Biographie de nos Savants
Nom et origine.
Il s'appelle Cheikh Soulaymane ibn Nassir ibn Abdillah al Alwan. Il est né dans la ville de Buraydah en Arabie Saoudite en 1389 de l'Hégire (il a donc 41 ans).
Il a commencé à rechercher de la science en 1404 de l'Hégire à l'âge de 15 ans. En 1407 de l'Hégire, il avait terminé l'apprentissage du Coran. Ensuite, il a appris Kitab at Tawhid du Cheikh Mohammed ibn Abdil Wahhab, al Aquidatou at Tahawiya, Fatawa Hamawiya, Al Bayqouniya : ce sont les premiers livres qu'il a étudié et appris par cœur.
Par la suite, il a été très ferme dans son apprentissage par cœur des mutun et ainsi, il l'en a mémorisé beaucoup. D'ailleurs, le Cheikh a une capacité de mémorisation impressionnante.
En effet,le cheikh connait un nombre impressionnant de ahadith par coeur avec leurs chaines de transmetteurs et leurs differentes voies,de même il connait par coeur an-nouniya de l'imam ibn al qayyim,et beaucoup d'autres choses.
Ses élèves rapportent qu'il donnait ses cours de mémoire sans utiliser de livres.
D'ailleurs l'un de ses élèves l'a questionné par rapport au temps qu'il passait dans la lecture lorsqu'il était dans ses débuts en tant qu'étudiant. Le Cheikh Soulaymane al Alwan lui a répondu qu'il lisait 15 heures par jour et ces 15 heures étaient partagées entre l'apprentissage par cœur, la révision et la lecture.
Avant d'apprendre un matn, il lisait déjà son charh. Ensuite, il s'appliquait à la compréhension du texte et puis il l'apprenait. En ce qui concerne le fiqh il s'appliquait a connaitre les différents avis et les divergences.
Le cheikh était occupé par la propagation de la science bénéfique par la voie des cours et de l'écriture.
Le cheikh depuis avril 2004 est détenu à la prison politique de al ha-ir.
Pendant Ramadan 2008 il eu une permission de sorti de trois jour pour visiter son père très malade, à cette occasion il fut visité par de nombreux étudiants venant des quatre coins du pays pour le saluer et lui témoigner de leur amour pour lui.Il a d'ailleurs fini la mémorisation des koutoub as-seb'a ( Boukhari, Mouslim, les 4 sounnan, et al mouwwata de l'imam Mâlik en prison)
Le cheikh a de nombreux ouvrages sur le net ainsi que des dourous audios.

*sharh al 3aquida al wassitiya
*sharh sahih al boukhari(kitab bad-ou al wahyi et kitab al imane)
*sharh sounnan tirmidhi(kitab tahara et kitab as-siyyam)

Il y a de nombreux audios qui se trouvent chez ses étudiant et qui ne sont pas diffusé sur le net(comme son sharh sur kitab tawhid car il n'autorise pas qu'il soit propagé) ou qui sont diffusé seulement sous forme de notes(comme son sharh de boulough al maram)

On the one hand it can see that its agent Bashar is in a doomed rule and that his regime can no longer realise the American interests or the security of the Jews as he and his father had the past forty years. And on the other hand, their productions are not accepted in Syria by the revolutionaries and it (U.S.) fears that if Bashar was to fall without prior arrangements being in place to follow him then the next rule could be other than what it wants, either the Khilafah or another rule not from its path. In addition to this there is the problem that it wants to appear to be on the same side as the revolutionaries in Syria and against oppression and tyranny like it did with all other previous revolutions!

Therefore the American apparatuses abroad such as the National Council and the Coalition and even American apparatuses at home such as a national coordinating body were all unable to gain acceptance from the people and America as a result has found itself in problems:
On the one hand it can see that its agent Bashar is in a doomed rule and that his regime can no longer realise the American interests or the security of the Jews as he and his father had the past forty years. And on the other hand, their productions are not accepted in Syria by the revolutionaries and it (U.S.) fears that if Bashar was to fall without prior arrangements being in place to follow him then the next rule could be other than what it wants, either the Khilafah or another rule not from its path. In addition to this there is the problem that it wants to appear to be on the same side as the revolutionaries in Syria and against oppression and tyranny like it did with all other previous revolutions!

So you see it going to Russia to negotiate with it giving the impression that Russia is on Bashar's side whilst the US is on the revolutionary's side appearing as if Russia and America are at odds with the solution. The comings and goings, grace periods one after another provided to Bashar so that he can increase the killing and destruction with Russian weaponry. All of this is done to provide America with time to mature its replacement agent who will come after Bashar whether this objective occurs by increased killing so that the people concede and accept their manufactured agent or through military intervention at the end of the matter legitimised by a UN security council resolution under the pretext of the need to protect the security of the new rule….Therefore the one who scrutinizes the American and Russian positions will find that they are not in opposing directions. Rather the actions of Russia serve the aims of America by paving the path for a new American agent to take the place of the current older agent.

IIRO Tries To Clear Its Name Arab media is reporting on efforts by the International Islamic Relief Organization (IIRO) to dispute charges that it is tied to terrorism. According to a report in the Arab News: The International Islamic Relief Organization Saudi Arabia (IIROSA) has stepped up efforts with the help of US attorneys to clear its name in the highly-publicized terror-funding case filed by the families of people who died in the 9/11 attacks. This was disclosed by Abdullah Al-Turki, chairman of the IIROSA's board of directors who is also secretary-general of the Makkah-based Muslim World League (MWL), and Adnan Khalil Basha, IIROSA's secretary-general, in separate interviews. Al-Turki and Basha both made their comments on the sidelines of a reception hosted by the MWL for foreign diplomats at the Cultural Palace in Riyadh's Diplomatic Quarter. The event was attended by a large number of Saudi officials and foreign diplomats. It also included a visual presentation explaining the role and activities of the MWL and the IIROSA. "We are dedicated to humanitarian activities to support the needy and have been closely working with major local, international and UN aid agencies … Our operations are transparent … we are working in daylight," said Al-Turki who referred to the charges as a "bunch of lies." He added that truth would eventually prevail as is evident from the fact that US courts have already cleared some Islamic charities. The now-defunct Al-Haramain Foundation, which was based in Riyadh, was acquitted along with several Saudi aid organizations and philanthropists by a New York court earlier this month. Basha said the IIROSA has not been acquitted and that "only two of its operations — the Philippines and Indonesian branches — have been falsely accused of involvement in terror funding." These two branches were identified as "Specially Designated Global Terrorist" entities by the US Treasury Department, a move that empowers US agencies and cooperating global agencies to freeze the organization's assets. The secretary-general denied that IIROSA has been involved in terrorist activities, adding that the case against IIROSA has been in court for nine years. Basha said the charity has signed an agreement with the Palestinian Authority to open a chapter there that will mainly focus on social welfare programs like sponsoring orphans and distributing small loans among families. "We are waiting for the green light from the Palestinians," he said, adding that the branch should be operational by the end of the year. He also said that the charity has been helping Palestinians through the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) and other international aid agencies. The UNRWA's general commissioner, Peter Ford, met Basha at his office in Jeddah early this year and appreciated IIROSA's concern for Palestinian people. "We are currently sponsoring some 19,000 orphans worldwide … and have set up 31 academic institutions including schools in different countries where enrollment exceeds 30,000 students," he said, adding that the IIROSA has a presence in 32 countries. The charity is a MWL-affiliate created by a royal decree on Jan. 29, 1979. It is a member of the International Islamic Council for Dawa and Relief (IICDR) and holds an observer status at the OIC. An earlier post discussed IIRO plans to enhance its international reputation. The IIRO is an affiliate of the Muslim World League (MWL) which was established in 1962 as a means for the propagation of Saudi "Wahabbi" Islam. Muslim Brothers played an important role in its founding and, to date, the League has been strongly with the Brotherhood. The MWL, together with the World Assembly of Muslim Youth (WAMY), are Saudi organizations believed by U.S. government officials to have helped to spread Islamic extremism around the world as well as sponsoring terrorism in places such as Bosnia, Israel, and India. In 2006, the U.S. Treasury Department designatedthe Philippine and Indonesian branch offices of the IIRO as well as one of its executives in connection with fundraising for al-Qaeda and al-Qaeda affiliates. Previous posts have discussed the history of the IIRO in the US and its ties to the US Muslim Brotherhood as well as the recent registration of its new US office in Florida.
