    Pejabat Iraq : Pasukan Al Qaeda Iraq Sudah Sangat Kuat, Mampu Menduduki Ibukota Baghdad

    Shoutussalam – Kekhawatiran rezim pemerintah Syiah Iraq terhadap ekspansi Mujahidin Daulah Islam Iraq dan Syam semakin menjadi-jadi setelah mereka kehilangan kontrol atas Provinsi terbesar al Anbar.

    Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri Iraq menyatakan, bahwa setelah Fallujah jatuh ke tangan Daulah Islam, kekuatannya meningkat pesat dan semakin kuat. Bahkan mampu dengan segera merobohkan pusat kekuatan rezim Syiah Iraq di ibukota Baghdad.

    "Senjata-senjata yang mereka miliki di dalam kota Fallujah dalam jumlah yang sangat besar dan cukup maju. Dan jujur saya katakan cukup untuk menduduki ibukota Baghdad," kata Wakil Menteri Dalam Negeri Adnan al-Asadi dalam pidatonya, seperti yang dikutip dari Big Story AP, Selasa (21/1/2014).

    Selama beberapa pekan aksi pembersihan wilayah al Anbar dari keberadaan aparat polisi dan tentara Safawi Iraq oleh Mujahidin ISIS dan suku-suku Ahlus Sunnah disana, banyak ghonimah (senjata rampasan perang) yang mereka peroleh.

    Dari mobil-mobil kepolisian dan kendaraan tempur lainnya, perlengkapan lengkap Pasukan Elit SWAT Iraq yang dipersenjatai dengan senapan-senapan serbu buatan Amerika, hingga disebutkan puluhan Tank Canggih Amerika Abrams. Allahu Akbar!

    Menurut sumber-sumber aktivis media Independen, Mujahidin Daulah Islam juga telah memasuki dan menguasai wilayah Timur Baghdad.

    Dan tolaklah kebatilan walaupun yang mengatakannya adalah orang yang dicintai".

    Beliau juga mengatakan bahwa :

    "Tidak semua perkataan ditolak mentah mentah karena kesalahan, tapi harus dibedakan terlebih dahulu antara kebenaran dan kebatilan".

    4. Will the Khilafah be democratic or will it be a dictatorship?

    The Islamic state will be neither. The Western colonial powers have made the issue of elections synonymous with democracy, whilst this is not the case. The Khilafah will have elections to select various positions, including the Khaleefah, but no one would have the right to legislate either as an individual or a collective as is the case in democracy. This would mean that the people would be able to select their representatives but at the same time the representatives would not have the power to deviate from the Shari'ah and enact corrupt laws like immunity for the rulers.6 In contemporary usage, dictatorship refers to an autocratic form of absolute rule by leadership unrestricted by law, constitution, or other social and political factors within a state. This contradicts Islamic rule as the Khaleefah is restricted by a whole host of checks and balances which restrict his rule. The Khaleefah is also not above the law, but is subject to it like every other citizen.
