Frage: Was ist das Urteil über das fasten am "Zweifelstag", mit der Befürchtung das es der 1.Tag von Ramadan ist (der Tag des Zweifels ist der Tag nach dem 29. Scha'baan), wenn der Neumond z.B. wegen wolkigen Himmel nicht gesehen werden kann. Er wird Tag des Zweifels genannt, weil es der 30. Scha'baan sein könnte oder es könnte der erste Tag des Ramadhaan sein?
الجواب : صيام يوم الشك أقرب الأقوال فيه أنه حرام ، لقول عمار بن ياسر : " من صام اليوم الذي يشك فيه فقد عصى أبا القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم"، ولأن الصائم في يوم الشك متعد لحدود الله عز وجل ، لأن حدود الله أن لا يصام رمضان إلا برؤيته أي برؤية هلاله ، أو إكمال شعبان ثلاثين يوماً ، ولهذا قال النبي عليه الصلاة والسلام : " لا يتقدمن أحدكم رمضان بصوم يوم أو يومين إلا أن يكون رجلاً كان يصوم صوماً فليصمه"(174).
Antwort: Die korrekte Ansicht ist, dass das Fasten am Tag des Zweifel verboten (Haram) ist, aufgrund der Aussage von 'Ammar bin Yaasir: ,,Wer an dem Tag fastet, an dem es den Zweifel gibt, hat Abul-Qaasim nicht gehorcht".
"Niemand von euch soll ein oder zwei Tage vor dem Ramadan fasten, es sei denn jemand, der sein gewohntes Fasten fastet, dieser soll diesen Tag fasten"
*Mit dem zweifelhaften Tag ist der Tag gemeint, an dem man sich nicht sicher ist, ob er der letzte von Sha'ban oder der erste von Ramadan ist. Es handelt sich also um den 30. Sha'ban. (D.h. morgen)
