obedience in a matter of legislation in the example of making the unlawful un-slaughtered meat lawful, as an act of shirk although people did not worship idols or pray to them. Even so God calls them Mushriks! As for the circumstances of this verse, it has been reported in Al-Haakim upon the authority of Ibn Abbas (RA) that this verse was addressing Muslims when a group of Mushriks were debating with them on the issue of legislating. The Mushriks said: 'You call the sheep upon which the name of Allah has not been mentioned; dead, who is the one who killed her?' The Muslims said: 'Allah' So they replied: 'So what Allah has killed or slaughtered by a gold knife is haram and what you have slaughtered with a metal knife is halal?' To which Allah (SWT) revealed the above ayah.
     
    In this ayah Allah (SWT) has declared as Mushrik the one obeys anyone other than Allah (SWT), even if one does not make sujood to him/her. So what can we say about the one who obeys or votes for another to legislate law and order for them? Allah (SWT) says:
     
    'Or have they partners with Allah, who have legislated for them what Allah (SWT) has not decreed and had it not been for a decisive word the matter would have been judged between them and verily for the Polytheists and wrongdoers there is a painful torment' [EMQ 42:21]
     
    Moreover we know very well that Allah (SWT) says:
     
    'And He made none share in his decision or rule' [EMQ 18:26]
     
    It is well known in Islam that any law different to the law of Allah (SWT) is Taghout and Allah (SWT) rejects us to refer to Taghout:
     
    'Have you seen those who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you and that which has been sent down before you and they wish to go for judgement in their dispute to the Taghout i.e. false Judges etc. while they have been ordered to reject them but Shaytaan wishes to lead them far astray' [EMQ 4:60]
     
    It has been reported concerning the circumstances of the above ayah that some hypocrites claimed to be Muslims and yet in their own disputes they tried to refer to the man-made decision of some contemporary MP's as legislators such as Amru Bim Luhay, Al-Khuzaa'ie and Ka'ab Bin Al-Ashraf with other Monks, Priests and MP's who used to legislate for them, instead of going to the Messenger of Allah and seeking the legislation of the almighty Allah.
     
    As for those people who have been misled and have fallen down in this clear-cut apostasy and crime, the Messenger Muhammad (saw) said: 'One of the things I fear strongly for my Ummah is mis-guided Imaams who will lead part of my Ummah to worship Idols and they will lead others of my Ummah to follow the Mushrikeen'
     
    Therefore whoever votes or follows any of those mis-guided legislators and gives them the vote enabling them to legislate has in fact chosen a lord to legislate for him and this is associating with almighty Allah another legislator and commander. Allah (SWT) says:
     
    'Are many different Lords better or Allah, the one the irresistible, you do not follow, obey, worship beside him but only figures which you have named, you and your fathers for which Allah has sent down no authority, Verily the Command and the Judgement and the power of legislation is for none but Allah, he has commanded that you worship and follow none but him, that is the true path but most people know not' [EMQ 12:39 & 40]
     
    This is the reality of the new Deen and Lordship, which declares sovereignty for man which most of the people have embraced.
