Sie sollte nach Auslaufen der Urheberrechte 2015 publiziert werden. Die Staatsregierung hatte dafür schon eine halbe Million gezahlt. Nun stoppt sie das Projekt überraschend - und im Alleingang. Von Mike Szymanski Die Staatsregierung will eine Veröffentlichung von Hitlers Hetzschrift "Mein Kampf" trotz des Auslaufens der Urheberrechte im Jahr 2015 verhindern. Sie stellte sich am Dienstag mit diesem Vorstoß sogar gegen einen Beschluss des Landtags, wonach es von 2015 an eine "kommentierte, historisch-kritische Edition" von "Mein Kampf" geben sollte. Regierungschef Horst Seehofer sagte, er habe sich mit seinem Innenminister Joachim Herrmann und seinem Justizminister Winfried Bausback beraten und von ihnen die Rechtslage schildern lassen. "Ich kann nicht einen NPD-Verbotsantrag in Karlsruhe stellen und anschließend als bayerische Staatsregierung sagen, wir geben sogar unser Staatswappen dafür her und verbreiten 'Mein Kampf' - das geht schlecht." Das Institut für Zeitgeschichte in München, das bereits an einer kommentierten Fassung arbeitet, muss das Projekt damit beenden. Dort zeigte man sich überrascht über die Entscheidung. Die Staatsregierung hat für das Projekt bislang schon eine halbe Million Euro gezahlt. Staatskanzleichefin Christine Haderthauer stellte klar. "Der Auftrag ist gestoppt." Die Wende kommt völlig überraschend. Erst im Februar hatte der Landtag parteiübergreifend beschlossen, die Staatsregierung möge mit Hilfe von Experten "ergebnisoffen" eine Veröffentlichung von "Mein Kampf" prüfen. Dem Institut für Zeitgeschichte wurde bedeutet, bereits an einem Standardwerk für Bibliotheken, Schulen und Hochschulen zu arbeiten. Am 31. Dezember 2015 endet das Urheberrecht des Freistaates an "Mein Kampf". Die Politik wollte mit ihrem Vorstoß unseriösen Veröffentlichungen zuvorkommen, hieß es im Beschluss des Landtags. ANZEIGE Nun trifft die Staatsregierung die Entscheidung im Alleingang. Das Buch sei volksverhetzend, sagte Staatskanzleichefin Haderthauer. Wenn Verlage das Buch in Zukunft veröffentlichen wollten, werde die Staatsregierung Strafanzeige stellen. Die Opposition im Landtag reagierte verärgert. Der Grünen-Politiker Sepp Dürr sagte: "Das ist eine Unverschämtheit erster Güte." Die Staatsregierung könne sich nicht einfach über einen Auftrag des Landtags hinwegsetzen.

„Muslime aller Länder vereinigt Euch!" Heute schreibe ich ausnahmsweise nur an meine muslimischen Freunde. Die muslimische Welt ist zurzeit Opfer einer gefährlichen Strategie einiger Politiker des Westens. Sie lautet: „Divide et impera" – „Teile und herrsche!" Sie funktioniert, weil einige Muslime törichterweise begeistert mitmachen. Saudi-Arabien macht mobil gegen Iran (und umgekehrt), und Sunniten und Alawiten bekämpfen sich in Syrien bis aufs Blut. Auch in anderen muslimischen Ländern kracht es zunehmend zwischen den einzelnen Glaubensrichtungen. Die Feinde der Muslime im Westen freuen sich diebisch, dass sich die Muslime jetzt gegenseitig umbringen. Das erspart ihnen viel Mühe und Arbeit. Das augenblickliche Schauspiel erinnert erschreckend an die Zeit des „Dreißigjährigen Krieges", als sich Deutschland im Kampf des Protestantismus gegen den Katholizismus selbst zerstörte. Deutschlands Nachbarn mischten dabei kräftig mit. Unser Land brauchte hundert Jahre, um sich von den unvorstellbaren Verwüstungen wieder zu erholen. Wenn ich in ein muslimisches Land reise, gibt es für mich keine Sunniten, Schiiten, Alawiten, Ismaeliten, Wahabiten oder Salafisten. Für mich sind sie alle Angehörige einer großen Religion, die ich respektiere und in vielem bewundere: Für die großen kulturellen Leistungen ihrer Geschichte, die auch die westliche Zivilisation jahrhundertelang bereichert haben. Und für ihre wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit, mit der sie friedliche Fremde auch in schweren Zeiten empfangen. Dass sie sich auf westliches Kommando zunehmend bekriegen, macht mich todtraurig. Die Zukunft der muslimischen und der arabischen Welt liegt nicht im Streit, sondern in der Einigkeit. In einem neuen Verständnis panislamischer und panarabischer Ideen. Die USA sind stark, weil sie die "Vereinigten" Staaten von Amerika sind. Und Europa, weil es endlich eine "Union" ist. Nachdem es sich in zwei Weltkriegen gegenseitig so zertrümmert hatte, dass die USA Europas Führungsrolle in der Welt übernehmen konnten. In der Welt der Zukunft werden die arabischen und islamischen Länder nur dann eine angemessene Rolle spielen, wenn sie sich nicht länger auseinander dividieren lassen. Wenn sie enger zusammenarbeiten. Wirtschaftlich, kulturell, politisch und religiös. Wenn sie sich als Freunde, als Verbündete betrachten und nicht als Feinde. Wenn sie wieder das Gemeinsame ihrer Religion betonen und nicht das Trennende. Wenn alle muslimischen Glaubensrichtungen tolerant zueinander sind. "Kämpferisch tolerant", engagiert, aber gewaltlos. Das gilt selbstverständlich auch für die Muslime der westlichen Welt. Ich glaube, dass Prophet Mohammed ähnlich gedacht hat. Und dass er erwartet hätte, dass die unterschiedlichen islamischen Glaubensrichtungen unserer Zeit enger zusammenarbeiten. Er hätte das wahrscheinlich viel drastischer formuliert als ich. Das gilt auch für den Konflikt Saudi-Arabien mit Iran. Wenn einer amerikanisch-iranischen Aussöhnung jetzt eine strategische Partnerschaft zwischen dem sunnitischen Saudi-Arabien und dem schiitischen Iran folgen würde, wäre dies ein historischer Durchbruch für die gesamte islamische Welt. Der Streit zwischen diesen beiden Regionalmächten ist völlig kontraproduktiv. Das Erfolgsrezept des Islam, der am schnellsten wachsenden Religion unserer Zeit, heißt nicht: „Muslime aller Länder bringt Euch gegenseitig um", sondern: „Muslime aller Länder vereinigt Euch." Currently, the Muslim world is falling victim to a dangerous strategy developed by some politicians in the West. The essence of this policy reads in Latin, as follows: "divide et impera" - "Divide and Rule". And today it does work, because some Muslims do fall for it enthusiastically and foolishly. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are mobilizing against Iran (and vice versa) and the Sunnis and the Alawites in Syria are fighting against each other to the death. In other Muslim countries, the relations between the individual faiths are becoming more and more tense. The enemies of Muslims in the West are taking huge pleasure in the fact that Muslims do kill each other now; this does save them a lot of effort and work. The current and extremely appalling spectacle brings to one's mind the time of the Thirty Years' War, when Germany totally destroyed itself in its battle of Protestantism against Catholicism; and beware, Germany's neighbors were heavily involved in that war. Our country needed a century to recover from the unimaginable devastations. When I travel to a Muslim country, I do not see Sunnis, Shiites, Alawites, Ismailis, Wahabis or Salafis. To me, they are all members of a great religion. I respect and do admire them in many aspects for the great cultural achievements in their history, which immensely enriched the western civilization. And I admire them for their wonderful hospitality and warmth with which they do welcome peaceful strangers even in difficult times. The very fact that they increasingly fight against each other on western command (!) deeply saddens me. The future of the Muslim and Arab world does not lie in dispute, but in its unity, in a new interpretation of the pan-Islamic and the pan-Arab ideas. The United States are strong because they are the United States of America, and Europe, because there is finally a "Union", after Europe had demolished itself in two world wars so that the U.S. could realize her old dream to take over Europe's role and become herself the world's number one power. Arab and Islamic countries will only play an appropriate role in the world-to-be, if they do not allow themselves to be divided. if they cooperate more closely, economically, culturally and politically. If they look at each other as friends, as allies rather than enemies. If they emphasize the common ground of their religion and not the dividing rifts. If all Muslim denominations are tolerant towards each other. Yes, "spiritedly tolerant", and yes passionately tolerant, but at the same time non-violent! This also applies to the Muslims in the western world. I believe that Prophet Muhammad must have thought similarly and that he would have expected the various Islamic denominations of our time to work together more closely. I assume he would have formulated this in a much more drastic manner than I do. This also applies to the conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia. If a strategic partnership between Sunni Saudi Arabia and Shiite Iran would ensue in the context of the US-Iranian reconciliation, then this would be a historical breakthrough for the entire Islamic world. The dispute between these two regional powers is completely counterproductive. The recipe of success for Islam, the fastest growing religion of our time is not to say: "Muslims of all countries: Go on and kill each other" but "Muslims of the world: Unite!" Public Announcement, Wedding Feast (Walimah), Etiquettes of Coming Together Public Announcement of the Wedding The majority of the scholars say that the public announcement of the wedding is mustahabb (preferred, but less than obligatory), but authentic hadith prove that it is obligatory. It is never permissible to follow the opinions of scholars and imams once an authentic and clear hadith is found to the contrary. All of the four imams and other scholars forbid us to do this with their opinions. Az-Zuhri says that the announcement is obligatory and states that if two people get married secretly with two witnesses and ask them to keep it secret, they should be separated immediately and the woman must wait an 'iddah and receive her dowry. As we saw earlier, Imam Malik's opinion on this situation was that they be separated and never again allowed to marry. A likely reason for the opinion of many scholars being that announcement was less than obligatory is: They were either unaware of the hadith which make this clear or unaware of their authenticity. Secret marriages were not practiced in the early days, so the announcement had the appearance of being mere custom, not something specifically endorsed by the shari'a There are a number of hadith on this topic and all of them are hassan. Hassan is a rating somewhat less strong than sahih. It is the opinion of ahlus-sunnah wa al-jama'a (the mainstream of Muslims) that all hadith which are hassan or sahih are binding upon Muslims both for rulings and beliefs unless they are contradicted by a stronger form of evidence. In fact, the classification of hassan branched off from sahih - in the early days of hadith science hadith were either sahih (sound) or dha'if (unsound). Later, hassan as added as a sub-category within the sound hadith. The following hadith on the subject at hand are all hassan: "Make the marriage well-known and announce it." "That which separates the halal from the haram is the beating of the duff (drum) and voices at the wedding." As you can see, these hadith are unambiguous and show clearly that Az-Zuhri's opinion is the correct one - that public announcement of a marriage is obligatory and an essential part of the marriage (since it separates the halal from the haram). As for the percussion and singing, this is something which Islam has allowed on certain occasions, namely the two 'eids and at wedding feasts. There are various hadith which show this in the following excerpt from Albani's Adaab az-Zafaaf (The Etiquettes of Marriage): SINGING AND BEATING OF THE DUFF (BANGLELESS TAMBOURINE) It is allowed for the husband to give the women permission at his wedding to announce the wedding with beating on the duff and with allowed singing only. Allowed singing is that which does not contain descriptions of physical beauty or mention of any kind of sin. There are various hadith about this: On the authority of Ar-Rubai' bint Mu'awwadh, who said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered my house after my wedding night, and sat on my mat as close as you are now sitting to me (the address here is to the one who narrated the hadith from her). Then, some servant girls of ours began beating on the duff and singing about our ancestors who were killed at the battle of Badr. Then one of them said: "And among us is a prophet who knows what tomorrow will bring." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "Leave this and go back to what you were saying before it." On the authority of Aisha, that she took a woman to her husband, a man among the Ansar. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her: "O Aisha did you not have any singing (lit: frivolity) with your procession? Verily the Ansar love such things." In another version of this hadith, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is reported to have said: "Did you send a servant girl along with her to beat the duff and sing?" ... On the authority of Aamir ibn Saad Al-Bajliy, who said: I entered upon Qardha ibn Kaab and Abu Masud and (he mentioned one other person whose name I can't remember), and saw servant girls beating on the duff and singing. I said: "Are you all in silent acceptance of this and you are among the companions of the Messenger of Allah?!" They said: "Verily, he gave us permission for this at wedding celebrations, and for crying over the dead as long as it is not wailing." It should be noted that none of this give permission for live bands, mixing between men and women, videos, and other evils which are practiced today. All of these practices should be stopped and a wedding involving such practices should not be attended. The Walimah The welimah is the "wedding feast". The husband is required to sponsor this feast after the marriage contract, the sunnah being three days after husband and wife have been together. There are many hadith about this important practice, among them: "A wedding must have a feast." The above was spoken to Ali (May Allah be pleased with him) when he sought Fatimah, the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) daughter in marriage. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Abdur-Rahman ibn 'Auf in the form of an order: "Give a walimah, even if it is just with one sheep." As for three days, it was mentioned as the Prophet's practice when he married Safiya: On the authority of Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, who said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) entered upon his wife and sent me to invite some men for food." Also on the authority of Anas that he said: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) married Safiya, and her freedom was her dowry. He gave the banquet after three days." [Adaab Az-Zafaaf] Although many scholars view the walimah as a highly stressed sunnah, the above hadith and others favor the interpretation that it is obligatory. In any case, it clearly should not be taken lightly or neglected without strong reasons. How Much? The Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) order to Abdur-Rahman ibn 'Auf to give a feast "even if only with on sheep" would seem to set a minimum for the walimah. However, it is permissible for the walimah to be simple and not include meat according to the following hadith: "The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stayed between Khaibar and Al-Madinah for three days during which he had entered with his wife Safiya. Then I invited the Muslims to his wedding banquet. There was neither meat nor bread at his banquet. Rather, leather eating mats were brought out and on them was placed dates, dried milk, and clarified butter. The people ate their fill." Serving meat is clearly preferable, however, since it was the consistent sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and the Companions and based on the Prophet's order to Abdur-Rahman. The fact that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was on an expedition in the above narration may also have been a factor bringing into question the general applicability of the hadith. Clearly, the walimah should not involve excess or wastefulness which are forbidden at all times. This has become an almost universal custom in most Muslim countries and is an evil practice which should be stopped. Making more food than can possibly be consumed and wasting what remains is a form of tabdhir (wasting or destroying wealth), about which Allah said: "And give the relative his right and the needy and the traveler and do not waste wealth needlessly. (26) Verily, those who waste wealth are the brothers of the devils and the devil is in rebellion against his Lord." [Noble Quran 17:26-27] Who to Invite? When giving the walimah, you should invite family, friends and neighbors. It is also commendable to give some of the food in sadaqa in gratitude to Allah for the blessing of the marriage. It is very important NOT to invite only the wealthy or people of influence and ignore the poor. Rather, focus should be directed to inviting the best Muslims one knows regardless of their "social" standing. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most evil food is that of the walimah. The rich are invited to it but the poor are left out. And whoever ignores the invitation has disobeyed Allah and His Messenger" [Bukhari] It is clear from the above that if one is invited to a walimah and there is not disobedience being practiced than it is obligatory to respond to that invitation without valid excuse. This is also found explicitly in the following hadith: "When one of you is invited to a walimah, he should go." [Bukhari & Muslim] What if You are Fasting? If you are fasting an obligatory fast, you should still attend the invitation but abstain from eating and make du'a for the host. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to a man who remained away because he was fasting: "When one of you is invited to a meal, let him respond. If he was not fasting, let him eat. If fasting, let him supplicate (for the host)." [Muslim] If you are fasting a voluntary fast, you have your choice. You can break your fast and participate (especially if your host wishes that) or you may continue fasting and pray for your host. If you break a voluntary fast, there is no need to make it up. Acceptable Excuses for Not Attending Anything which allows one not to attend prayer in the masjid such as illness, great distance, etc. You should not attend a walimah where evil practices are committed such as mixing of the sexes, music, alcohol, etc. Only if you have the ability to stop such evil may you attend for that purpose. If the invitation is for which only the rich are invited to the exclusion of the poor. This is because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) described this as the "most evil food". According to Ibn Taimia, a person should not accept the invitation of another person who does not pray. Greetings to the Groom The guests should make du'a for the groom and his bride and ask Allah to bless them. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say to the groom: "May Allah bless you, bestow blessings upon you and join you two together in all that is good." [Abu-Daud & others - Sahih]

Verdaderamente, soy un anciano apremiado por las faltas y los errores, pero, no he asociado nada con Allah desde que lo conocí y creí en el, ¿Cuál es, entonces, mi situación ante Allah? Y Allah revelo: "ciertamente, Allah no perdona que se le asocie con nada, pero perdona fuera de ello a quien le place."(4:116) Dice Allah, el Altísimo: "quien asocie algo con Allah, el le vedara el paraíso y su morada será el infierno" (5:72) Se ha dicho que esto lo dice Jesús, sobre el la paz; y tambien se a dicho que son palabras de Allah, el Altísimo. (Al-Qurtubi) Se considera tambien politeísmo la inmolación de animales sacrificados para los santos, los genios o los sabios enterrados en mausoleos. Los sacrificios solo se deben ofrecer a Allah el Unico, el Creador. 2: Poner intermediarios entre una persona y Allah: Llamarles y buscar su intercesión y depender de ellos. Aquellos que hacen esto están tomando "asociados" con Allah y esto es Shirk. Dice Allah, el Altísimo: "así pues, no atribuyáis parecidos a Allah a sabiendas" (2:22) Es decir, no le asocies otros iguales o parecidos a El, dirigido esto a los incredulos e hipócritas, según Ibn Abbas. Y sabiendo ellos que Allah, el Altísimo es el Creador de la creación, que hace descender el agua y crecer el alimento: de manera que saben que El es el Unico, sin igual, que les otorga las gracias. Dijo Ibn Fùrak: "la aleya abarca tambien a los creyentes, y significa: no reneguéis, vosotros los creyentes, ni busquéis parecidos a Allah, después de haber conocido la verdad evidente de que Allah es el Unico". Ibn Mas'ûd que Allah este complacido con el, preguntó: "¡Mensajero de Allah! ¿Cuál es el pecado más grave?" A lo que él respondió: "Que le asocies un copartícipe a Allah, siendo que sólo Él te ha creado" (Bujari y Muslim) Dice Allah, el Altísimo: "no invoquéis en vez de Allah lo que no puede beneficiarte ni perjudicarte, por que si lo haces te contarías entre los inicuos". (10:106) Es decir, y no adoréis a aquello que si lo hacéis no te beneficiaria y que si no lo hacéis no te perjudicaría. (Al-Qurtubi) 3. Aquel que no cree que los asociadores o politeístas son incrédulos o duda acerca de que su incredulidad (kufur); o peor aún, avala de alguna forma su credo o fe, anula su Islam. Dice Allah, el Altísimo: "y quien de vosotros se alíe con ellos será uno de ellos. Ciertamente, Allah no guía a los inicuos". (5:51) Es decir, quien de vosotros los musulmanes. Y aclara el Altísimo que su juicio es el equiparable al de ellos; y prohíbe la herencia del musulmán de parte del renegado; siendo Ibn Ubey el que los tomó como aliados, quedando el juicio de romper la alianza, establecido desde entonces hasta el ultimo día;

Jul nærmer seg, og som vi alle vet så skal vi som muslimer ikke delta i det ved enten å feire det, gi gaver i det eller gratulerer folk med det. Men et spørsmål som jeg har tenkt lenge over og ikke funnet noe godt svar på er: Hvorfor feirer kristne jul egentlig? Dette spørsmålet dukker opp fordi jula har ingenting med kristendom å gjøre. Her er noen punkter som bekrefter dette: 1. Det står intet sted i bibelen at man skal feire jul. Verken Jesus eller disiplene feiret det eller sa at man skal feire det. Dette er viktig siden det beviser at det fins ingen tekstlig bevis/ grunn til å feire det. 2. Jesus var ikke født 25. desember. I følge bibelen så var gjetere ute i marken natten han ble født (lukas 2:7-8). Dette tyder på at Jesus kan ha blitt født om sommeren eller tidlig høst. Siden desember er kald og regnfull i Judea, er det mest sannsynlig at gjeterne ville ha søkt ly for sine flokker om natten. De ville ikke vært ut i marka. 3. Så hvorfor valgte man 25. desember? Svaret mest sannsynlig er at den datoen ble feiret årlig lenge før kristendommen ankom. Faktisk Jesu fødsel feiring ble bevisst satt ved tidspunktet for hedenske fester, slik at det ble en enkel overgang for folket. En marginal merknad på et manuskript av skriftene til den syrisk bibelske kommentator Dionysius bar-Salibi sier at i antikken ble juleferien faktisk flyttet fra 6. januar til 25. desember, slik at det falt på samme dato som den til den hedenske ubeseirede sol guden (sol invictus) bursdag. 4. Jul er faktisk navnet på den tidligere, hedenske feiringen av midtvinterdagen i Norden. Det var Håkon den Gode som flyttet julefeiringen til den 25. desember, og festen ble deretter til ære for Kristus fødsel. 5. Hvor kommer det med julegaver fra? Romerne hadde en hedensk festival som het saturnalia som gikk fra 17 des. fram til 23.des. Spesielt 23. desember (som de kalte sigillaria) var en dag for å gi gaver. Dette ble senere innarbeidet i julefeiringen. 6. Hvordan har julenissen kommet inn i bildet? Han er enda et eksempel på en hedensk skikkelse som ble innarbeidet inn i julefeiringen. Han ble først bannlyst av kirken, men folk fortsatt i det skjulte med å ha han med i deres feiringer. Så på 1200-tallet ble han adoptert av kirken og knyttet til legendene om den kristne helgenen St. Nikolas. Denne Nikolas skal ha vært biskop i havnebyen Myra på 300-tallet hvor han regnes som vernehelgen for sjøfolk – også. Alt dette viser at jul er ingenting annet enn en hedensk feiring, som har ingenting med Jesus å gjøre. Den nyttige kunnskapen.

Effect of a Sound Marriage: Rights of the Husband and Wife Introduction The first thing that every married Muslim must realize is that one's spouse is first and foremost another Muslim. He/she is one's brother and sister in Islam. Therefore, at minimum all rights that fall upon a Muslim due to the general brotherhood of Islam are also due to one's spouse. It is a sad situation for a Muslim brother or sister to respect their Muslim brothers and sisters outside of the house but for the situation in the house to degenerate into less even than that minimum standard of respect and kindness inside the household. Therefore the first step is for every Muslim to open some of the books about respect, manners (adab) and courtesy towards other Muslims and to realize that all of those principles apply to their partner in their house. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stressed this when he said: "No one of you has believed until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself." [Bukhari & Muslim] Clearly, husband and wife have even greater rights and obligations toward each other due to the great and important contract which ha been transacted between them and on which basis they live together. In the Quran, Allah states that if a husband wishes to divorce one wife and marry another that he may not take back any of the dowry which was given no matter how large it was. Then, Allah says: "How could you take it once you have entered unto one another and they (the women) have taken from you and awesome covenant." [Noble Quran 4:21] Because of this "awesome covenant", rights and obligations between husband and wife should not be looked at coldly or legalistically. Spouses should strive to make other happy and take into consideration the needs, abilities and weaknesses of the other. Since in most cases, neither spouse is completely fulfilling their obligations, they should both realize and acknowledge their own shortcomings. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in particular advised the husbands to treat their wives in the best way - perhaps due to their greater authority in the household and their greater strength. This is clear in the following hadith: "The best of you is the best of you to their family and I am the best of you to my family." "I entreat you to treat women well for they have been created from a rib and the most crooked part of a rib is the upper part. If you insist on straightening it, you will break it. If you leave it, it will remain crooked. So, I entreat you to treat women well." [Bukhari] Actually, both spouses usually fail to some extent in fulfilling their obligations. Therefore, before criticizing the other or being harsh with the other due to some shortcoming, each one should look first to themselves and realize what wrong they may be doing. Common Rights Between the Two There are some rights which each of the two spouses has over the other. These include: The right to enjoy each other. The right to inherit from each other. The right of confirmation of the lineage of their children. Rights of the Wife/Obligations of the Husband Allah said in the Quran: "And for them (women) similar to what is upon them according to what is right.." [Noble Quran 2:228] Commenting on this verse, Ibn Kathir wrote that the spouses have similar rights upon one another and each must do his or her best to fulfill the other's rights. In the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), stated: "...And beware of Allah concerning women. You have taken them as a trust from Allah and have made their bodies lawful to you by the word of Allah. You have the right upon them that they no allow anyone in your house that you dislike. If they do that, you may hit them in a way which does no harm. They have a right over you for sustenance and clothing according to what is right." [Muslim] The rights of the wife over the husband which we will discuss in this chapter are as follows: The dowry Support Kind and proper treatment Marital relations Not to be beaten Privacy Justice between multiple wives To be taught her religion Defense of her honor The rights of the husband over the wife which we will discuss are: Being head of the household To be obeyed in all that is not disobedience to Allah Marital relations That she not allow anyone in the house of whom he disapproves That she not leave the house without his permission That she cook for him and keep his house (two opinions) To be thanked for his efforts That she now fast a voluntary fast without his permission Rights of the Wife Over the Husband Dowry (Mahr) This right of the wife has been discussed in some detail. Allah said in the Quran: "And give women their dowries as a gift. Then, if they are pleased to give some of it to you, consume it with good health and enjoyment." [Noble Quran 4:4] The payment of the dowry to the wife is an obligation and a debt upon the husband until he pays it and there is no escaping it unless the wife freely and willingly gives up her right to it. In the past, and in many cases today, the father tries to take the mahr away from his daughter. In the jahiliya, this was justified by saying that the father was merely recouping all the expenses he put forth for his daughter who is now a member of another family and benefits them. Nowadays, it occurs often in this country that the husband tries to take back the dowry (if it is even paid in the first place) or make use of it in forms of spending which were obligatory upon HIM in the first place. This is a lowly practice and is completely forbidden unless she explicitly allows it without any coercion or pressure. Otherwise, it is HER property and she may dispose of it (or not) as she alone sees fit. Support (Nafaqah) Allah says: "...And upon the father is the mother's sustenance and her clothing according to what is reasonable. No person shall have a burden on him greater than he can bear..." [Noble Quran 2:233] Her support is one of the most important rights of the wife over her husband. Ibn Kathir commented that the above verse implies that he must provide for her without extravagance nor the opposite, according to his ability and the standards set by his society at his time. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked by a man, "What is the right of our wives upon us?", he (peace and blessings be upon him) answered: "That he should feed her whenever he eats and cloth her whenever he clothes himself, that he not hit her face, that he not call her ugly and that he not boycott her except within the house." [>Ibn Majah] A woman is even allowed to take from her husband's property without his knowledge if he falls below this basic level of supporting her. In a hadith recorded in Muslim and Bukhari, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) told Hind bint Utbah, after she complained that her husband, Abu Sufyan, was stingy and was not maintaining her and she asked if she could take from his property without his knowledge: "Take was is sufficient for you and your child according to what is customary." [Muslim & Bukhari] Support of one's wife is one of the most important obligations of the husband. It is one of the distinguishing aspects of "husbandhood". Allah said in the Quran: "Men are in charge of women because of what Allah has given to some more than others and because they support them from their property." [Noble Quran 4:34] If a husband does not support his wife, she has no obligation to fulfill her obligations to him. If a woman goes to a judge and shows that her husband will not support her, the judge may immediately separate them according to numerous scholars. The verse makes clear that the man being "in charge" goes back to the two causes mentioned. This means two things: both men and women need to be aware of this right and this obligation and that the woman is under no obligation to stay in the marriage if she is not supported - regardless of his wealth and hers and Muslim society must be organized in such a way that Muslim men are able to get the means to support a wife. This second point is critical. If society reaches a state where women are more able to earn a living than men, this will undermine the "in charge" status of many men in their households. It will in fact undermine the Islamic household altogether. This is what is happening in virtually every Muslim land today with U.N. and other organizations giving primary attention to helping women to be economically viable and independent even when a large percentage of the men still cannot find the means to support a family. (It is the same destruction they inflicted on families in the U.S. in the 50's 60's with the welfare system.) The corrupting influence this will have on society as a whole cannot even begin to be described. Women are absolutely ALLOWED in Islam to pursue business ventures (the Prophet's first wife Khadijah was a major business woman in Makkah), employment and other means of earning money. They are, in fact, needed in various sectors such as women doctors and women teachers. However, facilitating the ability of men to earn a living and support a family is the FIRST priority in an Islamic society. All economic planning and social/economic programs must be in line with this principal. Kind and Proper Treatment Allah says: "...And consort with your wives in a goodly manner for, if you dislike them, it may well be that you dislike something which Allah makes a source of abundant good." [Noble Quran 4:19] Commenting on this verse, Ibn Kathir wrote: "That is, have kind speech for them, deal with them with kind deeds and in a beautiful manner to the best of your ability. In the way that you love that from them, behave in that way towards them. As Allah has said, "They have rights similar to those upon them according to what is right" (2:228). The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best of you is the best of you to his wives and I am the best of you to my wife." It was from his behavior that he would treat them in a beautiful fashion, with a smiling face. He would sport with his wives, be gentle with them and spend generously upon them. He would laugh with his wives and he even raced Aishah... Every night, he would gather his wives together in the house of the one with whom he (peace and blessings be upon him) was going to spend the night and eat dinner with them on occasion... After he prayed the night prayer, he would enter his house and talk to his wife a little bit before sleeping, making them comforted thereby. And Allah has said: "You have in the Messenger of Allah the best example." [Noble Quran 33:21] Part of the problem is Muslims buying into the fantasy world being propagated in television, movies and other media. The hadith about the rib makes it clear that it is rare to find a "perfect wife" and in the same manner, no woman should expect to find the "perfect husband". If one is living in some fantasy world, they are apt to be greatly disappointed with real life. Physical Relations In Sahih Ibn Hibban, the following was narrated: "The wife of 'Uthman ibn Madh'un complained to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that her husband had no need for women. During the days he would fast and at night he would pray. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him: "Am I not the best example for you to follow?" He answered: "Certainly, may my father and mother be sacrificed for you." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) then told him: "As for you, you pray during the night and you fast during the

ফাঁসির মঞ্চেও স্বাভাবিক ছিলেন কাদের মোল্লা ফাঁসির মঞ্চেও স্বাভাবিক ছিলেন জামায়াত নেতা কাদের মোল্লা। মঞ্চে উঠেও তিনি একটুও বিচলিত হননি। অন্য সময়ের মত সেখানেও দৃঢ় আত্মবিশ্বাসে অটল ছিলেন তিনি। ফাঁসি কার্যকরের পর তাকে ২০ মিনিট ধরে ফাঁসির রশিতে ঝুলিয়ে রাখা হয়। কারাগারের একটি দায়িত্বশীল সূত্রে এসব তথ্য জানা গেছে। ফাঁসি কার্যকরের পর সিনিয়র জেল সুপার ফরমান আলী কারা ফটকে কিছু তথ্য জানিয়েছিলেন। তবে এরপর ডেপুটি জেলার নুর মোহাম্মদ সাংবাদিকদের বলেন, কারাবিধিতে প্রেস ব্রিফিংয়ের কোনো সুযোগ নেই। যে কারণে আপনাদেরকে বিস্তারিত জানাতে পারছি না।

নিজের শাহাদাতের পর কোনো ধরনের ধ্বংসাত্মক কর্মকাণ্ডে নিয়োজিত না হতে দলের নেতাকর্মী ও সমর্থকদের প্রতি অনুরোধ করেছেন মৃত্যুদণ্ডপ্রাপ্ত জামায়াত নেতা আবদুল কাদের মোল্লা। বৃহস্পতিবার গণমাধ্যমে পাঠানো এক বিবৃতিতে জামায়াতে ইসলামীর পক্ষ থেকে একথা জানান হয়। এতে বলা হয়, ঢাকা কেন্দ্রীয় কারাগারে পরিবারের সদস্যরা আবদুল কাদের মোল্লার সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ করতে গেলে তিনি এ অনুরোধ জানান। কাদের মোল্লা বলেন, 'আমার শাহাদাতের পর যেন ইসলামী আন্দোলনের কর্মীরা চরম ধৈর্য্য ও সহনশীলতার পরিচয় দিয়ে আমার রক্তকে ইসলাম প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য কাজে লাগায়। কোনো ধরনের ধ্বংসাত্মক কর্মকাণ্ডে যেন জনশক্তি নিয়োজিত না হয়।' তিনি বলেন, 'যারা আমার জন্য আন্দোলন করতে গিয়ে জীবন দিয়েছে, আমি তাদের শাহাদাত কবুলিয়াতের জন্য আল্লাহর কাছে দোয়া করি এবং তাদের পরিবারের প্রতি সমবেদনা জ্ঞাপন করি। আল্লাহ তাদেরকে সর্বত্তোম পুরুস্কার দান করুন।' জামায়াতের এই সহকারী সেক্রেটারি বলেন, 'আমি আগেই বলেছি, সম্পূর্ণ অন্যায়ভাবে এ সরকার আমাকে হত্যা করতে চাচ্ছে, আমি মজলুম। আমার অপরাধ আমি ইসলামী আন্দোলনের নেতৃত্ব দিয়েছি। শুধুমাত্র এ কারণেই এ সরকার আমাকে হত্যা করছে।' তিনি বলেন, 'আমি আল্লাহ্, রাসুল (সা.) এবং কোরআন ও সুন্নাহ'তে বিশ্বাসী। আমি দৃঢ়ভাবে বিশ্বাস করি, আমার এ মৃত্যু হবে শহীদি মৃত্যু। আর শহীদের স্থান জান্নাত ছাড়া আর কিছু নয়। আল্লাহ আমাকে শাহাদাতের মৃত্যু দিলে, এটা হবে আমার জীবনের সর্বশ্রেষ্ট পাওয়া। আর এ জন্য আমি গর্বিত।' কাদের মোল্লা বলেন, 'আমি বিশ্বাস করি, জীবন-মৃত্যুর মালিক আল্লাহ। আমাকে ১০ ডিসেম্বর রাতেই সরকার হত্যা করতে চেয়েছিল। কিন্তু আল্লাহ তায়া'লা সেদিন আমার মৃত্যু নির্ধারণ করেননি। যেদিন আল্লাহর ফায়সালা হবে, সেদিনই আমার মৃত্যু হবে। শহীদী মৃত্যুর চাইতে বড় সৌভাগ্য আর কিছু নয়। আজীবন আমি সে মৃত্যু কামনা করেছি, আজও করছি।' 'আমার অনুরোধ, আমার শাহাদাতের পর ইসলামী আন্দোলনের কর্মীরা যেন ধৈর্য্য ও সহনশীলতার পরিচয় দেয়। তারা যেন কোনো ধরনের ধ্বংসাত্মক বা প্রতিহিংসা পরায়ণ কর্মকাণ্ডে লিপ্ত না হয়' যোগ করেন তিনি। ইসলামী আন্দোলনের কর্মীদের উদ্দেশে জামায়াতের এই নেতা বলেন, 'শাহাদাতের রক্তপিচ্ছিল পথ ধরে অবশ্যই ইসলামের বিজয় আসবে। আল্লাহ যাদেরকে সাহায্য করেন, তাদেরকে কেউ দাবিয়ে রাখতে পারে না।' তিনি বলেন, 'ওরা আবদুল কাদের মোল্লাকে হত্যা করে ইসলামী আন্দোলনের অগ্রযাত্রা ব্যাহত করতে চায়। আমি বিশ্বাস করি, আমার প্রতিফোঁটা রক্ত ইসলামী আন্দোলনের অগ্রযাত্রাকে তীব্র থেকে তীব্রতর করবে এবং জালেম সরকারের পতন ডেকে আনবে।' 'আল্লাহর দ্বীন প্রতিষ্ঠার মাধ্যমে যেন ইসলামী আন্দোলনের কর্মীরা আমার রক্তের বদলা নেয়' যোগ করেন কাদের মোল্লা। তিনি তার স্ত্রীর উদ্দেশে বলেন, 'আমি পরিবারের অভিভাবক ছিলাম। আমার পরে আল্লাহ আমার পরিবারের অভিভাবক হবেন। তুমি পরিবারকে দেখাশোনা করবে মাত্র। আল্লাহর কাছে আমি দোয়া করি, তোমার এই দায়িত্ব পালন শেষ হওয়ার পরই যেন আল্লাহ তায়া'লা তোমাকে আমার কাছে নিয়ে আসেন।' জামায়াতের শীর্ষস্থানীয় এ নেতা বলেন, 'খবরে দেখেছি ১০ বছরের শিশুদেরকে হত্যা করা হয়েছে। ইসলামী আন্দোলনের কর্মীদের রক্তে ভাসছে দেশ। এই রক্তের বদলা অবশ্যই আল্লাহ দিবেন।' তিনি বলেন, 'আমি মোটেই বিচলিত নই, আমি দেশবাসীর দোয়া চাই। আমার জীবনের বিনিময়ে যেন ইসলামী আন্দোলন, দেশের স্বাধীনতা ও সার্বভৌমত্বকে আল্লাহ হেফাজত করেন, এটাই আমার কামনা।'

InsAllah geht es euch und euren Familien gut und ihr erfreut euch bester gesundheit und seit beim stärksten Iman.
Ich hätte eine kurze frage die mir InsAllah jemand beantworten kann.
Es ist ja Sunna am 13.,14. und 15 des Monats zu fasten wäre dieses fasten dann ab morgen da morgen ja der 13. ist.

MYTHOS #4 Die Ummah ist nicht bereit für die Schariah Seitdem das Kalifat 1924 zerstört wurde, hat die Ummah einen Apparat verloren, um die Schariah Allahs zu implementieren, und die Verfassungen ihrer Länder wurden von Allahs Schariah zu Menschen gemachten säkularen Verfassungen geändert wie in der Westlichen Welt. Als Resultat dessen führte dies dazu, dass Ideen, die dem Islam fremd sind wie "Souveränität gehört dem Menschen" und ein Individuum hat die "Freiheit" gemäß seiner Neigungen zu handeln die Muslime dazu antrieben ihre Handlungen nicht mehr im Einklang mit den Befehlen und Verboten Allahs einzugrenzen, sondern das zu tun was ihnen gefällt. Viele Muslime sehen also andere Muslime, die sich nicht an die Gesetze Allahs halten und deshalb hat sich bei ihnen die Einstellung festgesetzt, dass wir nicht bereit sind, um die Schariah auf der Welt zu implementieren. Jedoch bedeuten das natürlich nicht, dass die Ummah nicht bereit ist für die Schariah. Es ist sogar so, dass in vielen Ländern überwältigende Prozentzahlen an Muslimen wollen, dass die Schariah das offizielle Gesetz des Landes wird, wie alljährliche Umfragen Jahr über Jahr aufgezeigt haben (wie das Pew Forum). Sie haben in einigen Ländern Prozentzahlen von bis zu 99% erreicht, die die Schariah wollen wie Afghanistan und andere wie Bangladesh, Marroko, Pakistan, Malaysia, Palästina und Irak, wo es über 80% gab. Abgesehen davon müssen die Gesetze Allahs implementiert egal wie stark oder schwach die Bereitwilligkeit der Ummah ist, da es der gesamten Ummah verpflichtet wurde. Allah (swt.) sagt: "So richte zwischen ihnen nach dem, was Allah (als Offenbarung) herabgesandt hat, und folge nicht ihren Neigungen entgegen dem, was dir von der Wahrheit zugekommen ist." (Sure 5, Aya 48) Allah (swt.) befiehlt nichts wozu die Ummah nicht imstande ist. Deshalb ist die Frage der Implementierung der Schariah keine freiwillige, die auf irgendwelchen bevorzugten Bedingungen der Ummah basiert. Es geht also nicht darum, ob die Ummah sich in einem starken oder schwachen Zustand befindet, es ist eine Aufgabe, die getan werden muss ohne Rücksicht darauf, ob die Ummah bereit ist oder nicht. So könnten wir dem Prinzip einiger Muslime nach auch dem Neukonvertierten das Gebet in der Anfangszeit ersparen, da er noch nicht "bereit" dazu ist. Fakt ist aber, das Gebet wird für ihn sofort verpflichtend, sobald er die Shahada aufgesagt hat und er hat genau die selben Pflichten wie jeder andere auch.

Amanullah mein Onkel und der Bruder meiner Mutter Zobaida wird Jamila und Afghan mit geweht insha Allah erschießen , weil sie für das Leid aller Muslime auf der Welt verantwortlich sind . Er erschießt zuerst jamila und dann findet er den Jinn Afghan in den Bergen wo er sich versteckt . Dort wird dann auch Afghan gefunden und umgebracht . Mein Onkel der Arzt wird Amanullah sagen , dass Amanullah jamila erschießen soll , für Zina und für die Muslime die die beiden aufm gewissen haben . Dann werden die beiden insha Allah Tod , im Feuer verbrannt . Die beiden bekommen keine Islamisches Begräbnis und kein Muslim wird für die beiden das Totengebet machen .

Organizers of the Maher Zain South African tour have allayed fears that the Cape Town leg may be cancelled on Sunday, in the wake of the passing of Nelson Mandela. Organiser GI Events said while there were concerns that Madiba's funeral on Sunday would impact the event, the concert would go ahead. GI Events spokesperson Gadija Israel said the concert would instead be a celebration of the icon's life and legacy through music. "We decided that we would pay tribute to Madiba, the father of our nation," she told VOC Breakfast Beat. Maher Zain is the leading nasheed artist today, and was listed in the The Muslim 500, a compilation book of the most influential Muslims in the world. The Lebanese-Swedish musician's modern brand of nasheed infused with RnB has made him popular amongst all ages. But Zain's songs are more than just chart-topping hits – his lyrics are deeply inspired by his faith and carry themes of love, hope, compassion, peace, tolerance and freedom – ideals which Mandela embodied throughout his life. Coordinator Nadia Jacobs said GI Events was working with Awakening Records, the artist's management company, to ensure the concert captures the spirit of Madiba. She promised that it would be "more than just as a Maher Zain concert". "We felt that we as Muslims owe that to him [Madiba]. What better way than to have everyone under one roof on Sunday, the day of his funeral," she added. The organizing team has been working around the clock to ensure that all logistics are in place for the event. Secured parking will be available around the stadium and more than 200 security officers will be deployed at the event. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed into the stadium. No food and beverages can brought into the stadium, as snacks will be on sale at the event. Gates will open at 5pm and the show starts at 7.30pm. The programme commences at 7.30pm and will be worked around the evening prayer times. The opening dua will be delivered by Sheik Abdurahmaan Alexander and one supporting act will kick off the show before the waqt of Maghrib. The next two supporting acts will follow until the waqt of Esha. The headline act – Maher Zain – will take to the stage after Esha salah. Wudu and salah facilities will be available. Organizers of the Maher Zain South African tour have allayed fears that the Cape Town leg may be cancelled on Sunday, in the wake of the passing of Nelson Mandela. Organiser GI Events said while there were concerns that Madiba's funeral on Sunday would impact the event, the concert would go ahead. GI Events spokesperson Gadija Israel said the concert would instead be a celebration of the icon's life and legacy through music. "We decided that we would pay tribute to Madiba, the father of our nation," she told VOC Breakfast Beat. Maher Zain is the leading nasheed artist today, and was listed in the The Muslim 500, a compilation book of the most influential Muslims in the world. The Lebanese-Swedish musician's modern brand of nasheed infused with RnB has made him popular amongst all ages. But Zain's songs are more than just chart-topping hits – his lyrics are deeply inspired by his faith and carry themes of love, hope, compassion, peace, tolerance and freedom – ideals which Mandela embodied throughout his life. Coordinator Nadia Jacobs said GI Events was working with Awakening Records, the artist's management company, to ensure the concert captures the spirit of Madiba. She promised that it would be "more than just as a Maher Zain concert". "We felt that we as Muslims owe that to him [Madiba]. What better way than to have everyone under one roof on Sunday, the day of his funeral," she added. The organizing team has been working around the clock to ensure that all logistics are in place for the event. Secured parking will be available around the stadium and more than 200 security officers will be deployed at the event. Cameras and recording devices are not allowed into the stadium. No food and beverages can brought into the stadium, as snacks will be on sale at the event. Gates will open at 5pm and the show starts at 7.30pm. The programme commences at 7.30pm and will be worked around the evening prayer times. The opening dua will be delivered by Sheik Abdurahmaan Alexander and one supporting act will kick off the show before the waqt of Maghrib. The next two supporting acts will follow until the waqt of Esha. The headline act – Maher Zain – will take to the stage after Esha salah. Wudu and salah facilities will be available. Tickets are still available at Computicket, Winners Supermarket in Mitchell's Plain, Jimmy's Killer Prawns in Canal Walk, Masjidul-Quds in Gatesville, The Lounge at Kromboom centre, Islamic Dawah Centre, Taz Boutique. „Muslime aller Länder vereinigt Euch!" Heute schreibe ich ausnahmsweise nur an meine muslimischen Freunde. Die muslimische Welt ist zurzeit Opfer einer gefährlichen Strategie einiger Politiker des Westens. Sie lautet: „Divide et impera" – „Teile und herrsche!" Sie funktioniert, weil einige Muslime törichterweise begeistert mitmachen. Saudi-Arabien macht mobil gegen Iran (und umgekehrt), und Sunniten und Alawiten bekämpfen sich in Syrien bis aufs Blut. Auch in anderen muslimischen Ländern kracht es zunehmend zwischen den einzelnen Glaubensrichtungen. Die Feinde der Muslime im Westen freuen sich diebisch, dass sich die Muslime jetzt gegenseitig umbringen. Das erspart ihnen viel Mühe und Arbeit. Das augenblickliche Schauspiel erinnert erschreckend an die Zeit des „Dreißigjährigen Krieges", als sich Deutschland im Kampf des Protestantismus gegen den Katholizismus selbst zerstörte. Deutschlands Nachbarn mischten dabei kräftig mit. Unser Land brauchte hundert Jahre, um sich von den unvorstellbaren Verwüstungen wieder zu erholen. Wenn ich in ein muslimisches Land reise, gibt es für mich keine Sunniten, Schiiten, Alawiten, Ismaeliten, Wahabiten oder Salafisten. Für mich sind sie alle Angehörige einer großen Religion, die ich respektiere und in vielem bewundere: Für die großen kulturellen Leistungen ihrer Geschichte, die auch die westliche Zivilisation jahrhundertelang bereichert haben. Und für ihre wunderbare Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit, mit der sie friedliche Fremde auch in schweren Zeiten empfangen. Dass sie sich auf westliches Kommando zunehmend bekriegen, macht mich todtraurig. Die Zukunft der muslimischen und der arabischen Welt liegt nicht im Streit, sondern in der Einigkeit. In einem neuen Verständnis panislamischer und panarabischer Ideen. Die USA sind stark, weil sie die "Vereinigten" Staaten von Amerika sind. Und Europa, weil es endlich eine "Union" ist. Nachdem es sich in zwei Weltkriegen gegenseitig so zertrümmert hatte, dass die USA Europas Führungsrolle in der Welt übernehmen konnten. In der Welt der Zukunft werden die arabischen und islamischen Länder nur dann eine angemessene Rolle spielen, wenn sie sich nicht länger auseinander dividieren lassen. Wenn sie enger zusammenarbeiten. Wirtschaftlich, kulturell, politisch und religiös. Wenn sie sich als Freunde, als Verbündete betrachten und nicht als Feinde. Wenn sie wieder das Gemeinsame ihrer Religion betonen und nicht das Trennende. Wenn alle muslimischen Glaubensrichtungen tolerant zueinander sind. "Kämpferisch tolerant", engagiert, aber gewaltlos. Das gilt selbstverständlich auch für die Muslime der westlichen Welt. Ich glaube, dass Prophet Mohammed ähnlich gedacht hat. Und dass er erwartet hätte, dass die unterschiedlichen islamischen Glaubensrichtungen unserer Zeit enger zusammenarbeiten. Er hätte das wahrscheinlich viel drastischer formuliert als ich. Das gilt auch für den Konflikt Saudi-Arabien mit Iran. Wenn einer amerikanisch-iranischen Aussöhnung jetzt eine strategische Partnerschaft zwischen dem sunnitischen Saudi-Arabien und dem schiitischen Iran folgen würde, wäre dies ein historischer Durchbruch für die gesamte islamische Welt. Der Streit zwischen diesen beiden Regionalmächten ist völlig kontraproduktiv. Das Erfolgsrezept des Islam, der am schnellsten wachsenden Religion unserer Zeit, heißt nicht: „Muslime aller Länder bringt Euch gegenseitig um", sondern: „Muslime aller Länder vereinigt Euch." Euer Jürgen Todenhöfer "Muslims of all countries: Unite!" Today, for once and as an exception I do address my Muslim friends only. Currently, the Muslim world is falling victim to a dangerous strategy developed by some politicians in the West. The essence of this policy reads in Latin, as follows: "divide et impera" - "Divide and Rule". And today it does work, because some Muslims do fall for it enthusiastically and foolishly. Saudi Arabia and Qatar are mobilizing against Iran (and vice versa) and the Sunnis and the Alawites in Syria are fighting against each other to the death. In other Muslim countries, the relations between the individual faiths are becoming more and more tense. The enemies of Muslims in the West are taking huge pleasure in the fact that Muslims do kill each other now; this does save them a lot of effort and work. The current and extremely appalling spectacle brings to one's mind the time of the Thirty Years' War, when Germany totally destroyed itself in its battle of Protestantism against Catholicism; and beware, Germany's neighbors were heavily involved in that war. Our country needed a century to recover from the unimaginable devastations. When I travel to a Muslim country, I do not see Sunnis, Shiites, Alawites, Ismailis, Wahabis or Salafis. To me, they are all members of a great religion. I respect and do admire them in many aspects for the great cultural achievements in their history, which immensely enriched the western civilization. And I admire them for their wonderful hospitality and warmth with which they do welcome peaceful strangers even in difficult times. The very fact that they increasingly fight against each other on western command (!) deeply saddens me. The future of the Muslim and Arab world does not lie in dispute, but in its unity, in a new interpretation of the pan-Islamic and the pan-Arab ideas. The United States are strong because they are the United States of America, and Europe, because there is finally a "Union", after Europe had demolished itself in two world wars so that the U.S. could realize her old dream to take over Europe's role and become herself the world's number one power. Arab and Islamic countries will only play an appropriate role in the world-to-be, if they do not allow themselves to be divided. if they cooperate more closely, economically, culturally and politically. If they look at each other as friends, as allies rather than enemies. If they emphasize the common ground of their religion and not the dividing rifts. If all Muslim denominations are tolerant towards each other. Yes, "spiritedly tolerant", and yes passionately tolerant, but at the same time non-violent! This also applies to the Muslims in the western world. I believe that Prophet Muhammad must have thought similarly and that he would have expected the various Islamic denominations of our time to work together more closely. I assume he would have formulated this in a much more drastic manner than I do. This also applies to the conflict between Iran and Saudi Arabia. If a strategic partnership between Sunni Saudi Arabia and Shiite Iran would ensue in the context of the US-Iranian reconciliation, then this would be a historical breakthrough for the entire Islamic world. The dispute between these two regional powers is completely counterproductive. The recipe of success for Islam, the fastest growing religion of our time is not to say: "Muslims of all countries: Go on and kill each other" but "Muslims of the world: Unite!"
