For the Prophet ﷺ, when he mentioned the Hadeeth of Al-Iftiraaq (i.e. splitting of the Ummah) said:"This Ummah will be divided into 73 groups; 72 in the Fire and one in Paradise."They (i.e. the companions) said: "Who are they, O Messenger of Allaah?" He ﷺ said:"The Jamaa'ah."What is intended by the Jamaa'ah is those who unite upon the truth; knowing it, acting upon it in all of their affairs, and calling the people to it; and holding fast to it until their Lord sends to them the certainty (i.e. death). He said on another occasion:"The saved sect is the one upon the likes of which I and my companions are upon today."So he who is upon the guidance of the Book of Allah and the authentic Sunnah of Allaah's Messenger ﷺthen he is from the Jamaa'ah; even if he is only one individual, then he is the Jamaa'ah. All the praise is for Allah; Alaah's Messenger gave us glad tidings with his statement:"There will not cease to be a group from my Ummah, victorious upon the truth. They will not be harmed by those who forsake them, nor by those who oppose them until the command of Allah comes and whilst they are in that state."They are the Jamaa'ah. Cling to the Book and the Sunnah with the correct understanding. That which is other than that from the groups which oppose the beliefs and the methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah, whether the opposition is a complete opposition or a partial opposition, each of them has deviated from the truth; whether that is a total deviation, like the people of Shirk and Kufr, or it is a deviation which is less than that, such as he who has fallen into innovation from the people of Al-Islam and has brought harm upon himself and has harmed others. Such as the callers to the partisan groups in their various types from this group or that group. And this is not befitting for those whom Allaah the Mighty and Majestic has honored by (guiding them to) the Straight Path; the Magnificent Book and the Pure Sunnah. And Allaah knows best. • Search Facebook kufr: ایک طوطا اور مینا کا گزر ایک ویرانے سے ہوا، وہ دم لینے کے لئے ایک ٹنڈ منڈ درخت پر بیٹھ گئے- طوطے نے مینا سے کہا "اس علاقے کی ویرانی دیکھ کر لگتا ہے کہ الوؤں نے یہاں بسیرا کیا ہو گا" ساتھ والی شاخ پر ایک الو بیٹھا تھا اس نے یہ سن کر اڈاری ماری اور ان کے برابر میں آ کر بیٹھ گیا- علیک سلیک کے بعد الو نے طوطا اور مینا کو مخاطب کیا اور کہا "آپ میرے علاقے میں آئے ہیں، میں ممنون ہوں گا اگر آپ آج رات کا کھانا میرے غریب کھانے پر تناول فرمائیں"- اس جوڑے نے الو کی دعوت قبول کر لی- رات کا کھانا کھانے اور پھر آرام کرنے کے بعد جب وہ صبح واپس نکلنے لگے تو الو نے مینا کا ہاتھ پکڑ لیا اور طوطے کو مخاطب کر کے کہا " اسے کہاں لے کر جا رہے ہو، یہ میری بیوی ہے" یہ سن کر طوطا پریشان ہو گیا اور بولا " یہ تمہاری بیوی کیسے ہو سکتی ہے، یہ مینا ہے اور تم الو ہو، تم زیادتی کر رہے ہو" اس پر الو اپنے ایک وزیر با تدبیر کی طرح ٹھنڈے لہجے میں بولا "ہمیں جھگڑنے کی ضرورت نہیں، عدالتیں کھل گئی ہوں گی- ہم وہاں چلتے ہیں، وہ جو فیصلہ کریں گی، ہمیں منظور ہوگا" طوطے کو مجبوراً اس کے ساتھ جانا پڑا- جج نے دونوں طرف کے دلائل بہت تفصیل سے سنے اور آخر میں فیصلہ دیا کہ مینا طوطے کی نہیں الو کی بیوی ہے- یہ سن کر طوطا روتا ہوا ایک طرف کو چل دیا- ابھی وہ تھوڑی ہی دور گیا تھا کہ الو نے اسے آواز دی "تنہا کہاں جا رہے ہو، اپنی بیوی تو لیتے جاؤ"- طوطے نے روتے ہوئے کہا "یہ میری بیوی کہاں ہے، عدالت کے فیصلے کے مطابق اب یہ تمہاری بیوی ہے" اس پر الو نے شفقت سے طوطے کے کاندھے پر ہاتھ رکھا اور کہا "یہ میری نہیں، تمہاری ہی بیوی ہے، میں تو صرف یہ بتانا چاہتا تھا کہ بستیاں الوؤں کی وجہ سے ویران نہیں ہوتیں بلکہ اس وقت ویران ہوتی ہیں جب وہاں سے انصاف اٹھ جاتا ہے"-قاضی حارث [1 Aktualisierung]

• Search Facebook kufar: جس بے دردی کے ساتھ بنو عباس اور بنو امیہ نے مسلمان جرنیل مروائے ھیں،، اس سے زیادہ سختی اور بے دردی کے ساتھ ھمارے علماء نے ٹیلنٹ کا قتلِ عام کیا ھے، اور مغلوں کی طرح اپنے پرائے کی تمیز کے بغیر یہ قتلِ عام کیا گیا ھے،، علامہ عامر عثمانی ، عبید اللہ سندھی،علامہ غوث ھزاروی،، شیخ القران غلام اللہ خان ،،مکتبہ دیوبند کے گلِ سرسبد تھے اور عبقری شخصیات میں سے تھے ،مگر ان کا ایسا بائیکاٹ کیا گیا کہ غزوہ تبوک کے مخلفین کا بائیکاٹ بھی پیچھے رہ جاتا ھے ،،دوسری طرف اللہ نے اپنی سنت کے مطابق ھر دور کے فتنے کے لئے اسی دور میں رجالِ کار پیدا فرمائے،، پرویزیوں اور قادیانیوں کے لئے سید مودودیؒ کو اللہ نے اٹھایا تو انہوں نے قوم صالح کی اونٹنی کی طرح ان کی بھی ٹانگیں اپنے فتوؤں سے کاٹ دیں،،، حالانکہ مودودیؒ ھوں یا غامدی دونوں سے ان علماء کی سلطنت کو کوئی خطرہ درپیش نہ ھے،نہ کبھی تھا،،کیونکہ وہ دونوں اوپن مارکیٹ سے خام مال لیتے ھیں،جہاں سے دھرئیے اور ملحد مال لیتے ھیں،، اگر آپ فتوے سے غامدی اور مودودیؒ کا گاھک توڑیں گے تو یقین جانیں وہ کبھی آپ کے مدرسے نہیں آئے گا، وہ ملحدوں کے ھاتھ لگ جائے گا ،، مولانا مودودیؒ کا ان لوگوں سے کوئی اختلاف سرے سے تھا ھی نہیں،،سوائے ان لوگوں کی پیشہ ورانہ رقابت کے ،،اگر آپ نے ان بزرگوں کے ظلم کی داستان پڑھنی ھے تو " مولانا مودودی پر اعتراضات کا علمی جائزہ" نامی کتاب جو مفتی محمد یوسف خلیفہ مجاز حضرت حسین احمد مدنی لے کر پڑھئے،،یہ دو جلدوں میں ھے،، دعوے سے کہتا ھوں کہ اس کے نتیجے میں آپ کے لئے علم اور تفسیرِ قرآن کی نئی راھیں کھلیں گی،، دوسرا ھمارے علماء کا وہ بھیانک روپ نظر آئے گا کہ جس سے بنی اسرائیل کے علماء بھی شرما جائیں ! علمی خیانتوں،،جھوٹ ،فریب اور مکر کی دنیا،،کاش ھمارے بزرگ اس بات کو سمجھ لیں کہ آپ فتوی دیں یا نہ دیں،، آپ کا مال آپ کا ھی ھے،، وہ اور کسی کے کام کا ھے بھی نہیں،،اور جو غیر ھیں،،ان کے لئے آپ کے فتوے کی کوئی اھمیت نہیں چاھے قران کے کپڑے پہن کر فتوے دو،،اس لئے فتوؤں کا کاروبار چھوڑ کر دین کی وسعت سے کام لے کر جہاں تک ممکن ھے ایڈجسٹمنٹ کریں،، جہاں انسان دین کے دائرے میں رہ کر اکاموڈیٹ ھو سکتا ھے،اس کو کریں،،تاریخِ اسلام کا کوئی امام یا عالم بتا دیں جس پر فتوی نہ لگا ھو ! امام ابوحنیفہؒ نے جب وتر کو واجب قرار دیا تو ان کو منہ پر کہہ دیا گیا ، کفرتَ یا ابی حنیفہ،، امام بخاریؓ کفر اور ارتداد کا فتوی لے کر حالتِ مفروری میں موت کی دعا مانگ کر فوت ھوئے حالانکہ اپنی صحیح بخاری میں خود حدیث بیان کر گئے ھیں کہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنی موت کی دعا نہ مانگے،،مگر فتووں نے نہ ابی حنیفہ کا کچھ بگاڑا نہ امام بخاری کی عظمت کو داغدار کیا،،وقت نے دونوں کو اپنے اپنے میدان کا امام بنا ڈالا اور فتوے دینے والے ماضی کی تاریکی میں گم ھو گئے .تحریر:Qari Hanif Dar [1 Aktualisierung]

 Search Facebook kufr: May Allah treat you well; what is the path that will lead me to Paradise, from amongst these methodologies, paths, and parties within the Islamic world?The way out from that is to cling to the Book of Allah with the correct understanding and to the Sunnah of Allah's Messenger ﷺ. He who does not have knowledge of that then let him go to the people of knowledge, ask them and benefit from them so that he may traverse upon the path of truth in the life of action (i.e. this worldly life), upon clear insight; in order that me may come to Allah with the best provision.ADVISEThe reality of Al-Islam is not affirmed except with one Jamaa'ah; those who unites upon acknowledgement of the Truth, acting upon it, and calling to it. The Truth is that which has come within the Book of Allah and the authentic Sunnah of Allaah's Messenger ﷺ; likewise, that which the scholars who traverse upon the methodology of the Salaf propagate. For the Prophet ﷺ, when he mentioned the Hadeeth of Al-Iftiraaq (i.e. splitting of the Ummah) said:"This Ummah will be divided into 73 groups; 72 in the Fire and one in Paradise."They (i.e. the companions) said: "Who are they, O Messenger of Allaah?" He ﷺ said:"The Jamaa'ah."What is intended by the Jamaa'ah is those who unite upon the truth; knowing it, acting upon it in all of their affairs, and calling the people to it; and holding fast to it until their Lord sends to them the certainty (i.e. death). He said on another occasion:"The saved sect is the one upon the likes of which I and my companions are upon today."So he who is upon the guidance of the Book of Allah and the authentic Sunnah of Allaah's Messenger ﷺthen he is from the Jamaa'ah; even if he is only one individual, then he is the Jamaa'ah. All the praise is for Allah; Alaah's Messenger gave us glad tidings with his statement:"There will not cease to be a group from my Ummah, victorious upon the truth. That which is other than that from the groups which oppose the beliefs and the methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah, whether the opposition is a complete opposition or a partial opposition, each of them has deviated from the truth; whether that is a total deviation, like the people of Shirk and Kufr, or it is a deviation which is less than that, such as he who has fallen into innovation from the people of Al-Islam and has brought harm upon himself and has harmed others. Such as the callers to the partisan groups in their various types from this group or that group. And this is not befitting for those whom Allaah the Mighty and Majestic has honored by (guiding them to) the Straight Path; the Magnificent Book and the Pure Sunnah. And Allaah knows best.

That which is other than that from the groups which oppose the beliefs and the methodology of Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah, whether the opposition is a complete opposition or a partial opposition, each of them has deviated from the truth; whether that is a total deviation, like the people of Shirk and Kufr, or it is a deviation which is less than that, such as he who has fallen into innovation from the people of Al-Islam and has brought harm upon himself and has harmed others. Such as the callers to the partisan groups in their various types from this group or that group. And this is not befitting for those whom Allaah the Mighty and Majestic has honored by (guiding them to) the Straight Path; the Magnificent Book and the Pure Sunnah. And Allaah knows best.

the audacity to publish a letter written to himby one of his beloved Salafee adherents. This is what he

"I see in a dream that while reciting the Kalima,
`There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is the
Messenger of Allah', I am using your name instead of

 Search Facebook kufr: ایک طوطا اور مینا کا گزر ایک ویرانے سے ہوا، وہ دم لینے کے لئے ایک ٹنڈ منڈ درخت پر بیٹھ گئے- طوطے نے مینا سے کہا "اس علاقے کی ویرانی دیکھ کر لگتا ہے کہ الوؤں نے یہاں بسیرا کیا ہو گا" ساتھ والی شاخ پر ایک الو بیٹھا تھا اس نے یہ سن کر اڈاری ماری اور ان کے برابر میں آ کر بیٹھ گیا- علیک سلیک کے بعد الو نے طوطا اور مینا کو مخاطب کیا اور کہا "آپ میرے علاقے میں آئے ہیں، میں ممنون ہوں گا اگر آپ آج رات کا کھانا میرے غریب کھانے پر تناول فرمائیں"- اس جوڑے نے الو کی دعوت قبول کر لی- رات کا کھانا کھانے اور پھر آرام کرنے کے بعد جب وہ صبح واپس نکلنے لگے تو الو نے مینا کا ہاتھ پکڑ لیا اور طوطے کو مخاطب کر کے کہا " اسے کہاں لے کر جا رہے ہو، یہ میری بیوی ہے" یہ سن کر طوطا پریشان ہو گیا اور بولا " یہ تمہاری بیوی کیسے ہو سکتی ہے، یہ مینا ہے اور تم الو ہو، تم زیادتی کر رہے ہو" اس پر الو اپنے ایک وزیر با تدبیر کی طرح ٹھنڈے لہجے میں بولا "ہمیں جھگڑنے کی ضرورت نہیں، عدالتیں کھل گئی ہوں گی- ہم وہاں چلتے ہیں، وہ جو فیصلہ کریں گی، ہمیں منظور ہوگا" طوطے کو مجبوراً اس کے ساتھ جانا پڑا- جج نے دونوں طرف کے دلائل بہت تفصیل سے سنے اور آخر میں فیصلہ دیا کہ مینا طوطے کی نہیں الو کی بیوی ہے- یہ سن کر طوطا روتا ہوا ایک طرف کو چل دیا- ابھی وہ تھوڑی ہی دور گیا تھا کہ الو نے اسے آواز دی "تنہا کہاں جا رہے ہو، اپنی بیوی تو لیتے جاؤ"- طوطے نے روتے ہوئے کہا "یہ میری بیوی کہاں ہے، عدالت کے فیصلے کے مطابق اب یہ تمہاری بیوی ہے" اس پر الو نے شفقت سے طوطے کے کاندھے پر ہاتھ رکھا اور کہا "یہ میری نہیں، تمہاری ہی بیوی ہے، میں تو صرف یہ بتانا چاہتا تھا کہ بستیاں الوؤں کی وجہ سے ویران نہیں ہوتیں بلکہ اس وقت ویران ہوتی ہیں جب وہاں سے انصاف اٹھ جاتا ہے"-قاضی حارث

 Search Facebook kufar: جس بے دردی کے ساتھ بنو عباس اور بنو امیہ نے مسلمان جرنیل مروائے ھیں،، اس سے زیادہ سختی اور بے دردی کے ساتھ ھمارے علماء نے ٹیلنٹ کا قتلِ عام کیا ھے، اور مغلوں کی طرح اپنے پرائے کی تمیز کے بغیر یہ قتلِ عام کیا گیا ھے،، علامہ عامر عثمانی ، عبید اللہ سندھی،علامہ غوث ھزاروی،، شیخ القران غلام اللہ خان ،،مکتبہ دیوبند کے گلِ سرسبد تھے اور عبقری شخصیات میں سے تھے ،مگر ان کا ایسا بائیکاٹ کیا گیا کہ غزوہ تبوک کے مخلفین کا بائیکاٹ بھی پیچھے رہ جاتا ھے ،،دوسری طرف اللہ نے اپنی سنت کے مطابق ھر دور کے فتنے کے لئے اسی دور میں رجالِ کار پیدا فرمائے،، پرویزیوں اور قادیانیوں کے لئے سید مودودیؒ کو اللہ نے اٹھایا تو انہوں نے قوم صالح کی اونٹنی کی طرح ان کی بھی ٹانگیں اپنے فتوؤں سے کاٹ دیں،،، حالانکہ مودودیؒ ھوں یا غامدی دونوں سے ان علماء کی سلطنت کو کوئی خطرہ درپیش نہ ھے،نہ کبھی تھا،،کیونکہ وہ دونوں اوپن مارکیٹ سے خام مال لیتے ھیں،جہاں سے دھرئیے اور ملحد مال لیتے ھیں،، اگر آپ فتوے سے غامدی اور مودودیؒ کا گاھک توڑیں گے تو یقین جانیں وہ کبھی آپ کے مدرسے نہیں آئے گا، وہ ملحدوں کے ھاتھ لگ جائے گا ،، مولانا مودودیؒ کا ان لوگوں سے کوئی اختلاف سرے سے تھا ھی نہیں،،سوائے ان لوگوں کی پیشہ ورانہ رقابت کے ،،اگر آپ نے ان بزرگوں کے ظلم کی داستان پڑھنی ھے تو " مولانا مودودی پر اعتراضات کا علمی جائزہ" نامی کتاب جو مفتی محمد یوسف خلیفہ مجاز حضرت حسین احمد مدنی لے کر پڑھئے،،یہ دو جلدوں میں ھے،، دعوے سے کہتا ھوں کہ اس کے نتیجے میں آپ کے لئے علم اور تفسیرِ قرآن کی نئی راھیں کھلیں گی،، دوسرا ھمارے علماء کا وہ بھیانک روپ نظر آئے گا کہ جس سے بنی اسرائیل کے علماء بھی شرما جائیں ! علمی خیانتوں،،جھوٹ ،فریب اور مکر کی دنیا،،کاش ھمارے بزرگ اس بات کو سمجھ لیں کہ آپ فتوی دیں یا نہ دیں،، آپ کا مال آپ کا ھی ھے،، وہ اور کسی کے کام کا ھے بھی نہیں،،اور جو غیر ھیں،،ان کے لئے آپ کے فتوے کی کوئی اھمیت نہیں چاھے قران کے کپڑے پہن کر فتوے دو،،اس لئے فتوؤں کا کاروبار چھوڑ کر دین کی وسعت سے کام لے کر جہاں تک ممکن ھے ایڈجسٹمنٹ کریں،، جہاں انسان دین کے دائرے میں رہ کر اکاموڈیٹ ھو سکتا ھے،اس کو کریں،،تاریخِ اسلام کا کوئی امام یا عالم بتا دیں جس پر فتوی نہ لگا ھو ! امام ابوحنیفہؒ نے جب وتر کو واجب قرار دیا تو ان کو منہ پر کہہ دیا گیا ، کفرتَ یا ابی حنیفہ،، امام بخاریؓ کفر اور ارتداد کا فتوی لے کر حالتِ مفروری میں موت کی دعا مانگ کر فوت ھوئے حالانکہ اپنی صحیح بخاری میں خود حدیث بیان کر گئے ھیں کہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنی موت کی دعا نہ مانگے،،مگر فتووں نے نہ ابی حنیفہ کا کچھ بگاڑا نہ امام بخاری کی عظمت کو داغدار کیا،،وقت نے دونوں کو اپنے اپنے میدان کا امام بنا ڈالا اور فتوے دینے والے ماضی کی تاریکی میں گم ھو گئے .تحریر:Qari Hanif Dar

جس بے دردی کے ساتھ بنو عباس اور بنو امیہ نے مسلمان جرنیل مروائے ھیں،، اس سے زیادہ سختی اور بے دردی کے ساتھ ھمارے علماء نے ٹیلنٹ کا قتلِ عام کیا ھے، اور مغلوں کی طرح اپنے پرائے کی تمیز کے بغیر یہ قتلِ عام کیا گیا ھے،، علامہ عامر عثمانی ، عبید اللہ سندھی،علامہ غوث ھزاروی،، شیخ القران غلام اللہ خان ،،مکتبہ دیوبند کے گلِ سرسبد تھے اور عبقری شخصیات میں سے تھے ،مگر ان کا ایسا بائیکاٹ کیا گیا کہ غزوہ تبوک کے مخلفین کا بائیکاٹ بھی پیچھے رہ جاتا ھے ،،دوسری طرف اللہ نے اپنی سنت کے مطابق ھر دور کے فتنے کے لئے اسی دور میں رجالِ کار پیدا فرمائے،، پرویزیوں اور قادیانیوں کے لئے سید مودودیؒ کو اللہ نے اٹھایا تو انہوں نے قوم صالح کی اونٹنی کی طرح ان کی بھی ٹانگیں اپنے فتوؤں سے کاٹ دیں،،، حالانکہ مودودیؒ ھوں یا غامدی دونوں سے ان علماء کی سلطنت کو کوئی خطرہ درپیش نہ ھے،نہ کبھی تھا،،کیونکہ وہ دونوں اوپن مارکیٹ سے خام مال لیتے ھیں،جہاں سے دھرئیے اور ملحد مال لیتے ھیں،، اگر آپ فتوے سے غامدی اور مودودیؒ کا گاھک توڑیں گے تو یقین جانیں وہ کبھی آپ کے مدرسے نہیں آئے گا، وہ ملحدوں کے ھاتھ لگ جائے گا ،، مولانا مودودیؒ کا ان لوگوں سے کوئی اختلاف سرے سے تھا ھی نہیں،،سوائے ان لوگوں کی پیشہ ورانہ رقابت کے ،،اگر آپ نے ان بزرگوں کے ظلم کی داستان پڑھنی ھے تو " مولانا مودودی پر اعتراضات کا علمی جائزہ" نامی کتاب جو مفتی محمد یوسف خلیفہ مجاز حضرت حسین احمد مدنی لے کر پڑھئے،،یہ دو جلدوں میں ھے،، دعوے سے کہتا ھوں کہ اس کے نتیجے میں آپ کے لئے علم اور تفسیرِ قرآن کی نئی راھیں کھلیں گی،، دوسرا ھمارے علماء کا وہ بھیانک روپ نظر آئے گا کہ جس سے بنی اسرائیل کے علماء بھی شرما جائیں ! علمی خیانتوں،،جھوٹ ،فریب اور مکر کی دنیا،،
کاش ھمارے بزرگ اس بات کو سمجھ لیں کہ آپ فتوی دیں یا نہ دیں،، آپ کا مال آپ کا ھی ھے،، وہ اور کسی کے کام کا ھے بھی نہیں،،اور جو غیر ھیں،،ان کے لئے آپ کے فتوے کی کوئی اھمیت نہیں چاھے قران کے کپڑے پہن کر فتوے دو،،اس لئے فتوؤں کا کاروبار چھوڑ کر دین کی وسعت سے کام لے کر جہاں تک ممکن ھے ایڈجسٹمنٹ کریں،، جہاں انسان دین کے دائرے میں رہ کر اکاموڈیٹ ھو سکتا ھے،اس کو کریں،،
تاریخِ اسلام کا کوئی امام یا عالم بتا دیں جس پر فتوی نہ لگا ھو ! امام ابوحنیفہؒ نے جب وتر کو واجب قرار دیا تو ان کو منہ پر کہہ دیا گیا ، کفرتَ یا ابی حنیفہ،، امام بخاریؓ کفر اور ارتداد کا فتوی لے کر حالتِ مفروری میں موت کی دعا مانگ کر فوت ھوئے حالانکہ اپنی صحیح بخاری میں خود حدیث بیان کر گئے ھیں کہ تم میں سے کوئی اپنی موت کی دعا نہ مانگے،،مگر فتووں نے نہ ابی حنیفہ کا کچھ بگاڑا نہ امام بخاری کی عظمت کو داغدار کیا،،وقت نے دونوں کو اپنے اپنے میدان کا امام بنا ڈالا اور فتوے دینے والے ماضی کی تاریکی میں گم ھو گئے .
