Martin's Story related to us by Imran Naseem: "Amongst a clamour of people waiting for soup and bread a young smiling face slowly approached the front of the queue. I was instantly drawn to him. His eyes were sparkling yet for some reason showed a deep pain. Lowering his head and with a West Country accent he gently asked for some soup. What had bought this young man to a point in his life where he felt the need to be living on hand outs. What had bought this young shy Southerner to the streets of Central Manchester on this cold Wednesday night? Standing in the corner with soup and bread in his hand and with a genuine heart warming smile, I decided to ask him these very questions. I was instantly struck by the young mans eloquence and ability to convey his feelings. His was a story of domestic abuse and child neglect. His childhood had been spent watching his parents extreme alcoholism. Martin's parents divorced as he approached his teens leaving him fighting to gain his parents attention as they built their new lives with their new partners and new families. The mental and emotional turmoil drove him to drugs and a catalogue of unfortunate decisions left him on the street. Four years on and he is still on the streets. Whilst the fortunate amongst society are planning for themselves and their children years in advance, Martin lives minute-by-minute, hour-by-hour, not knowing where the next meal will come from." يَاْذَنْۢ بِهِ اللّٰهُ کیا یہ لوگ کچھ ایسے شریک خدا رکھتے ہیں جنہوں نے ان کے لیے دین کی نوعیت رکھنے والا ایک ایسا طریقہ مقرر کر دیا ہے جس کا اللہ نے اذن نہیں دیا ؟ سورة الشُّوْرٰی 21 اللہ کے مقابلہ میں کن کن لوگوں کا حکم چلتا ہے؟:۔ ظاہر ہے کہ یہاں شریک سے مراد پتھر کے بت نہیں ہوسکتے۔ کیونکہ وہ نہ سن سکتے ہیں نہ بول سکتے ہیں وہ کسی کو کوئی قانون یا ضابطہ کیا دیں گے؟ لامحالہ اس سے مراد، انسان یا انسانوں کی جماعت ہی ہوسکتی ہے۔ جنہوں نے اللہ کی شریعت کے مقابلہ میں اپنی شریعت چلا رکھی ہو ۔ حرام و حلال کے اختیارات اپنے ہاتھ میں لے رکھے ہوں یا لوگوں کے لیے وہ ضابطہ حیات، فلسفے یا نظام پیش کرتے ہوں جو اللہ کی شریعت کے خلاف ہوں اور پھر انہیں لوگوں میں رائج اور نافذ بھی کرتے ہوں ۔ اور ایسے لوگ پارلیمنٹ یا ایوانوں کے ممبر بھی ہوسکتے ہیں ۔ خود سر حکمران بھی، آستانوں اور مزاروں کے متولی اور مجاور بھی اور گمراہ قسم کے فلاسفر اور مصنف بھی۔ انہیں ہی طاغوت کہاجاتا ہے۔ یعنی اللہ ایسے باغیوں کے بارے میں عفو و درگزر سے کام لیے جاتا ہے اور انہیں فوراً تباہ نہیں کردیتا۔ جس کی وجہ واضح ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ انسان کو دیئے ہوئے اختیار کو اضطرار میں تبدیل نہیں کرنا چاہتا۔ وہ ہر انسان کو اختیار دے کر ہی اس دنیا میں آزمانا چاہتا ہے۔ البتہ جب یہ اختیار کا عرصہ ختم ہوجائے گا اور وہ اس دنیا سے رخصت ہوجائیں گے تو پھر ایسے ظالموں کو ان کی ساری کرتوتوں کی دردناک سزا دی جائے گی۔ ، مثلاً بحیرہ، سائبہ، وصیلہ اور حام کو حرام قرار دیتے ہیں اور مردار، خون اور جوئے کو حلال سمجھتے ہیں۔ وہ اس طرح کی بہت سی ایسی ضلالتوں اور جہالتوں میں مبتلا تھے جن کی وجہ سے انھوں نے اپنے دور جاہلیت میں حلال و حرام کے ضابطے، عبادات کے باطل طریقے اور کئی طرح کی فاسد باتیں ایجاد کر رکھی تھیں۔ ان کے علماء و مشائخ بھی حلال و حرام کا فیصلہ کیا کرتے تھے اور عوام ان کے فیصلہ کے سامنے سر تسلیم خم کر دیا کرتے تھے، یہ فعل اللہ تعالیٰ کے ساتھ شرک تھا۔ الغرض شریعت سازی اور تحلیل و تحریم کفارِ مکہ بھی کیا کرتے تھے اور اہل کتاب کے علماء اور پیرانِ طریقت بھی کرتے تھے۔ دونوں نے اللہ کے حق پر قبضہ کر رکھا تھا۔ ان کے اس فعل کی تردید کرتے ہوئے اللہ تعالیٰ نے ارشاد فرمایا : (اِتَّخَذُوْٓا اَحْبَارَهُمْ وَرُهْبَانَهُمْ اَرْبَابًا مِّنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ وَالْمَسِيْحَ ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ ۚ وَمَآ اُمِرُوْٓا اِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُوْٓا اِلٰــهًا وَّاحِدًا ۚ لَآ اِلٰهَ اِلَّا هُوَ ۭسُبْحٰنَهٗ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُوْنَ ) [ التوبۃ : ۳۱ ]''انھوں نے اپنے عالموں اور اپنے درویشوں کو اللہ کے سوا رب بنا لیا اور مسیح ابن مریم کو بھی، حالانکہ انھیں اس کے سوا حکم نہیں دیا گیا تھا کہ ایک معبود کی عبادت کریں، کوئی معبود نہیں مگر وہی ، وہ اس سے پاک ہے جو وہ شریک بناتے ہیں۔'' سیدنا ابوہریرہ ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ''میں نے عمرو بن عامر بن لحی بن قمعہ خزاعی کو دیکھا کہ وہ جہنم میں اپنی آنتیں گھسیٹ رہا تھا۔ یہ وہی شخص ہے جس نے سب سے پہلے غیر اللہ کے نام پر جانور چھوڑنے کی رسم نکالی۔'' [ بخاری، کتاب المناقب، باب قصۃ خزاعۃ : ۳۵۲۱۔ مسلم، کتاب الجنۃ و صفۃ نعیمہا، باب النار یدخلہا الجبارون ۔۔ الخ : ۵۱؍ ۲۸۵٦ ] اس قدر واضح اورٹھوس اصول ہونے کے باوجود مشرکین نے کچھ لوگوں کو یہ اختیار دے رکھا ہے کہ وہ دین کے نام پر جوچاہیں مسائل بناتے اور چلاتے رہیں ۔ یہ بات بالکل واضح ہے کہ یہاں شرکاء سے پہلی مراد وہ لوگ ہیں جو حکمرانوں یا پارلیمنٹ کو اکثریت کی نمائندہ ہونے کی بنیاد پر آئین سازی کا اختیار دیتے ہیں ۔ جس بنا پر مسلمان ملکوں کی پارلیمنٹوں اور حکمرانوں نے اسلام کا حلیہ بگاڑ کررکھ دیاہے ۔ اس میں ماضی ،حال کے وہ علماء اور پیر بھی شامل ہیں جنہوں نے اپنے فتویٰ اور فرمان کوشریعت بنا کرلوگوں کے سامنے پیش کیا اور لوگوں نے اسے عقیدت کی بنیاد پر ٹھنڈے دل سے قبول کرلیا ۔ جس طرح غیر اسلامی قانون بنانے والے رب کے شریک بن بیٹھے ہیں اسی طرح انہیں خاموشی سے قبول کرنے والے بھی ایک حد تک شرک کا ارتکاب کرتے ہیں ۔گویا کہ دونوں فریق اپنے اپنے مقام پر شرک فی الحکم میں ملوث ہیں۔ اگر اللہ تعالیٰ نے ان کے فیصلے کا ایک وقت مقرر نہ کررکھا ہوتا تو ان کا جرم اتنا بھاری تھا کہ انہیں نیست ونابود کردیا جاتا ۔ ظالموں کے لیے آخرت میں اذیت ناک عذاب ہوگا اس لیے کہ انہوں نے اللہ تعالیٰ کو حاکمِ کل تسلیم کرنے کی بجائے دوسروں کو بھی اس کی حاکمیّت میں شریک کررکھا ہے ۔ اس ظلم کا نتیجہ ہے کہ ظالم کو پکڑنے والا اور مظلوم کی داد رسی کرنے والا کوئی نہیں ہے ۔ ((عَنْ عَدِیِّ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ قَالَ أَتَیْتُ النَّبِی ﷺ وَفِی عُنُقِی صَلِیبٌ مِنْ ذَہَب فَقَالَ یَا عَدِیُّ اطْرَحْ عَنْکَ ہَذَا الْوَثَنَ وَسَمِعْتُہُ یَقْرَأُ فِی سُورَۃِ بَرَاءَ ۃَ (اتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَہُمْ وَرُہْبَانَہُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّہِ)قَالَ أَمَا إِنَّہُمْ لَمْ یَکُونُوا یَعْبُدُونَہُمْ وَلَکِنَّہُمْ کَانُوا إِذَا أَحَلُّوا لَہُمْ شَیْءًا اسْتَحَلُّوہُ وَإِذَا حَرَّمُوا عَلَیْہِمْ شَیْءًا حَرَّمُوہُ)) [رواہ الترمذی : باب وَمِنْ سُورَۃِ التَّوْبَۃِ] '' حضرت عدی بن حاتم ؓ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نبی معظم ﷺ کے پاس آیامیری گردن میں سونے کی صلیب لٹک رہی تھی آپ نے فرمایا اس بت کو پھینک دو۔ میں نے سنا آپ ﷺسورۃ برأۃ کی تلاوت فرما رہے تھے (اِتَّخَذُوا أَحْبَارَہُمْ وَرُہْبَانَہُمْ أَرْبَابًا مِنْ دُونِ اللَّہِ) (میں نے عرض کیا کہ ہم انہیں رب نہیں مانتے) آپ ﷺنے فرمایا ایسا نہیں کہ وہ ان کی عبادت نہیں کرتے لیکن جب وہ کسی چیز کو حلال کہتے ہیں تو یہ اس کو حلال
