يهود بني قينقاع والمسلمون في المدينة حكاية "تعايش غادر"
الإسلام في مواجهة اليهود- غزوة بني قينقاع (50)
غزوة بني قينقاعفي هذا المقال وما بعده نتحدث عن الحروب الشاملة التي خاضها النبيُ (ص) والمسلمون معه ضد اليهود الذين تآمروا على الإسلام ونقضوا عهودَهم ومواثيقَهم. فمن المعلوم أن ممارساتِ اليهود المعاديةَ والتخريبيةَ قد هيأت الجو للتخلص بالتدريج وعلى مراحل من بغيهم وإفسادهم ومكرهم وتآمرهم، وكان أولُ ما قام به النبي (ص) هو مواجهةَ قبيلةِ بني قينقاع اليهودية وإعلانَ الحرب عليهم لإجلائهم عن المدينة المنورة.
والسببُ الذي حمل الرسول (ص) على البدء بإجلاء بني قينقاع من دون سائر اليهود هو أنهم كانوا يسكنون داخل المدينة المنورة وفي حي من أحيائها، وكانوا أولَ من غدر وخان وتآمر على الإسلام والمسلمين من اليهود، فكان لا بد للنبي (ص) من أن يطهر المدينةَ المنورة عاصمةَ الدولة الإسلامية من هذا العدو الداخلي الذي يطعن في الظهر ويحوك المؤامرات، ويرتكب الخيانات. ويذكر المؤرخون في هذا الصدد: أن بني قينقاع كانوا قد عاهدوا النبي (ص) على المسالمة وعدمِ معاونة ومساعدة أعدائه، فلما كانت حربُ بدر أظهروا البغي والحسد، ونقضوا العهد الذي كان بينهم وبين النبي (ص)، وكانوا أولَ من استجاب لطلب قريش في نصب العِدَاء للمسلمين والغدرِ بهم.
وقد صعّدوا من تحديهم للمسلمين عندما دخلت امرأةٌ مسلمة سوق الصاغة في المدينة التي كانت تحت سيطرتهم، فجلست عند صائغ منهم لأجل حُليٍّ لها، فاجتمع عليها عددٌ من اليهود وأرادوها أن تكشف عن وجهها.. فأبتْ، فعمد يهوديٌ حاقدٌ من خلفها ومن حيث لا تعلم فعقد طرفَ ثوبها إلى ظهرها، فلما قامت انكشفت سوأتُها فضحكوا منها وسخروا، فصاحت المرأة تستغيث بالمسلمين، فوثب رجل من المسلمين على من فعل ذلك بالمرأة فقتله.
اليهود يعتدون على عرض المسلمين :
رسم تعبيري عن الحادثة التي وقعت في سوق بني قينقاعفهجم اليهودُ على المسلم فقتلوه، فاستنجد أهلُ المسلم بالمسلمين ووقعَ الشرُ بينهم وبين يهودِ بني قينقاع ، وبعدما علم النبي (ص) بذلك جمع اليهود في سوقهم، وحذَّرَهم من الإساءة للمسلمين وطلبَ منهم أن يكفوا عن الأذى والفساد ويلتزموا بالعهد والاتفاقِ الموقعِ بينهم وبينه أو يُنزِلَ بهم ما أنزلَه بقريش في حرب بدر، وكان مما قاله لهم: "يا معشر اليهود احذروا من الله مثلَ ما نزل بقريش من النَّقِمَة وأسلموا، فإنكم قد عَرَفتم أني نبيٌ مرسل، تجدون ذلك في كتابكم وعهدِ الله إليكم". فاستخفوا بوعيده وكان موقفُهُم من هذا الإنذار أن أجابوا الرسول بكل جرأة وتبجح كما هي عادتُهُم في كل زمان: "يا محمد، لا يغرنَّك أنك لقيتَ قوماً لا علم لهم بالحرب فأصبت منهم فرصة، إنا والله لئن حاربناك لتعلمنّ أنَّا نحن الناس، وسترى منا ما لم تَرَهُ من غيرنا".
ويظهر من هذا الرد أن بني قينقاع كانوا يعتمدون على مساعدة حلفائهم من الخزرج، حيث كان هناك تحالفٌ بين الطرفين في الجاهلية كما أنهم كانوا يعتمدون على خبرتهم العسكرية وشجاعتهم وكثرتِهم ومعرفتِهم بالحرب، إذ لا يُتصورُ أن قبيلةً صغيرةً كقبيلة بني قينقاع تجرؤ على إعلان الحرب ضد أغلب قبائلِ يثربَ المسلمة إذا كانت لا تملك شيئاً من مقومات النصر المحتمل، ولكنَّ كثرتَهُم وخبرتَهُمُ العسكرية لم تغنِ عنهم شيئاً، كما أن حلفائَهم الخزرج خذلوهم فلم يتحركوا لنجدتهم عندما حاصرهم النبيُ (ص) ولم يفعلوا لهم شيئاً.
ويقول المؤرخون: إنه بعد أن اتخذ اليهود هذا الموقفَ الذي أعلنوا فيه الحرب على المسلمين أنزل اللهُ على نبيه (ص) قوله تعالى: {قل للذين كفروا ستُغلبُون وتُحشرُون إلى جهنمَ وبئس المِهَاد/قد كان لكم آيةٌ في فئتين التقتا ، فئةٌ تقاتلُ في سبيل الله، وأخرى كافرةٌ يرونهم مِثْلَيْهم رأيَ العين واللهُ يؤيدُ بنصره من يشاءُ إن في ذلك لعبرةً لأولي الأبصار} آل عمران/12 – 13. كما أنزل اللهُ قولَه تعالى: {وإمَّا تخافنَّ من قوم خيانةً فانْبِذْ إليهم على سواء إن الله لا يحبُّ الخائنين} الأنفال/58.
ولذلك لم يبق أمام النبي (ص) إلا أن يقاتلهم، فسار إليهم بجيش كان عدده نحو سبعِمئةِ مقاتل وسلم الرايةَ لعلي بن أبي طالب (ع)، وحاصرَهم في حصونهم خمسَ عَشْرَةَ ليلةً أشدَّ حصار، فقذف اللهُ في قلوبهم الخوف والرعب، فاستسلموا وطلبوا من النبي (ص) أن يخليَ سبيلَهم وينفيَهُم من المدينة على أن يكون لهم نساؤُهُم وأولادُهُم، وله أموالُهُم وأسلحتُهُم، فقبل النبيُ (ص) منهم ذلك فأفرج عن نسائِهم وأخذَ أموالَهم وأسلحتَهم ووزعَهَا بين المسلمين، وطردَهم من المدينة إلى منطقة أذرِعَات بالشام. ويقال: إنه لم تدُرْ عليهمُ السنةُ حتى هَلَكوا هناك جميعاً.
يهود المدينة كانوا أشد خطرا على الرسول والإسلاموفي نص آخر: إنهم بعد أن استسلموا أُنزلوا من حصونهم وكُتفوا وأراد النبيُ (ص) قتلهم فتدخل عبدُ الله بنُ أبي رئيسُ المنافقين، وكان حليفاً لهم، وأصرَّ على النبي (ص) أن يتركهم، فاستجابَ النبيُ (ص) إلى طلبهم وأجلاَهم عن المدينة بعد أن صادر أموالَهم وأسلحتَهم.
وعلى أي حال فإننا نقف مع بعض أهداف حرب بني قينقاع ونتائِجِها لنسجلَ الأمورَ التالية:
أولاً: إن حرب المسلمين لبني قينقاع وهم أشجعُ اليهود وأكثرُهُم مالاً وقوةً ونفوذاً والقضاءَ عليهم، معناه: أنه من السهل على المسلمين القضاءُ على الآخرين من الأعداء ممن هم أقلُ منهم قوةً وعدداً ومالاً، وكذلك فإن المسلمين إذا رأوا أنهم قد استطاعوا القضاءَ على أشجع اليهود وأكثرِهم قوةً فإنهم سوف يتشجعون للقضاء على من سواهم من الأعداء ولا يبقى مجالٌ للخوف ولا للتردد. كما أن ذلك معناه: أن اليهود مهما امتلكوا من القوة والنفوذ والإمكاناتِ المادية فإنهم سوف ينهارون أمام إرادة المسلمين وعزمِهم وجهادِهم عندما يعتمدُ المسلمون خِيار الجهاد والمقاومة ويوجهون ضرباتِهم المحكمةَ إلى مواقع هذا العدو ونقاط ضعفه.
ونحن نعتقد أن الصهاينةَ اليوم على الرُغم من تفوقهم العسكري على كثير من الدول العربية والاسلامية وحركات المقاومة إلا أن نقطة ضعفهم المركزية هي في الأمن، فإذا استطاعت المقاومة اليوم أن تسلب الأمن من حياة الصهاينة في فلسطين وفي المستعمرات والمستوطنات والبؤر الصهيونية فلن يصمدوا كثيراً وسيرحلون عاجلاً عن أرض فلسطين وعن بقية الأراضي العربية المحتلة.هذا اولاً.
ثانياً: إن تحالف عبدِ الله بنِ أبي مع اليهود وإصرارَه على النبي (ص) لكي يُخليَ سبيلَ بني قينقاع يدل على عمق العلاقة التي كانت تربط المنافقين باليهود وعلى أهدافهم المشتركةِ في مواجهة الإسلام والمسلمين.
ثالثاً: إن استجابة النبي (ص) لابن أُبي في إخلاء سبيل بني قينقاع، كانت تهدفُ إلى الحفاظ على الجبهة الداخلية من التصدع، ولولا ذلك فلربما كان الأمرُ بين المسلمين والمنافقين سينتهي إلى النزاعات المكشوفة والمواجهاتِ العلنية، الأمرُ الذي لم يكن لمصلحة الإسلام والمسلمين في تلك الرحلة. فإن الإبقاء على العلاقات الحسنة مع المنافقين في تلك الظروف كان أمراً ضرورياً لكسب أكبرِ عددٍ منهم في المستقبل وكذلك من أبنائهم، كما أن إجلاء بني قينقاع كما يعتبر ضربةً نفسيةً ومعنويةً لغيرهم من اليهود في المنطقة كذلك يعتبر إضعافاً للمنافقين المتحالفين معهم.

Syria: AleppoOver 80 civilians in Adra, located in northwest of the Syrian capital of Damascus, have been executed by extremist militiamen with many others tortured and kidnapped, news websites reported Monday.
Citing a military source, Russia Today said that more than 80 people have been massacred by foreign-backed extremist militants while many others were kidnapped to be used as human shields.
Syrian army continues its large-scale operation against al-Qaeda-linked al-Nusra Front terrorist group and Liwa Al-Islam militants, who had seized control over the town earlier this week, 20 kilometers away from Damascus.
Around 1,000 militants were in the town when it was enveloped by the army on Friday, state-run SANA news agency stated.
The military sources said the "armed groups have executed civilians" in Adra, RT correspondent reported from Syria.
"For now it's established that over 80 people were killed in the areas now taken over by the army. Often whole families were murdered within three days," he said.
The number of executed civilians is expected to rise after army troops manage to recover the rest of the town - which has a population of around 20,000 - from the extremists, the military source added.
"Some families were kidnapped in order to be used as human shields in areas where the Syrian army is now trying to free the civilians," Albohaya stressed.
What the extremist militants did when they entered Adra on Wednesday morning was a "massacre," one a local resident told RT.
"The situation was terrible - with killing, atrocities, and fear as the background. Unidentified armed men came into town, but it was obvious that they were Jabhat al-Nusra militants," Muhammad Al-Said said.
"The worst crime they committed was that they toasted people in ovens used to bake bread when those people came to buy it. They kidnapped and beat up many," he added.
According to Al-Said, the rebels committed the atrocities so they could place blame on government forces.
But the resident said that Adra citizens are "waiting for Syrian troops to save us from the terrorists, who came from other countries."
Iraqi Al-Ahd television says this is the reason the Syrian army is abstaining from using artillery on Sunday.
"The military sources also said that the other kidnapped families were moved to the area south of Adra in the direction of the town of Duma, which has been the opposition's strategic backland since the Syrian crisis erupted in mid-March 2011. It's also where the most important militant groups' fortifications are situated," Albohaya said.
The presence of opposition militants remains strong in Adra, with "snipers entrenched in high-rise buildings," he added. "Many opposition militant groups are still acting in areas outside and within the town."
The army's special forces have performed several successful operations against those groups, which have resulted in the deaths of dozens of militants, the military source said.
The military is storming every house and has already freed dozens of families from the militants, Al-Ahd reported.
The army troops have cornered a highway leading to the international airport in Damascus, which is situated four kilometers away from Adra.
The military does not exclude the possibility that militants will break through the blockade in this direction, putting the nearby town of Dahiyat al Asad in danger, according to Al-Ahd.
The Syrian national military launched a wide-scale military operation in May 2013 in the country's main provinces to restore security and release citizens from terrorist threats.
Syria was hit by a violent unrest since mid-March 2011, where the Syrian government accuses foreign actors, mainly the Saudi Arabia and Turkey, of orchestrating the conflict by supporting the militant opposition groups with arms and money.

Amnesty International accused the Bahraini regime of detaining and torturing children who have taken part in pro-democracy protests against the rule of Al-Khalifa.Bahraini child
"Children are being routinely detained, ill-treated and tortured in Bahrain," the rights watchdog said.
It noted that scores of children, including some as young as 13, "were blindfolded, beaten and tortured in detention over the past two years."
"By rounding up suspected under-age offenders and locking them up, Bahrain's authorities are displaying an appalling disregard for its international human rights obligations," said Said Boumedouha, Amnesty's deputy director for the Middle East and North Africa.
The group said at least 110 children aged between 16 and 18 are held at the Dry Dock Prison, an adult facility, pending investigation or trial, over taking part in protests demanding just political participation in the Gulf island.
"Bahrain's government purports to respect human rights yet it is brazenly flouting international obligations on a routine basis by resorting to extreme measures such as imposing harsh prison sentences on children," said Boumedouha.
Bahrain is a signatory to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which defines a child as anyone below the age of 18. Amnesty said the convention explicitly prohibits torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
The organization urged Bahrain to consider "alternative penalties for children who have committed internationally recognizable criminal offences, such as probation and community service."
On March 14, 2011, troops from Saudi Arabia invaded the country to assist the Bahraini government in its crackdown on the peaceful protesters.
According to local sources, scores of people have been killed and hundreds arrested.
Physicians for Human Rights says doctors and nurses have been detained, tortured, or disappeared because they have "evidence of atrocities committed by the authorities, security forces, and riot police" in the crackdown on anti-government protesters.

Israeli Soldier Shot Dead on the Lebanese Border with Occupied Palestine
A Lebanese soldier opened fire on an Israeli patrol in the area of Naqoura southern Lebanon, killing an Israeli soldier.Israeli soldier at the border with Lebanon (Haaretz)
In response, the Israeli enemy launched flares over the area and flied helicopters.
Haaretz confirmed the death of the soldier on the Lebanese border and said the army left the it to the Israeli officials to decide on the appropriate response.
Al-Manar Website correspondent in the South reported that a general security post came under fire from the Israeli side.
The Lebanese army denied reports that a soldier went missing Sunday night and of the suspicion he was in Israeli hands.
A meeting is scheduled between Israeli and Lebanese officers at the UNIFIL headquarters.
According to the report, the Lebanese army is still investigating the incident but no formal statement has been issued.
U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said in statement that both sides were, "cooperating with the United Nations ... to ascertain the facts," and he urged both sides to exercise restraint.

Syria army continues more mop-up operations
The Syrian Army troops continue their mop-up operations to clear foreign-backed insurgents from different areas across the country, army sources said.
On Monday, Syrian forces pushed out the foreign-sponsored militants from al-Sukari, Karem Mayser, Qadi Askar and Bustan al-Kase on the outskirts of Aleppo, an unnamed military source told official SANA news agency.
The Syrian troops also destroyed weapons and ammunition belonging to the militants during the operation.
According to military sources, Syrian soldiers confronted militants that were trying to infiltrate into Syria from Lebanon, killing and wounding a number of them.
The army forces also stormed militants' hideouts in the southern city of Dara'a, eliminating their weapons and ammunition.
The gains came a day after the government troops took over key areas in the suburbs of the city of Adra near the capital Damascus. A large number of militants were killed during the operation.
Since its capture, militants have committed many atrocities against the residents of Adra. They have been involved in a series of kidnappings and executions, especially targeting religious minority groups in the city over the past few days.
The war in Syria started in March 2011, when pro-reform protests turned into a massive insurgency following the intervention of Western and regional states.
The unrest, which took in terrorist groups from across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa, has transpired as one of the bloodiest conflicts in recent history.
According to the United Nations, more than 120,000 people have been killed and millions displaced due to the turmoil that has gripped Syria for over two years.

More Swedes join terror groups to fight in Syria: Officials
At least 75 people have left Swede to fight in Syria since mid-2012, more than doubling an estimate from earlier this year, Sweden's security police, SAPO, says.
The figures which were presented on Monday highlight a rising trend seen across Europe of militants joining al-Qaeda-linked terrorist groups waging war in Syria.
Those who travel from Sweden are mainly men aged between 18 and 30. Many are new recruits, who haven't been involved with militant groups before, SAPO's chief counterterrorism analyst, Jonathan Peste, said.
In April SAPO said it believed around 30 fighters had left Sweden for Syria.
In November, a source close to Syrian presidency said that, tens of thousands of foreign militants from over 80 countries, including Saudi Arabia, the US and European countries, are fighting in Syria.

Kerry expects immediate US aid for Syria gangs
Secretary of State John Kerry says he expects the continuation of aid to Syrian militants, suspended last week following the seizure of a warehouse by foreign backed militants, to resume very quickly.
"Nobody wants to just build a warehouse up again and have it taken over again. That doesn't make sense. So we need to make sure of where we're going," Kerry said on ABC's "This Week."
However, in an apparent bid to justify future US military aid to the Syrian insurgents, Kerry said that "No one on America wants to put American troops on the ground. We could get the food in there very quickly if we did that. But that choice isn't available."
"And no one really wants to go to war in Syria because it's a huge sectarian, you know, mess, with all kinds of implications. So you have to work with the tools that you have that are permissible."
Kerry blamed the warehouse takeover on infighting within the opposition.
The secretary of State on Sunday also held out hope that the militant groups in Syrian can be reunited.
"And we've had conversations constantly — I've talked this week with foreign ministers in the region. We're working — there's a meeting that's going to take place, I think next week. People will be coming together," he said.
"We are aiming toward the Geneva 2 Conference, which will take place in January, in the latter part of January," Kerry claimed.
"It's hard, but that's the only way you're ever going to end the fighting and establish some kind of a governance structure that builds a future for the Syrian people."
According to the report, the huge defeat of the foreign-backed terrorists across the country, has added urgency to the debate over widening US military support to the militants as they admit losing and unable to win without a heavy influx of weapons and other help.

Takfiris threaten Islam - and the world
Islam is a religion of moderation and inclusion. Today, it is threatened by a Takfiri ideology of extremism, fueled by fanatics with misplaced faith in their own exclusive access to ultimate truth.
Yesterday, one of the Takfiri rebel groups in Syria, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) executed the secretary general of the so-called Free Syrian Army (FSA), Ammar al-Wawi.
The ISIL and the FSA are supposedly fighting on the same side. But the roughly 1000 rebel groups fighting against the Syrian government seem to hate each other as much as they hate Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The Takfiris execute Christians as well as Muslims. They have been brainwashed to hate anyone who doesn't think exactly as they do.
The fragmented Syrian opposition, mired in internecine conflict, is getting mopped up by government forces. The Syrian government, unlike the opposition, has managed to create a united front including Christians and secular-oriented people as well as Sunni, Shia and Sufi Muslims. Ironically, this is more in keeping with Islamic tradition than the "my way or the highway" attitude of the self-styled Islamic-extremist Takfiris.
Saudi Arabia, the world's chief sponsor of Takfiri extremists, and its ally Israel, are both panicking. The Saudis are launching a last-ditch effort to save their Syrian mercenaries by throwing six billion dollars at them. That is how the Saudis always try to solve problems.
The Israelis, meanwhile, are lobbying the US government to support the Saudi effort to save the doomed Syrian insurgents. The US establishment is split between those bought and paid for by the Saudis and Israelis, versus those committed to some version of the US national interest. The latter group is getting increasingly fed up with Takfiri and Zionist fanaticism.
Takfirism, like Zionism, is an angry ideology of aggression and exclusion. Both the Takfiris and the Zionists define themselves by excluding and hating "the other." Takfiris exclude and hate all non-Takfiris. Zionists try to exclude all non-Jewish natives of Palestine from their "Jewish state," and hate everyone who dissents from Zionist orthodoxy. Both the Takfiris and the Zionists are aggressively expansionist. The Takfiris dream of taking over the whole Ummah (Islamic nation) by force. The Zionists keep grabbing more and more land as they dream of annexing everything between the Nile and the Euphrates. As the Zionists dream of a final ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians, the Takfiris dream of a final religious cleansing of non-Takfiris. These deranged dreams are nightmares for the whole world. The Takfiris, who pose as radical Muslims, are a threat to Islam - and to the Islam-inspired politics of the Islamic Awakening.
Islam has always prospered by its inclusiveness, its reasonableness, and its ability to forge coalitions. From the early days when the Prophet (PBUH) and his companions created the Constitution of Medina and forged alliances with a wide variety of tribes of different faiths, Islam has always included a respected place for the religious and ethnic "other" within the Islamic system. Most Muslim societies have always protected non-Muslim minorities and respected pluralism among the legal schools of Islam.
During the heyday of the Ottoman empire, thousands of Jews and Christians fled Europe to the Muslim lands to escape religious persecution. Andalusia (Islamic Spain) was even more pluralistic and tolerant than the Ottoman empire - and in many ways more tolerant than any modern society, as Maria Menocal explains in her book The Ornament of the World: How Muslims, Jews and Christians Created a Culture of Tolerance in Medieval Spain.
The West subjugated both Andalusia and the Ottomans through a "divide and conquer" strategy. By forging alliances with first one Muslim city-state and then another, the forerunners of the Spanish Inquisition were able to pick off the Spanish Muslim societies one by one. The Andalusians, and their fellow Muslims around the world as well as non-Muslim allies, failed to unite to defend what many believe was the most advanced society that has ever existed on Earth.
The West used a different kind of divide-and-conquer against the Ottomans. It took advantage of conflict between the Ottoman and Persian empires, and stoked the rabid fires of nationalism among the many tribal and religious groups of the Ottoman lands - while enslaving the rulers through usury. One of the Europeans' favorite tribal nationalist groups was the Wahhabis of Arabia - the forerunners of today's Takfiris. Beginning in the late 18th century, the British imperialists encouraged an alliance between the Wahhabis and the House of Saud. The British were delighted when Wahhabi fanatics massacred the people of Karbala in 1802, sparking conflict inside the House of Islam. And they were even more delighted to see the Wahhabis and their Saudi patrons become a permanent thorn in the side of the Ottomans.
During World War One - a Rothschild-sponsored holocaust designed to destroy the Ottoman empire and plant a toxic Zionist entity in the heart of Islam - the British sent their agent T.E. Lawrence to open a Saudi-Wahhabi front against the Ottomans. The destruction of the Ottoman and Persian empires, following the earlier British demolition of the Mughal empire in India, subjugated the entire Islamic world to the Rothschild-funded European imperialists.
Today, Islam is rising as the Western sun slowly sets. Hard-line Zionist strategists, inspired by British Orientalist Bernard Lewis, are fighting a rear-guard battle to stymie the Islamic resurgence and preserve and expand the Zionist empire. Once again, the Takfiris and their Saudi sponsors are doing the imperialists' dirty work.
As the West's dominant Zionist faction continues to encourage the rise of the Saudi-funded Takfiris, dissenting voices point out the potential for "blowback." These realist foreign policy experts argue that the Takfiris and their radical Zionist allies are out of control and "bad for business." The realists have managed to stop the US from bombing Syria. They have succeeded in getting a preliminary nuclear agreement with Iran, despite the opposition of the Zionist faction. Whether they will manage to rein in the extremists permanently remains to be seen. In this case, what is good for Islam is good for the world.
If Muslims can return to their traditions of inclusiveness, tolerance, and coalition-building, and avoid the Takfiri temptations of extremism and obscurantism, political Islam will continue to rise as a force for justice; and the religion of Islam will spread even faster as the reality, rather than the Takfiri distortion, becomes better known throughout the world.

Syria refugees situation getting worse in winter
The situation of Syrian refugees, who have fled the crisis in the Arab country, is becoming exacerbated with the start of the winter season, Press TV reports.
The winter season has just begun in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley that hosts thousands of Syrian refugees.
"Yesterday we did not use our portable heater because we did not have fuel for it. I covered my kids with blankets but it is not enough," said a Syrian refugee in the Khaled Jamal refugee camp in the city of Zahle.
"My feet are cold. I do not have shoes. I only have summer sandals. We also do not have water. I only wipe my feet with cloth to get the dirt off them," said a Syrian refugee child in the camp.
Meanwhile, the United Nations has expressed concern about the condition of Syrian refugees struggling with the harsh winter weather in neighboring countries such as Lebanon.
"We are worried, because it is really cold in the Bekaa region, and we're extremely worried about the refugees living in makeshift shelters, because many are really substandard," said the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in a statement released last week.s
The UN has also warned that the number of Syrian refugees will almost double over the next year.
"We are addressing the needs of a potential number of 4.1 million refugees in the end of 2014," the UN High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres said at a meeting of donor countries in the Swiss city of Geneva on Monday, adding, "There is a tragedy in the plight of the Syrian refugees."
Currently, an estimated 2.4 million refugees from Syria are residing in the neighboring countries.
The UNHCR also said on Monday that one in five residents of Lebanon is a refugee from Syria, noting that there are over 842,000 Syrian refugees in Lebanon who are living in "1,588 locations." However, Lebanese officials believe that the actual figure could be even higher.
According to the UNHCR, 30 percent of the refugees in Lebanon "live in substandard shelters" and over 70 percent are "in need of continued humanitarian assistance."
Syria has been gripped by deadly unrest since March 2011. According to reports, the Western powers and their regional allies -- especially Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey -- are supporting the militants operating inside Syria.
According to the United Nations, more than 100,000 people have been killed due to the violence in Syria.

Lebanon's army comes under attack from two points
Takfiri gunmen have attacked two Lebanese army checkpoints. The violence comes as clashes were also reported on the country's southern border. Observers say the unrest is part of a Saudi plan to destabilize Lebanon as part of the spillover of the conflict in Syria.
In almost simultaneous attacks, the Lebanese army came under fire both in the southern Lebanese city of Sidon and the country's southern border.
Two attacks in South Lebanon led to the killing of one Lebanese soldier and 4 Takfiri armed men. Experts believe the Takfiri plan is to destabilize Lebanon and drag it into the Syrian conflict. Clashes between the Lebanese and Israeli armies at Lebanon's southern border has also raised fears of a renewed Israeli aggression against Lebanon. After reports of Saudi-Israeli coordination especially in regards to the nuclear deal with Iran and a near victory for the Syrian army, experts believe Saudi Arabia could be giving more support to Takfiri groups while also pushing for an Israeli invasion of Lebanon: The gunmen who carried out the attacks against the army were identified as being part of the same group which launched an attack against the Iranian embassy in Beirut. Hezbollah's secretary General Sayyed Hassan had stressed that the group which carried out the attack was directly linked to Saudi intelligence. With growing takfiri activity in Lebanon and a continuous Israeli threat, Lebanon seems to be facing two vicious enemies who observers fear could vent their frustration of events in syria on this small country and its weak army.

US lawmakers, lobbyists rated dishonest, unethical
Lobbyists and members of Congress have been rated as the least honest and ethical professionals in the United States, according to a new survey.
A Gallup poll published on Monday showed that only 6 percent of Americans rate lobbyists as having "high" or "very high" honesty and ethical standards. In fact, lobbyists earned the lowest place out of the 22 professions on the poll.
The abysmal ranking for lobbyists is not much of a surprise since 7 out of every 10 Americans believe lobbyists have too much power in the US, according to another Gallup poll conducted in April.
US lawmakers were the next in the worst ratings with only 8 percent of people saying their representatives in Congress have high ethical standards.
Down from 9 percent in November, members of Congress continue to fail to impress the public.
Americans' low evaluations of Congress appear to be a "new normal," with average ratings below 20 percent in each of the last four years, including an average approval of 14 percent in 2013 -- the lowest in Gallup's 39-year history of this measure.
According to a McClatchy-Marist poll released on Tuesday, a plurality of Americans, 38 percent, would grade all Washington officials with an F. Another 31 percent would give them a D, and 25 percent would give them a C.
Only 1 percent of the public, well inside the margin of error, would grade their elected officials with an A, the survey found.
More Americans also disapprove of President Barack Obama's job performance than ever before, according to a joint NBC News-Wall Street Journal poll released last week. The poll indicated that 54 percent of respondents are either disappointed or dissatisfied with Obama's presidency.
The results show a continued public distrust with politicians and government that has developed in the US in the past 40 to 50 years, the report said.

Islam merupakan suatu agama yang dibawa oleh para Rasul a.s dan Nabi Muhammad SAW pembawa agama yang terakhir yang datangnya dari ALLAH SWT. Nabi Muhammad SAW adalah penyudah segala Rasul dan tiada lagi nabi sesudahnya.
Maka agama Islam dapatlah diertikan sebagai :
Petunjuk ALLAH SWT yang terakhir yang disampaikan oleh Rasul yang bernama Muhammad SAW untuk menggantikan semua peraturan serta pentunjuk yang disampaikan sebelumnya. Petunjuk seluruh dunia untuk selamanya.

Ein Mann wurde gefragt:" Was wünschst du dir?", so sagte er: "Dass ich eines Tages gesund werde." Sie sagten zu ihm:" Bist du denn nicht jeden Tag gesund?"
Er antworte ihnen: "Gesundheit ist, dass ein Tag ohne Sünden vorbeigeht."
Allahu Te'ala sagt:
In ihrem Herzen haben sie (an sich schon) eine Krankheit, und Allah hat sie (noch) kränker werden lassen. Für ihre Lügenhaftigkeit haben sie (dereinst) eine schmerzhafte Strafe zu erwarten. (Qur'an, 2:10)
فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ مَرَضٌ فَزَادَهُمُ اللَّهُ مَرَضًا وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْذِبُونَ
