Seterusnya masa khilafah dengan manhaj kenabian, kemudian diam" Berkata Habib:"Pada saat Umar bin Abdul Aziz menjadi khilafah dan Yazid bin an-Nu'man bin Basyir adalah teman Umar bin Abdul Aziz. Maka saya tulis kepada hadits ini, mengingatkannya dan aku berkata kepadanya:"Saya berharap Amiril Mu'minin yakni Umar setelah (sebelumnya dikuasai) raja yang menggigit dan raja yang diktator. Saya masukan surat ini padanya, dan ia senang dan merasa kagum (pada hadits ini) (HR Ahmad) Hadits ini merupakan informasi kenabian tentang perjalanan sejarah manusia dan periodisasi kepemimpinan suatu bangsa. Tidak ada informasi yang tepat dan akurat setelah Al-Qur'an melainkan informasi Hadits dari Nabi Muhammad SAW. Informasi ini sebagiannya sudah terjadi dan sebagian kecil-insya Allah- akan terjadi. Dalam hadits tersebut ada 5 periode perjalanan sejarah umat manusia lebih khusus lagi umat Islam atau umat yang beriman kepada Allah, yaitu: 1. Manusia dipimpin oleh para nabi dan para rasul (masa kenabian) 2. Manusia dipimpin oleh Khulafaur Rasyidin (masa khilafah sesuai dengan pedoman Rasulullah SAW 3. Manusia dipimpin oleh raja-raja yang menggigit (masa malik 'adhon) 4. Manusia dipimpin oleh raja-raja ada penguasa yang diktator dan tidak berpedoman pada ajaran Islam. 5. Manusia dipimpin kembali oleh sistem khilafah sesuai pedoman yang dibawa nabi Muhammad SAW. Informasi yang pertama telah terjadi dan benar adanya, bahwa manusia pada saat itu dipimpin oleh para nabi dan para rasul, mulai dari nabi Adam as sampai nabi Muhammad SAW. Pada masa ini para nabi dan para rasul yang diutus Allah kepada manusia sekaligus berfungsi sebagai pemimpin mereka. Ketika seorang nabi wafat maka Allah mengutus lagi nabi yang baru yang akan meluruskan keyakinan dan sikap hidup manusia. Para nabi dan para rasul memimpin manusia dan membimbing mereka untuk beriman dan beribadah kepada Allah. Walaupun begitu banyak juga di antara kaumnya yang mengingkari ajaran nabi-nabi atau rasul-rasul tersebut. Manusia yang ingkar dan tidak beriman kepada Allah pada masa nabi-nabi dan rasul-rasul sebelum nabi Muhammad SAW, biasanya dihancurkan oleh Allah. Sehingga yang tersisa adalah nabi dan pengikutnya yang beriman. Setelah nabi tersebut wafat, maka semakin lama jarak wafatnya nabi, semakin banyak pula yang tersesat dari ajaran Allah yang dibawa nabi tersebut. Maka Allah pun mengutus nabi baru kemudian membimbing mereka dan mengajak mereka untuk kembali beriman pada Allah dan beribadah kepada-Nya. Begitulah seterusnya sampai Allah mengutus nabi dan rasul terakhir Muhammad SAW. Masa kepemimpinan nabi Muhammad SAW selama 23 tiga tahun, yaitu masa beliau diangkat menjadi rasul dan menjalankan tugas dakwah yang diembannya. Lebih riil lagi, kepemimpinan Muhammad SAW semenjak beliau hijrah ke Madinah sampai wafatnya, yaitu selama 13 tahun. Karena di Madinah nabi Muhammad SAW sudah memiliki kekuatan hukum dan memiliki basis wilayah. Memang pada masa kepemimpinan Muhammad SAW khususnya di Madinah, pada saat itu belum ada istilah daulah (negara). Tetapi bagi yang berpikiran jernih dan memahami sirah rasul SAW bahwa Rasulullah SAW memimpin lebih dari sebuah negara. Karena di sana Rasulullah SAW memiliki otoritas menegakkan hukum dan menjatuhkan sangsi bagi yang melanggarnya. Dan tidak ada institusi yang memiliki wewenang menjalankan hukum, melaksanakan perang dan menerapkan sangsi kecuali institusi negara. Wafatnya Rasulullah SAW. berarti menandakan berakhirnya masa kenabian untuk kemudian beralih pada masa khilafah sesuai dengan pedoman kenabian khususnya pedoman Nabi Muhammad SAW. Maka masa kepemimpinan manusia dan umat Islam berpindah pada Khulafaur Rasyidin (khalifah Rasul SAW yang mendapat petunjuk), yaitu Abu Bakar As-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Utsman bin 'Affan dan Ali bin Abi Thalib. Sebagian ulama dan ahli sejarah memasukkan masa kepemimpinan Umar bina Abdul Aziz pada masa ini karena kesamaan sistem yang diikuti Umar bin Abdul Aziz dan keluhuran akhlaq beliau. Masa ini pun tidak jauh berbeda dengan masa kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW, karena masih mengacu pada Rasulullah SAW dan berpegang erat pada Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Masa khilafah sesuai dengan manhaj nabi berlangsung selama sekitar 40 tahun. Terhitung dari diangkatnya Abu Bakar menjadi khalifah sampai wafatnya Ali bin Abi Thalib. Dalam waktu yang relatif singkat ini Islam sudah menjadi super power yang memberikan rahmat pada dunia. Kekuasaannya sudah mencapai seluruh jazirah Arab, Afrika Utara, Sebagian Asia Tengah dan Sebagian Eropa. Persia dan Romawi dua super power dunia saat sebelum Islam, di masa Khulafaur Rasyidin sudah jatuh ke pangkuan Islam. Manusia hidup sejahtera dalam naungan Islam dan mereka berbahagia dalam keindahan Islam. Kaum yang lemah tidak dizhalimi haknya dan kaum yang miskin mendapatkan santunan dari negara. Rahmat lil 'alamin, memang hanya dapat direalisasikan secara maksimal manakala Islam dan umat Islam memimpin dan berkuasa. Karena konsep kekuasaan dalam Islam adalah konsep pelayanan dan Sayidul kaum khodimuhum (pemimpin suatu kaum adalah pelayan kaum tersebut). Setelah Ali bin Abi Thalib wafat masa kekuasaan berpindah ke Muawiyah. Dan mulai saat itu sistem kekuasaan mengalami distorsi dari ajaran Islam. Masa ini sesuai dengan hadits Nabi SAW disebut masa malikan 'adhon (raja yang menggigit). Pada masa ini sistem hukum yang dipakai masih bersandar pada Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, tetapi sistem pergantian kepemimpinan berubah dari sistem syura' menjadi sistem kerajaan yang diangkat secara turun temurun. Dan pada masa ini juga ada di antara raja yang zhalim yang menindas rakyatnya, walaupun secara formal mereka masih berpegang pada Al- Qur'an dan Sunnah. Masa ini sesuai dengan perjalanan sejarah berlangsung cukup lama, yaitu dari mulai Muawiyah memimpin yang diteruskan oleh keturunannya dari dinasti Bani Umayyah, kemudian berpindah ke Bani Abbasiyah dan yang terakhir kekuasaan Turki Utsmani yang runtuh pada tahun 1924 M. Sehingga masa ini adalah masa yang cukup lama yaitu dari abad ke 6 sampai abad ke 20, yaitu sekitar 14 abad. Setelah keruntuhan khilafah Turki Utsmani masa berpindah dari malikan 'adhon ke malikan jabariyan (penguasa diktator). Inilah masa kejatuhan umat Islam dari semua sisi kehidupan, termasuk sisi politik, karena umat Islam pada masa ini tertindas oleh penjajahan barat atau timur yang tidak beriman pada Allah dan menerapkan sistem sekuler yang jauh dari ajaran Islam. Dunia Islam terpecah belah menjadi negara- negara kecil yang tidak berpedoman pada Syariat Islam. Sehingga dengan mudahnya bangsa barat menjajah dan mengendalikan dunia Islam yang sudah terpecah ini demi kepentingan dan kekuasaan mereka. Malikan Jabariyan dipimpin oleh penguasa kafir yang sekarang di bawah kekuasaan Amerika Serikat dan Israel. Hampir seluruh penguasa dunia Islam tunduk dan dikendalikan oleh Amerika Serikat dan sekutunya. AS, Israel dan sekutunya berupaya mempertahankan hegemoni kekuasaannya dengan menghalalkan segala macam cara. Badan-badan dunia seperti PBB, IMF, Bank Dunia dll. dikuasainya. Mereka menguasai aset dan kekayaan dunia Islam dengan berbagai macam dalih. Mereka juga berupaya menguasai opini dunia dengan mengendalikan media masa. AS benar-benar memposisikan dirinya sebagai rezim Firaun di abad ini. Walaupun begitu siklus kehidupan di dunia akan terus berjalan. Dan setiap umat dan bangsa pasti memiliki masa berakhirnya, begitu juga sebuah kekuasaan. Allah SWT berfirman yang artinya: "Janganlah kamu bersikap lemah, dan janganlah (pula) kamu bersedih hati, padahal kamulah orang-orang yang paling tinggi (derajatnya), jika kamu orang-orang yang beriman. Jika kamu (pada perang Uhud) mendapat luka, maka sesungguhnya kaum (kafir) itupun (pada perang Badar) mendapat luka yang serupa. Dan masa (kejayaan dan kehancuran) itu, Kami pergilirkan di antara manusia (agar mereka mendapat pelajaran); dan supaya Allah membedakan orang-orang yang beriman (dengan orang-orang kafir) dan supaya sebagian kamu dijadikan-Nya (gugur sebagai) syuhada. Dan Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang zhalim, dan agar Allah membersihkan orang- orang yang beriman (dari dosa mereka) dan membinasakan orang- orang yang kafir" (QS Ali Imran 139 – 141) Malikan Jabariyan pasti akan berakhir dan akan beralih pada masa Khilafah 'ala Manhajin Nubuwah (Khilafah sesuai pedoman kenabian). Tanda tersebut sudah semakin dekat, AS, Israel dan sekutunya sudah demikian zhalim dan brutal terutama terhadap umat Islam. Mereka ibarat bangsa yang sedang menghadapi sakaratul maut, maka tindakannya kalap dan menghajar siapa saja yang dianggapnya musuh. Masa penguasa diktator yang dipimpin AS, Israel dan sekutunya tidak akan berlangsung lama lagi karena di hampir seluruh dunia Islam sudah mulai marak gerakan Islam yang tidak dapat dimusnahkan dan dibendung. Dan gerakan Islam tersebut semakin kuat dalam memperjuangkan kembalinya sistem Islam termasuk dalam dunia politik. Allah SWT berfirman yang artinya "Mereka ingin hendak memadamkan cahaya (agama) Allah dengan mulut (ucapan-ucapan) mereka, dan Allah tetap menyempurnakan cahaya-Nya meskipun orang-orang kafir benci". (QS As-Shaaf 8) Prediksi Rasulullah SAW menunjukkan bahwa masa kepemimpinan akan kembali ke tangan umat Islam, dan sistem yang dipakai adalah sistem khilafah sesuai dengan pedoman nabi Muhammad SAW. Inilah kabar gembira yang juga disebutkan dalam Al-Qur'an, Allah SWT berfirman yang artinya: "Dan Allah telah berjanji kepada orang-orang yang beriman di antara kamu dan mengerjakan amal-amal yang saleh bahwa Dia sungguh- sungguh akan menjadikan mereka berkuasa di bumi, sebagaimana Dia telah menjadikan orang-orang yang sebelum mereka berkuasa, dan sungguh Dia akan meneguhkan bagi mereka agama yang telah diridhai- Nya untuk mereka, dan Dia benar- benar akan menukar (keadaan) mereka, sesudah mereka berada dalam ketakutan menjadi aman sentosa. Mereka tetap menyembah- Ku dengan tiada mempersekutukan sesuatu apapun dengan Aku. Dan barangsiapa yang (tetap) kafir sesudah (janji) itu, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang fasik" (QS An-Nuur 55). - khilafah - Social Mention: RE: KHILAFAH OF ABU BAKR AL BAGHDADI IN IRAQ ================================= A lot of people have asked been asking me about Musa Cerantonio - Abu A'isha statements about Khilafah in Iraq and the Bay'ah to Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi. I would like only to point out a summary of 3 types of people who have spoken up in relation to this topic: 1- Those who agree with the ijtihad of Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi that he is in authority like a khalifah as he is ruling some regions and implementing the Shariah there. May Allah reward them for their ijtihad - this is a blessed call and mighty aim and there can be no doubt about the great acheivements by Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi and the success and victory Allah has granted him. Whether someone agrees or not with this ijtihad, there is no way to criticize him for what he is inviting the Ummah to - unity, khilafah, shari'ah and victory. 2- Those who follow the ijtihad of other scholars and leaders such as Sheikh Ayman Al Zawaahiri, Sheikh Abu Qatadah, Sheikh Abu Muhammad Al Maqdisi, Abu Muhammad Al Julaani etc that Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi is a leader of an Islamic group but not yet the Khalifah and call for unifying the many groups and cooperation and shura in the region to be an even mightier force against the enemies of Islam. May Allah reward them for their ijtihad - this also a great call and lofty aim based on Ilm and Fiqh, just like the former opinion above. Moreover there is no question about the love and cooperation and respect among both sides of that ijtihad. In addition it should be pointed out that just as it is the opinion of these latter group that Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi does not have general authority over the other Mujahideen or leaders yet, it should be pointed out that this latter group does not have any authority over Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi but their requests and invitations are requests and not binding commands on a subordinate. ------------------------------------ NOTE: On the above two, whoever was right will have 2 rewards and the other will have one reward, but neither will have sin. ------------------------------------ 3- The third group is those who are longing for the failure of the project to establish Khilafah in Iraq and Shaam, who follow the tactic of condemning and criticizing Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi and his Imaarah or indeed Abu Muhammad Julaani and his Imaarah, or the tactic of belittling the efforts of these great leaders and fighters, or accusing them of deviation, bid'ah, khuruj etc or the tactic of picking on mistakes and sometimes inventing mistakes and compiling lists of these 'errors' to discredit and defame them. Or the tactic of discouraging people from Jihad or supporting the jihad or the tactic of calling people to leave the bay'ah to Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi (whether you believe he is Khalifah or not) for the sake of giving bay'ah to Tawagheet apostate regimes like those in Hijaaz. I mean by this people like Khalid Yaseen, Ar'oor, Dimashqiyyah and several other Madkhali 'shuyookh'. This group will never have reward for their contribution to the discussion and will only have sin. They are in a very dangerous place and are imitating the disbelievers and the munafiqeen. This is the tactic of Ahl Al Nifaaq and nobody with Imaan should allow themselves to remain in this situation. The call for people to abandon Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi or Abu Muhammad Al Julaani and to withhold support or help from them, or who hope for and show pleasure in any of their losses or defeats or that seek the fall of the Islamic State of Iraq - these have only exposed themselves as people of nifaaq (knowingly or unknowingly) and they are like those who said, "Do not spend in support of those who are with the messenger of Allah until they disperse (i.e. give up and get defeated)..." Manusia dipimpin oleh raja-raja yang menggigit (masa malik 'adhon) 4. Manusia dipimpin oleh raja-raja ada penguasa yang diktator dan tidak berpedoman pada ajaran Islam. 5. Manusia dipimpin kembali oleh sistem khilafah sesuai pedoman yang dibawa nabi Muhammad SAW. Informasi yang pertama telah terjadi dan benar adanya, bahwa manusia pada saat itu dipimpin oleh para nabi dan para rasul, mulai dari nabi Adam as sampai nabi Muhammad SAW. Pada masa ini para nabi dan para rasul yang diutus Allah kepada manusia sekaligus berfungsi sebagai pemimpin mereka. Ketika seorang nabi wafat maka Allah mengutus lagi nabi yang baru yang akan meluruskan keyakinan dan sikap hidup manusia. Para nabi dan para rasul memimpin manusia dan membimbing mereka untuk beriman dan beribadah kepada Allah. Walaupun begitu banyak juga di antara kaumnya yang mengingkari ajaran nabi-nabi atau rasul-rasul tersebut. Manusia yang ingkar dan tidak beriman kepada Allah pada masa nabi-nabi dan rasul-rasul sebelum nabi Muhammad SAW, biasanya dihancurkan oleh Allah. Sehingga yang tersisa adalah nabi dan pengikutnya yang beriman. Setelah nabi tersebut wafat, maka semakin lama jarak wafatnya nabi, semakin banyak pula yang tersesat dari ajaran Allah yang dibawa nabi tersebut. Maka Allah pun mengutus nabi baru kemudian membimbing mereka dan mengajak mereka untuk kembali beriman pada Allah dan beribadah kepada-Nya. Begitulah seterusnya sampai Allah mengutus nabi dan rasul terakhir Muhammad SAW. Masa kepemimpinan nabi Muhammad SAW selama 23 tiga tahun, yaitu masa beliau diangkat menjadi rasul dan menjalankan tugas dakwah yang diembannya. Lebih riil lagi, kepemimpinan Muhammad SAW semenjak beliau hijrah ke Madinah sampai wafatnya, yaitu selama 13 tahun. Karena di Madinah nabi Muhammad SAW sudah memiliki kekuatan hukum dan memiliki basis wilayah. Memang pada masa kepemimpinan Muhammad SAW khususnya di Madinah, pada saat itu belum ada istilah daulah (negara). Tetapi bagi yang berpikiran jernih dan memahami sirah rasul SAW bahwa Rasulullah SAW memimpin lebih dari sebuah negara. Karena di sana Rasulullah SAW memiliki otoritas menegakkan hukum dan menjatuhkan sangsi bagi yang melanggarnya. Dan tidak ada institusi yang memiliki wewenang menjalankan hukum, melaksanakan perang dan menerapkan sangsi kecuali institusi negara. Wafatnya Rasulullah SAW. berarti menandakan berakhirnya masa kenabian untuk kemudian beralih pada masa khilafah sesuai dengan pedoman kenabian khususnya pedoman Nabi Muhammad SAW. Maka masa kepemimpinan manusia dan umat Islam berpindah pada Khulafaur Rasyidin (khalifah Rasul SAW yang mendapat petunjuk), yaitu Abu Bakar As-Shiddiq, Umar bin Khattab, Utsman bin 'Affan dan Ali bin Abi Thalib. Sebagian ulama dan ahli sejarah memasukkan masa kepemimpinan Umar bina Abdul Aziz pada masa ini karena kesamaan sistem yang diikuti Umar bin Abdul Aziz dan keluhuran akhlaq beliau. Masa ini pun tidak jauh berbeda dengan masa kepemimpinan Rasulullah SAW, karena masih mengacu pada Rasulullah SAW dan berpegang erat pada Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah. Masa khilafah sesuai dengan manhaj nabi berlangsung selama sekitar 40 tahun. Terhitung dari diangkatnya Abu Bakar menjadi khalifah sampai wafatnya Ali bin Abi Thalib. Dalam waktu yang relatif singkat ini Islam sudah menjadi super power yang memberikan rahmat pada dunia. Kekuasaannya sudah mencapai seluruh jazirah Arab, Afrika Utara, Sebagian Asia Tengah dan Sebagian Eropa. Persia dan Romawi dua super power dunia saat sebelum Islam, di masa Khulafaur Rasyidin sudah jatuh ke pangkuan Islam. Manusia hidup sejahtera dalam naungan Islam dan mereka berbahagia dalam keindahan Islam. Kaum yang lemah tidak dizhalimi haknya dan kaum yang miskin mendapatkan santunan dari negara. Rahmat lil 'alamin, memang hanya dapat direalisasikan secara maksimal manakala Islam dan umat Islam memimpin dan berkuasa. Karena konsep kekuasaan dalam Islam adalah konsep pelayanan dan Sayidul kaum khodimuhum (pemimpin suatu kaum adalah pelayan kaum tersebut). Setelah Ali bin Abi Thalib wafat masa kekuasaan berpindah ke Muawiyah. Dan mulai saat itu sistem kekuasaan mengalami distorsi dari ajaran Islam. Masa ini sesuai dengan hadits Nabi SAW disebut masa malikan 'adhon (raja yang menggigit). Pada masa ini sistem hukum yang dipakai masih bersandar pada Al-Qur'an dan Sunnah, tetapi sistem pergantian kepemimpinan berubah dari sistem syura' menjadi sistem kerajaan yang diangkat secara turun temurun. Dan pada masa ini juga ada di antara raja yang zhalim yang menindas rakyatnya, walaupun secara formal mereka masih berpegang pada Al- Qur'an dan Sunnah. Masa ini sesuai dengan perjalanan sejarah berlangsung cukup lama, yaitu dari mulai Muawiyah memimpin yang diteruskan oleh keturunannya dari dinasti Bani Umayyah, kemudian berpindah ke Bani Abbasiyah dan yang terakhir kekuasaan Turki Utsmani yang runtuh pada tahun 1924 M. Sehingga masa ini adalah masa yang cukup lama yaitu dari abad ke 6 sampai abad ke 20, yaitu sekitar 14 abad. Setelah keruntuhan khilafah Turki Utsmani masa berpindah dari malikan 'adhon ke malikan jabariyan (penguasa diktator). Inilah masa kejatuhan umat Islam dari semua sisi kehidupan, termasuk sisi politik, karena umat Islam pada masa ini tertindas oleh penjajahan barat atau timur yang tidak beriman pada Allah dan menerapkan sistem sekuler yang jauh dari ajaran Islam. Dunia Islam terpecah belah menjadi negara- negara kecil yang tidak berpedoman pada Syariat Islam. Sehingga dengan mudahnya bangsa barat menjajah dan mengendalikan dunia Islam yang sudah terpecah ini demi kepentingan dan kekuasaan mereka. Malikan Jabariyan dipimpin oleh penguasa kafir yang sekarang di bawah kekuasaan Amerika Serikat dan Israel. Hampir seluruh penguasa dunia Islam tunduk dan dikendalikan oleh Amerika Serikat dan sekutunya. AS, Israel dan sekutunya berupaya mempertahankan hegemoni kekuasaannya dengan menghalalkan segala macam cara. Badan-badan dunia seperti PBB, IMF, Bank Dunia dll. dikuasainya. Mereka menguasai aset dan kekayaan dunia Islam dengan berbagai macam dalih. Mereka juga berupaya menguasai opini dunia dengan mengendalikan media masa. AS benar-benar memposisikan dirinya sebagai rezim Firaun di abad ini. Walaupun begitu siklus kehidupan di dunia akan terus berjalan. Dan setiap umat dan bangsa pasti memiliki masa berakhirnya, begitu juga sebuah kekuasaan. Allah SWT berfirman yang artinya: "Janganlah kamu bersikap lemah, dan janganlah (pula) kamu bersedih hati, padahal kamulah orang-orang yang paling tinggi (derajatnya), jika kamu orang-orang yang beriman. Jika kamu (pada perang Uhud) mendapat luka, maka sesungguhnya kaum (kafir) itupun (pada perang Badar) mendapat luka yang serupa. Dan masa (kejayaan dan kehancuran) itu, Kami pergilirkan di antara manusia (agar mereka mendapat pelajaran); dan supaya Allah membedakan orang-orang yang beriman (dengan orang-orang kafir) dan supaya sebagian kamu dijadikan-Nya (gugur sebagai) syuhada. Dan Allah tidak menyukai orang-orang yang zhalim, dan agar Allah membersihkan orang- orang yang beriman (dari dosa mereka) dan membinasakan orang- orang yang kafir" (QS Ali Imran 139 – 141) Malikan Jabariyan pasti akan berakhir dan akan beralih pada masa Khilafah 'ala Manhajin Nubuwah (Khilafah sesuai pedoman kenabian). Tanda tersebut sudah semakin dekat, AS, Israel dan sekutunya sudah demikian zhalim dan brutal terutama terhadap umat Islam. Mereka ibarat bangsa yang sedang menghadapi sakaratul maut, maka tindakannya kalap dan menghajar siapa saja yang dianggapnya musuh. Masa penguasa diktator yang dipimpin AS, Israel dan sekutunya tidak akan berlangsung lama lagi karena di hampir seluruh dunia Islam sudah mulai marak gerakan Islam yang tidak dapat dimusnahkan dan dibendung. Dan gerakan Islam tersebut semakin kuat dalam memperjuangkan kembalinya sistem Islam termasuk dalam dunia politik. Allah SWT berfirman yang artinya "Mereka ingin hendak memadamkan cahaya (agama) Allah dengan mulut (ucapan-ucapan) mereka, dan Allah tetap menyempurnakan cahaya-Nya meskipun orang-orang kafir benci". (QS As-Shaaf 8) Prediksi Rasulullah SAW menunjukkan bahwa masa kepemimpinan akan kembali ke tangan umat Islam, dan sistem yang dipakai adalah sistem khilafah sesuai dengan pedoman nabi Muhammad SAW. Inilah kabar gembira yang juga disebutkan dalam Al-Qur'an, Allah SWT berfirman yang artinya: "Dan Allah telah berjanji kepada orang-orang yang beriman di antara kamu dan mengerjakan amal-amal yang saleh bahwa Dia sungguh- sungguh akan menjadikan mereka berkuasa di bumi, sebagaimana Dia telah menjadikan orang-orang yang sebelum mereka berkuasa, dan sungguh Dia akan meneguhkan bagi mereka agama yang telah diridhai- Nya untuk mereka, dan Dia benar- benar akan menukar (keadaan) mereka, sesudah mereka berada dalam ketakutan menjadi aman sentosa. Mereka tetap menyembah- Ku dengan tiada mempersekutukan sesuatu apapun dengan Aku. Dan barangsiapa yang (tetap) kafir sesudah (janji) itu, maka mereka itulah orang-orang yang fasik" (QS An-Nuur 55). khilafah - Social Mention
RE: KHILAFAH OF ABU BAKR AL BAGHDADI IN IRAQ ================================= A lot of people have asked been asking me about Musa Cerantonio - Abu A'isha statements about Khilafah in Iraq and the Bay'ah to Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi. I would like only to point out a summary of 3 types of people who have spoken up in relation to this topic: 1- Those who agree with the ijtihad of Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi that he is in authority like a khalifah as he is ruling some regions and implementing the Shariah there. May Allah reward them for their ijtihad - this is a blessed call and mighty aim and there can be no doubt about the great acheivements by Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi and the success and victory Allah has granted him. Whether someone agrees or not with this ijtihad, there is no way to criticize him for what he is inviting the Ummah to - unity, khilafah, shari'ah and victory. 2- Those who follow the ijtihad of other scholars and leaders such as Sheikh Ayman Al Zawaahiri, Sheikh Abu Qatadah, Sheikh Abu Muhammad Al Maqdisi, Abu Muhammad Al Julaani etc that Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi is a leader of an Islamic group but not yet the Khalifah and call for unifying the many groups and cooperation and shura in the region to be an even mightier force against the enemies of Islam. May Allah reward them for their ijtihad - this also a great call and lofty aim based on Ilm and Fiqh, just like the former opinion above. Moreover there is no question about the love and cooperation and respect among both sides of that ijtihad. In addition it should be pointed out that just as it is the opinion of these latter group that Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi does not have general authority over the other Mujahideen or leaders yet, it should be pointed out that this latter group does not have any authority over Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi but their requests and invitations are requests and not binding commands on a subordinate. ------------------------------------ NOTE: On the above two, whoever was right will have 2 rewards and the other will have one reward, but neither will have sin. ------------------------------------ 3- The third group is those who are longing for the failure of the project to establish Khilafah in Iraq and Shaam, who follow the tactic of condemning and criticizing Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi and his Imaarah or indeed Abu Muhammad Julaani and his Imaarah, or the tactic of belittling the efforts of these great leaders and fighters, or accusing them of deviation, bid'ah, khuruj etc or the tactic of picking on mistakes and sometimes inventing mistakes and compiling lists of these 'errors' to discredit and defame them. Or the tactic of discouraging people from Jihad or supporting the jihad or the tactic of calling people to leave the bay'ah to Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi (whether you believe he is Khalifah or not) for the sake of giving bay'ah to Tawagheet apostate regimes like those in Hijaaz. I mean by this people like Khalid Yaseen, Ar'oor, Dimashqiyyah and several other Madkhali 'shuyookh'. This group will never have reward for their contribution to the discussion and will only have sin. They are in a very dangerous place and are imitating the disbelievers and the munafiqeen. This is the tactic of Ahl Al Nifaaq and nobody with Imaan should allow themselves to remain in this situation. The call for people to abandon Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi or Abu Muhammad Al Julaani and to withhold support or help from them, or who hope for and show pleasure in any of their losses or defeats or that seek the fall of the Islamic State of Iraq - these have only exposed themselves as people of nifaaq (knowingly or unknowingly) and they are like those who said, "Do not spend in support of those who are with the messenger of Allah until they disperse (i.e. give up and get defeated)..." [EMQ 63:7] It is good that they have shown their true colours now before we are fooled by their beards into depending on them in the hard times ahead. - Musa Cerantonio - Abu A'isha

Oh People! Demand from the Sincere Officers in the Military to Overthrow the Awami-BNP Ruling Regime for Establishing the Khilafah State under the Leadership of Hizb ut-Tahrir
And Mobilize on the Streets with this Demand
Bangladesh has become a land of death and destruction due to the Awami-BNP rule. The on-going political violence, chaos, strikes, police shootings and state terrorism is nothing other than fruits of the failed Awami-BNP politics. In the name of free and fair elections, democracy, or safeguarding the continuity of constitutional ruling and other cheap slogans, the Awami-BNP rulers have turned the country into a burial ground for the people. In other words, Awami-BNP rule = Death to the people. Furthermore all of the following hold true of Awami-BNP rule:
Awami-BNP rule = Corruption and looting
Awami-BNP rule = Majority of the population living in poverty
Awami-BNP rule = Oppression of women
Awami-BNP rule = Vilifying Islam and RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم
Awami-BNP rule = Agent rulers serving U.S.-India
Etc. etc.
These are the fruits of over two decades of Awami-BNP rule and democracy. So why is there a big fuss about ensuring a so-called free and fair election? And what does it matter if Hasina and Khaleda or the Awami League and BNP hold a dialogue or not? And whether there is dialogue or not and whether there is an all-party participated election or one-sided election the results will be all the same. There will be no real change in people's lives. Real change will come only by uprooting the entire ruling regime. This requires the sincere military officers to take the side of the people, because the means for change is not in people's hands. The means are with the sincere officers, for they are the ones who have the material power to overthrow the regime. Thus overthrowing this regime is a duty on their neck but not for establishing military rule; rather they have to transfer the authority to the sincere and aware politicians to establish the Islamic rule – the Khilafah state.
Hizb ut-Tahrir therefore urges all sincere, aware and thinking people towards the following actions:
1. Reject the rule of Awami-BNP and their democratic system. Do not wait for their dialogue and their elections to once again vote and bring either of them to power.
2. Join with Hizb ut-Tahrir in struggling against the current regime and working for establishing the Khilafah.
3. Demand from the sincere officers in the military to overthrow the Awami-BNP ruling regime for establishing the Khilafah State under the leadership of Hizb ut-Tahrir; and mobilize on the streets with this demand. Do not consider Awami-BNP's fight as just a confrontation which is between them. In fact it is a fight against you. And in this fight they are armed to the teeth with material power. You require material power too and that material power is to win the sincere officers to your side to aid you in removing the ruling regime.
And our call to the sincere officers in the military is as follows:
1. Fulfil your responsibility as Muslims. The duty to establish the Khilafah is upon your neck as much as any other Muslim; in fact it is even more as you hold the key to authority i.e. the material power.
2. Fulfil your oaths which you took to serve the people and the country. How much longer will you be the protectors of Hasina and the ruling regime, how many more people have to die and how much more of our land has to face destruction before you respond to the Call of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم?
3. Emulate the Sunnah of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم and be the Ansar for establishing the second Khilafah State. With the help of the Ansar (ra), RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم established the first Islamic state in Madina and that State continued until 1342 Hijri (1924 CE). If you become the Ansar for the second Islamic State, Allah سبحانه وتعالى will reward you in the same way as the first Ansar (ra), inshaAllah. Therefore overthrow the army officers' killer Sheikh Hasina's government immediately and transfer the authority to Hizb ut-Tahrir for establishing the Khilafah. The Khilafah will bring to justice the real conspirators and killers of the army officers unlike the show trials of BDR soldiers staged by Hasina.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ
"O you who believe! Answer the call of Allah and His Messenger when He calls you to that which gives you life"
(Al-Anfal: 24)

Thus overthrowing this regime is a duty on their neck but not for establishing military rule; rather they have to transfer the authority to the sincere and aware politicians to establish the Islamic rule – the Khilafah state.
Hizb ut-Tahrir therefore urges all sincere, aware and thinking people towards the following actions:
1. Reject the rule of Awami-BNP and their democratic system. Do not wait for their dialogue and their elections to once again vote and bring either of them to power.
2. Join with Hizb ut-Tahrir in struggling against the current regime and working for establishing the Khilafah.
3. Demand from the sincere officers in the military to overthrow the Awami-BNP ruling regime for establishing the Khilafah State under the leadership of Hizb ut-Tahrir; and mobilize on the streets with this demand. Do not consider Awami-BNP's fight as just a confrontation which is between them. In fact it is a fight against you. And in this fight they are armed to the teeth with material power. You require material power too and that material power is to win the sincere officers to your side to aid you in removing the ruling regime.
And our call to the sincere officers in the military is as follows:
1. Fulfil your responsibility as Muslims. The duty to establish the Khilafah is upon your neck as much as any other Muslim; in fact it is even more as you hold the key to authority i.e. the material power.
2. Fulfil your oaths which you took to serve the people and the country. How much longer will you be the protectors of Hasina and the ruling regime, how many more people have to die and how much more of our land has to face destruction before you respond to the Call of Allah سبحانه وتعالى and His Messenger صلى الله عليه وسلم?
3. Emulate the Sunnah of RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم and be the Ansar for establishing the second Khilafah State. With the help of the Ansar (ra), RasulAllah صلى الله عليه وسلم established the first Islamic state in Madina and that State continued until 1342 Hijri (1924 CE). If you become the Ansar for the second Islamic State, Allah سبحانه وتعالى will reward you in the same way as the first Ansar (ra), inshaAllah. Therefore overthrow the army officers' killer Sheikh Hasina's government immediately and transfer the authority to Hizb ut-Tahrir for establishing the Khilafah. The Khilafah will bring to justice the real conspirators and killers of the army officers unlike the show trials of BDR soldiers staged by Hasina.
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اسْتَجِيبُوا لِلَّهِ وَلِلرَّسُولِ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ لِمَا يُحْيِيكُمْ

I seek refuge with you from an evil neighbour; and from a wife who causes me to grow old before old age; and from a son who will become a master over me; and from wealth which will become a punishment for me; and from a cunning friend whose gaze is upon me and whose heart is plotting and planning against me such that if he sees something good he buries it, and if he sees something bad he spreads it." Journalist Glenn Frankel describes how British High Commissioner Sir Percy Cox settled boundaries between Iraq, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia at a 1922 conference in Baghdad:
"The meeting had gone on for five grueling days with no compromise in sight. So one night in late November 1922, Cox, Britain's representative in Baghdad, summoned to his tent Sheik Abdul-Aziz ibn Saud, soon to become ruler of Saudi Arabia, to explain the facts of life as the British carved up the remnants of the defeated Ottoman empire."
"It was astonishing to see [ibn Saud] being reprimanded like a naughty schoolboy by His Majesty's High Commissioner and being told sharply that he, Sir Percy Cox, would himself decide the type and general line of the frontier," recalled Harold Dickson, the British military attaché to the region, in his memoirs.
"This ended the impasse. Ibn Saud almost broke down and pathetically remarked that Sir Percy was his father and mother who made him and raised him from nothing to the position he held and that he would surrender half his kingdom, nay the whole, if Sir Percy ordered."
Within two days, the deal was done. The modern borders of Iraq, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait were established by British Imperial fiat at what became known as the Uqair Conference.
