Wenn jemand in seinem Haus oder an einem öffentlichen Platz mit einem Raucher zusammen sitzt, sollte er ihn verlassen und hinausgehen?Antwort:Alles Lob gebührt Allah.Wie der Bruder bereits erwähnt hat, ist das Rauchen haram, aufgrund der allgemeinen Beweise, die darauf hinweisen, dass es haram ist. Es gibt keine spezifische Überlieferung vom Gesandten Allahs (Frieden und Segen Allahs seien auf ihm), weil das Rauchen erst in letzter Zeit aufkam, aber die Grundsätze der Sharia sind in der Anwendung allgemein, und einige Hinweise in einigen Überlieferungen zeigen an, dass es haram ist. Wenn ein Raucher neben Ihnen sitzt und rauchen will, dann geben Sie ihm behutsam und freundlich Nasiha. Sagen Sie zu ihm: „Mein Bruder, dies ist haram und du solltest es nicht tun."Ich denke, dass, wenn Sie ihm freundlich und behutsam Nasiha geben, er vom Rauchen Abstand nehmen wird, wie wir und andere aus Erfahrung wissen. Wenn er nicht davon Abstand nimmt, dann müssen Sie ihn verlassen, weil Allah sagt (ungefähre Bedeutung):„Er hat euch (doch) bereits im Buch offenbart: Wenn ihr hört, dass man Allahs Zeichen verleugnet und sich über sie lustig macht, dann sitzt nicht mit ihnen (zusammen), bis sie auf ein anderes Gespräch eingehen. Sonst seid ihr ihnen gleich…" [An-Nisa 4:140]Aber dies gilt dann, wenn es an einem öffentlichen Platz ist.
