Antwort: Es gibt sowohl das Menschenrecht als auch das Gottesrecht. Dies bedeutet, dass wir sowohl den Menschen den wir verletzt oder gekränkt haben als auch Allah um Vergebung bitten sollten. Entschuldigen wir uns bei der Person und sie vergibt uns, so sind wir mit ihr im reinen. Das heißt, dass wir ihr gegenüber keine Gewissenbisse mehr haben müssen. Entschuldigen wir uns bei Allah für unser menschliches Versagen, so wird Er uns diesen Fehler insaAllah (so Gott will) ebenfalls verzeihen. Es heißt dass Allah alle Sünden verzeihen könnte, aber das Unrecht was zwischen zwei Menschen stattgefunden hat muss zwischen diesen beiden Menschen ausgemacht werden. Das bedeutet, wenn ich einem Menschen Unrecht an tue (z.B.: ich beklaue ihn), dann kann Allah mir diese Tat nicht vergeben ehe dieser von mir beklaute Mensch mir nicht verziehen hat, weil es hier um das Menschenrecht geht. Antwort: Der Ihnen beschriebene Fall kommt bei Gelatine aus folgendem Grund nicht zur Anwendung. Der Grund warum Trinkalkohol verboten ist ist seine berauschende Wirkung. Sobald der Alkohol seine berauschende Wirkung, zb. durch die genannten Umwandlungsprozesse, verliert und somit nicht mehr berauschend ist ist der Verzehr erlaubt. Im Gegensatz dazu hat uns Allah nicht mitgeteilt aus welchem Grund der Verzehr vom Schwein verboten ist, wodurch jede Substanz die Schwein enthält verboten ist. Gelatine wird in Deutschland in der Regel aus den Knochen von Schweinen hergestellt. Aus diesem Grund ist die überwiegende Mehrheit der islamischen Gelehrten der Ansicht das Gelantine verboten ist auch wenn es durch bestimmte Umwandlungsprozesse chemisch verändert wurde, denn das Ursprungsprodukt nach wie vor ein Teil des Schweines. Sollte Gelantine allerdings aus Rinderknochen gewonnen werden und dieses Tier wurde nach den islamischen Regeln geschlachtet ist gegen den Verzehr nichts einzuwenden. Die in der Sura 24 / An-Nur offenbarten Verse 11ff. beweisen ihre Unschuld, nach einem von einigen bösen Zungen ausgelösten Gerücht. 'A'isa wurde im vierten Jahr der Offenbarung geboren. Mit sechs Jahren erfolgte ihre Eheschließung mit dem Propheten, sie blieb aber weiterhin bei ihren Eltern. Sie wurde im Alter von neun Jahren zum Propheten nach Al-Madina geschickt, um dort mit ihm nach seiner Auswanderung zu leben. Als der Prophet starb, war sie 18 Jahre alt. Sie starb in der Nacht zum Dienstag, dem 17. Ramadan, 57 n.H., im Alter von 66 Jahren. Als sie im Sterben lag, entschied sie sich, neben den anderen Frauen des Propheten, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, in öffentlichen Gräbern beerdigt zu werden, obwohl sie an der Seite des Propheten, der in ihrem Haus beerdigt war, hätte ruhen können. 'Umar Ibn Al-Hattab (r) hatte bereits mit ihrer Einwilligung diesen Platz eingenommen. Sie war die einzige Frau des Propheten, die vorher nicht verheiratet gewesen war. Alle anderen Frauen waren entweder verwitwet oder geschieden. Einmal erhielt 'A'ischa (r) ein Geschenk von zwei Säcken mit insgesamt 100000 Dirham. Sie begann, diese unter den Armen zu verteilen, und bis zum Abend hatte sie nicht einen einzigen Dirham übrigbehalten. Sie fastete an diesem Tag. Ihre Magd brachte ihr einen Laib Brot und etwas Olivenöl zum Fastenbrechen und bemerkte: "Ich wünschte, wir hätten einen Dirham für uns behalten, um etwas Fleisch zu kaufen." 'A'ischa sagte: "Sei jetzt nicht besorgt. Hättest du es mir vorher gesagt, hätte ich dir vielleicht einen Dirham gegeben." 'A'ischa (r) erhielt oftmals Geschenke dieser Art. Dies war eine Zeit voll Behagen und Überfluß für die Muslime, da ein Gebiet nach dem anderen in ihre Hände fiel. Trotz dieses Überflusses lebte 'A'ischa (r) ein enthaltsames Leben. Einmal fastete sie und hatte außer einem Stück Brot nichts für ihr Fastenbrechen, als ein armer Mann vorbeikam und um etwas zu essen bettelte. Sie wies ihre Magd an, ihm das Brot zu geben. Die Magd sagte: "Wenn ich ihm dieses Stück Brot gebe, bleibt nichts für dein Fastenbrechen." Sie sagte: "Das macht nichts, gib ihm das Stück Brot." 'Urwa Ibn Az-Zubair (r) sagte: "Ich sah 'A'ischa einmal 70000 Dirham als Almosen spenden, während sie selbst ein Hemd mit Flicken trug." 'Abdullah Ibn Az-Zubair, 'A'ischas Neffe, war ihr sehr zugetan, da sie ihn aufgezogen hatte. Er mochte es nicht, daß sie soviel Almosen gab, während sie selbst in Not und Armut lebte. Wegen ihrer Intelligenz und ihres scharfen Sinns, spielte sie trotz ihrer Jugend sowohl im religiösen als auch im politischen Leben der jungen islamischen Gemeinde eine große Rolle. Auf 'A'ischa werden 2210 Überlieferungen von Aussprüchen und Handlungen des Propheten Muhammad, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, zurückgeführt. Masruq (r) sagte: "Ich sah viele bekannte Prophetengefährten zu 'A'ischa (r) kommen, um Wissen in islamischen Fragen zu erlangen." If you look at things with an extremely narrow exclusive perspective, you can draw any conclusions you like.Of course, we know the explanation of all of these issues. Yes, there is "evolution" in that there is/was gradual positive change in electronic devices... but did these changes happen independently by themselves? Of course not. They were driven by engineers, developers, countless conscious individuals. But if you exclude acknowledging those people even exist, then of course the only conclusion you will reach is that it did it itself.And this is where nuance is important... we're not saying that evolution doesn't/didn't happen. Of course incremental change happens. We're saying it cannot be the origin of life, nor driven completely through random processes.
