(Also zu) jenen die sagen, dass das Festhalten an einer Rasse und Sprachgemeinschaft wichtiger ist, als das Festhalten an der Religion. Diese Gruppe behauptet, dass sie nicht gegen die Religion sei, aber sie schätzen den Nationalismus wichtiger ein. Wie lautet ihr Urteil dazu? Antwort: Diese Einladung ist Ignoranz, man darf sich nicht daran binden und man darf niemanden bei dieser Einladung unterstützen. Es ist verpflichtend, ihn [den Nationalismus und die Einladung dazu] zu bekämpfen, da uns das islamische Recht dazu auffordert ihn zu bekämpfen und ihn zu verdrängen. Er [der Nationalismus] ist Abscheulichkeit und ekelhafte Ignoranz sowie eine Intrige gegen den Islam und seinen Anhängern. Antwort: Bezüglich dem Küssen der Hand, so ist die Mehrheit der Gelehrten der Meinung, dass es makruh (verhasst) ist, besonders, wenn es eine Gewohnheit {عادَة} ist. Aber wenn es manchmal zu manchen Gelegenheiten getan wird, dann ist nichts daran verkehrt, wenn dies mit einem rechtschaffenen Mann, einem rechtschaffenen Herrscher, einem Vater und dergleichen getan wird. Es ist nichts daran verkehrt, aber wenn es regelmäßig getan wird, dann ist es makruh. Manche der Gelehrten sehen es als haram an, wenn es aus Tradition bei jedem Treffen getan wird. Aber wenn es gelegentlich getan wird, ist nichts daran verkehrt. Was aber das Berühren der Hand mit der Stirn betrifft, als eine Art Sujuud (Niederwerfung) mit der Hand, so ist dies eine haraam Niederwerfung und die Gelehrten nennen es {السجدة الصغرى} „die kleine Sajdah". Es ist nicht erlaubt, die eigene Stirn auf die Hand eines Menschen zu legen, um eine Niederwerfung auf sie zu signalisieren. Dies ist nicht erlaubt. Aber das Küssen der Hand mit dem Mund, wenn dies nicht aus Gewohnheit getan wird, sondern selten oder gelegentlich, dann ist damit nichts verkehrt, weil vom Propheten (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) überliefert wurde, dass manche der Gefährten seine Hände und Füße küssten. (Abu Dawud, 2647; Ibn Majah, 3705) Die Angelegenheit ist leicht zu nehmen, wenn es selten getan wird, aber wenn es zur Gewohnheit wird, dann ist es makruuh oder haraam. Was das Bücken {اِنْحنَاء} betrifft, dies ist nicht erlaubt. Wenn es wie Rukuu' (Verbeugung [im rituellen Gebet vor Allah]) ist, ist es nicht erlaubt, weil das Verbeugen {الركوع} eine Anbetung ('Ibaadah) ist und (dieses) Bücken ist nicht erlaubt. Aber wenn das Bücken nicht aufgrund Ehrung {تَعْظِيم} getan wird, sondern, weil der eine kurz ist und der Grüßende lang, so dass er sich bücken muss, um seine Hand zu schütteln, und dies nicht wegen Ehrung tut, sondern weil der Begrüßte klein ist oder behindert (z.B. gelähmt) oder er sitzt – dann ist damit nichts verkehrt. Aber wenn er sich aufgrund Ehrung vor ihm bückt, dann ist dies nicht erlaubt und es wird befürchtet, dass es Schirk sein kann, wenn es aus Ehrerweisung getan wird. Es wurde über den Propheten (salla-llahu alayhi wa sallam) berichtet, dass er gefragt wurde: {يا رسول الله، ألقى الرجل فهل أنحني له؟ قال: لا. قال: فهل ألتزمه وأقبله؟ قال: لا. قال: آخذ بيده وأصافحه؟ قال: نعم!} „Oh Gesandter Allahs, wenn ich einen Mann treffe, soll ich mich dann vor ihm verbeugen?" Er sagte: „Nein." Er sagte: „Soll ich ihn umarmen und küssen?" Er sagte: „Nein." Er sagte: „Soll ich seine Hand nehmen und sie schütteln?" Er antwortete: „Ja!". Obwohl die Isnaad dieses Hadith schwach (da'if) ist [1], sollte er befolgt werden, weil es viele bekräftigende Beweise gibt, die seine Bedeutung unterstützen. Ebenso gibt es viele Beweisen, dass das die Verbeugung und die Niederwerfung vor Menschen nicht erlaubt ist. Zusammenfassend: Das Sich-Bücken vor einer Person ist nicht erlaubt, weder vor einem König noch anderen, die keine Könige sind, aber wenn es nicht aufgrund Ehrung getan wird, sondern weil eine große Person sich nach vorne bückt, um eine kleine, behinderte oder sitzende Person zu begrüßen, dann ist daran nichts verkehrt.
