Il lui a donne comme instruction de rejoindre le Sham en lui donnant tout l'argent et les moujahid necessaire pour combattre les chiens alaouites en formant le groupe Jahbat El Nosra. Lorsque Abou Bakr Baghdadi a donne l'ordre de l'unification sous la banniere de l'Etat Islamique Joulani a refusé et est sorti de son allegeance pour faire allegeance a Sheikh az Zawahiri. MAIS la majorite de freres qui etaient a Jahbat al nosra ont fait bay3a a Abou Bakr al Baghdadi se qui fait que aujourd hui 95% de l'Etat Islamique d'Irak et du Sham est composé des Mouhajirines du monde entier avec plus de 70 nationalites differentes tandis que les soldats de Joulani sont a 15% de mouhajirines et 85% de syriens. Aujourd hui la dawla applique la Sharia partout ou elle a le pouvoir en combattant les kouffars de Bachar et les mortad de l'ASL tandis que Jahbat applique une politique differente ( d'abord Bashar le reste apres.) Nous sommes des freres mais ceux qui nous opposent est l'application de la Sharia nous la voulons immediate et personne ne nous empechera de la mettre en Place et CECI EST UNE PROMESSE D ALLAH ET SON MESSAGER ALAYHI SALAT WA SALAM.
