    Terrorists insult, feed slain Syrian soldier's head: Video

    New shocking footage dubbed "Syria is here" shows foreign-backed Takfiri terrorists insulting the head of a Syrian soldier who they had beheaded earlier in Aleppo.

    The footage posted on the social media shows the Takfiri terrorists calling the head names and making fun of him.

    Addressing the head of the slain soldier, the terrorists ask the head "What would you like to drink?" and then in an insulting manner, they try to feed him.

    Syria has been gripped by a deadly unrest that started in 2011 as pro-reform protests but turned into a massive war following infiltration of foreign extremists groups, many of them linked to al-Qaeda.

    People have been witnessing brutal scenes of killing and torture in some areas of the country which have been occupied and controlled by Takfiri groups.

    13 killed in clashes during Iraq protest camp removal

    Over a dozen people have been killed in clashes between gunmen and Iraqi police at an anti-government protest camp in the country's western Anbar Province.

    According to police sources, Monday fighting broke out when gunmen opened fire on police special forces who had been trying to enter the city of Ramadi to dismantle the protest camp.

    One source noted that the gunmen destroyed four police vehicles and killed at least three policemen in the north of Ramadi, which is the largest city in Anbar.

    Meanwhile, hospital and morgue sources said the bodies of 10 other people who lost their lives in the clashes were brought into Ramadi morgue.

    The development comes as earlier in the day, Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki's spokesman, Ali Mussawi, said military sources confirmed tents at the protest site had been removed and the highway reopened.

    He added that the removal was done "without any losses, after al-Qaeda and its members escaped from the camp to the city, and they are being pursued now."

    Iraqiya state TV had also reported that "local police are removing the tents from the protest site in Anbar" province following a deal with religious leaders and tribal sheikhs.

    The Iraqi premier had described the protest site as "a headquarters for the leadership of al-Qaeda," and urged the protesters to leave the camps.

    Iraq has been the scene of anti-government demonstrations since December 2012, when bodyguards of then finance minister Rafa al-Essawi were arrested on terrorism-related charges, with protesters alleging that the arrests were made on sectarian grounds.

    Americans tired of paying for wars: Lawyer

    The majority of Americans are increasingly tired and opposed to the US war in Afghanistan due to the massive financial cost, not for moral reasons, an international lawyer in Indonesia tells Press TV.

    Unfortunately, "the reason that they're growing tired of wars like Afghanistan, as they did with Iraq, is all about money," Barry Grossman said on Monday.

    "Most Americans are unhappy with these wars because they blame their national debt on these wars," he said.

    "In other words, they're not taking an ideological stand or a moral stand against wars, which they feel are inappropriate, they're taking a financial stand."

    According to a new CNN/ORC poll, more than 80 percent of Americans say they are opposed to the war in Afghanistan, making the longest war in US history also the most unpopular.

    The poll indicates that support for the war in Afghanistan among Americans has dipped to just 17 percent.

    According to a study by the Harvard University released in March, the US wars in Afghanistan and Iraq will cost American taxpayers $4 trillion to $6 trillion in the long run.

    Earlier this year, an Associated Press analysis found that the US government will be paying for the Iraq and Afghanistan wars for the next century.

    The war in Afghanistan is the longest war in American history, at 12 years and counting. A majority of Americans believe the US is losing the war, with only about 33 percent saying America is winning.

    ‫نعيم بن ھمار رضى اللہ عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ ايك شخص نے نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے دريافت كيا، شھداء ميں سے كونسا شہيد افضل ہے ؟

    تو رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے جواب ديا:

    " وہ لوگ جو لڑائى كى صف ميں ہوں اور دشمن كا مقابلہ ہو جائے تو وہ قتل ہونے سے قبل اپنے چہرے كو نہيں پھيرتے، يہى وہ لوگ ہيں جو جنت كے اونچے بالا خانوں ميں جائيں گے، اور ان كا رب ان كے ليے ہنسےگا، اور جب تيرا رب دنيا ميں كسى بندے كے ليے ہنسے تو اس كا كوئى حساب و كتاب نہيں ہوگا "

    مسند احمد حديث نمبر ( 21970 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے السلسلۃ الاحاديث الصحيحۃ حديث نمبر ( 2558 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.

    عتبہ بن عبد السلمى رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:

    " شھيد تين قسم كے ہيں: وہ مومن شخص جو اپنے مال اور جان كے ساتھ اللہ كى راہ ميں لڑے حتى كہ دشمن سے مقابلہ ہو اور وہ قتل كر ديا جائے، تو يہ شخص وہ شہيد ہے جو اللہ كے عرش كے نيچے خيمہ ميں فخر كے ساتھ رہےگا اس شخص سے نبى نبوت كى بنا پر صرف ايك درجہ افضل اور بلند ہونگے، وہ مومن شخص جس نے اپنے اوپر بہت سے گناہ اور معصيت كا ارتكاب كيا، اور پھر اپنے مال اور نفس كے ساتھ اللہ كى راہ ميں جہاد كرتے ہوئے دشمن ميں مقابلہ ميں مارا گيا، تو اس كے گناہ اور معصيت ختم كر ديےجائينگے، بلا شبہ تلوار نے اس كے گناہ مٹا ڈالے ہيں، اور جنت كے جس دروازے سے چاہے داخل ہو جائے، كيونكہ جنت كے آٹھ دروازے ہيں اور جہنم كے سات دروازے، جو كہ ايك دوسرے سے افضل اور بہتر ہيں.

    اور وہ منافق شخص جس نے اپنے مال اور جان كے ساتھ جہاد كيا حتى كہ دشمن كے مقابلے ميں اللہ كى راہ ميں لڑتا ہوا قتل كر ديا گيا تو يہ شخص جہنم ميں ہے، تلوار نفاق كو ختم نہيں كرتى "

    مسند احمد حديث نمبر ( 17204 ) امام منذرى رحمہ اللہ نے الترغيب والترھيب ( 2 / 208 ) ميں اسے جيد قرار ديا ہے، اور علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے صحيح الترغيب حديث نمبر ( 1370 ) ميں اسے حسن قرار ديا ہے.

    عبد اللہ بن حبشي الخثعمى رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم سے دريافت كيا گيا:

    كونسا جھاد افضل ہے ؟

    تو رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے جواب ديا:

    " جس نے مشركوں كے خلاف اپنے مال اور اپنى جان سے جھاد كيا "

    عرض كيا گيا: تو كونسا قتل زيادہ شرف والا ہے ؟

    نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے جواب ديا:

    " جس كا خون بہا ديا گيا ہو، اور اس كے گھوڑے كى كوچيں كاٹ ڈالى گئى ہوں "

    سنن ابو داود حديث نمبر ( 1449 ) سنن نسائى حديث نمبر ( 2526 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے صحيح الترغيب حديث نمبر ( 1318 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.


    جابر رضى اللہ تعالى عنہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:

    " حمزہ بن عبد المطلب سيد الشھداء ہيں، اور وہ شخص جو ايك ظالم حكمران كے سامنے اٹھ كھڑا ہو اور اسے امر بالمعروف كا حكم دے اور نہى عن المنكر يعنى برائى سے منع كرے تو وہ حكمران اسے قتل كر دے "

    مستدرك الحاكم اسے علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے السلسلۃ الاحاديث الصحيحۃ حديث نمبر ( 374 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.


    اور رہا مسئلہ شہداء كى برزخى زندگى كا كہ وہ اپنے رب كے پاس زندہ ہيں، اس ميں اللہ تعالى اپنے شہيد بندوں كى جنت كى نعمتوں كے ساتھ خاطر تواضع كرتا ہے، اور وہ دنيا ميں اپنى نيتوں اور اعمال ميں ايك دوسرے سے مختلف ہونے كے وجہ سے اس نعمتوں ميں بھى مختلف ہوتے ہيں.

    اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى كا فرمان ہے:

    ﴿ اور جو لوگ اللہ كى راہ ميں شہيد كر ديے گئے ہيں ان كو ہرگز مردہ نہ سمجھيں، بلكہ وہ زندہ ہيں اپنے رب كے پاس روزياں ديے جاتے ہيں ﴾.

    ﴿ اللہ تعالى نے انہيں جو اپنا فضل دے ركھا ہے اس سے بہت خوش ہيں اور خوشياں منا رہے ہيں ان لوگوں كى بابت جو اب تك ان سے نہيں ملے، ان كے پيچھے ہيں، اس پر كہ انہيں نہ تو كوئى خوف ہے، اور نہ وہ غمگين ہونگے ﴾.

    ﴿ وہ خوش ہوتے ہيں اللہ كى نعمت اور فضل سے اور اس سے بھى كہ اللہ تعالى ايمان والوں كے اجر كو برباد نہيں كرتا ﴾آل عمران ( 169 - 171).

    اور ايك دوسرے مقام پر ارشاد بارى تعالى ہے:

    ﴿ اور جو لوگ اللہ كى راہ ميں شہيد كر ديےگئے ہيں انہيں مردہ مت كہو، بلكہ وہ زندہ ہيں ليكن تمہيں اس كا شعور نہيں ﴾البقرۃ ( 154 ).

    شيخ ابن عثيمين رحمہ اللہ تعالى كہتے ہيں:

    " اور وہ اپنے رب كے ہاں زندہ ہيں " جيسا كہ آل عمران كى آيت ميں ہے سے مراد برزخى زندگى ہے جس كى كيفيت كا ہميں علم نہيں، اور نہ ہى وہ زندگى كھانے پينے كى محتاج ہے اور نہ ہى ہوا كى جس سے جسم قائم رہ سكے؛ اسى ليے اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے فرمايا ہے:

    ﴿ ليكن تمہيں اس كا شعور نہيں ﴾.

    يعنى تم ان كى زندگى كا شعور نہيں ركھتے؛ كيونكہ يہ برزخى اور غيبى زندگى ہے؛ اور اگر ايسى نہ ہوتى تو اللہ تعالى ہميں اس كى خبر ديتے جسے ہم جانتے تھے....

    آيت كے فوائد ميں ايك فائدہ يہ ہے كہ: شہداء كى زندگى كا ثبوت ہے، ليكن يہ زندگى برزخى ہے جو دنياوى زندگى كى مثل نہيں؛ بلكہ اس سے عظيم الشان اور اجل حيثيت ركھتى ہے، جس كى كيفيت كا آپ علم نہيں ركھتے " انتہى.

    تفسير سورۃ البقرۃ ( 2 / 176 - 177 ).

    ابن رجب حنبلى رحمہ اللہ تعالى باب " برزخ ميں مردوں كى روح كى جگہ كا بيان " كے تحت كہتے ہيں:

    اور رہے شہيد تو اكثر علماء كرام كا مسلك يہ ہے كہ وہ جنت ميں ہيں، اور اس كے متعلق احاديث كثرت سے ملتى ہيں:

    صحيح مسلم ميں حديث ہے مسروق رحمہ اللہ بيان كرتے ہيں كہ ميں نے عبد اللہ بن مسعود رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما سے اس آيت:

    ﴿ اور جو لوگ اللہ كى راہ ميں شہيد كر ديے گئے ہيں ان كو ہرگز مردہ نہ سمجھيں، بلكہ وہ زندہ ہيں اپنے رب كے پاس روزياں ديے جاتے ہيں ﴾.

    كے متعلق دريافت كيا تو وہ فرمانے لگے:

    ہم نے بھى اس كے متعلق دريافت كيا تو آپ نے فرمايا:

    " ان كى روحيں سبز پرندوں كے پيٹ ميں ہيں اور ان كى قنديليں عرش كے ساتھ معلق ہيں، وہ جنت ميں جہاں چاہے پھرتے اور سير كرتے ہيں اور پھر ان قنديلوں ميں آكر رہتے ہيں " .....

    صحيح مسلم حديث نمبر ( 1887 ).

    مسند احمد اور سنن ابو داود اور مستدرك حاكم ميں سعيد بن جبير رحمہ اللہ سے حديث مروى ہے وہ ابن عباس رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما سے بيان كرتے ہيں كہ رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:

    " جب تمہارے بھائى جنگ احد ميں شہيد ہوئے تو اللہ تعالى نے ان كى روحوں كو سبز پرندوں كے پيٹ ميں ركھ ديا، وہ جنت كى نہروں پر جاتے اور جنت كے پھل كھاتے اور پھر عرش كے سائے ميں لٹكى ہوئى سونے كى قنديلوں ميں آ كر رہتے ہيں، جب انہوں نے اپنے رہنے چلنے پھرنے كى جگہ اور كھانا پينا حاصل كر ليا تو وہ كہنے لگے: ہمارى جانب سے ہمارے بھائيوں كو كون خبر ديگا كہ ہم جنت ميں زندہ ہيں اور ہميں رزق ديا جا رہا ہے، تا كہ وہ لڑائى اور جنگ ميں سستى اور كاہلى نہ دكھائيں، اور جھاد سے پيچھے نہ رہيں، تو اللہ نے فرمايا:

    ميں تمہارى جانب سے انہيں خبر دونگا، تو اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے يہ آيت نازل فرمائى:

    ﴿ اور جو لوگ اللہ كى راہ ميں شہيد كر ديے گئے ہيں ان كو ہرگز مردہ نہ سمجھيں، بلكہ وہ زندہ ہيں اپنے رب كے پاس روزياں ديے جاتے ہيں ﴾.

    علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے صحيح الترغيب حديث نمبر ( 1379 ) ميں اسے حسن قرار ديا ہے.

    اور امام ترمذى اور امام حاكم رحمہ اللہ نے ابن عباس رضى اللہ تعالى عنہما سے حديث بيان كى ہے كہ نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:

    " ميں نے جعفر بن ابى طالب كو فرشتوں كے ساتھ فرشتہ ہو كر جنت ميں دو پروں كے ساتھ اڑتے ہوئے ديكھا " انتہى.

    علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ نے صحيح الترغيب حديث نمبر ( 13762 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.
