He was very excited to be able to bring a gift for the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). He placed the grapes beside the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and said, 'O Prophet of Allah, please accept this small gift from me'. He was a poor man who could not afford more. His face beamed with happiness as he offered his small gift. It was evident that he loved the Prophet a lot. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) thanked him graciously. As the man looked at him expectantly, the Prophet ate one grape. Then he ate another one. Slowly the Prophet finished the whole bunch of grapes by himself. He did not offer grapes to anyone present. The poor man who brought those grapes was very pleased and left. The companions of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) who were around him were surprised. Usually the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) shared whatever he got with them. He would offer them whatever he was given and they would eat it together. Usually he would start first, out of respect to the person who had given him the gift. But he would always offer it to others. This time had been different. Without offering it to anyone, the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) finished the bunch of grapes by himself. One of the companions asked respectfully, "O Prophet of Allah! How come you ate all the grapes by yourself and did not offer to any one of us present?" The holy Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) smiled and said, "I ate all the grapes by myself because the grapes were sour. If I would have offered you, you might have made funny faces and shown your distaste of the grapes. That would have hurt the feelings of that poor man. I thought to myself that it's better that I eat all of them cheerfully and please the poor man. I did not want to hurt the feelings of that poor man." Moral: 1) Consideration for the feelings of others 2) Graciousness in accepting gifts. Subhan'Allah.. Such was the character and manner of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Oft sehen wir, dass viele Geschwister in einer Beziehung sind, was islamisch gesehen ganz klar verboten ist vor der Ehe. Ein Mädchen, damals noch nicht Muslima war seit mehreren Jahren mit einem Mann zusammen und beide liebten sich natürlich sehr. Nun nach über 5-6 Jahren beziehung, nahm das Mädchen den Islam an und wurde Muslima. Anfangs blieb sie natürlich noch mit ihrem Freund zusammen, denn die Gefühle änderten sich ja nicht einfach über Nacht. Nach und nach wurde der Schwester aber klar, was für eine große Sünde sie mit dieser verbotenen Beziehung macht und sie sprach deswegen mit ihrem Freund. Versuchte ihn zum Islam zu bringen, damit sie ihn heiraten darf und mit ihm zusammen bleiben darf, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Die Schwester war natürlich sehr traurig darüber, denn sie liebte diesen Menschen sehr. Die lieb zu Allah ist aber mittlerweile größer geworden und so trennte sie sich aus liebe zu Allah von ihrem Freund um dieser großen Sünde ein ende zu setzen. Auch wenn die liebe zu Allah stärker war, war die liebe zu diesem Mann trotzdem noch vorhanden. Sie brach den Kontakt komplett ab, zog in eine andere Stadt, wechselte ihre Handynummer, legte sich eine neue E-Mail Adresse zu um zu verhindern, dass er versuchen würde mit ihr kontakt aufzunehmen, denn sie wusste das würde ihr im Herzen noch lange weh tun. Sie lebte nun einige Jahre in der neuen Stadt, war glücklich mit ihrem neuen Leben, musste aber hin und wieder nach an früher zurück denken. Sie entschloss sich zu heiraten um ihre liebe einen neuen und für sie erlaubten Mann schenken zu können. Sie sprach mit ihren Schwestern, die sie über die Jahre in ihrer neuen Heimat kennen gelernt hatte und diese sprachen mit ihren Männern. So fanden die Geschwister aus ihrer Moschee nach einigen Wochen einen guten und geeigneten Bruder der seit einem halben Jahr in dieser Stadt wohnte. Sie sprachen ihn drauf an und er war ein mashaAllah guter Bruder. Seit dem er vor einem halben Jahr wegen arbeit in diese Stadt gezogen war, haben sie ihn jeden Tag in der Moschee gesehn. Es gab nicht ein Tag wo er nicht mindestens zu einem Gebet in der Moschee war, um es in der Gemeinschaft zu beten. Sie haben ihn natürlich in diesem Zeitraum auch privat kennen gelernt und kannten sein Charakter und waren sich einig, dass er ein guter Mann für unsere Schwester wäre. Sie erzählten den jeweils anderen einige informationen über den anderen, ob dies mit ihren Vorstellungen übereinstimmt. Alles lief islamisch korrekt ab, so wie es sich gehört. Es waren keine verbotenen Gespräche oder Treffen oder auch kein Chatten im internet zwischen den beiden. Jeglicher austausch von Informationen geschah zunächst über die Geschwister. Als dann grobe soweit geklärt war und beide entschlossen sich kennen zu lernen unter Aufsicht um die letzten Details zu klären geschah etwas unglaubliches. Sie trauten ihren Augen nicht, der Bruder der seit einem halben Jahr in der Stadt wohnt und zu den besten Brüdern in der Moschee gehörte, war ihr Exfreund, den sie vor einigen Jahren verlassen hatte und an den sie noch oft denken musste. Er war Muslim geworden und was für einer MashaAllah. Natürlich heiraten die beiden und sind seit dem sehr glücklich und haben auch schon Kinder bekommen. Unser Schicksal ist uns vorher bestimmt liebe Geschwister. Wem wir einmal heiraten werden, steht schon längst geschrieben. Wir entscheiden nur, gehen wir auf die erlaubte Weise vor oder auf die Verbotene. Die Schwester hätte damals bei ihrem Freund bleiben können hätte aber in Zina (Unzucht) gelebt, was zu den größten Sünden überhaupt gehört. Sie entschied sich aber für Allah für das erlaubte und verließ ihren Freund. Und Allah subhana wa Ta´ala belohnte sie dafür, dass Er ihn Jahre später als praktizierenden Muslim zurück geschickt hat. Vertraut auf Allah liebe Geschwister. Wenn euch ein Partner bestimmt ist, werdet ihr ihn auch bekommen ohne das jemand dies verhindern könnte. Vertraut auf Allah und verlasst den verbotenen Weg. Vertaut ihm und entscheidet euch für den erlaubten Weg, denn dies ist besser für uns alle.
