Antwort: Einem Muslim ist es haram, den Kuffar, Christen, Juden, oder anderen zu ihren Festen und Ritualen zu gratulieren. Dies beinhaltet eine Art von Einverständnis mit ihrer Falschheit (Baatil) und Loyalität ihnen gegenüber. Ebenso ist es einem Muslim haram, seinem muslimischen Bruder zu den Festen und Feiern der Kuffar zu gratulieren. Indem er das tut, imitiert er sie. Es wurde authentisch berichtet, dass der Prophet (sallAllahu alayhi wa sallam) sagte: {من تشبه بقوم فهو منهم} "Wer ein Volk nachahmt, gehört zu ihnen." [1] Shaykh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah kommentierte diesen Hadith wie folgt: Dieser Hadith impliziert mindestens, dass es für einen Muslim haram ist die Kuffar zu imitieren, obwohl die offensichtliche Bedeutung besagt, dass es Kufr ist, sie nachzuahmen, wie Allah (ta'ala), sagt: {وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ} "Und wer von euch sie zu Awliya' nimmt, der gehört zu ihnen." (Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:51) Muslime müssen die Kuffar meiden, sich von ihnen distanzieren und ihren Kufr gegenüber Allah und ihre Ma'siyah (Sünde) hassen, wie Allah (ta'ala) sagt: {لَّا تَجِدُ قَوْمًا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّـهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ يُوَادُّونَ مَنْ حَادَّ اللَّـهَ وَرَسُولَهُ} "Du findest keine Leute, die an Allah und den Jüngsten Tag Iman haben und denjenigen Zuneigung bezeigen, die Allah und Seinem Gesandten zuwiderhandeln" (Surah Al-Mujadalah 58:22) Er (subhana wa ta'ala) sagt: {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَتَّخِذُوا الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَىٰ أَوْلِيَاءَ ۘبَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَاءُ بَعْضٍ ۚ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّهُم مِّنكُمْ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ اللَّـهَ لَا يَهْدِيالْقَوْمَ الظَّالِمِينَ} "O die ihr Iman habt, nehmt nicht die Juden und die Christen zu Awliya'! Sie sind einer des anderen Awliya'. Und wer von euch sie zu Awliya' nimmt, der gehört zu ihnen. Gewiß, Allah leitet die Ungerechten (Dhalimin) nicht recht." (Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:51) So ist es Muslimen nicht gestattet den Kuffar zu ihren festlichen Anlässen in irgend einer Weise Freude auszudrücken, oder zu gratulieren, sei es durch das Aussprechen, Plakate, Zeitungen, Magazine, (Post-)Karten oder dergleichen. Die zuständigen Behörden (in den islamischen Ländern) müssen diese genannten Aushänge entfernen. Möge Allah uns Erfolg gewähren, und möge der Friede und Segen Allahs auf unserem Propheten, seiner Familie und seinen Gefährten sein.
