Er ibn 'Abbas sagte: „Dann wurde der Vers offenbart: „Sieht denn der Mensch nicht, dass Wir ihn aus einem Samentropfen erschaffen haben, und doch ist er sogleich ein deutlicher Widersacher ? Er führt Uns ein Beispiel an und vergisst seine (eigene) Erschaffung. Er sagt: „Wer macht die Knochen wieder lebendig, wenn sie zerfallen sind ?" Sag: „Wieder lebendig macht sie Derjenige, Der sie das erste Mal hat entstehen lassen. Und Er weiß über jede Schöpfung Bescheid, (Er,) Der euch aus grünen Bäumen Feuer gemacht hat, so dass ihr sogleich damit anzünden könnt. Seine Eltern waren Muslime. Wie soll er nach dem Tod, in Bezug auf die Totenwaschung, das Totengebet, die Beerdigung sowie das Verrichten von Bittgebeten und Ersuchen von Barmherzigkeit für ihn, behandelt werden? Antwort: Wer immer von den „Muslimen" stirbt, während er nicht zu den Betenden gehörte, dann zählt er zu den Kuffar! Er sollte nicht gewaschen werden, über ihn sollte nicht (das Totengebet) gebetet werden, er sollte nicht auf dem Friedhof der Muslime beerdigt werden und seine nächsten (muslimischen) Angehörigen dürfen nicht von ihm erben, vielmehr sollte sein Besitz an die Staatskasse übergehen, nach der korrekten Meinung unter den Gelehrten. Dies wegen der Aussage des Propheten (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) in dem authentischen Hadith: {بين الرجل وبين الشرك والكفر ترك الصلاة} „Zwischen dem Mann und dem Schirk und dem Kufr steht sein Unterlassen des Salahs." (Überliefert von Muslim, 242) Und seiner (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) Aussage: {.العهد الذى بيننا وبينهم الصلاة فمن تركها فقد كفر} „Der Bund zwischen uns und ihnen ist das Salah, und wer es unterlässt, hat Kufr begangen." (Imam Ahmad 22428, und die Autoren des ‚Sunan' mit einer Sahih-Kette aus dem Hadith von Buraydah, radiya-llahu anhum; at-Tirmidhi, 2621; an-Nasaa'i, 462) 'Abdullaah bin Shaqiq al-'Uqaylii, der geehrte Taabi'ii, sagte: {كان أصحاب محمَّدٍ لا يرون شيئا من الأعمال تركه كفر إلا الصلاة} „Die Sahaba von Muhammad sahen das Unterlassen von etwas von den Taten nicht als Kufr an, außer (dem Unterlassen) des Salahs." Und es gibt viele Ahadith und Aussagen der Gefährten mit dieser Bedeutung. Dies bezieht sich auf jemanden, der das Salah aus Faulheit unterlässt und nicht dessen Verpflichtung leugnet. Was denjenigen anbelangt, der dessen Verpflichtung leugnet, so ist er ein Kafir und ein Abtrünniger gemäß aller Leute des Wissens. Wir bitten Allah, dass er die Situation der Muslime verbessert und dass Er sie den geraden Weg leitet, denn Er ist Der Allhörende und Der, Der die Bitten erhört. Shaykh `Abdul-`Aziz Bin Baz, rahimahullah Majmuu' Fataawa, Band 10, Seite 250 Anmerkung: {ليس بين العبد وبين الكفر إلا ترك الصلاة} „Nichts steht zwischen dem Diener und dem Kufr außer dem Unterlassen des Salahs."
