Im Islam gibt es 2 Grundlagen im Bezug auf Haram und Halal: 1. eine weltliche Angelegenheit ist so lange erlaubt, bis es einen Beweis dafür ist, dass es verboten ist. 2. eine ibada (Gottesdienstliche Handlung) ist solange verboten, bis es dafür einen Beweis aus Quran und/oder Sunnah gibt. Dies zu verstehen und es zu verinnerlichen ist sehr wichtig, denn leider Fragen sehr viele Geschwister nach Beweisen für etwas, wofür es logischerweise keinen Beweis gibt. Dazu möchte ich auch 2 Beispiele nennen, die bewusst sehr übertrieben sind, um es wirklich verständlich darzustellen Beispiel 1 - weltliches Beispiel. Döner ist erlaubt, aber ist es mit Kräutersoße immer noch erlaubt? Bitte mit Beweis! Die weltliche Sache ist vom Grundsatz generell immer erlaubt und man brauch jetzt keinen speziellen Beweis, dass diese eine Sache jetzt auch erlaubt ist. Ansonsten müsste es für jede Kleinigkeit die es auf der Welt gibt, einen Beweis geben und niemand würde sich mehr zurecht finden. Oder kannst du mir einen Quranvers oder einen Hadith dazu nennen, dass Kräutersoße erlaubt ist? Das Gegenteil ist hier der Fall, jemand der sagt es ist verboten, muss dies belegen. Beispiel 2 - die Ibada. Bei der Ibada ist es umgekehrt. Da es eine Handlung ist, mit der man beabsichtig, Allah näher zu kommen, braucht man hier einen Beweis, dass dies von Allah und seinem Gesandten so bestimmt und gezeigt wurde. Selbst eine Sache die an sich erlaubt ist, kann verboten werden, wenn man dies aus dem Grund macht, Allah näher zu kommen, obwohl dies nicht so überliefert wurde. Stellt euch vor, ich behaupte jetzt dass wenn ihr am Tag 5 Purzelbäume macht, bekommt ihr ein Haus im Paradies. Ein Purzelbaum an sich ist nichts verbotenes. Da wir es hier jedoch in Verbindung mit der Hoffnung auf eine Belohnung von Allah machen, wird es zur ibada und ist in diesem Kontext verboten, da es dafür im Quran und Sunnah keine Grundlage in der Religion gibt und ich die Religion hier durch verändere. Und was den Beweis angeht, so bin ich in diesem Fall verpflichtet, den Beweis zu geben, dass es eine erlaubte ibada ist, sprich man dafür eine Belohnung bekommt und nicht umgekehrt. Sonst könnte ich einfach sagen "Beweis du mir, dass ich dafür keinen Lohn bekomme" und niemand wäre dazu in der Lage, weil es über sowas natürlich keine Überlieferungen gibt. Oder meint jemand er könnte ein Hadith finden, wo der Prophet Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam sagt "Es gibt kein Haus im Paradies, nur weil man 5 Purzelbäume am Tag macht"? Es waren wie gesagt bewusst 2 übertriebene Beispiele, die bewusst ein wenig ins lächerliche gehen, damit die Sache möglichst klar und verständlich wird. Wenn du die Geduld verlierst, dann faste. 4. Sei dankbar für alles das du hast und sei es nur ein Schluck Wasser. 5. Verliere nie den Mut etwas neues zu wagen. 6. Bete 5x am Tag. Es wird dich beruhigt. 7. Ernähre dich Gesund, es ist Sunnah :) 8. Wenn du dich unwohl fühlst bei einer Sache, dann lass es! 9.
