Dennoch dafür während dessen Geheime Treffen haben, um seine Laison mit dem angeblichen Feind nicht ganz beenden zu müssen. It is with profound sorrow that I have learnt of the passing away of 'Shujaa' Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, former President of the Republic of South Africa and an outstanding African statesman and icon. On behalf of the Government and people of the Republic of Kenya and on my own behalf, I wish to express our deepest condolences to the family and friends of the late Mandela and to the people of the Republic of South Africa. I have dispatched messages of my heartfelt sympathy to His Excellency President Jacob Zuma, and to Mama Graca Machel. We share the pain of this irreplaceable loss and mourn with our South African brothers and sisters. Our prayers are with them at this moment of national grief. President Nelson Mandela was an exceptional transformational leader who was gifted with unique, admirable abilities and strong values. He believed in the noble principles of equity, justice, cohesiveness and inclusiveness in governance. He had faith and confidence in the ability of his people to realize the dream of a free, united and prosperous South Africa. Mandela lived and worked for a world in which people should live together in peace and tranquility regardless of colour, race or religion. His strong belief in Africa and its people epitomized the best of the Pan-Africanism spirit. His courage to confront apartheid transcended across the world and propelled the fight against colonialism and discrimination. As a free man, President Mandela led the fight to free Africa not only from political bondage but equally important from the scourge of disease, poverty, poor governance and illiteracy -- ills of modern life. President Nelson Mandela embodied the power of hope; and believed in the power of forgiveness. He bequeathed us the understanding that we can and should unconditionally forgive those who wrong us. He was a firm believer that reconciliation is an imperative and is possible. His life story teaches the great lesson of the power of will in turning adversity to victory. In his humility President Mandela did what was right, made tremendous sacrifices and did not seek any form of personal praise. In short, President Mandela's name is cast on the echelons of history. His image and standing among all men will forever stand tall. Madiba's story defined and reflected the history and struggles of our continent. In President Mandela, we learn never to backtrack in our journey to chart our destiny. We have the responsibility of living by the ideals that he stood for. Only the truly exceptional people leave their mark in the world and Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was one of those. Madiba was a child and traditional chief of the Transkei and a leader in this world. We will miss this most cherished of Africa's sons, a true African "shujaa". President Nelson Mandela lived an extraordinary life in an ordinary way. His legacy encrypts the story of humanity, now and tomorrow. South Africa, Africa and the whole world is a witness of Madiba's goodwill. Fare thee well, Tata Madiba!

then today @ sheria hse i found sam pple seated on stones and cartons drinking milk, afia and eating bananas and other stuffs finally i came to understand they were squatters waiting b addressed by one the "biggies" pattably as i was getting out i found Kuttuny addressing them and their chairman reporting their grievances but to te surprise only our only sisters and bros from central who claim to b squatters y not luos,luhyas. juz concerned

FATWA 10 ULAMA BESAR SAUDI TENTANG PENGUASA YANG BERHUKUM DENGAN SELAIN SYARI'AH ISLAM oleh Fuad Al Hazimi 1. SYAIKHUL ISLAM MUHAMMAD BIN ABDUL WAHHAB Makna Thoghut menurut Syaikhul Islam Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhab adalah : "Segala sesuatu yang diibadahi selain Allah, diikuti dan ditaati dalam perkara‐perkara yang bukan ketaatan kepada Allah dan Rasul‐Nya , sedang ia ridha dengan peribadatan tersebut". Syaikh Muhammad Bin Abdul Wahhab menjelaskan : "Thaghut itu sangat banyak, akan tetapi para pembesarnya ada lima, yaitu : Setan yang mengajak untuk beribadah kepada selain Allah. Penguasa dzalim yang merubah hukum‐hukum Allah. Orang‐orang yang berhukum dengan selain hukum yang diturunkan Allah. Sesuatu selain Allah yang mengaku mengetahui ilmu ghaib. Sesuatu selain Allah yang diibadahi dan dia ridha dengan peribadatan tersebut. 2. FATWA SYAIKH AL ALLAMAH IMAM MUHAMMAD AL AMIN ASY SYANGGITI –RAHIMAHULLAH- , SYAIKH NYA PARA MASYAYIKH DAN MUFTI KERAJAAN SAUDI : وبهذه النصوص السماوية التي ذكرنا يظهر غاية الظهور أن الذين يتّبعون القوانين الوضعية التي شرعها الشيطان على لسان أوليائه مخالفة لما شرعه الله جل وعلا على ألسنة رسله [عليهم الصلاة والسلام] أنه لا يشك في كفرهم وشركهم إلاّ من طمس الله بصيرته وأعماه عن نور الوحي... فتحكيم هذا النظام في أنفس المجتمع وأموالهم وأعراضهم وأنسابهم وعقولهم وأديانهم، كفر بخالق السموات والأرض وتمرّد على نظام السماء الذي وضعه من خلق الخلائق كلها وهو أعلم بمصالحها سبحانه وتعالى (أضواء البيان جـ4 صـ 83- 84) "Berdasar nash-nash yang diwahyukan Allah dari langit yg telah kami sebutkan di atas, telah nyata senyata-nyatanya bahwasanya orang-orang yang mengikuti undang-undang buatan manusia yang disyari'atkan oleh setan melalui mulut para pengikutnya yang bertentangan dengan syari'ah Allah Azza Wa Jalla yang diturunkan melalui lisan para Rasul-Nya –alaihimus sholaatu wat tasliem- BAHWA SESUNGGUHNYA TIDAK DIRAGUKAN LAGI TENTANG TELAH KAFIR DAN SYIRIK NYA ORANG-ORANG ITU, kecuali bagi orang yang mata hatinya telah tertutup dan buta dari cahaya wahyu Allah. MAKA PENERAPAN UNDANG-UNDANG INI DALAM MENGATUR URUSAN JIWA, HARTA, KEHORMATAN KETURUNAN (NASAB), AKAL DAN AGAMA SUATU MASYARAKAT ADALAH KEKUFURAN TERHADAP SANG PENCIPTA LANGIT DAN BUMI dan pengkhianatan terhadap nizham (undang-undang/syari'ah) dari langit yang berasal dari Pencipta seluruh makhluk, dan Dia lah Yang Maha Mengetahui mashlahah bagi seluruh makhluk-Nya". (Tafsir Adhwa'ul Bayan juz 4 hal 83 – 84) 3. FATWA SYAIKH MUHAMMAD SHALIH IBN UTSAIMIN (KIBAR ULAMA SAUDI) TENTANG PENGUASA NEGARA-NEGARA DI DUNIA YANG TIDAK MENERAPKAN SYARI'AH ISLAM من لم يحكم بما أنزل الله استخفافاً به أو احتقاراً له أو اعتقاداً أن غيره أصلح منه وأنفع للخلق فهو كافرٌ كفراً مخرجاً من الملة، ومن هؤلاء من يصنعون للناس تشريعات تخالف التشريعات الإسلامية، لتكون منهاجاً يسير عليه الناس، فإنهم لم يصنعوا تلك التشريعات المخالفة للشريعة إلاّ وهم يعتقدون أنها أصلح وأنفع للخلق، إذ من المعلوم بالضرورة العقلية والجبلة الفطرية أن الإنسان لا يعدل عن منهاج إلى منهاج يخالفه إلاّ وهو يعتقد فضل ما عدل إليه ونقص ما عدل عنه "Barangsiapa yang tidak menetapkan hukum dengan syari'ah Allah, disebabkan meremehkan, menganggap enteng, atau berkeyakinan bahwa undang-undang lain lebih baik dibanding syari'at Islam maka orang itu TELAH KAFIR KELUAR DARI ISLAM. Dan di antara mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang menyusun dan membuat undang-undang yang bertentangan dengan syari'at Islam, undang-undangitu mereka buat agar menjadi aturan dan tata nilai dalam kehidupan manusia. Mereka itu tidak membuat menyusun undang-undang dan aturan hukum yang adalah mereka yang menyusun dan membuat undang-undang yang bertentangan dengan syari'at Islam kecuali karena mereka berkeyakinan bahwa undang-undang itu lebih baik dan lebih bermanfaat bagi manusia. Dengan demikian sudah menjadi sesuatu yang diketahui secara pasti baik oleh logika maupun naluri akal manusia bahwa manakala seseorang berpaling dari sebuah manhaj lalu pindah ke manhaj yang lain kecuali karena dia meyakini bahwa manhaj barunya itu lebih baik dibanding manhaj yang lama" (Majmu'atul Fatwa wa Rosail Syaikh Utsaimin juz 2 hal 143) 4. FATWA SYAIKH ABDUL AZIZ BIN BAZ ولا إيمان لمن اعتقد أن أحكام الناس وآراءهم خير من حكم الله تعالى ورسوله أو تماثلها وتشابهها أو تَرَكَهَا وأحلّ محلّها الأحكام الوضعية والأنظمة البشرية وإن كان معتقداً أن أحكام الله خيرٌ وأكمل وأعدل "Dan tidak ada lagi iman bagi orang yang berkeyakinan bahwa hukum-hukum buatan manusia dan pendapat mereka lebih baik dibanding hukum allah, atau menganggap sama, atau menyerupainya, atau meninggalkan hukum Allah dan Rasul-Nya tu kemudian menggantinya dengan undang-undang buatan manusia walaupun ia meyakini bahwa hukum allah lebih baik dan lebih adil" (Risalah Ibn Baz "Wujub Tahkim Syari'a Allah wa nabdzi ma khaalafahu, Syaikh Bin Baz) 5. FATWA SYAIKH ABU BAKAR JABIR AL JAZAIRY (PENULIS KITAB MINHAJUL MUSLIM) من مظاهر الشرك في الربوبيّة : الخنوع للحكّام غير المسلمين، والخضوع التامّ لهم، وطاعتهم بدون إكراه منهم لهم، حيث حكموهم بالباطل، وساسوهم بقانون الكفر والكافرين فأحلّوا لهم الحرام وحرّموا عليهم الحلال. "Di antara tanda-tanda kemusyrikan yang nampak jelas adalah ketundukan kepada para pemimpin yang bukan dari golongan kaum muslimin serta kepatuhan yg mutlak kepada mereka dan ketaatan sepenuhnya kepada mereka tanpa adanya unsur paksaan di saat mana mereka menerapkan hukum yang bathil serta mengatur negara mereka dengan undang-undang kufur, mereka menghalalkan bagi rakyat mereka apa-apa yg diharamkan Allah dan mengharamkan yg dihalalkan Allah" (Minhajul Muslim) 6. FATWA SYAIKH SHALIH FAUZAN AL FAUZAN : فمن احتكم إلى غير شرع الله من سائر الأنظمة والقوانين البشرية فقد اتخذ واضعي تلك القوانين والحاكمين بها شركاء لله في تشريعه قال تعالى "Barangsiapa yang menetapkan hukum dengan selain syari'at Allah, yaitu dengan Undang-undang dan aturan manusia maka mereka telah menjadikan para pembuat hukum itu sebagai Ilah tandingan selain allah dalam tasyri' (Wafaqat ma'a Asy Syaikh Al Albany 46) 7. FATWA SYAIKH AL ALLAMAH ABDULLAH AL JIBRIN : وقال تعالى {ما فرّطنا في الكتاب من شيء}... فنقول: معلومٌ أن القوانين الوضعية التي فيها مخالفةٌ للشريعة أن اعتقادها والديانة بها خروجٌ عن الملة ونبذٌ للشريعة وحكمٌ بحكم الجاهلية، وقد قال الله تعالى {أَفَحُكْمَ الجاهليّةِ يبغون ومن أحسنُ من الله حُكماً لقومٍ يُوقنونَ} فحكم الله أحسنُ الأحكام وأولاها، وليس لأحدٍ تغييره وتبديله، فإذا جاء الإسلام بإيجاب عبادةٍ من العبادات فليس لأحدٍ أن يغيرها كائناً من كان، أميراً أو وزيراً أو ملكاً أو قائداً... فإذا حَكَمَ الله في أمرٍ من الأمور فليس لأحدٍ أن يتعدى حكم الله تعالى {ومن لم يحكم بما أنزل الله فأولئك هم الكافرون} كما أخبر بذلك " Allah Ta'ala Berfirman : "Tiadalah Kami alpakan sesuatupun dalam Al-Kitab" (QS Al An'am 38) (Beliau menjelaskan ayat ini ) : "Maka kami katakan : "Sudah diketahui secara pasti bahwasanya undang-undang buatan manusia yang di dalamnya terdapat (aturan-aturan hukum) yang bertentangan dengan Syari'ah Allah, BAHWASANYA MEYAKININYA DAN MENJADIKANNYA ATURAN HIDUP ADALAH PERBUATAN YG MENGELUARKAN PELAKUNYA DARI ISLAM, SERTA MENGHANCURKAN SYARI'AH ALLAH SERTA BERHUKUM DENGAN HUKUM JAHILIYYAH". " Allah Ta'ala Berfirman : Apakah hukum Jahiliyah yang mereka kehendaki, dan (hukum) siapakah yang lebih baik daripada (hukum) Allah bagi orang-orang yang yakin ?" (QS Al Maidah 50) Hukum Allah adalah sebaik-baik hukum serta yang paling utama dan tidak ada seorang pun yang diperbolehkan untuk merubah atau menggantinya. Maka tatkala Islam datang dengan mewajibkan suatu ibadah, tidak ada seorang pun yang merubahnya, siapa pun dia. Baik dia seorang Amir (pemimpin), menteri, raja atau panglima. Manakla Allah telah menetapkan sebuah aturan hukum dalam suatu masalah di antara masalah-masalah kehidupan manusia, maka tidak ada satu pun yang boleh menentang aturan Allah itu : "Barangsiapa yang tidak memutuskan menurut apa yang diturunkan Allah, maka mereka itu adalah orang-orang yang kafir [1]." FATWA SYAIKH ABDURRAHMAN AS SA'DY قال في تفسير قوله تعالى {ألم تر إلى الذين يزعمون أنهم آمنوا بما أنزل إليك} أن: (الرد إلى الكتاب والسنة شرط في الإيمان، فدل ذلك على أن من لم يرد إليهما مسائلَ النزاع فليس بمؤمن حقيقة، بل مؤمن بالطاغوت ... فإن الإيمان يقتضي الإنقياد لشرع الله وتحكيمه، في كل أمر من الأمور، فمن زعم أنه مؤمن، واختار حكم الطاغوت على حكم الله فهو كاذب في ذلك Beliau menafsirkan ayat : "Apakah kamu tidak memperhatikan orang-orang yang mengaku dirinya telah beriman kepada apa yang diturunkan kepadamu dan kepada apa yang diturunkan sebelum kamu ? Mereka hendak berhakim kepada thaghut, padahal mereka telah diperintah mengingkari thaghut itu. Dan syaitan bermaksud menyesatkan mereka (dengan) penyesatan yang sejauh-jauhnya". (QS An Nisa' 60) "Bahwasanya mengembalikan semua urusan kepada Al Qur'an dan Sunnah adalah syarat keimanan. Ini menunujukkan bahwa barangsiapa yg menolak untuk mengembalikan urusan yang dipertentangkan kepada Al Qur'an dan Sunnah ia tidak beriman secara sungguh-sungguh, BAHKAN IA TELAH BERIMAN KEPADA THOGHUT. Karena sesungguhnya iman menuntut adanya

بعدين عملنا ثورة جالنا نظام بيقولنا " و أنا أعملكم أيه الدولة العميقة مش سايباني أشتغل"
و أخيرا جالنا نظام " و أنا أعملكم أيه و الإخوان خاربين البلد"
التلات أنظمة دول كانوا مكسوفين يقولوا لنا " و أنا أعملكم ايه.. طلعت ما بعرفش"
لأن ما أعرفش ليها دلالات أبيحة في المجتمع المصري ال.... متدين بطبعه

Brotherhood Lessons & Events
Allah says in the Qur'aan, "Help you one another in Al-Birr and At-Taqwa (virtue, righteousness and piety); but do not help one another in sin and transgression. And fear Allah, verily Allah is severe in punishment." [Al-Maa`idah: 2]
Here Allah encourages the believers to aid one another upon all that is good and prohibits us from aiding one another in disobedience. Thus, it is not befitting that a Muslim should aid the Shaytaan against his brother, which without doubt is great evil. Rather, it is upon us to aid our brothers in good and support them when they stumble. We should be as the Prophet (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam) described,
"A believer to another believer is like a building whose different parts enforce each other." Then he clasped his hands with his fingers interlaced.
Abu Salama related that Abu Hurayra said, "The Prophet, (sallAllahu 'alayhi wa sallam), was brought a man who was drunk and ordered that he be beaten. Some of us beat him with their hands, some beat him with their sandals, and some beat him with their garments. When he left, a man said, 'What is the matter with him? May Allah disgrace him!' The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, 'Do not help shaytaan against your brother.'"
'Umar (radhiAllahu 'anhu) said "...if you see that one of you has slipped, correct him, pray for him and do not help shaytaan against him." [Tafseer al-Qurtubi, 15/256]
So instead of aiding the shaytaan against our brothers, we must join forces with them for the Sake of Allah and aid one another in waging war against the accursed shaytaan and his army.
Shaykh Taamir Fatooh (hafidhahullah) will expound on this issue and by the Permission of Allah we will all be inspired and have our zeal renewed to aid our brothers in good rather than aiding the shaytaan against them.
We ask Allah to grant us all lasting eemaan, true certainty and beneficial knowledge and that He (Subhaanah) makes us from those who truly love for our brothers what we love for ourselves.
